      • TQM과 파트너링을 활용한 개념적 건설품질관리모델

        국내 건설업의 품질관리는 현장 중심의 관리와 전통적인 설계시공 분리계약으로 인해 적절히 수행되지 못해왔다. 효율적인 품질관리를 위해서는 프로젝트의 모든 단계에 걸쳐 발주자의 요구사항을 만족시키기 위한 새로운 개념의 품질관리 시스템이 적용되어야만 한다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 시공전 단계에서 적절한 조달유형의 선택과 품질관리위원회의 조직이 필요하고, 둘째, 시공 단계에서 TQM과 파트너링(partnering)에 근거한 품질관리가 이루어져야 하고, 마지막으로 시공후 단계에서는 품질관리위원회를 유지시키고 미래의 프로젝트를 위한 피드백 체계가 형성되어야 한다. 이와 함께 참여주체간의 커뮤니케이션의 확보, 지속적인 훈련과 교육, 강한 리더쉽 등이 요구된다. The quality management of the Korean construction industry has not been performed properly, since the industry has preferred the site driven quality management approach due to the traditional contracting system-design/bid/build. In order to enhance the industry's quality level, new concept of quality management should be applied to all project phases to meet the owners desire and requirements. The paper suggests the following: ⅰ) to choose right contract method and forming quality committee in the pre-construction stage; ⅱ) to utilize and relate the partnering and TQM concepts to site QA/QC system in the construction phase, ⅲ) to keep organizing the quality committee for future projects. More on that, this paper proposes the flexible communication relation within organization, continuous training and education, and strong leadership.

        There is not an exact regulation and guidance on mechanical equipment space for the government building. It brings about financial loss because of design change and rework, and decrease building function. As MERS(mechanical equipment room size), MERH(mechanical equipment room height) and PSRS(pipe-shaft room size) cause many problems on cost and function during construction and maintenance phase, it is required to obtain the accurate data needed in design phase. This study collected data that are relevant to building mechanical equipment space of 35 government buildings, also suggested a linear regression model in order to estimate the building mechanical equipment space of government buildings.

        The M&Maintenance &epair) budgeting system for domestic military facilities based incremental budgeting model has caused many problems due to the difference between M&requirement and budget, so military facility become early deterioration. this study proposes the application method of foreign M&budgeting model for domestic military facility to improve current M&budgeting system. In order to investigate the current status and problem of M&budgeting system, this study reviewed various literature related characteristics and types of the foreign M&budgeting model. The interview was performed for domestic military facility official. The model would greatly improve the current M&budgeting process for the domestic military facilities.

        In this paper, a Exhaust Flow Controller (EFC) technology for uniform application of film coater and developer device is introduced that spread and remove photo resister at semiconductor manufacturing process. Because developed EFC device uses differential pressure sensing method as a differential flow meter and embodied smart A/D conversion by using a one chip microprocessor and devised by feedback Servo control, it has shown excellent performance and stability evaluation, as maximum 2000L/min flow, capability of installation to actual semiconductor equipment.

      • 재생골재의 산성수 중화능력 및 금속 용출특성

        Frequently, wasted concrete was crushed into coarse and fine aggregates for recycling purpose such as pavement materials. However, fine aggregates and/or powders have weak physical strength and absorb much moisture than coarse one, which make them useless for this purpose. In order to avoid just wasting these materials in a confined area, it is worthy to find the usefulness of theae materials which consist of much cement-paste than the other. One of the major component of wasted concrete element is CaO (approximately 30%) which can neutralize acidic solution like limestone(95% of CaO). ANP(Acid Neutralization Potential) and metal-leaching characteristics of recyled concrete aggregate were investigated. Random samples were collected for three months, and then classified with the period of scooping and their diameter sizes(9.52<D<12.7 ㎜, 4.75<D<9.52 ㎜, and D<4.75 ㎜). After pulverizing these distinguished samples, #200-sieve was used to get 1g of power of each sample. Neutralization experiment was carried out with these sample into the acidic solution(pH=1.758, 100 ㎖), respectively. pH difference was monitored right away and 10% solution was decanted for further metal ion analysis. Recycled concrete aggregates showed the neutralizing potential and sample size (diameter) was the one of the major factors, resulting 20% difference of ANP in this test. It was assumed that the surface area for reaction and the content of cement-paste were the main reason of this result. Also, the metal leaching properties of all samples were analyzed to determine the concentrations of As, Cr, Zn, Pb, Mn, Fe, Cu, and Al. It was found that the concentration of metal ions was dependent on pH of the solution. At neutral of alkaline pH conditions, there would be little leaching of metal ions and minor environmental problem.

        부신피질 자극호르몬 단독결핍 1례

        부신피질 자극호르몬 단독결핍은 국내에서 7례만이 보고된 희귀 질환이며 병인 및 경과 등 아직 불분명한 측면이 많다. 이는 질환지체의 희귀성도 있지만 치료후 자연경과에 대한 장기적인 추적검사가 이루어진 경우가 드물기 때문이기도 하다. 저자들은 비특이적인 전신증상을 주소로 내원한 폐경기후의 56세 여자 환자에서 자가면역질환의 증거없이 고프로릭틴혈증을 보인 부신피질 자극호르몬 단독결핍 1례를 경험하고 1년간의 부신피질호르몬 대치요법후 추적검사를 실시하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Isolated ACTH deficiency is a rare disorder which shows secondary adrenal insufficiency with normal states of other pituitary hormones. A 56-year-old postmenopausal woman complaining general weakness and intermittent mental confusion presented negligible serum cortisol and ACTH level with hyperprolactinemia and mild hyponatremia. Rapid ACTH stimulation test did not show significant increase of serum cortisol level. Combined pituitary stimulation test showed negligible response of cortisol and ACTH, and slightly decreased response of prolactin and gonadotropin. But the responses of TSH and GH were normal. There was no evidence of organic pituitary of hypothalamic lesion in brain MRI and antithyroid autoantibody was not detected in serum. After receiving 12 months of glucocorticoid replacement therapy, she skipped the medicine for 3 weeks and we performed follow-up endocrinologic tests. Serum ACTH and cortisol level was also negligible and prolonged ACTH simulation test showed normal response of serum cortisol. CRF stimulation test showed no response of serum ACTH. Basal prolactin level was decreased to near normal and combined pituitary stimulation test showed normal response of prolactin with slightly blunted response of TSH and GH. We concluded that the case was nonautoimmune origined isolated ACTH deficiency which was accompanied by hyperprolactinemia and resultant deficiency of gonadotropin, so we report this case with review of literatures.

      • 정상성인에서의 청성뇌간유발반응에 관한 연구

        Auditory brainstem response(ABR) has been used widely due to its nonivasiveness, reproducibility and no need for patient cooperation, in the diagnosis of CNS lesions. ABR were recorded from 19 young volunteers(10 male, 9 female) with normal hearing and no otoneurologic symptom. Wave V appeared bleow 25 dB HL in all subjects. I-V interpeak latency(IPL) in 85dB HL was 3.876±0.358 (2SD) msec in male group and 3.726±0. 284 (2SD) cosec in female group, and the sexual difference was 0.15 msec. Interaural wave V differnce(IT5) was less than 0.2 msec. in all subjects.
