        자동차용 현가장치의 반능동 제어 시스템의 설계파라미터에 대한 연구

        In the determination of control laws of semi-active suspension system, optimal control theory is applied, which used in the design of fully active suspension system and in the performance index sense. Optimal semi-active control laws are designed, and the computer program is developed for estimation of performance in the time and frequency domain. It is certified that in the semi-active control system, it is desirable to minimize the spring constant and damping coefficient as possible in the given constraints. The effect of performance improvement which is almost equal to fully active type is obtained.

        In this paper, we propose a modified error signal to improve the EBP (Error Back-Propagation) algorithm. The output node of network generates a strong error signal in the case that the output node is far from the desired value, and generates a weak error signal in the opposite case. This accelerates the learning speed of EBP algorithm in the initial stage and prevents overspecialization for training patterns in the final stage. The effectiveness of our modification is verified through the simulation of handwritten digit recognition

      • ATM Application Programming Interface의 개발에 관한 연구

        광대역 정보통신망은 멀티미디어 정보의 실시간성을 제공한다. 이것은 ATM기술 로서 실현될 수 있다. ATM은 정보를 고정된 셀로 전송하는 연결지향 스위칭 기술이며, 대역쪽의 예약 뿐만 아니라 QoS보증을 제공한다. 현존하는 프로토콜들이 이런 ATM 기술에 확장될 수 있으나 그 프로토콜들은 그러한 대역폭 예약 및 QoS 보증에 접근할 수 없다. 그런 특성을 접근하기 위한 방법중의 하나가 "Native 소프트웨어"를 쓰는것인데, 이런 Native 소프트웨어는 특정한 ATM 인터페이스를 가지는 특정한 컴퓨터에서 특정한 네트워크 특징을 필요로 한다. 따라서, 응용 프로그램들은 ATM API를 요구하게 된다. 본 논문은 ATM 네트워크의 독특한 서비스를 직접 접근하는 어플리케이션을 제공하는 ATM API 의 연구와 개발에 대하여 다루었다. 기본적인 설계 구상은 4.3 BSD UNIX socket을 확장하여 나타냈으며, API의 간단한 실행을 두 UNIX 시스템에서 구현하였다. Broadband Integrated Services Digital Network(B-ISDN) supports multimedia information in real time. This can be accomplished by using ATM technology. In addition, ATM networks can provide not only bandwidth reservation, but also Quality of Sevice(QoS) guarantees. These characteristics make ATM desirable over current existing network technologies. Existing protocol suites can be extended, but they cannot give access to these characteristics. One of the most obvious ways to access these characteristics is to write ATM-aware applications which require these network characteristics on a machine(e.g. a workstation) that has an ATM interface. The development of such software is greatly accelerated when there is a platform-independent way to access the ATM services. Programmers can then write applications with the knowledge that they are not confined to a particular combination of network interfaces and operating systems. Therefore, applications desire an ATM Application Programming Interface(API) to take advantage of these features. In addition, an ATM API can be considered as programming libraries providing direct access to ATM-based networks. This paper covers research and development of an API for ATM-related systems under an UNIX environment which is able to give applications direct access to the special services of an ATM network. The basic design idea is to extend the 4.3 BSD UNIX socket interface to support additional functionality needed for ATM. Results are shown for an API between two UNIX systems with a brief implementation.

        The devices have an ITO-Y_2O_3-ZnS : Mn-Y_2O_3-Al structure with Y_2O_3 double insulating layers. The dependence of the emission characteristics and crystallinity of ZnS : Mn upon the fabrication parameters such as the Mn concentrations and substrate temperatures during the evaporation has been investigated. The highest brightness with 30fL at frequency of 1KHz and a pulse height of 200V was obtained. And then the peak of spectrun of PL and EL are 5850Å.

        프레탈^(R)정(실로스타졸 50mg)에 대한 실로졸^(R)정의 생물학적 동등성

        Bioequivalence of two cilostazol tablets, the Pletaal^(R)(Korea Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the Cilozol^(R)(Hanmi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), was evaluated according to the guideline of KFDA, Sixteen normal male volunteers(age 20~29 years old) were divided into two groups and a randomized 22 cross-over study was employed. After two tablets containing 50㎎ of cilostazol were orally administered. blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentration of cilostazol in plasma was determined with an HPLC method using UV detector. The pharmacokinetic parameters(C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t)) were calculated and ANOVA was utilized for the statistical analysis of parameters. The results showed that the differences in C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t) between two tablets were 4.99%, 1.74% and 7.68%, respectively. The powers(1-β) for C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t) were83.92%, 80.12% and 85.03%, respectively. Detectable differences(Δ) and confidence intervals were all less than 20%, and confidence interval of all the parameters were also less than 20% at the significance level(α) of 0.05. All of these parameters met the criteria of KFDA for bioequivalence, indicating that Cilozol^(R) tablet is bioequivalent to Pletaal^(R) tablet.

      • Antioxidant and Anti-Inflammatory Effects of Rhei Rhizoma and Coptidis Rhizoma Mixture on Reflux Esophagitis in Rats

        <P>The purpose of this study was to investigate the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects of the combined extract of Rhei rhizoma and Coptidis rhizoma (RC-mix) in experimental model of acute reflux esophagitis. The antioxidant activity was assessed by<I> in vitro</I> 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) assays. RC-mix was given at 100, 200, and 400 mg/kg body weight 2 h prior to induction of reflux esophagitis (RE). After 5 h, the effects of RC-mix treated rats were compared with those of normal and control rats. The representative flavonoid contents of RC-mix, such as sennoside A, epiberberine, coptisine, palmatine, and berberine, were detected using HPLC. The elevated esophageal mucosa damage was markedly ameliorated by RC-mix treatment in a dose-dependent manner. Furthermore, the administration of RC-mix reduced the increase of serum reactive oxygen species (ROS) and peroxynitrite (ONOO<SUP>−</SUP>). The improvement of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) levels were marked in the group given RC-mix. Moreover, the elevation of inflammatory mediators and cytokines by nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-<I>κ</I>B) activation in control rats decreased by RC-mix pretreatment. These results indicate that RC-mix treatment reduces the pathological states of esophagitis<I> via</I> regulating NF-<I>κ</I>B mediated inflammation related to oxidative stress. </P>

        Overload Detection and Control for Switching Systems using Fuzzy Rules

        In most switching system, the processing unit is designed to work efficiently even at relatively high loads, but when the offered traffic exceeds a particular level, the rate of completed calls can fall drastically. A single call handled by the switching system consists of a sequence of events or messages that has to be processed by the control unit. The control unit is not only incapable of handling all of the offered calls, but also its call handling capability can drop as the offered load increases. The real time available for call processing is a critical resource that requires careful management. Therefore, the overloading of this resource must be detected by a subscriber in the from of a dial tone delay or an uncompleted call which is either blocked or mishandled. The subscriber may respond by either dialing prematurely or by re-attempting a call. This action can further escalate the processors load, which is spent for uncompleted calls. Unless a proper control is used, the switching system can finally break down. In this paper, we paper, we propose a fuzzy overload detection and control method for switching systems, which can by generating fuzzy rules via fuzzy aggregation networks. Simulation results involving a switching system is given.

      • Erysipelothrix larvae sp. nov., isolated from the larval gut of the rhinoceros beetle, Trypoxylus dichotomus (Coleoptera: Scarabaeidae).

        <P>A novel, Gram-stain positive, facultative anaerobic, non-motile and straight to curve rod shaped bacterium, strain LV19(T) was isolated from the larval gut of the rhinoceros beetle, Trypoxylus dichotomus, which was collected from Yeong-dong, Chuncheongbuk-do, South Korea. The colonies of the new isolate were convex, circular, cream white in color and 1-2 mm in diameter after 3 days incubation on Tryptic Soy Agar at 37 °C. Based on the 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity, the new isolate was most closely related to Erysipelothrix inopinata MF-EP02(T), E. rhusiopathiae ATCC 19414 (T) and E. tonsillarum T-305(T) (94.8, 93.8 and 93.7 % similarity, respectively). Strain LV19(T) grew optimally at 37 °C, at pH 8.0 and in the presence of 0.5 % (w/v) NaCl. Oxidase activity and catalase activity were negative. The major cellular fatty acids (>10 %) were C18:2 cis-9,12 (28.9 %), C18:1 cis-9 (22.3 %), C16:0 (22.2 %) and C18:0 (18.5 %). The cell-wall hydrolysates contained ribose as a major sugar. Major polar lipids were phosphatidylglycerol and three unidentified glycolipids. No quinone was detected. The G+C content of the genomic DNA was 36.3 mol%. The levels of DNA-DNA relatedness between strain LV19(T) and all the reference strains were less than 20 %. On the basis of polyphasic evidence from this study, the isolate is considered to represent a novel species of the genus Erysipelothrix, for which the name Erysipelothrix larvae sp. nov. is proposed; the type strain is LV19(T) (=KCTC 33523(T) = DSM 28480(T)).</P>
