      • 대도시와 중소도시 여성의 골다공증에 대한 인식도

        As average lifespan in human increased, women's concerns about health promotion after postmenopause are increased. Osteoporosis causes the serious health problem in postmenopausal women. We investigated comparison between Seoul and Chungju for women's recognition about osteoporosis to utilize patient's education data. Information, concerning whether the osteoporosis was well understood, were gather 405 patients, who visited an university hospital from January 1 to April 30, 2001. The mean age of 201 women in Seoul is 46.39 years old, and mean age of 204 in Chungju is 46.35 years old. Among 201 women in Seoul, 43(21.4%) women answered "well known" osteoporosis, and 32(15.9%) women answered "unknown" osteoporosis. Among 204 women in Chungju, 24(11.8%) women answered "well known" osteoporosis, and 32(15.9%) women answered "unknown" osteoporosis. There were significant association between recognition of osteoporosis and their education level, but not significant related with their economic level. Subjective and objective recognition for osteoporosis in Seoul was relatively higher than women in Chungju, but compliance about doctor in Chungju was relatively higher than women in Seoul. But we found that recognition level of postmenopausal osteoporosis is low in Seoul and Chungju. We concluded that knowledge for osteoporosis was relatively low, seoul was relatively higher than in Chungju. Therefore, correct patient education for prevention and treatment of osteoporosis would be needed.

        농약살포자 혈중 콜린에스테라제 활성도의 변화 및 농약성분

        In order to ascertain the status of health damage among Korean farmers who spray pesticides regularly in summer, blood and urine samples were collected for 88 volunteers during July to September in 1990. Serum cholinesterase activity, parent compounds of pesticides in blood and urine, SGOT, SGPT, blood pressure, pulse rate were measured. The results were as follows; 1. Mean cholinesterase activity after spraying pesticides was significantly lower than that before spraying. While proportion of abnormal cholinesterase activity(<1990 U/L) group was 2.3% before spraying pesticides, the proportion of the group after spraying was 22.8%. 2. Cholinesterase activity were decreased over 50% in 14.7% of the subjects who can be classified into poisoning group 3. While pulse rate and blood pressure were slightly increased in poisoning group, those were significantly decreased in non-poisoning group. 4. Consecutive spraying of pesticide caused further reduction of cholinesterase activity. 5. Five parent compounds of pesticides frequently used during summer farming were analyzed using 106 blood samples. IBP in one sample and Isoprothiolane in four samples were detected. No parent compounds were detected in urine samples.

      • FeTaNC 미세결정박막의 연자기 특성에 관한 연구

        Magnetic properties and microstructures of FeTaNC thin films, which were deposited by magnetron reactive sputtering method, were investigated as a function of CH₄ and N₂ gas partial pressures. Magnetic properties of FeTaNC films were depended on total reactive gas pressures as well as CH₄/N₂ pressure ratios. For reactive gas partial pressures of 5 ∼ 10 %, optimum magnetic properties were observed in the FeTaNC films with proper CH₄/N₂ ratio. On the other hand, at 15% of gas partial pressure, FeTaN and FeTaC films showed superior properties to FeTaNC films. Above 15%, the magnetic properties of films rapidly degraded due to an excess incorporation of C and/or N atoms. Excellent soft magnetic properties of 17kG of Bs, 0.3 Oe of Hc, and 4000 of μ' (at 5 ㎒) were obtained in the FeTaNC films. The process windows of FeTaNC films which are showing good soft magnetic properties are larger than FeTa(N/C) films. High permeabilities of FeTaNC films could be explained by the Fe lattice distortion caused by N atoms, hence reduction of magnetic anisotopy. While precipitated TaN and TaC particles effectively supress the growth of α-Fe grains leading to a good soft magentic properties, FeN and FeC phases such as Fe3N, Fe4N, FexC have detrimental effects.

        정보통신산업에서의 기술혁신 유인과 시장구조 진화

        기술혁신 및 시장구조의 진화과정에서 효율적 기업이 계속하여 신기술을 독점하는 지배적 구조의 지속 현상(increasing dominance)과 각 기업의 기술적 우위와 계속하여 교차하는 현상(action-reaction)이 어떠한 상황에서 발생하게 되는지를 기업의 기대 종류, 기업의 초기비용 구조 등을 통해 살펴보고, 특히 정보통신산업에서 나타나는 네트워크 외부성의 존재가 기업의 기술혁신 유인과 시장구조의 진화 패턴에 미치는 영향을 고찰하고 있다. We examine the evolution of market structure by technological innovation. There are two kinds of phenomena in the evolution. One is the 'increasing dominance' where the efficient firm continues to be a leading firm. The other is the 'action-reaction' where technological superiority of firms changes over time. We derive the conditions under which these two phenomena occur. Also, we look at the effect of network externality on the pattern of the innovation incentive and market evolution.

      • 질량분석법에 의한 항암제 BLM 금속착물의 정량제목

        BLM혼합물인 Bleocin으로부터 BLM-A2를 고순도로 대량 분리, 정제할 수 있는HPLC조건을 확립하였다. 질량분석법을 이용한 다양한 금속의 BLM 착물의 합성과정을 추적하는 연구기법을 개발할 수 있었고 BLM의 금속착물 형성에 의한 새로운 BLM 정량법을 개발하였다. 이러한 방법을 이용하여 CoBLM-A2(성분 1, 2, 3), FeBLM-A2, CuBLM-A2, PtBLM-A2 (성분 1, 2),ZnBLM-A2, CoBLM-32(성분 1, 2)등의 착물을 합성하고 질량분석법을 이용한 다양한 착물합성에 정도를 확인할 수 있었다. The highly purified and large scaled BLM-A2 was obtained from the anticancer drug(Bleocin) containing BLM mixture by establishing HPLC condition. The complex formations with various metaI ions were monitored by Mass spectrometry. CoBLM-A2(component 1,2,3), FeBLM-A2, CuBLM-A2, PtBLM-A2(component 1,2), CoBLM-B2 [component 1,2] were synthesized and quantitatively characterized by Mass spectrometry.

      • 3분 및 4분 상완골근위부 골절에서의 외반형 및 내반형에 따른 임상적 비교

        목 적 : 수술적으로 치료한 3분, 4분 상완골 근위부 골절을 외반형과 내반형으로 재분류하여 임상적 결과를 비교하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : Neer 분류상 3분, 4분 상완골근위부 골절로 분류된 21례에 대해 수술적 치료를 시행하고 12개월 이상 추시된 증례를 대상으로, 골절부위의 각형성, 상완골두의 방향성, 그리고 우세 전위결절의 양상에 따라 외반형과 내반형으로 재분류하여 UCLA shoulder rating scale에 따른 기능적 평가를 시행하였다. 결 과 : 단순 방사선 소견을 기준으로 Neer의 3, 4분 상완골 근위부골절을 외반형과 내반형 및 각각의 아형(subtype)으로 분류할 수 있었다. 견관절 반치환술을 시술한 2례를 제외하고 분석한 각 그룹의 UCLA 기능적 평가는 외반형에서 양호 이상의 결과가 9례중 8례(89%), 내반형에서 10례중 4례(40%)로 외반형에서 더 우수한 임상적 경과를 보였다. 결 론 : 상완골 근위부 골절에서 골두의 방향성은 골절의 각형성 및 우세 전위결절의 양상과 높은 상관관계를 가졌으며, 내반형의 경우 혈행과 신경장애가 좀더 빈번하고 예후도 불량한 것으로 나타났고, 이러한 경우 수술시 도달 방법, 연부조직 상태에 대한 평가가 더욱 신중하게 고려되어야 할 것으로 생각되었다. Purpose : We reclassified three-and four-part proximal humerus fracture by Neer's classification into valgus & varus type, and compared the results of these groups. Materials & methods : 21 cases classified as three- and four-part fracture in Neer's classifiation were treated surgically and followed for 12 months. We reclassified the 21 cases vlagus and varus type fractures, according to angulation of fractures, facing of humeral head, and dominant displaced tuberosity. Functional evaluation was done by UCLA shoulder rating scale. Results : Neer's three- and four-part proximal humerus fractures could be reclassified based on angulation, facing of humeral head, and dominant tuberosity displacement. The functional results according to UCLA shoulder rating scale were good or excellent in 8 of 9 cases of valgus type(89%), and at 4 in cases of varus type(40%). The clinical result of the valgus type was better than that of the varus type. Conclusion : Based on reclassification system of proximal humerus fractures, clinical results and radiographic findings including angulation, facing of head and domonant tuberosity displacement showed close relationship. Neurovascular complication were more frequent in the varus type. Therefore, careful evaluation including surgical approach and soft tissue status should be considered in the varus type of complex proximal humerus fracture.

        가시광선중합화에 따른 충전용 Glass lonomer Cement의 물리적 성질에 관한 연구

        The aim of this study was to investigate the physical properties of visible light curing Glass Ionomer cement for restorative esthetic filling. The control group was the autopolymerizing GC fuji Glass Ionomer cement(2.2:1 P/L ratio) and the experimental groups were made by following procedure. To induce the polymerization by visible light, the powder of GC Fuji II GI cement and the liquid of vitrabond for base & liner were mixed in an amalgam capsule with 2.5:1, 3.0:1, 3.5:1 P/L ratio(% wt/wt). After fabrication of specimens, compressive strenght, fracture toughness (K_IC), Scanning Electron Microscope and X-ray Diffraction, water-leachable content, marginal leakage and surface roughness were studied. The results were as follows : 1. Only experimental No. 1 group(visible Light curing) showed less compressive strength than control group I hour after curing. strength was increased with aging in all groups, so the compressive strength of light curing groups was no less than that of autopolymerizing group after 3 weeks. 2. Experimental No.3 group(visible Light curing) was inferior to No. 2 group(visible Light curing) in fracture resistance but light curing groups were more resistant to fracture than autopolymerizing group and showed ductile fracture pattern as compared with the brittle fracture pattern of autopolymerizing group. 3. From scanning electron microscopic image, various sized unreacted powder particles, surrounded by silica gel, were embedded in polysalt matrix. Light curing groups showed little crack and more dense unreacted particles than autopolymerizing group. 4. From X-ray diffraction analysis, GC Fuji II Glass Ionomer cement powder and all groups showed glassy appearance but light curing groups seemed to be more intensive in crystaline than autopolymerizing. 5. The most significant dissolution was shown in early setting period in all group. Light curing groups were dissolved less than autopolymerizing group. 6. Marginal leakage was not different significantly in case of cavity margin composed of same tooth structure(ex. only enamel margin, only dentin margin) but much more leakage was shown in dentin/cementum margin than enamel margin. In only case of only enamel margin, light curing groups were superior to autopolymerizing group. 7. All groups showed relatively smooth surface, which inegularity was less than l μm. Light curing groups were smoother than autopolymerizing group.
