      • 질트리코모나스(Trichomonas vaginalis)의 효소활성에 관한 전자현미경적 관찰

        Trichomonas vaginales is one of the parasitic flagellates found in the vaginal cavity of female and the urogenital tract of male. The presnet study was aimde to evaluate the effect of antiserum from immunized Wkstar rats on activities of acid phoshpatase (AcPase) and adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase) of T. vaginalis. Trophozoites were subcultured in Diamond's TPS-1 medium at 37℃ in CO₂ incubator. T. vaginalis were incubated in mixed medium containing 26%(v/v) of antiserum for minutes, then treated with substrates for enzyme activityes. Parasites were embedded in Epon and sectioned for transmission electron microscopy. The results observed are as follows: 1. AcPase activities. In normal prarsites strong activities were observed on Golgi complex and a few of wacuoles. Weak reactions also observed in nuclear matrix, kinetosome and hydrogenosome. In cases treated with antiserum plasma membrane were parially destroyed. Vacuoles were increased in number and revealed strong reactivites. 2. ATPase activities. In normal parasites ATPase were observed dominantly in nucleus. In parasites treated with antiserum activities in nucleus were stronger than those of normal ones, and weak activities were seen along plasma membrane. In conclusion it is assumed that antiserum does increase AcPase activity, but reduces ATPase activity in T. vaginalis.

      • 中風의 治法 중 潛陽法에 대한 문헌고찰

        潛陽法은 平肝治法의 일종으로 刊陽이 上亢해서 나타나는 頭目昏暈, 수족추휵, 구안괘사, 舌乾語澁, 頭痛不止, 猝然倒地 등의 症狀에 쓰는 治法이며 中風의 標實證을 다스리는 목적으로 多用되고 있다. 中風에서의 活用은 淸代에 이르러 본격화되었는데, 葉天士는 "자액식풍, 濡養營絡, 補陰潛陽"을 사용하였고, 張伯龍은 "潛鎭攝納" 하는 치료법을 사용하였다. 中風의 病理가 本虛標實하므로 항상 滋陰, 補水하는 治法과 相互補完的으로 사용되고 있다. 潛陽法이 多用된 병증은 刊胃陰虛, 風陽上擾로 인한 中經絡證과 中腑證 중에서 陽閉證이며, 脫證의 일부와 中風日久로 因한 癲癎에도 사용 되었다. 潛陽藥 중 珍珠母, 石決明, 玳瑁, 牡蠣, 見齒, 龜板, 鱉甲 등 介類의 효력이 뛰어나고, 治方으로는 鎭肝??風陽, 虎潛丸, 固本丹, 復脈湯, 天麻鉤藤飮, 羚羊角湯 등이 활용되고 있다. The methods of checking the exuberance of yang (潛陽法) are a kind of medical treatments Lvhich cure various symtoms caused by hyperactivity of liver-yang, at the same time used for treating apoplexy. Thus, I investigated the application of checking the exuberance of yang to treat stroke. The conclusions are as follows. We can find application of checking the exuberance of yang to apoplexy on Synopsis of the Gold Chamber. After Ye Gui who persisted the theory of endogenous wind, many physicians applied the method of checking the exuberance of yang and this method has usually applied with nourishing yin. The methods of checking the exuberance of yang are concretely applied as follows. 1) a portion of apoplexy involving the channels and collaterals, which is caused by deficiency of \-in and wind-fire pathogen. 2) excessive-syndrome of coma accompanied by heat syndrome. 3) epilepsy caused old apoplexy. The majority of shells for example abalone shell, hawksbill shell, oyster shell, tortoise-shell etc. are the most frequent use of herbal drug which check the exuberance of yang. The precriptions of checking the exuberance of yang are Ho-jam-hwan(虎潛丸), Ko-bon-dan(固本丹), Cheon-ma-gu-deung-eum(天麻鉤藤飮), Chin-gan-sik-pung-tang(鎭肝湜風湯) etc.

      • 대학생 축구선수의 등속성 체간근력과 대퇴근력 및 거퇴근력과의 관련성

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among trunk muscle, knee, and ankle strengths using Cybex770, the isokinetic muscle functioning measurement device. 41 K and Y University soccer players who did not have any experience about back pain or spine surgery were recruited as subjects. The results of the study were as follows. 1. Trunk extension was significantly higher than trunk flexion and muscle strength was diminished with increasing load speed. 2. Trunk flexion/extension ratio was well balanced at 30。/sec but this balance was broken with increasing load speed. 3. At 60。/sec of load speed, the knee extension and flexion of the left side were higher than those of the right side. 4. At 60。/sec of load speed, the ipsilateral muscle strengths of the left knee were well balanced but those of the right side were imbalanced. 5. At 60。/sec of load spped, the ratio of bilateral muscle strength of knee was -18.5±32.3% and this implies the possibility of knee injury. 6. Plantalflexion and dorsiflexion of the right ankle were higher than those of the left side, and dorsiflexion/plantalflexion ratio of the left side was higher than that of the right side. 7. The ratio of bilateral muscle strength of ankle at 60。/sec of load speed represented a balanced muscle development but this balance was broken with increasing load speed.8. There were partially significant relationships between trunk muscle and knee strengths. and between knee and ankle strengths. In conclusion, the trunk muscle strength of soccer player might be a very important factor to improve performance. In addition. a training technique which considering strength and speed is needed to develop not static but dynamic strength. This training not only develops well balanced muscle strength but also protects sport injury. Thus, the isokinetic training of trunk could improve the trunk muscle strength. and increase the ability of flexion/extension of knee and ankle.

      • 2단 평행구조 로보트 프로그램 개발

        This paper introduces the development of program for the double parallel robot which is applied to a machining work. The robot system consists of a robot, PC (personal computer), DMC (DSP Motion Controller), and machining tools. We analyze the motions of robot by an inverse kinematics +and drive the motions by DC Servo motors. In order to actuate the motor, we use the motion functions of the DMC, which is implemented in "C" language. Without adding a teaching box, we teach the robot with keyboard itself. Furthermore, we develope a 3-D graphics simulator to investigate the feasibility for application program in off-line.

        In the design of mobile wireless communication system, Base station location is one of the most important parameters. Designing base station location, the cost of equipment makes low by combining various, complex parameters. We can solve this problem by combining optimization algorithm, such as Simulated Annealing, Tabu Search, Genetic Algorithm, Random Walk Algorithm that have been used extensively for global optimization. This paper shows the 4 kinds of algorithm to be applied to the base station location optimization of mobile communication system and then compares, analyzes the results and shows optimization process of algorithm.

        To achieve the goal of the District Unit Plan and to develop an area in the way which is coincided with the characteristics of the area, it is required that, based on the regional variables, we should regulate the use of a building among many regulations including Building Coverage Ratio and Gross Floor Ratio. This study aims at analyzing the problems of the previous planning of building use regulation and presenting the guidelines to improve the Use Regulations in the District Unit Plan which will be applied on Jeju. This survey are focused on the case of Tab-dong and Il-do district in Jeju city.

      • 마하피닝 처리에 의한 기계구조용 합금강의 피로균열전파 지연효과

        Mach peening treatment is one of the various kinds of techniques to improve the fatigue properties. The mach peening process gives high-level work hardening and compressive residual stress near the surface layer, improving the fatigue strength. In addition, this treatment reduces slip bands that initiate the fatigue cracks near the surface. During impingement, a plastic indentation surrounded by a plastic zone is formed. Mach peening treatment characteristic is less energy consumption and is an environmental friendly processing methods that is not accompanied by pollution. It is machining process that can prevent fatigue fracture beforehand in structure using already as well as process of production. The test results showed that fatigue crack propagation delay appeared by drilling type 43%, mach peening type 110%.

        실린더타입 도어클로저의 구조 및 내구해석

        The door closer is a typical system which consists of spring and damper. The door closer is a device to close the door more slowly. The virtual prototypes of cylinder-type door closer are developed. The simulations of virtual prototype are performed to obtain the load history of the guide pin. The structural strength assessment of the guide pin is performed to verify a design safety. The fatigue life and damage of the guide pin are predicted using a FEMFAT 4.3h based on the finite element analysis.

        본 연구에서 섬진강 수계의 주요지점에 대해 심미학적 필요유량을 결정하였다. 심미학적 필요유량은 하천의 주요경관과 더불어 하천의 수면폭, 유속, 수심, 유량과 같은 수리특성을 만족해야 한다 주요지점의 심미학적 필요유량은 다음과 같다. 섬진강 본류에 위치한 쉼터휴게소, 두가세월교, 압록유원지의 필요유량은 각각 15.21CMS, 29.9CMS, 40.39CMS이고, 남원국민관광단지와 태안교의 필요유량은 각각 9.0CMS, 8.71CMS로 평가되었다. In this study, aesthetic necessary discharge is determined in Sumjin River system. It is satisfying to hydraulic characteristics - the width of river, velocity, water depth, and discharge with main scenery of river. As a result of this study, Suimtea Resort, Dugasewol Bridge and Aprok Resort which are located in Sumjin main River have aesthetic necessary discharge of 15.21CMS, 29.9CMS, and 40.39CMS respectively. Those of Namwon National Resort and Taean Bridge are calculated at 9.0CMS and 8.71CMS respectively.
