팔면체 유기백금(Ⅳ) [PtCl_3Me(PMe_2Ph)_2] 형태 착물을 선택하여 계산한 쌍극자모멘트에 대한 리간드의 trans 의 효과를 연구하였다. 팔면체 모노메틸 유기백금(Ⅳ) [PtCl_3Me(PMe_2Ph)_2] 형태 착물의 쌍극자모멘트를 수정된 EHT 계산방법을 사용하여 계산 하였다. trans-[PtCl_3Me(PMe_2Ph)_2]을 계산한 쌍극자모멘트 값(4.6D)은 cis-[PtCl_3Me(PMe_2Ph)_2]의 계산한 쌍극자모멘트 값(10.7D, 13.9D)보다 낮은 값을 갖으며 실험값(4.3D)에 매우 접근하였다. 이러한 결과로부터 팔면체 유기백금(Ⅳ) [PtCl_3Me(PMe_2Ph)_2] 형태착물은 trans-[PtCl_2Me_3(PMe_2Ph)_2] 형태의 구조를 갖을 것으로 기대되며 chloro 착물이 실험적으로 낮은 쌍극자모멘트를 갖는 것과 유사한 경향을 보인다.
Theoretical study of Fluorine Doping Effect on the Y-Ba-Cu-O Superconductor

?? (z=0. 0.5, 1) 형태의 Y-Ba-Cu-O 초전도계에 대하여 Extended Huckel 분자궤도계산을 수행하였다. 불소화된 Y-Ba-Cu-O 초전도체의 전자구조와 성질을 연구하기 위하여 전체 에너지, 상대적 안정도, Cu(1)의 ?? 상태와 Cu(2)의 ?? 상태 사이의 에너지 gaps등을 조사하였다. HOMO-LUMO 에너지 gaps과 상대적인 안정도에 있어서 Y-Ba-Cu-O 초전도계의 high-Tc와 초전도에 ?? 의 경우 보다 영향을 덜 미칠 것으로 기대된다. Extended Huckel molecular orbital calculations have been performed on Y-Ba-Cu-O superconductor systems, ?? Where z=0, 0.5, and 1.0. The total energies, relative stabilities, and HOMO-LUMO energy gaps between Cu(1) ?? state and Cu(2) ?? state were investigated to study the electronic structure and properties of the fluorinated Y-Ba-Cu-O superconductor. In this study, we would expect that in the Y-Ba-Cu-O superconductor systems, the HOMO-LUMO energy gaps relative stabilities of ?? would have a less effect than the case of ??.

The effects of probiotic additions to feed and manure on temperature, humidity and carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions in Hanwoo manure during summer (4 weeks) were evaluated. Fifteen Hanwoo (24-mo-old, 580 ± 20 kg) were housed in individual pens (5 × 8 m) and randomly assigned to 1 of 3 treatments (n = 5 cattle per treatment). Hanwoo were fed experimental rations as follows: control (10 kg roughage + 2 kg concentrate); T1 (10 kg roughage + 2 kg concentrate, 2% probiotics on as-fed basis); and T2 (10 kg roughage + 2 kg concentrate, 2% probiotics on as-fed basis + 7 kg probiotics as top-dressing on the surface of Hanwoo manure). In comparison to the control, the addition of probiotics to feed or feed and manure had an effect (P < 0.05) on temperature and humidity over the 4 weeks, except for humidity at 0 weeks. The only significant difference (P < 0.05) observed in CO2 emission was among all treatments at 3 and 4 weeks (but not at 0 through 2 weeks). These results indicated that use of probiotics as feed and manure additives did not have a significant effect on environmental parameters.
코크스오븐 작업자들의 코크스오븐배출물 및 다핵방향족탄화수소 노출에 관한 연구

Coke-oven workers are regularly exposed to cake oven emissions(COE), which consist primarily of polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) and volatile organic components. This study assessed the exposure of coke-oven workers to COE and PAH. The results of this study are as follows. 1. Among the 136 samples on cake-oven workers 33.1% exceeded the occupational exposure limit to the Coal Tar Pitch Volatiles(0.2 ㎎l㎥) established by the Korean Ministry of Labor and American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists(ACGIH). 2. The cake-oven workers were classified into twelve job categories and there was statistically significant difference among the airborne concentrations of COE and PAH in twelve job categories(p$lt;0.001). 3. There was na significant difference of the airborne concentrations of COE between NIOSH method and OSHA method applied. 4. There was a significant correlation between the airborne concentrations of total PAH and COE(r=0.733, P$lt;0,01). 5. The percentage of naphthalene in total PAH was 55.9% and the highest among those of 16 PAHs. There was a significant correlation between the airborne concentrations of naphthalene and total PAH(r=0.90, p$lt;0.01) and this study recommends naphthalene as the index component of PAH.
