        The Numerical Simulation Analysis of Flow Field in Level Control Valve of Water Storage Tank

        Level control valve of water storage tank is installed in the outlet of tank, which control the water level of water storage tank by adjusting the water emissions, which make great significance for the safe operation of the super (super) criticality thermal power unit boiler . Complete the simulation analysis of internal flow field by the method of numerical simulation ,in order to achieve structure improvements of level control valve of water storage tank, that make level control valve of water storage tank better meet the work requirements. Establish flow channel model and mesh models of level control valve of water storage tank in various stages of the open process. Make three dimensional viscous numerical simulation of the internal complex flow field by the computational fluid dynamics software of ANSYS CFX. The error between the simulation values of the flow coefficient and the theoretical values , trial values is less than 5% ,which verifies the correctness of the simulation results . Get pressure contour , velocity streamline diagrams and outlet mass flow of level control valve of water storage tank in various stages of the open process. According to the pressure contours and velocity streamline diagrams, make detailed analysis of the flow field of level control valve of water storage tank. According to the dates of outlet mass flow, fit the flow characteristic curve of level control valve of water storage tank. Provide a theoretical basis for the structural design of level control valve of water storage tank.

        중국 EDM 페스티벌의 문제점과 발전 방향 연구

        This paper aims to improve the domestic EDM festival market and serve as a reference of other studies. To this end, conducted a comprehensive comparison and analysis between domestic and internal EDM festivals. “ISY” in China one of the largest EDM festivals is described in this thesis to represent the festivals in China. “Tomorrowland” from Belgium which is one of the top 3 EDM festivals around the world is used as the overseas example case. In this thesis, basic information about the performing artists, cultural diversity, social and business values, and other factors of the EDM festivals are deeply investigated. As a result, it was found that EDM festivals in China boomed dramatically last decade, butsome challenges due to the internal festival development and external environment still exist. In this paper, explored the intrinsic meaning and value of Chinese EDM festival cultureand the development plan for future festivals is proposed. 본 연구의 목적은 중국 EDM 페스티벌 산업의 현황을 파악하고 주요국의 사례와 비교분석을 통하여 문제점을 도출함과 동시에 발전 방향을 제언하기 위함에 있다. 이를 위해 해외의 선진 사례로 세계 3대EDM 페스티벌 중 벨기에 '투모로우랜드(Tomorrowland)'를 중국의 최대 EDM 페스티벌 'ISY'와 비교, 분석하였으며, 참여 아티스트들의 실제적인 정보를 비롯해 페스티벌에 내포된 문화적 다양성과 사회적가치 및 상업적 가치 측면을 심도 있게 조명하였다. 분석의 결과로, 중국의 EDM 페스티벌은 최근 몇년 동안 빠르게 성장하고 있으나 자체적인 개발 역량이나 외부의 환경 요인 측면에서 여러 문제점이도출되었으며, 이에 중국 EDM 페스티벌 문화의 본질적 의미와 가치를 담은 실천적 개선 및 발전 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 밑거름으로 EDM 페스티벌 산업의 발전을 위한 지속적인 연구와 논의가 이어지기를 기대한다.

      • Currrent Situation, Problems and Development Strategies of Prataculturae in Agricultural Area

        The paper mainly deals with the strategic position and vital function of prataculturae in agricultural area of the central plains of China, and analysis the current situation and principle problems of prataculturae in agricultural area, such as unsound ideological recognition, deficiency relevant policies, and unset infrastructure facilities for prataculturae. And poses the corollary commitment measure to develop prataculturae in agricultural area, for example, to develop biology feeds and return it to soil as animal excrements, implement the "grain crops, cash crops and forage crops" strategy into practice, strengthen infrastructure construction, enhanced pratacultural development, enlarge raising scale, promote grass industrialization, strengthen project management to promote grass industry level, reinforce science and technology innovation, enhance transformation and expansion of scientific research achievement, and realize the leaping development of prataculturae.

        Fracture of rock affected by chemical erosion environment

        As one natural material, the physical and mechanical properties of rock will be affected very largely by chemical erosion environment. Under chemical environment, the strength of rock will be reduced. Considering the effect of the chemical erosion, fracture factor of rock is reduced. The damage variable is applied to express the change of fracture stress. Therefore, the fracture criterion of rock under chemical environment is constructed. By one experiment of rock fracture under chemical erosion environment, the proposed fracture criterion is verified. The results show that, the fracture path by theory is agree with the testing one well.

        ON REES MATRIX REPRESENTATIONS OF ABUNDANT SEMIGROUPS WITH ADEQUATE TRANSVERSALS

        The concepts of *-relation of a ($\Gamma$-)semigroup and $\bar{\Gamma}$-adequate transversal of a ($\Gamma$-)abundant semigroup are defined in this note. Then we develop a matrix type theory for abundant semigroups. We give some equivalent conditions of a Rees matrix semigroup being abundant and some equivalent conditions of an abundant Rees matrix semigroup having an adequate transversal. Then we obtain some Rees matrix representations for abundant semigroups with adequate transversals by the above theories.

        Phosphodiesterase 4D contributes to angiotensin II-induced abdominal aortic aneurysm through smooth muscle cell apoptosis

        Abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) is a permanent expansion of the abdominal aorta that has a high mortality but limited treatment options. Phosphodiesterase (PDE) 4 family members are cAMP-specific hydrolyzing enzymes and have four isoforms (PDE4A-PDE4D). Several pan-PDE4 inhibitors are used clinically. However, the regulation and function of PDE4 in AAA remain largely unknown. Herein, we showed that PDE4D expression is upregulated in human and angiotensin II-induced mouse AAA tissues using RT-PCR, western blotting, and immunohistochemical staining. Furthermore, smooth muscle cell (SMC)-specific Pde4d knockout mice showed significantly reduced vascular destabilization and AAA development in an experimental AAA model. The PDE4 inhibitor rolipram also suppressed vascular pathogenesis and AAA formation in mice. In addition, PDE4D deficiency inhibited caspase 3 cleavage and SMC apoptosis in vivo and in vitro, as shown by bulk RNA-seq, western blotting, flow cytometry and TUNEL staining. Mechanistic studies revealed that PDE4D promotes apoptosis by suppressing the activation of cAMP-activated protein kinase A (PKA) instead of the exchange protein directly activated by cAMP (Epac). Additionally, the phosphorylation of BCL2-antagonist of cell death (Bad) was reversed by PDE4D siRNA in vitro, which indicates that PDE4D regulates SMC apoptosis via the cAMP-PKA-pBad axis. Overall, these findings indicate that PDE4D upregulation in SMCs plays a causative role in AAA development and suggest that pharmacological inhibition of PDE4 may represent a potential therapeutic strategy.

      • ALEX1 Regulates Proliferation and Apoptosis in Breast Cancer Cells

        Background: Arm protein lost in epithelial cancers, on chromosome X (ALEX) is a novel subgroup within the armadillo (ARM) family, which has one or two ARM repeat domains as opposed to more than six-thirteen repeats in the classical Armadillo family members. Materials and Methods: In the study, we explore the biological functions of ALEX1 in breast cancer cells. Overexpression of ALEX1 and silencing of ALEX1 were performed with SK-BR3 and MCF-7 cell lines. Cell proliferation and colony formation assays, along with flow cytometry, were carried out to evaluate the roles of ALEX1. Results: ALEX1 overexpression in SK-BR3 breast cancer cells inhibited proliferation and induced apoptosis. Furthermore, depletion of ALEX1 in MCF-7 breast cancer cells increased proliferation and inhibited apoptosis. Additional analyses demonstrated that the overexpression of ALEX1 activated the intrinsic apoptosis cascades through up-regulating the expression of Bax, cytosol cytochrome c, active caspase-9 and active caspase-3 and down-regulating the levels of Bcl-2 and mitochondria cytochrome c. Simultaneouly, silencing of ALEX1 inhibited intrinsic apoptosis cascades through down-regulating the expression of Bax, cytosol cytochrome c, active caspase-9, and active caspase-3 and up-regulating the level of Bcl-2 and mitochondria cytochrome c. Conclusions: Our data suggest that ALEX1 as a crucial tumor suppressor gene has been involved in cell proliferation and apoptosis in breast cancer, which may serve as a novel candidate therapeutic target.

      • Association Between the Pre-mir-218 Polymorphism and Cancer Risk in the Chinese Population: a Meta-Analysis

        Background: Several recent studies have explored associations between pre-mir-218 polymorphism (rs11134527) and cancer risk. However, published data are still inconclusive. To obtain a more precise estimation of the relationship in the Chinese population, we carried out a meta-analysis for the first time. Materials and Methods: Through retrieval from the PubMed, Medline, Embase, Web of Science databases, China National Knowledge Infrastructure and the Chinese BioMedical Literature Database, a total of four studies were analyzed with 3,561 cases and 3,628 controls for SNP pre-mir-218 rs11134527. We calculated odds ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (95%CIs) to explore the strength of associations. Results: The results showed that the rs11134527 polymorphism was associated with decreased cancer risk in GG versus AA and GG versus AA+AG models tested ( GG vs AA: OR=0.82, 95%CI: 0.71-0.94; GG vs AA+AG: OR=0.84, 95%CI: 0.74-0.96), and significantly decreased cervical cancer risk was observed in GG versus AA and GG versus AA+AG models (GG vs AA: OR=0.79, 95%CI: 0.66-0.94; GG vs AA+AG: OR=0.80, 95%CI: 0.68-0.94). However, no significant association between the rs11134527polymorphism and hepatocellular carcinoma risk was observed in all comparison models tested (AG vs AA: OR=0.94, 95%CI: 0.79-1.11; GG vs AA: OR=0.88, 95%CI: 0.70-1.10; GG+AG vs AA: OR=0.92, 95%CI: 0.79-1.08; GG vs AA+AG: OR=0.91, 95%CI: 0.75-1.11). Conclusion: The findings suggest that pre-miR-218 rs11134527 polymorphism may have some relation to cancer development in Chinese. However, well-designed studies with larger sample size and more detailed data are needed to confirm these conclusions.
