        혈관질환 정보관리 시스템

        As medical technology progresses rapidly, there is a rise in the average age along with the Korean dietary lifestyle becoming more westernized, which leads to an increase in the number of vascular disease patients in Korea. Thus, we need to manage the medical information of a disease systematically in order to diagnose and treat constructively. However, since there has been no standardized method of man agement to date, a great deal of information could not be properly utilized nor studied. Therefore, the departments of Cardiology, Radiology and Neurology of Samsung Seoul Hospital recently got together to develop an information management system called the Vascular Data System. This program was developed to be run on win98 O/S, upper Pentium Ⅲ, and upper 128 MB Memory, and its source code is Dephi 4.0. It was configured for the user to set the configurations as well as do a variety of search and analysis. If this program were to be updated continuously, it may be used extensively as well as in various parts of clinical research activities.

        우리나라에서 솔껍질깍지벌레의 분포확산

        솔껍질깍지벌레는 우리나라 곰솔림의 주요한 해충의 하나이다. 본 연구는 우리나라에서 솔껍질깍지벌레의 분포를 알아보기 위하여 7개도 3개 광역시, 91개 시군구, 686 읍면동의 해송림에서 2010년 밀도를 조사하였다. 5개도 2개 광역시에서 솔껍질깍지벌레가 서식하고 있었는데 시군구별로는 조사대상의 64.8%인 59개 시군구에서 서식이 확인되었다. 솔껍질깍지벌레의 분포는 남해안 전역과 동해안의 포항, 서해안의 충남 보령지역까지 분포하였다. 충북과 대전광역시 및 제주도에서는 솔껍질깍지벌레의 분포가 확인되지 않았다. 부산지역은 16곳의 모든 구에서 솔껍질깍지벌레가 분포하였고, 시군 단위에서는 전남 해남군의 솔껍질깍지벌레 평균밀도가 1.713마리/0.785 $cm^2$로 가장 높았으며 읍면동 단위에서는 해남군 송지면이 6.36마리/0.785 $cm^2$로 가장 높았다. 곰솔 가지 내의 솔껍질깍지벌레 밀도와 솔껍질깍지벌레가 서식하고 있는 빈도와는 높은 상관관계가 있었다(상관계수=0.89). The black pine bast scale, $Masucoccus$ $thunbergianae$ (Hemiptera: Margarodidae), is a serious pest of the Japanese black pine, $Pinus$ $thunbergii$, in Korea. The distribution of the black pine bast scale was examined, looking overall at 686 towns (eup), townships (myeon) or neighborhoods (dong). There were Japanese black pine ($Pinus$ $thunbergii$) forests in 91 cities, counties (gun) and borough (gu), in seven provinces and three metropolitan cities during 2010. Black pine bast scale were found in 64.8% of cities or counties or borough (59) in 7 provinces and 3 metropolitan cities, and were distributed in all South Costal regions, Pohang in East Costal region and Boryeong in West Costal region. Chungcheongbukdo, Daejeon and Jeju did not have black pine bast scale. All the gu regions in Busan had black pine bast scale, of which the area with the highest prevalence was Haenam in Jeollanamdo (1.713 crawlers/0.785 $cm^2$). Songji-myeon had the highest occurrence rate (6.36 crawlers/0.785 $cm^2$) from the towns, township and dong. The density of black pine bast scale in twigs was highly correlated with percentage of the sample with scale (Correlation coefficacy=0.89).

        A method for reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic separation of estriol, estradiol, and estrone in biological samples such as human urine, fetal bovine serum is described. Estrogens were determined by HPLC following solid phase extraction using Sepak C18 cartridge for sample clean up. Chromatographic separation is completed in 10 min using mobile phase of 60v/v% acetonitrile in water and Spheri-5 RP-18 column (4.6mm*22cm, 5micron) at flowarte of 0.5ml/min. UV-detection of eluted compounds was accomplshed at 280nm. Retention time of triol was shorter than those of diol and monool. These result suggests than triol is polar than diol and monool.

        방사선조사 후 타액선 세포와 혈관 내피세포의 DNA합성에 관한 면역조직학적 연구

        After single fraction of 2,5,10 Gy irradiation on submandibular gland of 40 male rats, weighing 150gm, respectively, these animal were sacrificed two hours after 0.1 mg/g bromodeoxyuridine(Sigma) peritoneal injection in 1,3,7,15 hours, 1,3,7, days after irradiation. And excised submandibular gland were fixed in Carnoy' and Bouin's solution for 2 hours. Paraffin sections were stained with H&E, and PAS for the observation of the change of salivary gland tissue, and with Feulgen for the study of the DNA distribution, and immunohistochemically stained with anti-bromodeoxyuridine (Sanbyo Co.) for detection of DNA synthetic cells in order to study the distribution of DNA synthetic cells of salivary gland tissue and endothelium after irradiation in 5 different sites of 6 slides on X 200 high power field. The results were as following. 1. In PAS staining 3 days after 5Gy irradiation, decreased mucine secretion of serous cells were found, and 7 days after 10 Gy irradiation, decreased mucine secretion of mucous cells were found. 2. In histopathologic features, degeneration of serous cells were found in 3 days after 2 Gy irradiation and there was little change in mucous cells and excretory duct cells. 3. In Feugen staining, 3 days after 2 Gy, 5 Gy irradiation, more high percentage of DNA synthetic cells were found in intercalated duct cells, striated duct cells and excretory duct cells than in BrdU staing. 4. In immunohistochemical features, DNA synethsis of serous cells and granular convoluted tubular cells abruptly decreased in early period after irradiation and showed no recovery in 7 days after irradiation but there was an increase in DNA synthesis of intercalated duct cells, striated duct cells and excretory duct cells, which have less S-phase cells comparatively, in 7 days after 2 Gy, 5 Gy irradiation. 5. In immunohistochemical features, the DNA synthesis of endothelial cell was continuously decreased after irradiation but showed slight increase in 7 days after 2 Gy and 5 Gy irradiation.

      • 맥반석과 황산반토를 이용한 중금속 제거에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was the removal of heavy metal ions by quartz porphyry and aluminum sulfate. The samples were artificially manufactured by A.A.S (Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer) standard solutions. The removal efficiencies of Hg^2+, Pb^2+, Cd^2+, Cu^2+, Cr^2+, Ni^2+, As^2+ were very low about 10% when aluminum sulfate was mixed in samples for absorption. Being used Quartz Pophyry in samples, the removal efficiency in 24hr were about 40%, 44%, 27%, 42%, 27%, 32%, 26% and 12% for Hg^2+, Pb^2+, Cd^2+, Cu^2+, Zn^2+, Cr^2+, Ni^2+ and As^2+ respectively. The equillibrium time was that Hg^2+ was about 48hr and Pb^2+, Cu^2+, As^2+ were about 24hr and Cd^2+, Zn^2+, Cr^2+, Ni^2+ were about 6hr. We know that the equillibrium time of Hg^2+ was very slow. Heavy metal ions was selectively exchanged with K^+, Na^+ and Ca^2+ ions in the quartz porphyry.

      • Methyl Orange에 依한 Disopyramide Phosphate의 分光光度 定量法

        A singly charged methyl orange anion(M. O) was found to be extracted with Disopyramide phosphate(DP) as a 1:1 complex in dechloroethane. MO-dichloroethane system gave a yellow color for DP, while in the absence of DP, an organic phase showed almost no color. In this way, the spectrophotometric method was in vestigated for the determination of DP by soivent extraction. The results obtained were as follow: 1. The maximum absorption wavelength of the reaction product was 420nm(ε=6.45×10^3.ℓ·moℓ^-1.㎝^-1) 2. Dichloroethane was the best extracting solvent among the several organic solvents and the most suitable pH range was 5.8~6.3 3. Linear relationship was found between absorbance and concentration in the range of 1 x 10^-5M∼10^-4M for DP. 4. This method was suitable for the spectrophotometric determination of DP in mixed pharmaceutical preparation.
