      • ZVS를 이용한 풀 브릿지 단일 전력단 고주파 공진 AC-DC 컨버터의 특성해석

        This paper proposes a single-stage high frequency resonant AC-DC converter using zero voltage switching with high input power factor. The proposed high frequency resonant converter ingegrates a half bridge boost rectifier as power factor corrector(PFC) and half resonant converter into a single stage. The input stage of the half bridge boost converter is working in discontinuous conduction mode(DCM) with constant duty cycle and variable switching frequency. Therefore, high power factor is achieved naturally. The results of simulation using the Pspice have demonstrated the feasibility of the proposed AC-DC converter. The proposed converter will be able to be practically used as power supply.

      • META분석을 이용한 유산소운동의 생리적변인에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of regular aerobic exercise on physiological variable. The results of 145 training studies, conducted of the last 30 years(1966-1996), involving the measurement of % body fat, RHR, VO2max, VE were collected and statistically analyzed using META-analysis method. The major results were as follows, ① physiological effect As aerobic excercise had a significant effect on physiological variables(% body fat, RHR, VO2max, VE), it directed to positive effects. And the specific character variables effecting on physiological variable by aerobic exercise were initial level, exercise duration, weight, age, exercise time and exercise intensity. ② The characteristic variables effecting on physiological variables had on different influence by the sex and subject state.

      • [논문]지진격리교량의 내진설계를 위한 표준 인공지진파 생성

        본 연구에서는 지진격리교량의 내진설계에 사용할 수 있는 인공지진파의 생성기법을 제시하였다. 또한,생성한 지진파가 적절한지 조사하였으며,지진격리교량의 내진설계기준(안)을 토대로 인공지진파 작성을 수행하였다. 설계지반응답스펙트럼을 만족시키기 위하여 22개의 가속도시간이력을 작성하였다. 얻어진 인공지진파는 (1) 통제진동수에서 인공지진파의 평균응답스펙트럼 평가, (2) EPGA(유효최대지반가속도) 평가,(3) 인공지반가속도 사이의 상관계수 평가, 동으로 적합성을 평가하였다. 최종적으로 생성된 인공지진파를 이용하여 4쌍의 지진파를 사용한 최대응답과 7쌍의 지진파를 사용한 평균 응답을 계산하여 제안된 인공지진파 시간이력의 타당성을 제시하였다.

      • 분무건조법을 이용한 방출 제어형 케토로락 고형지질마이크로스피어의 제제설계

        Ketorolac (KA) and ketorolac tromethamine (KT) is the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and has been used widely. To improve its frequent administration by control of drug release. we prepared SLM of KA and KT using Mirj 45 and 52 as surfactants and tripalmitin and tristearin as lipids by spry drying method SLM, as a disperse system for injection, were evaluated by measurement of particle sizes. SEM and drug release pattern As a result. spherical SLM were prepared and their particle size were in the range of 25-125 μm, which were dependant on the types and contents of lipid and sururfactants. Their dissolution rate were decreased as increasing lipid contents.

      • Citric acid-water system에서 Sr^+2 이온의 흡착특성

        Soil decontamination process was conducted to study adsorption and modeling characteristic of Sr+2ion using citric acid and water system with TRIGA soil. When the concentration of citric acid was increased, the BTC of Sr+2ion was to be closed to the BTC of 3H2O at experiments of soil adsorption, Beside, when the concentration of citric acid was under 0.01M Sr+2ion, BTCs was asymmetry. It was characteristic of nonequilibrium adsorption. R and Kp were decreased to be increased the concentration of citric acid. Asymmetry modeling was nearly the same to be compare with symmetry modeling in decontamination process, when the concentration of citric acid was decreased. Result of experiment was agree with asymmetry and symmetry model, when the concentration of citric acid was increased. When 0.0M citric acid was used as a solvent, the soil remediation eficiency was 39.1%. while, when 0.01M citric acid was used as a solvent, the soil remediation efficiency was 92.7% .

      • 폴리메타크릴레이트를 이용한 케토로락 트로메타민 서방성 정제의 제조와 용출평가

        To improve administration of ketolorac tromethamine, we prepared matrix tablets with Eudragit (RS 100 or 30D), diluents (avicel:lactose=l:l or Ca phosphate) and Mg stearate using wet-granulation method. Sustained release matrix tablets using Eudragit® RS 100 7 and 10% decreased dissolution rate at pH 1.2 and 68 Ca. phosphate as diluents showed more decreased dissolution rate than that of avicel:lactose (1:l). Sustained release matrix tablets using Eudragit® RS 30D also showed very effective sustained release of KT.

      • 일부 의과대학생의 음주 실태와 관련 요인

        Objectives : This study was performed to investigate the drinking status and the related factors with problem drinking in some medical students. Methods : The study subjects were 345 premedical students (freshmen and sophomore) and medical students (sophomore) in a medical school who replied to the self-administered questionnaire survey during March 2002. The questionnaire was composed of general characteristics, drinking status, social value about drinking, health status, satisfaction of life and alcohol use disorders identification test (AUDIT) . Results : The experience rate of drinking was 88.8% in male and 88.3% in female and it was tended to increase with going up the grade. Prevalence of hazardous, dependence, harmful and problem drinking classified by AUDIT score criteria were 66.2%, 3.0%, 7.0% and 5.1% in male and 34.9%, 0.9%, 1.9%, 1.9% in female. In male, the statistically significant related factors to Al JDIT scores were grade, religion, maternal drinking status, social value about drinking, affectionate feelings of those around one and satisfaction of life. Only social value about drinking was statistically significant correlated factor with AUDIT scores in female. As a result of multiple regression analysis, the related factors with AUDIT scores were sex, maternal drinking status, satisfaction of life and social value a bout drinking. Conclusion : The experience rate of drinking in medical students was higher than that in other college students. Grade, family drinking history, negative psychological feelings, social value about drinking were risk factors to problem drinking.

      • 흰쥐 뇌에서 Tyrosine Hydroxylase분비세포의 출현시기 및 분포에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

        The immunohistochemical (ABC method) studies on the ontogeny and localization of the catecholamine-synthesizing enzyme tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) were examined in rat brain from the 12th fetal day until the 9th postnatal day. The results obtained were as follows : 1. Tyrosine hydroxylase was first detected immunohistochemically at embryonic day 13(E13). At this stage, the TH-containing neurons were still migrating and cytologically immature. 2. The changes occuring from the early to the late prenatal stages of development appeared to be the result of an increase in the number and size of the TH-containing cells and in the length of nerve fibers. 3. The distribution of the TH-containing neurons at embryonic day 19(E19) more closely resembled catecholaminergic neurons in the adult rat brain : 1) a rhombencephalic group became the A1-7 ; 2) a ventral mesencephalic group became A8-10 ; 3) a ventral prosencephalic group and a few neurons ventral to the striatum became A11-14 ; and 4) the cells of the olfactory bulb corresponded to the A15. 4. The cytodifferentiation of the TH-immunoreactive neurons was accompanied by continued migration to form the collective catecholaminergic groups during ontogenesis. In addition, the morphology of the TH-immunoreactive neurons in the late prenatal stage resembled in the adult rat brain.

      • 흡착 우라늄 이온의 전기 탈착거동

        Liquid wastes containing uranium ions in high concentration of chemical salts havebeen treated by electrosorption on a activated carbon fibers(ACFs) electrode. Effectiveuranium (VI) removal is accomplished when the potential is -0.5V(vs. Ag/AgCl) ormore negative. For a feed concentration of 100mg/1, the concentration of U(VI) in thecell effluent is reduced to less than 1mg/1, and electrosorption capacity over 500mg/uranium/gACF is reached. The adsorbed uranium can be desorbed up to 99%for 20h by passing a 1.9N NaCl solution at pH 3 through the cell and applying a potential of +1.2V. The amount of desorbed uranium increased as the solution pHwas lowered and the applied potential increased.

      • 흰쥐 이자 Insulin과 Neuropeptide Y 분비세포의 발생에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

        Cells immunoreactive to insulin(INS-IR) and neuropeptide Y(NPY-IR) were found in prenatal(E15, 17, 19) and postnatal(P0, 5, 10, 15, 30, adult) rat pancreas using immunohistochemistry. Pancreatic INS-IR and NPY-IR were detected by day E17. They were found initially in the interlobular pancreatic duct, intralobular pancreatic duct and pancreatic islet gradually. Especially, INS-IR was detected in the dorsal pancreatic bud by day E19. The INS-IR and NPY-IR patterns were nearly similiar to each other, and many cells revealed colocalization of INS and NPY until day P10. But there was a change between them by the day P15 ; central INS-IR cells and peripheral NPY-IR in the pancreatic islet. The number of pancreatic islets per square millimeter of pancreatic tissue were decreased, and the number of immunoreactive endocrine cells per islet was increased according to development. These results suggest NPY may play a role in the development of the pancreatic endocrine cells.
