        Biogenic amines can be formed and degraded either as the result of endogenous amino acid decarboxylase activity in raw materials or by the growth of decarboxylase-positive microorgannisms under conditions favorable to enzyme activity. Three biogenic amines(Tryptamine, Histamine, Tyramine) were intensively investigated by the HPLC during Kimchi fermentation at 5℃. The patterns of microfloral changes in lactic acid bacterial group, Leuconostoc, Streptococcus and Lactobacillus, were similar to the typical low-temperature fermentation. The population of microbial growth were high after 10 days and gradually decreased. The levels of Tyramine were lowered(10mg/kg) during this mid-periods(8∼16 days) but very high in initial-(15mg/kg) and final-periods (30mg/kg), in which the total acidity ranged between 0.2∼0.35% and 0.4∼0.6%, while the acidity in mid-periods revealed 0.35∼0.4% beginning the initial ripening period. Leuconostoc was highly increased in number in mid-period but slightly declined as the acidity increased, whereas Streptococcus was highly distributed in initial-period and Lactobacillus in final-period. The levels of Tryptamine and Histamine were relatively low throughout the whole fermentation period, but the profile of Tryptamine level was very similar to the case of Tyramine. Histamine was maintained at a certain level after mid-period of fermentation.

      • 발달장애유아의 언어행동발달 연구

        본 논문은 발달장애유아 언어행동발달 컨텐츠 개발에 요구되는 기초연구로써 연구의 이론적 바탕을 확립하고자 하였다. 연구에 사용된 방법은 문헌조사 방법 및 현장 인터뷰기법을 병행하였다. 본 연구의 주된 목적은 크게 3가지로 구분된다. 첫째, 발달장애유아의 가정 내 교육 욕구를 분석하고자 하였다. 둘째, 발달장애유아의 언어발달 양상을 검토하고자 하였다. 세 번째 목적은 유아의 언어행동발달 컨텐츠 구성의 주요 지침을 설정하고자 하였다. 이상의 연구목적에 따른 연구결과를 요약하면 다음 몇 가지로 제시된다. 1.가정 내 부모-유아간 관계형성이 우선 고려 되어야하고, 이에 따른 상호작용은 발달적 애착형성이 가능한 방향으로 정립되어야한다. 2.발달장애유아의 언어행동발달양상을 검토한 결과에 따르면, Piaget는 언어행동발달에 있어 감각운동기적 환경탐색 기능을 강조하고 있고, 이는 현재까지 중요한 유아 발달의 기저로 정착되었다. 따라서, 발달장애유아의 언어행동발달을 위한 컨텐츠 개발 내용에 있어서도 이러한 기저에 충실함이 합리적이다. 3.발달장애유아들에게는 언어행동 양상의 갈래가 크게 운동장애 및 감각결함으로 나누어질 수 있으므로, 이 두 가지 갈래의 각기 다른 특성이 컨텐츠 구성에서 충분히 고려되어야한다. 4.자폐성과 같은 중증 전반적 발달장애 유아를 위한 언어행동발달 컨텐츠 구성에서 특히 고려해야 할 두 가지 요소는 모방행동기능과 반복단순훈련기능 향상으로 결론지을 수 있다. This article planed to establish the theoretical foundations of the research as a basic study needed for developing the contents of verbal(language) behavior development for the infants with developmental disabilities. The methods used in the study was previous literature researches and interviews with subjects. The purposes of the study were divided into three parts. First, it was to analyze the educational needs of the infants with developmental disabilities in home settings. Second, it was to review and discover the language patterns of the infants with developmental disabilities. The third purpose was to devise the major guidelines of their language development's contents. The results of the study were described as the followings. 1.The relationships between the infants with developmental disabilities and their parents and their interactions should move to build the developmental attachments between them. 2.According to the literature findings of their language development patterns, Piaget concentrated on the functions of sensory motor environmental exploring in the language behavior development. The functions have been settled down into the important foundation for the infants' development. Thus, it was resonable that the content's development of the language behaviors for the infants with developmental disabilities should based on the function addressed by Piaget. 3.The language behaviors' patterns of the infants with developmental disabilities generally were classified into motor disabilities and sensory defect(deficiency). Therefore, the two factors should be considered for the constructions of the contents. 4.Constructing the contents of the language behavior developments for the infants with severely pervasive developmental disabilities such as autism, the improvements of two functions, imitative behavior and repetitive simple training should be considered.

        한국 지방의회와 집행기관간의 대립·갈등에 관한 실증적 조사연구 : 관련자들의 인식을 중심으로

        지방의회와 집행기관간에 대립·갈등이 심각하고 그러한 상황이 장기화된다면 자치행정은 큰 혼란에 빠질 수 있다. 때문에 지방자치의 효율화를 위해서는 양측간의 비생산적인 대립·갈등을 예방하거나 해소시킬 수 있는 제도적 장치나 대책이 필수적으로 요구된다. 한국의 경우는 아직 이러한 장치나 대책이 마련되지 않아 지방의회와 집행기관간의 대립·갈등으로 인한 부작용이 우려되지만 이와 관련된 실태조사는 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 지방의회와 집행기관간의 대립·갈등의 실태를 관련자들의 인식을 중심으로 실증적으로 조사하였다. 구체적으로 본 논문은 지방의회의원과 의회 및 집행기관 소속공무원 900여명을 대상으로 한 2차에 걸친 질문지 조사를 통해, 지방의회와 집행기관간의 대립·갈등의 발생 정도와 그로 인한 부작용, 대립·갈등의 발생원인, 대립·갈등의 전개양상과 종결 방식, 대립·갈등의 예방 또는 해소 방안 등을 규명한다. Since severe and extended conflicts between the council and the executives could cause a chaos in local governments, some mechanisms are needed to prevent or resolve unproductive conflicts. Unfortunately korean local governments do not have those mechanisms, yet therefore they could experience various dysfunctions resulting from such conflicts. This study examines the reality concerning these situations by way of conducting questionnaire surveys to the sample of about 900 local legislatives and civil servants. The results have important implications for finding solutions of the problems related to the conflicts between the two institutions.

        Comparison on the Efficacy of Disinfectants Used in Automated Endoscope Reprocessors: PHMB-DBAC versus Orthophthalaldehyde

        Background/Aims: Since endoscopes are reusable apparatus classified as semicritical item, thorough reprocessing to achieve high-level disinfection is of utmost importance to prevent spread of infection. To improve disinfection efficacy and safety, disinfectants and endoscope reprocessors are continuously evolving. This study aimed to compare the efficacy of the combination of polyhexamethylenebiguanide hydrochloride-alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride (PHMB-DBAC) and orthophthalaldehyde (OPA) used respectively in ultrasonographic cleaning incorporated automated endoscope reprocessors: COOLENDO (APEX Korea) or OER-A (Olympus Optical). Methods: A total of 86 flexible upper endoscopes were randomly reprocessed with either COOLENDO/PHMB-DBAC or OER-A/OPA. Culture samplings were done at two sites (endoscope tip and working channel) which were later incubated on blood agar plate. Bacterial colonies were counted and identified. Results: The culture-positive rate at the endoscope tip and working channel was 0% and 2.33% for COOLENDO/PHMB-DBAC and 4.65% and 0% for OER-A/OPA. Staphylococcus hominis was cultured from one endoscope reprocessed with COOLENDO/PHMB-DBAC and Pseudomonas putida was isolated from two endoscopes reprocessed with OER-A/OPA. Conclusions: The reprocessing efficacy of COOLENDO/PHMB-DBAC was non-inferior to that of OER-A/OPA (p=0.032; confidence interval, -0.042 to 0.042). During the study period, significant side effect of PHMB-DBAC was not observed.

        다목적실용위성 2호(이하 KOMPSAT-2)는 고해상도 1.0m 흑백영상을 촬영할 수 있는 PAN 카메라와 4.0m 다중파장대의 칼라 영상을 수집할 수 있는 멀티스펙스럴 카메라를 탑재하고 있다. 이를 통하여 취득한 위성영상은 국토관리, 농업, 환경, 해양감시 및 GIS등의 광범위한 분야에 활용되고 있다. 본 연구는 KOMPSAT-2 자료를 이용하여 지상좌표를 해석하는 방법과 해석된 지상좌표의 위치정확도를 KOMPSAT-2 시스템 요구사항인 위치정확도를 만족시키기 위해 현재 적용되고 있는 위치정확도 보정계수 산출절차를 정의하는 것을 목적으로 한다. The Korea Multi-Purpose SATellite-2 (KOMPSAT-2) is to provide 1.0 m Ground Sample Distance (GSD) panchromatic image and 4.0 m GSD multi-spectral image data for various applications. The KOMPSAT-2 system performs mission applications in the field of earth observations, covering land, sea, coastal zones, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The purpose of this document is to compute ground coordinate using satellite position, velocity and attitude data in KOMPSAT-2 and document for work-flow of location accuracy correction in KOMPSAT-2.

        This topics reviewed several epidemiology studies and some have potential for informing future recommendations. Nevertheless, many do not include samples and this appears to be the “achiles heel”of chronic disease prevention research. Broadening such research to diverse populations and other innovative nutrition related research questions will likely help shape future dietary recommendations.

      • Glucosinolate variation in Korea Brassica rapa core collection and their application for genetic study

        Glucosinolates of Brassica rapa collection from Korea genebank were measured to determine total glucosinolate content and their variation of diverse glucosinolates; Around 100 accessions representing the different morphotypes and geographical origin of Brassica rapa were analysed. The principal component analysis was performed to evaluate the differences among morphotypes using the profiles of 14 glucosinolates identified from the leaves. DMRT test and box plots showed the significant difference between total glucosinolates of subspecies. Most of turnip accessions had higher gluconilates compared to the other type accessions, Chinese cabbage and pak choi. These accessions will be used for GWAS study for glucosinolate. Now they are being finger-printed by genotyping by sequencing (GBS). Among these accession, we selected a turnip accession with high amount of glucosinolate, K0466 and two Chinese cabbage accession with low amount of glucosinolate, K0015 and K0621. To analyse quantitative traits loci (QTL) for glucosinolate synthesis, these three accessions were fixed through microspore culture. Finally, six homozygous lines were selected and were crossed each other to make F1 hybrids. We just harvested F2 seeds and transferred doubled haploid plants to pots. QTL analysis for glucosinolate will be performed these F2 and DH population.
