      • 食用油脂類에 對한 免疫生物學的 硏究

        食用油脂는 健康維持에 必須的인 營養素이다. 그러나 食用油脂는 脂肪을 構成하는 脂肪酸의 種類와 攝取하는 量에 따라 健康을 保衛하는 必須的인 食品의 成分이 되기도 하고 有害한 影響을 끼칠 수도 있어서 脂質代謝와 關連된 疾病 뿐만아니라 老化를 促進하고, 乳房癌, 大腸癌等의 癌發生과도 關連된 것으로 밝혀져 있다. 本 硏究는 우리生活環境에서 食用으로 接할 수 있는 10種의 油脂에 對한 免疫生物學的인 活性에서 究明한 結果 對照群인 참기름食餌群에 比해 올리브유食用群은 全般的으로 體液性 및 細胞性免疫을 有意性있게 增加시켰으나, 大食細胞의 活性과 末梢循環白血球數는 有意性없는 減少를 보였고, 動物性 油脂인 牛脂食餌群과 植物性 油脂인 옥수수기름食餌群, 들기름食餌群, 米糠油食餌群, 大豆油食餌群, 菜種油食餌群 및 고추씨기름食餌群에서는 全般的으로 體液性 및 細胞性免疫, 大食細胞의 活性 및 末梢循環白血球數를 有意性있게 減少시켰다. This study was performed to investigate the effects of edible oils and fats on the immunobiological responses in ICR male mice. Ten groups of experimental diets, such as sesame oil diet, beef tallow diet, lard oil diet, olive oil diet, corn oil diet, perilla oil diet, rice polishing oil diet, soybeen oil diet, rape seed oil diet, and red pepper seed oil diet were fed adlibitum to the ICR male mice for 27 days. The results of this study were summarized as followings. 1. Both humoral and cellular immune responses, phagocyte activity, and number of leukocytes in sesame oil group were increased. However, the increasing rate of body weight and the weight retios of spleen and thymus to body were generally decreased. 2. Hemagglutination titer(HA) and rosette forming cell(RFC) of the beef tallow group and the lard group were significantly lower than the sesame oil group(P<0.01), but the lard group significantly increased Arthus reaction and delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH)(P<0.01). 3. Arthus reaction, DTH, and RFC of the olive oil group were significantly higher than the sesame oil group(P<0.01). 4. DTH of the corn oil group was significantly higher than the sesame oil group(P<0.01) whereas phagochyte activity was significantly lower(P<0.01). But no statistically significant differences were found between the two groups in the humoral immune response. 5. HA, PFC, DTH, RFC, phagocyte activity, and number of leukocytes of the perilla oil group and the rice polishing oil group were significantly lower than the sesame oil group(P<0.01). 6. Both humoral and cellular immune responses, phagocyte activity, and number of leukocytes of the soybeen oil group, the rape seed oil group, and the red pepper oil group were significantly lower than the sesame oil group(P<0.01).

        시스템 다이내믹스를 이용한 간호단위별 간호인력 산정에 관한 연구

        Purpose: The purpose of the study was to forecast manpower by building the nursing manpower-staffing model(surgical-medical nursing unite). Method: The system dynamics approach was adapted to build a simulation model for calculating medical-surgical nursing manpower-staffing. The model was built up on Venism 5.0b DSS. Result: The results in the basic circumstance are in following. The level of nursing service quality, patientsatisfaction, and nurse job satisfaction maintains higher at medical-surgical nursing unit of the tertiary hospitals with the ratio of bed to nurse 2.5:1-3.0:1 than at any other situations. The level of nursing service quality, patient satisfaction, and nurse job satisfaction maintains higher at madical nursing unit of the secontary hospotals with the ratio of bed to nurse 3.0:1 and at surgical nursing unit of the secondary hospitals with the ratio of bed to nurse 3.0:1-3.5:1 than at any other situations in the fundamental from. The results in the simulation circumstance are in following, As author raises the operating rate of bed into 95-100%, and cut skilled nursing staff down, the level of nursing-service quality, patient satisfaction, and nurse job satisfaction drops slightly. Conclusion: In terms of economic efficiency on tertiary hospotals, the ratio of bed to nurse for the best reasonable medical-surgical nursing manpower-staffing is 3.0:1. In terms of economic efficiency on secondary hospitals, the ratio of bed to nurse for the best reasonable medical nursing manpower-staffing is 3.0:1 and surgical nursing manpower-staffing is 3.5:1

        일개 제빵회사 근로자의 제빵공 천식 유병률

        목적: 일개 제빵회사에서 제빵공 천식 유병률을 조사하여 제빵공 천식으로 인한 국내 질병부담을 파악하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 방법: 일개 제빵회사의 생산관련 근로자 596명에서 수습기간(3개월) 중이거나 참여를 거부한 216명을 제외하고,380명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 밀가루분진 노출형태에 따라 직접노출군과 간접노출군으로 직무 카테고리를 분류하고,설문조사는 ISAAC 설문항목에 직업력 등을 추가한 설문지를 사용하였다. 설문조사에서 천식이나 알레르기병과 관련된 증상이나 병력이 전혀 없는 간접노출군은 임상검사대상에서 제외하였다. 임상검사대상 233명에게 피부단자검사,혈청 특이 IgE 항체검사,산업의학 전문의와의 면담을 시행하였고,면담에서 천식이나 알레르기비염과 관련된 증상이나 병력이 확인된 31명을 연속적 PEFR 측정대상으로 하였다. PEFR 변동률로써 메타콜린 기관지유발검사대상을 선정하였고,메타콜린 기관 지유발검사에서 기관지과민성이 확인된 경우에 특이 기관지유발검사를 시행하였다. 제빵공 천식은 특이 기관지유 발검사에서 천식반응이 확인된 경우로 정의하였다. 결과: 연구대상의 밀가루 민감화율은 21.0%(직접노출군 25.9%,간접노출군 13.3%), 제빵공 천식 유병률은 3.2%(직접노출군 5.1%,간접노출군 1.8%)였다. 직접 노출군이 간접노출군에 비해 밀가루에 민감화될 위험이 높았으며(OR 2.15,95% CI=1.03∼4.51), 제빵공 천식에 이환될 위험은 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다(PR 2.52,95% CI=O.78∼8.18). 밀가루에 민감화된 군이 그렇지 않은 군에 비해 제빵공 천식에 이환될 위험이 매우 높았다(PR 38.63, 95% CI=6.14∼243.22). 결론: 이번 연구결과는 직업적으로 밀가루에 노출되는 국내 근로자에서 제빵공 천식이 적지 않을 것임을 시사하고 있다. 향후 제빵공 천식으로 인한 질병부담을 보다 정확히 파악하기 위해서는 국내에서 연구된 바 없는 밀가루 취급 사업장(제분회사 등)에 대한 연구가 필요하며,근로자의 건강과 사회경제적 위치를 보호하기 위한 체계적인 연구도 요구된다. Objectives: To determine the prevalence of baker's asthma due to flour dust in an industrial bakery in Korea. Methods: Of the 596 active workers, 380 were allocated to a category of either direct exposure (DE) or indirect exposure (IE) to flour dust and completed a modified ISAAC questionnaire. Of the 380 participants, 233 were screened by an occupational physician interview, a skin prick test, and an ELISA for serum-specific IgE antibodies to wheat flour extracts. Selected workers received serial monitoring of peak expiratory flow rate (PEFR), and positive PEFR respondents received a methacholine challenge test. The diagnosis of baker's asthma was confirmed by a specific inhalation challenge with wheat flour extracts. Results: The prevalence of sensitization to wheat flour and baker's asthma was 21.0% (25.9% DE, 13.3% IE) and 3.2% (5.1 % DE, 1.8% IE), respectively. DE had an increased risk of sensitization to wheat flour (OR 2.15, 95% CI = 1.03∼4.51). Sensitization to wheat flour and the prevalence of baker's asthma correlated significantly (PR 38.63, 95% CI = 6.14∼243.22). Conclusions: These findings indicate a considerable prevalence of baker's asthma among flour-exposed workers in Korea. Future studies will be required to survey the situation in flour mill companies and seek ways to protect the health and socioeconomic position of flour industry workers.

        전통조경요소의 키치적 변용과 그 양상

        This study aims to reveal the immanent cultural significance of traditional landscape elements that are modified into Kitsch and introduced in urban scenery. Traditional landscape elements are closely related to traditionalism and folk features ; they provide a basic framework for a system of thought in designing the landscape by introducing traditional landscape elements to modern urban scenery. The case study method was used to interpret the objective phenomena. Specifically, the descriptive study method was used to understand a certain phenomenon by determining its traits through the case study. This study covers traditional landscape elements that have been modified into Kitsch landscape elements as seen in urban scenery. Traditional landscape elements are classified by viewpoints of purposes. However, this study deals with only visible elements such as landscape constructions and facility elements and planting elements as subjects. Based on previous studies, this study focused on the following elements; 1) inadequacy/ incoherence elements; 2) accumulated/excessive elements; 3) conventional comfort/nostalgic elements; 4) exaggeration elements; 5) amusable satisfaction elements, and; 6) mosaic cultural elements. Kitsch as a cultural phenomenon was found to be prevalent in the area of landscape architecture. However, it has not attacted condiderable attention to date. An enhanced system of thought is therefore necessary for applying traditional landscape elements in the modern times, by analyzing and reviewing the cultural phenomana of Kitsch largely found in urban scenery. Likewise, an analysis considering how people recognize Kitsch-styled traditional landscape elements is recommended.

      • 低溫貯藏中 참깨의 Sterol 組成變化

        참깨種實을 5℃의 냉장고 및 自然狀態의 어두운 저장창고에 12個月 貯藏하면서 sterol組成 變化를 分析檢討하였다. 참깨수확때의 19.7%의 campesterol이 17.3∼17.8%로 약간 減少하였고 stigmasterol은 12.2%가 9.5∼9.8%로 減少하였으나 sitosterol은 52.5%가 56.5∼58.3%로 增加하였으며 △^5-avenasterol은 15.2%가 14.5∼16.3%로 거의 變化하지 않았다. 또한 貯藏方法에는 差異가 거의 없었으며 12個月 貯藏에는 변화폭이 좁았다. The sesame seed were stored in the refrigerator of 5℃ and the natural dark store. The stored time of sesame seed are 0, 5, 8, and 12 months and the sterol composition of 4-desmethylsterol fraction from total sterol in sesame seed oil was analyzed by GLC at a different time and condition. The campesterol content as 19.7% at harvesttime was slightly decreased to 17.3-17.8% after 12 months' storage and the stigmasterol content was decreased from 12.2% to 9.5-9.8%, but the content of sitosterol was increased from 52.5% to 56.5-58.3%, otherwise, △^5-avenasterol content was not nearly changed during storage. Also, the sterol composition of sesame was a little difference on the different condition and the changed range in 12 months' storage was narrow.

      • 참깨의 저온저장중 획분별 지방질의 지방산조성 변화

        참깨를 5, 8, 12개월 저온저장 및 자연저장중 획분별 지방질의 지방산조성 변화를 검토하였다. 지방산조성 변화는 대부분의 획분별지질에서 함량이 가장 큰 리놀레산은 감소한 반면 그 외 지방산은 증가하였으나 스테릴에스테르의 리놀레산은 저온저장중에 약간 증가하였고 올레산은 자연저장 중에 약간 감소하였다. 한편 인지방질의 팔미트산은 감소하였으며 저온저장중에서 올레산은 거의 변화가 없었다. C_18/C16지방산비의 변화는 당지방질, 스테릴에스테르 및 트리글리세리드는 감소한 반면 디클리세리드, 유리지방산 및 인지방질은 증가하였다. 불포화지방산/포화지방산비의 변화는 당지방질, 트리글리세리드, 디글리세리드 및 인지방질은 감소한 반면 유리지방산은 증가하였고 스테릴에스테르는 저온저장중에는 증가하였으나 자연저장중에는 감소하였다. This study was performed to find the change of fatty acid composition during the low temperature storage of sesame seed. The sample seed was kept within the cotton bag(20X27Cm) and the bag was stored in the refrigerator of 5℃. Also, the storing period of sample seed is 5, 8 and 12 months after the harvest time of sesame. The sesame oil was extracted by acetone at the harvest time and each storing time of sample seed. The lipids in sesame oil were fractionated into glycolipid(GL), sterylester(SE), triglyceride(TG), diglyceride(DG), free fatty acid(FFA) and phospholipid(PL) by means of solution was mixed normal hexane with ethylalcohol and thin layer chromatography. Fatty acid composition of each fraction were anlyzed by gas liguid chromatograpy. The linoleic acid content of the GL, SE, TG, DG, FFA and PL was decreased, while the oleic, stearic and palmitic acid content of GL, SE, TG, DG and FFA was increased during the low temperature storage of sesame. But the palmitic acid content of PL was decreased. Also the stearic and oleic acid content of PL was slightly increased. The ratio of C_18 to C_16 fatty acids in GL, SE and TG was decreased, but that of DG, FFA and PL was increased during low temperature storage of sesame. The ratio of unsaturated to saturated fatty acids in GL, TG, DG and PL was decreased, but that of SE and FFA was increased during low temperature storage of sesame.

      • 유자종실의 지질조성

        폐기되는 유자종실이 이용가능성을 알아보기 위해서 1990년도 남해군에서 생산된 유자를 원료로 하여 유자종실의 화학성분과 유자종실기름의 성상, 획분별 지질조성 및 지방산 조성을 분석하였다. 유자종실의 화학성분은 粗脂肪이 31.4%이고 粗蛋白이 19.9%였다. 유자종실기름의 산가는 1.69, 옥도가는 100.4, 검화가는 200.32이며 굴절율은 1.4704였다. 획분별지질은 triglyceride가 68.0%, glycolipid가 26.1%이고 steryl ester 및 free sterol은 소량이며 free fatty acid, diglyceride 및 phospholipid는 미량이였다. 지방산조성은 Linoleic acid가 38.2%, oleic acid가 34.6%, palmitic acid가 20.6%로 대부분을 차지하며 stearic acid가 3.4%, linolenic acid가 2.1%로 소량이였다. 또한 불포화도비는 3.15였다. This experiment was performed to the several chemical compositions. which include chemical components(moisture, crude fat, crude protein and crude ash) of citrus(citurs junos SIEB) seed and the characteristics(acid value, iodine value, saponification value and refractive index) of citrus seed oil. Also, the fractionated pattern and fatty acid compositions of citrus seed oil were examined. The chemical components of citrus seed were investigated to be : moisture 10.8%, crude fat 31.4%, crude protein 19.9% and crude ash 2.0%. The properties of citrus seed oil were examined acid value 1.69, iodine value 100.40, saponification value 200.32 and refractive index 1.4704. The lipid dompositions of citrus seed oil were fractionated into glycolipid 26.1%, steryl ester 2.0%, triglyceride 68.0%, free fatty acid 0.8%, free sterol 1.3%, diglyceride 1.0% and phospholipid 0.8%. The fatty acid compositions of citrus seed oil were palmitic acid 20.6%, stearic acid 3.4%, oleic acid 34.6%, linolic acid 38.2%, and linolenic acid 2.1%,. And the ratio of unsaturated to saturated fatty acid was 3.15.

        충남대학교 학술림 산책로 훼손실태 및 관리방안에 관한 연구

        This study concentrates an the trail of the CNU(Chungnam National University) forest. The amount of use and the pattern of damage are considered, as well as the extent of environmental damage. Finally, some managerial strategies are proposed in connection with sustainable maintenance. The trail of the university forest is composed of three sections; one is the neighborhood park and the Institute of Information Technology/Communications, the second is the Institute of Information Technology/Communications and the Dormitory, and the third section is the Dormitory and the Foreign prof's Apt. The total length of the trail is 2.6km. The daily amount of use is 1,269 visitors per day. The amount of using increased three times the amount of that in 1998. This study shows the pattern of damage of the trail in the order of root-exposure, widening, rock-exposure, deepening and the divergence in the frequency of occurrence of all these factors. Environmental damage is also graded thus: grade 3 is 27.4m, grade 4 is 0.8m, grade 5 is 1.5m, and grade 6 is 0.2m. Accordingly, some managerial strategies were proposed in connection with the sustainable trail maintenance.
