        The purpose of this study is to clarify the historic transition of the prospects on Haeundae dalmaji hill. Dalmaji hill is well known for a character of configuration on the ground with the scene of the sea. We will infer that how did it change the prospects of Dalmaji hill's sea through the analyzing of the preset situation and location of building on the hill. (1) We investigated the stories of the building, the history, the business condition. (2) We collect the twenty four view points which is able to have seascape on the hill, being easily approaching to the road, and condition of changing the building. (3) We clarified the transition of seascape prospect and considered the characteristics of the six types from which were divided the condition of seascape prospect.

      • 성직자 음성의 음향학적인 비교 연구

        This study compared the voices of ministers and priests. There has been a common notion that ministers are more passionate than priests in delivering their speech. Therefore, it can be assumed that ministers abuses or misuses his/her voice compared to priests. This study attempted acoustic analysis of the choices of 6 ministers and 5 priests before an after their speech. We measured F0, jitter, shimmer, NNE and HNR using Dr. Speech(version 4.0, Tiger DRS). A t-test was performed to determine any objective differences of their voices. The results showed that there were no significant differences in the voices of ministers and priests before an after their speech. However, there seemed to e an interesting reversed tendency between ministers and priests, although it did not reach a statistical significance. That is, F0 tended to increase after the speech in ministers, whereas it tended to decrease in priests. In addition, HNR tended o decrease after the speech in priests, while it tended to increase in ministers.

        Cooperative learning-applying group dynamics to instructional theory as a substitute for the limit of conventional teaching-learning theory-can be easily converted with other instructional model. In addition, Cooperative learning is highly recognized in combinations with music instruction by magnifying and enriching the possibility of cooperating in music class performance. This research has an object in searching cooperative-creative learning model applying cooperative learning structure to music and creative learning, and presenting concrete cooperative-creative learning technique which can assess to the level of fifth·sixth grade of elementary school. The cooperative-creative learning has following strategy and educational meanings. Firstly, making students activate and involve the practical music creative process resulting in being experience oriented learning. Secondly, deriving the creative class which fulfills the essence of music by students themselves hearing experience making, listening, sensing and telling among their mutual dependence apart from teacher's instruction. Thirdly, reflecting the idea of discovery learning finding and insighting the musical principle and concept themselves by exchanging the musical idea and information in the mutual cooperative group activity with the creating thesis. Fourthly, enlarging students' opportunity of involvement and self-expression making them experience performing and creating at the same time by directly connecting into the form of group creating. Finally, spurning and activating students' musical potential and creativity applying various cooperative-creative learning models and strategies to music class. This connects with 24 cooperative creative learning-a various and novelty. And so this research is looked forward to giving help and good effect to the scene of music class which can't activate the creative learning resulting from the lack of teacher's experience and difficulty itself through acknowledging the importance of creative learning. However the teaching strategy represented in this research connot be the standardized instruction of creating learning but can merely present one possibility in terms of teaching technique. As possibly accessing to the various methods teacher need creative effort and study by applying and reconstruct the creating activity considering many factors such as teaching ability, education conditions, student's ability, interest, and response, etc. It is important that you familiarize yourself with the creating by furnishing the opportunity of experience of creating often not just denying the creating, considering it as teachers and students' prejudice-difficult and boring class. This research-based on the principle of cooperative learning-presents the new direction to the creative learning by converting difficulty of individual oriented creative learning into cooperative learning into cooperative learning which accepts individual parts.

      • 배양된 해마 조직 절편에서 Beta-Amyloid Peptide의 신경 독성 효과

        Alzheimer's disease(AD) is primarily characterized by neurofibrillary tangles, senile plaques, and neurodegeneration. The major component of senile plaques is the beta-amyloid peptide(A B), Which is considered to have a causal role in AD. However, the biological activities of AB in AD has not been clearly defined. In this study we have investigated the effects of AB 25-35 fragment to neurons using organotypic hippocampal slice culture system which maintained intact hippocampal synaptic circuit and anatomy. Hippocampal slice culture is prepared from rat pos-tnatal 10-old days and after 14 days culture, slices were treated with 10uM AB 25-35 fragment. Neuronal death was measured with propidium iodide(PI) uptake and NeuN, neuronal marker, staining. After treatment of AB 25-35 fragment for 3days or 7days on hippocampal slice culture, we observed the increased PI uptake and the decreased number of NeuN-stained neuron in CA1 region of hippocampal pyramidal layer or dentate gyrus. These results suggested that AB 25-35 fragment exerts the neurotoxicity in hippocampal slice culture.

        Burkholderia cepacia를 이용한 축산폐수의 처리

        We found that the Bacterium Burkholderia cepacia in livestock wastewater treatment plant was predominant species. We investigated the growth rate of this and treatment characteristics for organic matter and nitrogen removal in livestock wastewater using this microorganism. First, we cultured B. cepacia. And then, to conducted treatment for livestock wastewater by using B. cepacia., we changed C/N from 0.2~4.4. When we operated A and B process, changing F/M ratio from 1.2 to 4.4. In experiment of C/N variations, when C/N was 1.8, we found that the optimal condition for organic matter and nutrient removal effect was higher and the removal efficiency of SCOD_(cr), SBOD_5, NH₄-N was 78.4%, 95% and 74.8%. So, It is possible to treat the wastewater having the lower C/N contents such as livestock wastewater using this microorganism. In experiment of A and B process for livestock wastewater, we found that the removal efficiency of organic matter and nitrogen in operating mode of A process was higher than that of B process. Also, the optimal F/M operating A process was 0.013 and the removal efficiency of SBOD_5, SCOD_(cr), TN and TP were 97%, 60%, 95% and 91%.

      • 생선묵에 첨가된 전분 함량

        시판 생선묵 26종을 무작위로 수집해서 전분 함량을 조사한 결과는 아래와 같다. 1. 전분 함량이 5∼10%되는 것이 19.2%, 10∼20%되는 것은 69.2%로서 가장 많았고, 20∼30%나 되는 많은 양의 전분을 첨가한 제품도 11.5%나 되었다. 2. 비교적 값비싼 제품이 전분을 더 많이 첨가하고 있었다. The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the content of starch in the 26kinds of fishcake which were randomly sampled The results of it were as follows ; 1. The highest percentage of those fishcake, the starch containing rate 10~20%, was 69.2% among all of them. The next, the starch containing rate 5~10%, was 19.2% And the last, the starch containing rate 20~30%. was 11.5%. 2. The expensive fishcake, the higher containing rate of starch.

        전통 고추장을 이용한 소스의 제조 및 특성

        To develope a sauce using Gochujang which can give foreigners good overall acceptance such as good flavor, taste, color, viscosity and versatility to many foods, we studied on the rheological properties and color control, recipes with spices, herbs, syrup, salt and flavor ingredients and sensory evaluation by Chinese, American and Japanese including Korean. From the survey, the Americans suggested that the proper fellow food of Gochujang sauce be fried chicken, barbecue, hamburger and pizza, and hoped to reflect red color, low viscosity, hot taste, low sweetness, salty and sourness and diet effect. The Chinese suggested pork and fried food as a fellow food with Gochujang sauce and showed similar opinion in the sensory attributes like the Americans except sweetness. When 5% of starch and xanthan gum was added to sauce, respectively, the yield stress of Gochujang sauce showed 33.21 Pa similar to tomato ketchup. In fluidity measured by voistic flow meter, Gochujang sauce showed 6.2 cm/30sec more or less faster than tomato ketchup which showed 4.7 cm/30sec. Gochujang sauce tended to show strong red color and lightness as pH decreased. The pH adjustant and Paprica oleoresin(2%) improved a value to 12.11 and L value to 24.24 similar to tomato kechup(a:12.42, L:25.48). The 1st gochujang sauce product showed 4.50 to 5.75 points in the overall acceptance in the consumer test including foreigners and koreans. However, the 2nd Gochujang sauce product showed 5.90 points and 6.30 points in the pizza and fried chicken, respectively, in the same consumer test. Therefore, we propose that Gochujang can be used for developing sauce products which is most acceptable for various foreigners.

      • 오매(Fructus Mume)의 항산화물질의 분리 및 특성연구

        천연물로부터 새로운 항산화제를 개발하기 위한 연구의 일환으로 한방에서 사용되는 한약재 중의 하나인 오매(烏梅)의 물 추출물과 메탄을 추출물 및 순차 분획물에 대해 팜유, 우지와 돈지를 기질로하여 유지저아시험, Rancumat method, 전자공여작용 등으로 항산화성을 확인한 결과, EtOAc 분획물에서 강한 항산화 활성을 나타내어 column chromatography, thin layer chromatography를 통하여 활성성분에 관한 연구를 시도하였다. 1. 오매 용매분획물 중 EtOAc 분획물(400 ppm)은 유지저장실험(60℃)에서, 팜유, 우지와 돈지에 모두 우수한 효과를 나타내었으며, 특히 우지에서 높은 활성을 나타내었고, BHA(200 ppm)와 α-tocopherol(200 ppm)보다 활성이 높았다. 2. 오매 EtOAc 분획물(400 ppm)은 Rancimat method에서는 팜유, 우지와 돈지에 비교적 우수한 효과를 나타내었으며, 우지에서 AI가 4.39로 상당히 높은 활성을 나타내었다. 3. 오매의 용매분획물 중 EtOAc 분획물이 DPPH라디칼에 대한 강한 소거활성을 나타내었으며, 그 활성은 EtOAc 분획물의 농도에 의존하여 증가하였고, SC_(50)은 21.2μg/ml이었다. 4. 오매 EtOAc 분획물에서 분리한 8개 획분 중 E4에서 SC_(50)이 16.7μg/ml으로 높은 DPPH 라디칼 소거활성을 나타내었으며, 원인 물질은 여러 가지 스펙트럼 측정 결과 수종 물질이 혼합물인 것으로 밝혀져, 보다 순수한 형태로의 분리 후 정확한 동정의 시도가 요구되었다. Fructus Mume is the roasted hits of Prunus mwme and has been used as tradibonal Chmese medicine. The anboxidatwe effect of the extract from Fructus Mume was measured using different methodsn such as, electron donating abdihes(EDA), Rancimat and oven tests. The methanol extract obtained from the Fructus Mume was solvent-fractionated with ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water, respectively. The ethyl acetate fraction showed the highest antioxidative activity among them. To identify the compounds with antioxidative activity, the isolates from thm layer chromatography were studied further. This study demonstrates that Fructus Mume might be useful for the prevention or treatment of disorders associated with oxidative damage.
