        혈우병 소견을 가진 뇌출혈 환자 치험(治驗) 1례(例)

        Objective : Hemophilia, a genetically determined disorder, is characterized by abnormality of the coagulation mechanism due to functional deficiency of a specific factor, namely VIII or IX. In this study, the effect of Dong-Si acupuncture therapy on the cerebral hemorrhage patient with hemophilia was evaluated. Methods : We treated him with acupuncture by stimulating Dong-Si acupuncture point(Yuk Wan) and assessed the effect by using manual dynamic evaluation of MRC(Medical Research Council) and Modified Barthel Index. Results : After treatment, the bleeding tendency was grossly reduced and bleeding lesion was absorbed gradually. And manual dynamic evaluation of the upper extremity increased from 4 grade to 5 grade. Conclusions : This result suggest that Dong-Si acupuncture therapy on the cerebral hemorrhage patient with hemophilia was effective. And futher studies are required to concretely prove the effectiveness of Dong-Si acupuncture therapy for treating hemorrhagic diseases.

        2016년 3월 31일부터 7월 31일까지 서울특별시 서초구 서초동에 위치한 서울고등학교 교정 일대를 서울고등학교 환경생물부 부원들이 채집 조사한 결과 20과 43속 53종의 거미가 조사 연구되어 이에 보고하는 바이다. From March 31st to July 31st in 2016, members of an environmental biology club at Seoul High School located in Seocho-gu, Seoul, Dae-Hee Kim, Dong-Woo Park, Jae-Woong Seo and Hyun-woo Lee, collected 20 families 43 genera 53 species of spiders and report the result of the study here.

      • 지역 다지점 통신 서비스용 Ka-band MMIC 전력 증폭기 설계

        지역 다지점 통신 중계기에 사용되는Ka-Band(26.7~27.5GHz)대역의 단일칩 초고주파 집적 회로 평형 전력 증폭기를 본 논문에서 설계하였다. 능동 소자로는 고속 전자 이동도 트랜지스터가 사용되었으며 on-wafer상에서 측정을 하기 위하여 설계한다. 칩 크기는 6.5×3.5mm^2로 예상되며, 입출력단의 반사손실을 감소시키기 위해 lange coupler를 사용하였다. 설계된 평형 전력 증폭기는 27.45dBm의 출력 전력과 20.45dB의 전력 이득, 그리고 24.05dB의 선형 이득을 나타내었으며. 입출력 반사 손실은 최대 -20.7dB와 -20.8dB의 특성을 보인다. A Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit(MMIC) Ka-band(26.7 ~27.5GHz) balanced power amplifier for LMCS was designed in this paper. Pseudomrphic High Electron Mobility Transistors (P-HEMTs) were used to design MMIC power amplifier for RF on-wafer measurement with a Ground-Signal-Ground(GSG) Pattern and its chip size is expected 6.53.5mm^2. The balanced power amplifier was designed to decrese the input and output return loss using lange coupler This designed balanced MMIC power amplifier resulted in 27.45dBm output power. 20.45dB power gain and 24.05dB linear gain. Input return loss(S_11) and output return(S_22) are maximum -20 7dB and -20.8dB.

        In this paper, we present a polarizer that consists of three step rotary detents which can selectively convert linear polarization into circular polarization and vice versa. For the design of the polarizer. the transmission line theory is applied to design the waveguide mode transducer for the modes to be smoothly converted between rectangular and circular waveguide. A dielectric plate is inserted i n circular waveguide for the conversion of a polarized wave with the angle of an inserted dielectric plate. Also. we simulated to obtain the optimum values of the transmission and the reflection coefficient characteristics at input and output port.

      • 제통단이 퇴행성 슬관절염 환자의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : to evaluate the effects of Jetongdan, the newly developed herbal medicine, on the quality of life in patients with osteoarthritis of knee Methods : Placebo-controlled, randomized clinical trial on the 80 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee was fulfilled. After enrollment, they took medication as they enrolled. And they were asked to answer the questionnaires (Korean Health Assessment Questionnaire (KHAQ), Lequesne's functional index (LF1), visual analogue scale (VAS)) and analysed with the erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) at baseline, after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of medication. Results : Total KHAQ score, some categories of KHAQ like hygiene, activities were significantly improved after 8 weeks of medication. And the change of the KHAQ score was significantly correlated with the change of VAS. But LFI, VAS, ESR level was not significantly improved, and it was considered because of the short medication period and small size of study population. Conclusion : In conclusion, Jetongdan could improve the health-related quality of life in patients with osteoarthritis of knee. Further study in the large population, in long period were recommended.

      • 대구경 볼트와 와이어텐션을 이용한 슬래브 보강공법에 관한 실험적 연구

        As time goes up, structural capacity of members decreases in reinforced concrete structures. The deterioration of the capacity is mainly due to the poor construction, corrosion of steel bars and the neutralization of concrete due to environmental pollution, etc. This deterioration is unavoidable, thus it is necessary to develop the method for repair and retrofit of structures in order to ensure structural safety of members. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the load-deflection, ultimate strength, failure mode, and energy absorption capacity of reinforced concrete slabs subject to load experimentally for several variables and grasp the problem of concrete slabs strengthened with large diameter bolts and wire tensioning. And propose foundational research data for4 strengthening reinforced concrete slabs. The test result shows that the capacity of anchorage is controlled by bearing capacity of concrete under the anchorage or punching shear around the anchorage. And the gap between bolts and core hole must be filled to prevent slip and rotation of anchorage.

        자연정화공법에 의한 하수처리장에서 최적 여재 선정

        농어촌 등에서 소규모로 발생하는 하수를 환경친화적이고 높은 하수처리효율을 유지하면서 하수처리장의 장기간 사용을 위한 최적의 여재를 선정하기 위하며 자연정화공법을 이용한 소형하수처리장치를 호기성조 및 혐기성조로 구분하여 시공한 다음, 하수처리량 및 여재 입경별 수처리 효율을 조사하였고, 호기성조와 혐기성조에서 여재 입경별 하수의 투수속도를 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 호기성조 처리수 및 방류수중의 pH 및 EC는 여제입경에 따라서 별 차이가 없었고, 용존산소는 호기성조를 동과한 호기성조 처리수의 용존산소는 큰 폭으로 증가하였으나 혐기성조를 통과한 방류수의 용존산소는 호기성조 처리수에 비해 약간 감소하여 여재입경 및 하수처리량에 따라서 별 차이가 없이 약 2.4~5.1 mg/L정도이었다. BOD,000 및 탁도 처리율은 여재 대(4~10 mm)를 사용했을 경우에도 호기성조 처리수에서 BOD 처리율은 약 91%이상, COD 처리율은 73%이상, 탁도 처리율은 83%이상이었으며, 이들 처리율은 여재입경이 작을수록 증가하였고 모든 조건에서 방류수중의 BOD 처리율은 98%이상, COD 처리율은 91%이상, 탁도 처리율은 98%이상이었다. 여재입경별 총 질소 및 총 인 처리율은 여재입경이 작을수록 약간 증가하였고, 모든 조건에서 방류수중의 총 질소 처리율은 약 45~59%, 총 인 처리율은 약 80~96% 정도이었다. 하수 처리율 및 투수속도를 고려해 볼 때 하수처리장 호기성조의 최적입경은 2~4 mm정도 혐기성조의 최적입경은 0.1~4 mm정도가 적절한 젓으로 사료되었다. 따라서 이러한 조건을 자연정화공법을 이용한 하수처리장에 적용하면 높은 하수처리효율을 유지하면서 하수처리장의 공극폐쇄현상이 일어나지 않아 장기간 운전할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. An investigation was carried out to evaluate the effects of pebble size on the small-scale sewage treatment apparatus by natural purification method that consisted of aerobic and anaerobic plot pH and EC in both plots varied minimally regardless of pebble size. DO in aerobic plot increased as the pebble size decreased. That in the anaerobic plot was slightly less in comparison with that of the aerobic plot, but varied minimally, 2.4~5.1 mg/L regardless of pebble size. Under all experimental conditions, removals of BOD, COD and turbidity in anaerobic plot were more than 98, 91 and respectively. Removals of T-N and T-P increased as pebble size decreased. Under all experimental conditions, removals of T-N and T-P in anaerobic plot were about 45~59 and 80~96%, respectively. Judging from the above results, it should be considered that the optimum pebble size and pebble permeability in both plot was 2~4 mm and 0.1~4 mm, respectively.

        긴장형 두통환자에서의 근막이완술이 뇌혈류 속도에 미치는 영향

        The aim of study carried out to determine the effects of myofascial release on the cranial arteries velocity from November 11, 2001 to March 29, 2002 the objects were 10 patients who having the tension-type headache at H-hospital This research compared with measure the mean flow velocity middle cerebral artery, posterior cerebral artery, vertebral cerebral artery. Result obtain were as follows; 1. Middle cerebral artery blood velocity between pre treatment and after treatment for 10days experiment was significantly increased 9.76㎝/s(p<0.05)in right, 4.88㎝/s(p<0.05)in left. 2. Posterior cerebral artery blood velocity between pre treatment and after treatment experiment was difference 6.35㎝/s(p<0.01)in right, 5.14㎝/s(p<0.01)in left, between pre treatment and after treatment for 5days experiment was 11.48㎝/s(p<0.01)in right, 10.74㎝/s(p<0.01)in left, between pre treatment and treatment for 10days experiment was 12.92㎝/s(p<0.001)in right, 12.68㎝/s(p<0.001) in left. 3. Vertebral artery blood velocity between pre treatment and post treatment experiment was difference 4.48㎝/s(p<0.05)in right, 6.10㎝/s(p<0.05)in left, between pre treatment and after treatment for 5days experiment was 12.50㎝/s(p<0.001)in right, 14.40㎝/s(p<0.001)in left, between pre treatment and after treatment for 10days experiment was 14.70㎝/s(p<0.001)in right, 13.90㎝/s(p<0.001)in left.

        계층적 Fuzzy 감지기에 대한 연구

        본 논문은 화재 감지기의 화재판정을 결정하는 방법으로 화재의 정도를 Fuzzy화 한다음 Fuzzy Logic을 적용하여 화재와 비화재를 판별할 수 있는 새로운 기능의 Fuzzy감지기를 제안한 것이다. Fuzzy 감지기의 입력요소는 화재의 정확한 판단을 위하여 온도센서, 연기센서, 광센서를 이용하였으며 센서출력 신호를 디지털화 하여 적용하였다. 그 결과 기존의 화재 감지기보다 화재감지 능력은 우수하였으나 정확한 화재 판단을 위해서는 보다 많은 Rule을 생성할 수 있는 지식이 필요 하였으며 Fuzzy 감지기를 실제 적용할 경우 그 가능성을 보였다. In this article, the Fuzzy Logic as the principle of the multcriteria fire detector is used to determine whether the fire takes out or not. The main contents of this method as follows ; most of all, the degree of the fire is represented as the type of the Fuzzy, and then it is possible to examine whether the fire takes out or not by the principle of the Fuzzy Logic. The input fators of the fuzzy fire detector are temperature sensor, smoke sensor, light sensor applied to digital type. On the result of this study, the first, the number of the case of the nonfire alarm which is represented in the existing fire detector is reduced, and the second, the applicability of the fuzzy fire detector is demonstrated by the test.
