      • 低壓 보일러의 經濟負荷率에 關한 考察

        In general, the efficiency of boiler varies with the loading rate, season and the operated year. When the boiler is operated in accordance with the maximum efficiency, it can be possible to save energy. In this experiment, the operating data of three boilers (two-drum D-type water tube boiler, capacity 30t/h, steam pressure 7.5 kg/cm2) were checked and calculated in order to know the amounts of evaporation and consumption of fuel oil, temperature (feed water, fuel oil, exhaust gas and air), the CO2%, the loss of exhaust gas and the calculated boiler efficiency. For the purposes of this study, the boilers were operated and six times checked with 45-100% of the loading rate in summer from 15th of July to 14th of August and in winter from 15th of December to 14th of january in the next for three years. The main results obtained from this study are as follows: 1.The maximum efficiency of boiler was decreased by 0.63% in summer and by 0.49% in winter in a year. 2.The average maximum efficiency of boiler was higher by 1.73% in summer (average 90.49%) than in winter (average 88.76%). 3.The economical loading rates showed 75% in summer and 80% in winter by No. 1 boiler, 85% in summer and winter by No. 2 boiler and 75% in summer and 80% in winter by No. 3 boiler. 4.The total average boiler efficiency with respect to 45-100% of the loading rate was higher by 1.39% in summer (87.84%) than in winter (86.45%). 5.The average temperature of exhaust gas was higher by 12.35℃ in winter (158.28℃) than in summer (145.93℃). 6.The average loss of exhaust gas was higher by 1.13% in winter (6.01%) than in summer (4.88%). 7.When No. 1 boiler was operated on the loading rate in accordance with the maximum efficiency, the fuel cost was down by 2,1000,000 won/ month in summer and 1.080,000 won/month in winter in comparison with± 5% of that condition.

        This paper was studied about 8MHz band as a part of the continuing researches to understanding the practical times for radiocommunication directly by short wave between the Korea and the South Atlantic Ocean in the spring-summer seasons. Consequently, obtained a results as follows, 1.The receiving time of the signals is recorded to 19:30KST from 15:30KST. 2.The practical time (more than QRK3) is discovered to 18:00 KST from 16:30KST. 3.And, verified that a usefullness is not satisfactory for practical radiocommunication because this time is overlaping with 12MHz and very short.

        I have investigated the questionaire given to the students who returned from trust practice at the north pacific trawlers during 1981, 1982, 1987, 1988 respectively for the development plan of trust practice. "The results were as follows." 1. All official academic background were up graded. Average academic background beyound jounior college has reached 36.7% (chief Engineer), 43.8% (1st Engineer), 47.7% (2nd Englineer), 53.9% (3rd Engineer). The lower the official grades are, the upper they have. In this respect, it will be benefit to the cadet who has been trained on board. 〔reference table 2〕 2. It is very low to accomplish required condition of credit(57.0%) so that, in order to decrease the number of returning during the practice, and instructor have to think over each students individual environmental of home, endurance and health condition etc., and consquently, the arrangement of practice will be carry out carefully. [reference table 4] 3. The application which includes theory and practical talent has been 21.9%(theory) 〔reference 12〕, 45.3% (practical talent) [reference 13] and practical technique is shown by 23.4%. This reason due to the deficiency of instrument. To solve this problems a lot of equipment will be provided to carry out the training course and be attempted to decrease number of student from 40 person to 20 person. 4. The cadets who do not regret to enter the Dep't. of Engineering were 64.9%. accordingly, the vocational education corresponding to educational goal will be carried out systematically [reference 17]. 5. The cadet of 66.9%, who carried out north pacific trawlers trust practice, wants to practise voluntarily. The rest cadet wants to practise the training vessel, however, it is very difficult to operate the training vessel in other situation. So that, it will be better to replace training on vessel on the landing practice for the cadet who don't want to do trust practice. [reference 18] 6. The institute will be able to enlarge the a numbers of military exemption which employ in fisheries field by requesting to the military of defence 〔reference proposal No. 6〕

        Proper body mechanics implies proper. bending forward and returning to the erect posture. This movement is done many times in the average day and consists of the motion of lifting, whether utilized in lifting a heavy object, a light object, a bulky object, an object lifted from the floor or from waist level. Improper bending forward lifting posture is probably the greatest cause of low back pain, with or without concomitant redicular pain. This study has the purpose of finding out effective method between lifting limits in manual material handling of ILO and scope of NIOSH work practices guide for manual lifting. These research finding suggest us we should provide the ergonomic consideration of manual lifting.

      • Boiler의 負荷率과 效率에 關한 考察

        The efficiency of every boilers varies according to the loading rate. By operating the boilers with the loading rate which can put forth the maximun boiler efficiency in all power plants, the consumption of F.O. has been diminished. In this experiment the relation between the boiler loading rate and efficiency was studied with two flue tube and smoke tube type boilers and water tube two-dram D-type boilers shifted from old one. The results were as follows: 1.In A1 and A2 boiler (1) Under the 85% of loading rate they showed the highest efficiency of 88.99% and 89.01%. The values were nearly similar to those showed by maker. (2) The boiler loading rate under the highest efficiency were decreased from 90% showed by maker to 85%. 2.In B1 and B2 boiler (1) Under the 90% of loading rate they showed the highest efficiency of 89.67% and 90.07%. The values came short a little from 91% showed by maker. (2) The boiler loading rate under the highest efficiency did not chance showing 90% as the same as the maker showed.

        마이크로그로브 형태에 따른 평활근 세포 운동 측정

        Purpose: The spreading, orientation, and chemotaxis the gradient of a chemoattractant of smooth muscle cells (SMCs) were studied on the micro-grooved substrata by the light, fluorescence and scanning electron microscopy. Method: Vertical-walled grooves were produced in silicon wafers by the micromachining technique. All grooves were 4~20㎛ deep and 10~80㎛ wide, SMCs were cultured on each microgroove and examined under stereo-microscope. Result: Cell clusters were markedly oriented by all the grooved substrata examined. Tim-lapse images acquired from CCD (Charge Coupled Device) showed that the grooves directed the migration of SMCs. There was no prominent difference in the migration speed of SMCs according to the grooves. All the cytoskeletal fibers were reoragnized in the same direction with grooves. Especially the alignments of microtubule and intermediate filaments were distinguished in the SMCs on the micro grooves. Conclusion: These results could be applied to the analysis of vascular restenosis and the development of artificial blood vessels.

      • 20t/h Packageed Boiler 에 設置한 Air Preheater에 對하여 : 보일러 效率을 中心으로 經濟性

        An air preheater is attached to boiler to reduce the loss of exhaust gas which gives much weight in the loss of heat and to highten the boiler efficiency. Compairing with the boiler efficiencies before and after attaching an air preheater to a packaged boiler with 20t/h established in a factory in Gun San City.The economization of the air preheater was studied as follows. 1.The boiler efficiency showed the improvement of 3.16% from 81.84% to 84.64%. 2.The temperature of exhaust gas showed decrease of 60.43℃ from 255.61℃ to 195.18℃ and the loss of exhaust gas indicated the reduction of 2.8% from 10.7% to 7.9%. 3.The increase of evaporated quantity per F.O.1 liter was 0.62ℓ from 12.12ℓ to 12.74 ℓ 4.The air preheater can be attached to this boiler by using about one-third of curtailed amount in expenditure for F.O. for one year 5.When the temperature of exhaust gas was lowered to 150℃ by widening the heating surface of air preheater, the 2.36% of boiler efficiency can be increased.

      • Package Boiler에서 爐內壓과 排氣가스 損失에 關한 高擦

        In order to show the sufficient performance of boiler, supplied fuel oil must be burned completely and various loss of heat must be reduced to the minimum. This experiment has a purpose to reduce the fuel oil consumption to the minimum by finding the furnace pressure for minimizing the loss of exhaust gas which takes the highest rate of various loss of heat in a 8ton/h package boiler established in a factory in Gun-San city. The results are as follows: 1.The percentage of carbon dioxide was raised according to the increase of fuel consumption up to 436 liter/h, but it was diminished over the value. 2.Under the furnace pressure of 26mmAq. , the carbon dioxide showed the highest value of 13% and the loss of exhaust gas showed the lowest value of 14.2%. 3.The temperature of exhaust gas showed 356.7℃ under the furnace pressure of 26mmAq. But if the temperature come to decline to about 180℃ with attaching an economizer or an air pre- heater, I presume that about 2.5% of fuel oil may be economized on calculation.

      • Package Boiler에서 燃料 消費量과 보일러 效率에 關한 考察

        For the effective boiler operation, the heat emitted in a burner under the complete fuel oil combustion with proper supplying, must be utilized efficiently for steam generating. In 1978, the author observed that the furnace pressure in the package boiler (Capacity 5∼5.5 ton/h) was 25-27mmAg when the loss of exhaust gas showed minimum value. In succession of the serial study on boiler efficiency the author investigated the proper fuel oil consumption resulted in the maximum boiler efficiency under the control of furnace pressure (25 -27mmAq) and the fuel oil consumption (350-500 l/h) This experiment was carried out in the package boiler as same as 1978. The results were summerized as follows. 1.In case of the furnace pressure of 25mmAg the boiler efficiency showed the highest value of 83.3% when then the fuel oil consumption was 430 1/h. 2.Also, under the furnace pressure 26mmAq and 27mmAg boiler efficiency showed the highest value of 82.9% and 83.6% when the fuel consumption was 420 1/h. 3.The maximum boiler efficiency was 83.6% , it is supposed that the temperature of exhaust gas showed highly (340℃ above). If the temperature of exhaust gas lowered to 180℃ below in a case of using the economizer and air preheater, it is enable to increase the boiler efficiency 3% high.

      • 한국 경호환경의 동향과 전망에 대한 분석

        It is neccesary to facilitate the developments of the systems, principles and instructions of guarding in order that the security guard be able to meet the needs of the environments of guarding regardless what kind of government system our country may be. The guard also need the nationality and brilliant brains rather than the political power so that the guarded be safe always and everywhere and all people in the country feel peaceful and safe, which requires it that every bodyguard investigate and develope the new technology of guarding through reasonable and scientific methods. And I think followings are necessary for the development and advance of future the Security guard : the strong relations with the related organizations, the education facilities for supporting good and strong bodyguards, the related information bureau with mood image against the internation terror croups, and professionalization for better adaption in the idustralized various society, and the department for study on the principles of guarding. In addition to those, it would be important to be equipped with enough amarments and strong wills. Anyway, the next 21th century requires big change of the everyone's opinions on guarding and it would not be impossible to provide complete guard with only the system of guard itself, so it needs everyone's help. Of course will it require the professionals of Information technology too, in the future information society. I suggest that it need to combine various functions and specialize each fuction of the security guard at the same time. Then it would be more easy to maintain the system to prevent the future dangers, so to acomplish the complete guarding system. As a conclusion, it would be possible to meet the 21th environment of guarding only with the scientific, reasonable and specialized guard system.
