Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has considered as a decisive philosophy and an approach that influences not only employees’ attitude but also customers’ attitude. However, it seems that the influence of CSR can be more specified from the perspective of casino visitors by additionally considering compulsory and supplementary responsible gambling (RG) strategies. To this end, current study conducts a survey of casino visitors in South Korea and identifies relationships among their perceptions of CSR and RG strategy, customer trust, and behavioral intention. The results of this research reveal that ethical, philanthropic, and economic CSR have positive effects on customer trust, whereas compulsory RG and philanthropic CSR directly affect behavioral intention. Furthermore, it appears that trust positively influences behavioral intention. Based on these findings, current research offers practical implications when implementing CSR and RG strategies for casino visitors.

4차 산업혁명 시대 속 전통 제조업 공장들이 제조업 기피로 인한 신규인력 부족 문제와 고령화로 인한 숙련공 이탈 문제가 심화되고 있다. 이에 따라 숙련공에 의존도가 높은 제조업 분야에서는 숙련공의 장인기술을 데이터화하여 계승하는 것이 필요하다. 절삭공정의 구성 요소들을 정의하고 연결하는 방법을 제공하기 위해 국제 규격에 맞는 데이터 레퍼런스를 확보하는 기술이 세계적으로 활발하게 연구되고 있으며, 기술 상용화 및 확산을 위한 표준화 작업이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 숙련도에 영향을 미치는 시각 데이터를 정의하고, 이를 통해 작업자의 암묵지를 디지털 자산화하는 방법을 제안한다. In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, traditional manufacturing factories are facing a problem of shortage of new manpower due to avoidance of manufacturing and the problem of skilled workers leaving due to aging. Accordingly, in the manufacturing field, which is highly dependent on skilled workers, it is necessary to transfer the skills of skilled workers into data. In order to provide a method to define and connect the components of the cutting process, a technology to secure a data reference that meets international standards is being actively researched around the world, and standardization work for technology diffusion and commercialization is in progress. In this paper, we define visual data that affects proficiency and propose a method to digitalize the tacit knowledge of workers through this.
Polyarthralgia and Myalgia Syndrome after ChAdOx1 nCOV-19 Vaccination

Since February 26, 2021, when vaccination against coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) began in South Korea, patients who visited the Korea University Guro Hospital with suspected adverse events after COVID-19 vaccination were monitored actively with interest. We encountered five unusual cases of polyarthralgia and myalgia syndrome in patients who received the ChAdOx1 nCOV-19 (AstraZeneca) vaccine. The patients (median age 67 years) were not previously diagnosed with arthropathy and rheumatologic diseases. They developed fever, myalgia, joint pain, and swelling three to seven days after vaccination. The symptoms persisted for up to 47 days despite antipyretic treatment. Arthralgia occurred in multiple joints, including small and large joints. A whole-body Technetium-99m methylene diphosphonate bone scan revealed unusual uptakes in the affected joints. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs with or without prednisolone relieved the symptoms of all patients. Further monitoring is required to clarify the long-term prognosis of this syndrome.

In phosphor-sensitized-fluorescent organic light-emitting diodes (PSF-OLEDs), triplet excitons generated in the emitting layer (EML) are harvested by the sensitizer and the excitonic energy is efficiently transferred to the fluorescent dopant molecules. Since a phosphorescent sensitizer is typically doped at around 10 wt.%, the sensitizer not only affects cascade energy transfer but also electrical transporting in the PSF-OLEDs. However, the electrical role of phosphorescent metal complex molecules in the EML is unclear. In this study, we report the impact of the phosphorescent sensitizer on the electrical properties of PSF-OLEDs. Through a comprehensive analysis using impedance spectroscopy in conjunction with current density (J)-voltage (V)-luminance (L) properties of the PSF-OLED, it was revealed that 10 wt.% phosphorescent sensitizer forms an electron transporting pathway inside the EML. Thus, the sensitizer molecules transform a unipolar single host into a bipolar mixed host. In other words, the phosphorescent sensitizer is an n-type host in the PSF-OLEDs. As a result, the charge balance and the operating voltage were simultaneously and significantly improved in the PSF-OLEDs.

Background: Targeted risk population has been highly vaccinated against pneumococcal diseases in South Korea. Despite this, the pneumococcal serotype distribution is evolving, which impedes efficient roll-out of vaccines. Methods: This prospective cohort study included patients aged ≥ 19 years with communityacquired pneumonia (CAP) from five university hospitals in South Korea between September 2018 and July 2021. The outcomes of interest were the demographic and clinical characteristics of patients with CAP, pneumococcal serotype distribution, and risk factors of 30-day mortality in patients with pneumococcal CAP (pCAP). Considering the high seroprevalence, we analyzed the clinical characteristics of serotype 3 pCAP. Results: A total of 5,009 patients hospitalized with CAP was included (mean age ± standard deviation, 70.3 ± 16.0 years; 3,159 [63.1%] men). Streptococcus pneumoniae was the leading causative agent of CAP (11.8% overall, 17.7% in individuals aged < 65 years with chronic medical conditions). Among the 280 serotyped Streptococcus pneumococcus, serotype 3 was the most common (10.0%), followed by serotypes 19A (8.9%), 34 (8.9%), and 35B (8.9%). Non-vaccine serotypes (serotype 35B [13.9%] and 34 [12.0%]) were the most prevalent in 108 individuals vaccinated with 23-valent pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine (PPSV23). Serotype 3 was prevalent, irrespective of PPSV23 vaccination status, and more common in individuals with chronic lung disease (P = 0.008). Advanced age (adjusted odds ratio [aOR], 1.040; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.011–1.071), long-term care facility residence (aOR, 2.161; 95% CI, 1.071–4.357), and bacteremia (aOR, 4.193; 95% CI, 1.604–10.962) were independent risk factors for 30-day mortality in patients with pCAP. PPSV23 vaccination reduced the risk of mortality (aOR, 0.507; 95% CI, 0.267–0.961). Conclusion: Serotype 3 and 19A were still the most common serotypes of pCAP in South Korea despite the national immunization program of 13-valent pneumococcal conjugated vaccine in children and PPSV23 in old adults. PPSV23 vaccination might reduce the risk of mortality in patients with pCAP.
