        약용버섯의 계통분류 및 국내유통 Inonotus속내 종간 구별을 위한 신속동정법 개발

        국내유통약용버섯의 분류체계를 확립하고 이들 속 및 종간의 유연관계확립을 위하여 계통학적 정보를 지니고 있는 ITS부위의 염기서열을 밝히고 ITS1과 ITS2부위의 다양한 염기서열을 이용하여 분류학적 위치를 확립하였고, 시판 I. obliquus 종의 진위여부와 계통분류학적인 유연관계 확립 및 종 특이적인 유전자 탐침을 개발하였다. 본 연구의 조사결과에 의하면, 약용버섯으로 주로 시판되고 있는 국내유통균주는 총 6개의 속(Phellinus, Inonotus, Sparassis, Fomes, Ganoderma, Hericium)으로 나누어짐을 알 수 있었고 그 중에서 기존에 잘 알려진 상황버섯과 최근 들어 수입양이 급증하고 있는 차가버섯이 대부분을 차지하고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구에 사용되어진 일명 차가버섯으로 유통 중인 15개 제품 중 중국에서 수입되어진 59번 균주가 P. pini로 확인되었으며 일본에서 수입되어진 51, 52번 균주가 P. baumii와 P. linteus와 유사종 혹은 동일종으로 확인되었다. 한편 I. rheades(AY237731)와 I. radiatus(AY354217) 및 F. fomentarius(AY354213)는 NCBI 등록 시 문제점이 있는 것으로 사료되며 본 실험에서 조사되어진 30번 균주 F. fomentarius가 정확한 말굽버섯인 것으로 사료된다. The Aphyllophorales is a large order containing about 2,000 known species. Many of these are the bracket and coral fungi. The vast majority of these fungi are saprophytic on the plant debris. Many species are significant in decomposing plant remains, as they are able to digest cellulose or lignin that occurs in plant cell walls. Many of these fungi have been involved in everyday human affairs. A few were used medicinally by the Greeks and Romans as a remedy for many complaints, including colic, fractured limbs and bruises. Other bracket fungi have been used as curry combs for horses, as snuff, as razor strops and as a source of dye for clothing. The texture of the basidiocarp may be similar to that of cork, wood, leather, paper, or cartilage. Unlike the basidiocarps of the Order Agaricales, the basidiocarps of the Aphyllophorales are not fleshly and moist. Division of the members of the Aphyllophorales into genera was originally made on the basis of gross morphology of the basidiocarp and hymenium and Donk(1964) recognizes 22 families in this order. The species and genus whose typical in Aphylloporales were listed in Table. with related information. The ITS region sequence of some genus were found by BLAST search. Sequences retrieved from GenBank were visually aligned by the program CLUSTAL G. As a result, the medicinal mushroom was separated in four groups. In this multiple alignment, the sequence analysis among Fomes group, Inonotus group and Phellinus group showed high genetic similarity except Hericium group and Sparassis group.

        세계경제와 사회생활중 비영리조직의 중요성은 점점 부각되고 있으며, 전통적으로 제3부분으로 구분되어진다. 정부가 제1부문, 사영기업이 제2부문, 비영리조직이 제3부문으로 구분되어지며, 두 가지 조직으로 진화되기 시작한다. 그 첫 번째 종류는 열리조직 즉 기업이며, 두 번째 종류는 비영리조직이라 통칭하며, 정부 비영리집단과 사영기업 비영리집단이 포함된다. 지식경제와 서비스경제 시대가 도래한 현실에서, 두 종류의 비영리 서비스조직의 구분과 그 경영 및 경영자가 처한 상황은 비교적 심오한 理論 의의와 현실 의의를 구비한 도전에 직면해 있다. 본 연구는 서비스 경영의 각도에서 중국의 각종 사회기구(비영리조직)를 발전시키고 관리하기 위한 전략적 계시를 제공하고, 국내기업(영리집단)이 단기이익관을 초월하여 장기적 영리능력의 구축할 수 있도록 하고, 비영리와 서비스의 관접에서 중국의 정부기구의 정책행위에 전략적 신사고와 의사결정 상의 참고자료를 제공하고자 한다.

        서비스의 가장 중요한 특징의 하나가 바로 고객 참여이다. 서비스 질 또한 중요하게 고객의 인식된 질로 표현되는 것이지 서비스 시스템의 운영된 질이 아니다. 그러나 서비스의 저장 불가능성과 이질성은 서비스로 하여금 기본적으로 서비스 시스템의 제한된 서비스 능력으로써 고객의 다양화한 서비스 수요, 참여행위와 인식된 결과에 대응하게 한다. 그래서 서비스관리의 boundary는 조직boundary에만 멈출 것이 아니라 앞으로 곧, 혹은 지금 한창, 혹은 이미 조직과 서비스 관계를 수립한 고객에게도 적극적이고 과학적인 관리를 실행해야 한다. 이것이 혹시 서비스 관리가 생산관리와 구별되는 하나의 선명한 특징일지도 모른다. 본문에서는 서비스 기업의 고객관리 문제에 대해 비교적 깊은 탐구적 토론을 진행하고자 한다. An important trait of service is the participation of customers in the service process, and the quality of service is mainly represented by the customer's perception quality, rather than by the service system operation quality. However, the simultaneous production and consumption as well as the heterogeneity of service make the service companies have to face the diversified customer's demands, participation behaviors, and perception results with the limited capacity of the service system. Therefore, the service management should not stop at the boundary of the nature service organization. The active and scientific management should be applied to the customers who are going to have, or are having, of have had service relationships with the service organizations. This may be one of signigicant different characteristics between service management and production management. This article intends to make a deep discussion about the problem of customer management.

        발효콩 추출물의 항돌연변이원성 및 세포독성 효과

        This study was carried out to determine the antimutagenic and anticancer effects of fermented soybean using Ames test and cytotoxicity, respectively. The ethyl acetate fraction (200 g/plate) of fermented soybean in the Salmonella typhimurium TA100 strain showed 86.6% of inhibition rate against the mutagenesis induced by N-methyl-N-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine(MNNG). In addition, the suppression of ethyl acetate fraction with same concentration of fermented soybean in the Salmonella typhimurium TA98 and TA100 strains showed 82.4% and 90.8% inhibition against 3-amino-1,4-dimethyl-5H-pyrido-(4,3-b)indol (Trp-P-1), respectively. The cytotoxicity effects of fermented soybean against the cell lines with human lung carcinoma (A549), human gastric carcinoma (AGS) and human breast adenocarcinoma (MCF-7) were inhibited with the increase of the extract concentration. The treatment of 1.0 ㎎/mL ethyl acetate fraction of fermented soybean showed strong cytotoxicities of 71.6%, 91.5% and 80.7% against A549, AGS and MCF-7, respectively.

      • 가시오갈피 열매 추출물의 항돌연변이원성 및 세포독성 효과

        가시오갈피(Eleutherococcus senticous Maxim) 열매의 에탄올 추출물 및 분획물의 항돌연변이성 및 항암활성을 규명하였다. 항돌연별이원성 실험결과에서는 직접변이원인 MNNG, 4NQO 그리고 간접변이원인 B(α)P, Trp=P-1에 대해서 농도의존적인 돌연변이 억제활성을 나타내었다. MNNG (0.4㎍/plate)의 경우 S. typhimurium TA100 균주에서는 시료농도 200㎍/plate에서 클로로포름 분획물을 제외한 모든 분획물들에서 90%이상의 높은 억제효과를 나타내었다. 4NQO(0.15㎍/plate)에 대한 S. typhimurium TA98 균주의 경우 물 분획물의 경우 88.3%, TA100 균주에서는 에틸 아세테이트 분획물이 84.4%의 억제효과를 보였다. 간접변이원의 경우 B(α)P(10㎍/plate)에선느 에탄올 추출물과 핵산 분획물은 시료농도 200㎍/plate에서 각각 96.1%와 97.5%로 가장 높은 억제효과를 나타내었다. 그리고 Trp-P-1(0.15㎍/plate)에서는 TA100 균주의 경우 200㎍/plate 농도에서 에탄올 추출물과 물 분획물이 각각 95.5%와 90%로 높은 억제율을 보여주었고, TA98 균주에 대해서는 에틸아세티에트 분획물이 88.3%로 비교적 높은 억제효과를 나타내었다. 인간의 암세포인 폐암세포(A549), 위암세포(AGS), 간암세포(Hep3B), 유방암세포(MCF-7)에 대한 세포독성 억제 효과를 검토한 결과 모든 암세포에서 각분획물들은 1㎎/mL 농도에서 60% 이상의 비교적 높은 암세포 성장 효과를 나타내었다. 특히 MCF-7에서 높은 암세포 성장억제 효과를 나타내었는데 핵산 분획물(1㎎/mL)에서 92.7%의 높은 암세포 성장 억제 효과를 나타내었고 Hep3B에서는 부탄을 분획물(1㎎/mL)에서 82%의 비교적 높은 성장 억제효과를 나타내었다. This study was carried out to investigate the antimutagenic and cytotoxic effects of Eleutherococcus senticosus Maxim fruits ethanol extract on Salmonella typhimurium TA98, TA 100 and cancer cell lines using Ames test and SRB assay, respectively. They were extracted with ethanol and then fractionated with hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, butanol and water to get active fractions. In the Ames test, most of the extract had strong antimutagenic effects against the mutagenesis induced by MNNG, 4NQO, B(α)P Trp-P-1. The ethanol extract (200 ㎍/plate) of Eleutherococcus senticosus fruits showed 87.2% inhibitory effect on the mutagenesis induced by MNNG against TA100. And also, The suppression ratio against B(α)P and AGS, MCF-7, Hep3B), the value value of inhibition were mostly above 60% for each fraction (1 ㎎/mL). Hexane fraction (1 ㎎/mL) against showed the strongest cytotoxic effects of 92.7% compared to those of other fraction and butano fraetion against Hep3B was relatively high growth inhibitory effect of 82%.

      • Full-space Cloud of Random Points with a Scrambling Metasurface

        <▼1><P>With the rapid progress in computer science, including artificial intelligence, big data and cloud computing, full-space spot generation can be pivotal to many practical applications, such as facial recognition, motion detection, augmented reality, etc. These opportunities may be achieved by using diffractive optical elements (DOEs) or light detection and ranging (LIDAR). However, DOEs suffer from intrinsic limitations, such as demanding depth-controlled fabrication techniques, large thicknesses (more than the wavelength), Lambertian operation only in half space, etc. LIDAR nevertheless relies on complex and bulky scanning systems, which hinders the miniaturization of the spot generator. Here, inspired by a Lambertian scatterer, we report a Hermitian-conjugate metasurface scrambling the incident light to a cloud of random points in full space with compressed information density, functioning in both transmission and reflection spaces. Over 4044 random spots are experimentally observed in the entire space, covering angles at nearly 90°. Our scrambling metasurface is made of amorphous silicon with a uniform subwavelength height, a nearly continuous phase coverage, a lightweight, flexible design, and low-heat dissipation. Thus, it may be mass produced by and integrated into existing semiconductor foundry designs. Our work opens important directions for emerging 3D recognition sensors, such as motion sensing, facial recognition, and other applications.</P></▼1><▼2><P><B>Metasurfaces: scrambling light for 3D detection and recognition</B></P><P>Firing light at a manufactured 'metasurface'—one carrying patterns at a smaller scale than the wavelength of the light—fills large volumes of space with defined points of light, potentially improving 3-D recognition and sensor applications. Cheng-Wei Qui and colleagues at the National University of Singapore, with co-workers across Asia and in the USA, created their unique metasurface from amorphous silicon. Light is scattered from and transmitted through the material to generate a cloud of data points in the surrounding space in which the structure and motion of objects under study can be analyzed. The initial development work with this “scrambling metasurface” suggests it could improve pattern recognition, including face recognition, motion detection and augmented reality applications. The researchers describe how their innovation overcomes significant limitations of existing methods in these fields.</P></▼2>

      • 염수환경에 의한 UPN139 탄소/에폭시 복합재 물성치 변화 연구

        Experiments were performed to investigate the effect of salt water on the mechanical properties of UPN-139 carbon-epoxy composite after 0, 1, 3, 6, 9 and 12 months immersion in 3.5% salt water. Waterproof painting and sealing tape were applied to protect the water absorption on the both cutting sides and taps of specimens. Test results show that while the tensile properties in fiber and matrix direction did not decrease considerably until 12 months of immersion, shear strength and modulus decreased gradually from nine months of the immersion. The reduction of shear strength and modulus were 9.5% and 10.8% of the values of dry specimens without exposure to salt water, respectively .

        Reliability based analysis of torsional divergence of long span suspension bridges

        A systematic reliability evaluation approach for torsional divergence analysis of long span suspension bridges is proposed, consisting of the first order reliability method and a simplified torsional divergence analysis method. The proposed method was implemented in the deterministic torsional divergence analysis program SIMTDB through a new strategy involving interfacing the proposed method with SIMTDB via a freely available MATLAB software tool (FERUM). A numerical example involving a detailed computational model of a long span suspension bridge with a main span of 888 m is presented to demonstrate the applicability and merits of the proposed method and the associated software strategy. Finally, the most influential random variables on the reliability of long span suspension bridges against torsional divergence failure are identified by a sensitivity analysis.

        Application of artificial neural networks to the response prediction of geometrically nonlinear truss structures

        This paper examines the application of artificial neural networks (ANN) to the response prediction of geometrically nonlinear truss structures. Two types of analysis (deterministic and probabilistic analyses) are considered. A three-layer feed-forward backpropagation network with three input nodes, five hidden layer nodes and two output nodes is firstly developed for the deterministic response analysis. Then a back propagation training algorithm with Bayesian regularization is used to train the network. The trained network is then successfully combined with a direct Monte Carlo Simulation (MCS) to perform a probabilistic response analysis of geometrically nonlinear truss structures. Finally, the proposed ANN is applied to predict the response of a geometrically nonlinear truss structure. It is found that the proposed ANN is very efficient and reasonable in predicting the response of geometrically nonlinear truss structures.
