      • 장벽경색이 선행한 Henoch-Schonlein 자반증 1례

        Henoch-Schonlein 자반증은 피부, 위장관, 관절, 신장 등을 주로 침범하며 소혈관염을 기본 병리 소견으로하는 전신성 혈관 장애 질환이다. 위장관계 증상으로는 복통, 오심 및 구토, 잠혈, 토혈, 흑색변 등이 있을 수 있고, 이러한 증상은 합병증 없이 회복되는 것이 보통이나 드물게는 장중첩증, 장벽경색 및 괴사, 장천공 등의 심한 합병증을 동반할 수도 있다. 이러한 위장관계 증상들은 특징적인 피부 소견에 선행하여 나타날 수도 있으며, 이때는 급성복증에 대한 감별진단이 중요하다. 저자들은 장벽경색이 선행하여 감별진단에 어려움을 겪고 시험적개복술을 시행한 이후에 특징적인 피부 자반이 발현되어 Henoch-Schonlein 자반증으로 진단할 수 있었던 증례를 경험하였기에 이를 보고하고자 한다. 본 증례는 입원 1일전부터 시작된 복통을 주소로 입원한 5세 남아가 배꼽 주위에 심한 경련성 복통을 지속적으로 호소하였고 이학적 소견상 배꼽주위의 압통, 장음의 감소, 흑색변 등이 있었으며 소장조영술상 공장 부위에 미만성의 불규칙한 점막비후 소견을 보여 제 8병일에 시험적개복술을 시행한 결과 근위 공장에 국한된 장괴사의 소견이 발견되어 절제 및 문합술을 실시 하였다. 병리학적 검사에서는 장벽경색의 소견을 보였다. 수술후에 복통은 완화되었으나 경미하게 지속되었고, 제 13병일경에 급성 부고환염이 병발되었다가 회복되었고 제 15병일경에는 하지에서부터 발현된 자반이 3일간 지속되었다. 결구 Henoch-Schonlein 자반증과 이의 합병증으로 발생한 근위 공장의 장벽경색으로 진단하였다. Colicky abdominal pain as symptom of Henoch-Schonlein purpura occurs in up to 70% of patients, and results from submucosal edema and hemorrhage. Abdominal pain and other GI symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, melena and hematemesis resolve mostly without any complications. But rarely life-threatening GI complications such as intussusception, intestinal mural infarction and necrosis, and massive hemorrhage may develope. In 14% of patients, abdominal pain may precede other symptoms, and creats diagnostic difficulties. We reports a case of the Henoch-Schonlein purpura presented with colicky abdominal pain which resulted from intestinal mural infarction and preceded characteristic purpuric skin lesion by several weeks. This 5 year old male patient complained of colicky abdominal pain, nausea and melena. Exploratory laparatomy was done and revealed intestinal mural infarction in proximal jejunum. One week later operation, purpuric skin lesion develiped in both leg and feet, and then, Henoch-Schonlein purpura was diagnosed.

        This study was conducted to examine the nitrogen effects on the uptaken amounts and utilization of mineral nutrients between source and sink tissues at major growth stages before and after the flowering stage with different nitrogen levels Hwangkeum cultivar(Glycine max L Mereill) was cultivated under five different mtrogen levels, 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 N kg/10a Comparing contents of total-N with different plant tissues at major growth stages before and after the flowering, total-N contents of leaves was gradually decreased from the flowering to the beginning maturity, while it of pod was continuously increased from the full seed to the beginning maturity Total-N content was higher in the treatment of 4 N Kg/10a that those of others The uptaken amount of N determined with different growth stage was rapidly increased maturity Higher proportion of uptaken N were into the leaves at the full seed stage, and they were transported from the leaves into pod at the beginning maturity stage Comparing major mineral elements of the leaves and the pod with different N leaves, in case of the leaves, the content of Fe, Mn, and Zn was decreased throughout the growth stages, whereas the content of Ca and Mg was decreased from the flowering to the full seed and then it was increased after the full seed stage In case of pod, the content of K, Fe, Mn, Zn, and Na was decreased from the flowering to the beginning maturity, while contest of Mg was increased.

      • 콩의 개화기 전후 공급과 수용부위의 생장반응과 수량에 대한 질소의 효과

        This study was conducted to examine the nitrogen effects on the growth responses, the nodulation, and the distribution of dry weight of plant tissues at major growth stages before and after the flowering stage, and to evaluate the yield components and yields with different nitrogen levels. Hwangkeum cultivar(Glycine max L mereill) was cultivated under five different nitrogen levels, 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, N Kg/10a. Stem length and branching number, which were investigated with different N levels at major growth stages, were rapidly increased for 14days for before and after the flowering stage compared to the other growth stages. They were clearly higher with treatment of 2 and 4 N kg/10a than those of other N treatments. Pod number was slightly increased from the flowering to beginning maturity. It was the highest in the treatment of 2 N Kg/10a. Comparing grain number per pod with different N levels, two grains per pod was much higher in all N treatments except for the treatment of 6 N Kg/10a. Dry weight of shoot(including leaf, stem, and pod) was rapidly increased from the flowering stage to the full seed stage and then gradually increased after the full seed stage, whereas the dry weight of root(including the nodule and root) was rapidly increased until to full pod stage and then linearly decreased from the full pod stage until the beginning maturity stage. Comparing dry weight with different N levels, the dry weight of shoot was the highest in the treatment of 4 N Kg/10a, while it of root was the highest in the treatment of 2N Kg/10a. The dry weight of nodule was the highest, 13.1 Kg/10a, at full pod stage. Comparing the dry weight of nodule with different N levels, it was increased to the application amount of 4 N Kg/10a and then clearly decreased with more application amount of N than 4 Kg/10a. The yield components which were mostly affected to the yield were pod number per plant and grain number per plant. They were 57.5 and 106.1, respectively, with treatment of 4 N Kg/10a, which showed the highest yield, about 266 Kg/10a. Comparing yield index with different N levels to the control, the yields with treatment of 2 and 4 Kg/10a were increased to 21% and 34%, respectively.

      • Castleman 질환 1례

        Castleman 질환은 주로 종격동 임파선을 침범하여 임상적, 조직학적으로 흉성종과 유사한 소견을 보이는 질환이다. 보통 침범된 임파선은 3cm에서 7cm의 크기를 보이며 경계가 뚜렷한 종양으로 나타난다. 조직학적 소견상 hyaline-vascular형(H-V형)과 plasma cell형의 두가지로 나눈다. 임상적으로는 hyaline-vascular형은 별증상이 없으며 보통 우연히 발견되고 드물게 기도와 기관지를 압박하는 증세를 보이기도 한다. plasma cell형은 빈혈, 적혈구침강속도의 증가, 고감마글로불린혈증, 저알부민혈증, 그리고 저트란스페린혈증을 보이기도 한다. 저자들은 생후 2개월부터 반복되는 호흡기 감염과 거친 숨소리를 보이면서, 성장 및 발육장애를 보인 14개월된 남아에서, 기도에서 우측 주기관지까지를 압박하고 있는 종양을 흉부 전산화단층촬영에서 발견하고 떼어낸 후 조직소견상 hyaline-vascular형의 giant lymph node hyperplasia의 소견을 보이는 Castleman 질환 1례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Castleman's disease(angiofollicular lymph node hyperplasia) can arise from lymph nodes or extranodal tissues and can be classified histologically into the hyaline-vascular form, characterized by hyaline follicle-like structures interspersed with vascular tissue, or the plasma cell variant, in which the follicle-like structures are seperated by sheets of plasma cells amidst vascular interfollicular tissue. The clinical manifestations of the multicentric variant can be protean and inculude fever, night sweats, weight loss, lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly, pleural effusion, ascites, anemia, thrombocytopenia, polyclonal hypergammaglobulinemia, and neurological and renal abnormalities. We report a case of Castleman's disease in 14-month old male patient with the chief complaints of recurrent respiratory symptoms and delayed growth and development, who was diagnosed as having a hyaline-vascular form of above disease after the excision of pulmonary mass which compressed the right main bronchus.

        논에서 물과 양분관리에 따른 메탄(CH_4), 아산화질소(N_2O) 배출 특성

        물관리방법을 달리한 상시담수와 간단관개에서 메탄과 아산화질소의 배출 양상과 서로 다른 종류의 유기물원 및 질소비료 시용에 따른 메탄과 아산화질소 배출을 비교하고 저감 할 수 있는 방법을 찾기 위해 본 시험을 실시하였다. 물관리방법으로는 상시담수 (이앙∼출수 35일까지 담수)와 이앙 35일 이후 중간낙수한 간단관개 (중간낙수기간 20일),그리고 시비방법으로는 토양을 검정한 시비량인 토양검정, 토양 검정시비량+볏짚 돈분액비, LCU 완효성비료 그리고 N을 시용하지 않은 대조구 등을 처리하여 메탄 및 아산화질소 배출량을 측정하였다. 메탄 배출량은 간단관개보다 상시담수에서 높았고, 아산화질소 배출량은 이와 반대로 나타났다. 유기물과 비료시용 종류에 따른 메탄과 아산화질소 배출량은 액비와 검정시비+볏짚시용구에서 가장 높았으며, LCU 완효성비료구에서 가장 낮았다. 지구온난화잠재력으로 환산한 온실가스 배출은 물관리 조건에서 상시담수가 간단관개보다 170∼208% 높았으며, 요소를 시용하고 상시담수를 기준 한 것과 간단관개로 물 관리하여 각 처리에 따라 온실가스 배출을 비교하면 요소는 41.4%, LCU 완효성비료 55.8%로 온실가스 배출을 줄일 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 비료이용효율은 LCU완효성비료, 액비>검정시비+볏짖>검정시비 순이었다. Emission of methane and nitrous oxide affected by nitrogen fertilizer materials were measured simultaneously in rice paddy fields under flooding and intermittent irrigation in 2000. Studies focused on mitigating CH_4 emission from rice paddy fields are summarized and the possibilities and limits applied to world's rice cultivation are discussed. The mitigation options are water management, soil amendments, organic matter management, different tillage, rotation, and cultivar selection. Altering water management, in particular promoting midseason aeration by short-term drainage, is one of the most promising strategies, although these practices may be limited to the rice paddy fields where the irrigation system is well prepared. The test site was divided into two water managements: a continuously flooded plot which was maintained flooded by constant irrigation from May to September, and an intermittently drained plot in which short-term (20days) draining practices were performed one times during the flooding period. By total emission of GHGs converted by global warming potential (GWP), flooding plots were higher 170~208% than intermittent irrigation plots. For emission of GHGs in fertilizer materials, it was high in the order of Swine slurry>Urea+Rice straw>Urea>LCU. Basing on GHGs emission of urea fertilization under flooding as baseline GWP of urea fertilization and Latex-coated urea under intermittent irrigation showed lower GHGs emission by 41.4% and 55.8%, respectively. In this case fertilizer use efficiency (kg unhulled rice/kg of applied N) were 18.2~20.2 and 18.7~19.0 and 9.3 and 5.8~6.6 for Swine slurry and LCU and Urea+Rice straw and Urea in the continuously flooded and intermittently drained plot.

      • 벼 乾畓直播栽培에서 Propyl Dihydro Jasmonate 種子處理에 따른 出芽 및 生育促進效果

        This study was conducted to examine the effects of Propyl Dihydro Jasmonate on the growth responses, chilling tolerance and yields on the direct seeding on dry paddy at seedling stage in two rice cultivars The emergence rate of two rice cultivars (Seoan byeo and Dasanbyeo) were increased more by the treatment of 0.05μM PDJ than those of others. Higher concentration of PDJ was found to be inhibitory for germination. Number of emergence of cultivar Seoanbyeo was higher in 0.05μM PDJ treatment for 24hour as compared to 12hour, whereas, no significant difference was observed in case of cultivar Dasanbyeo Plant height and number of tillers of two rice cultivars were increased by the treatment of 0.05μM PDJ for 24 hour Rice yield of the tested cultivars were increased high in the PDJ treatment plot due to increment of the panicle number in the dry seesed paddy field.

      • 강낭콩의 식물체 부위와 생육시기에 따른 무기영양성분 함량과 흡수량에 대한 질소의 사용효과

        This study was conducted to examine the nitrogen effects on uptake and utilization of major mineral nutrients of the kidney bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.). The N treatments were five levels, 0, 3, 6, 9, 12 N kg/10a. The kidney bean was cultivated on the upland experimental field in the agricultural ???? research & extensions service of Chungbuk province. The contents and uptake amounts of mineral nutrients were investigated throughout the growth stages of the kidney bean. Higher content of total N in the stem was maintained until 8 days before flowering stage and then decreased gradually. Also, total N content of leaves was increased in the vegetative growth stage, and it was decreased rapidly to 8 days after the flowering stage, and then increased gradually to the initial maturity stage. Total N content of roots was tended to decrease until 8 days after the flowering stage, while that of seed was increased from the flowering stage to the maturity stage. The amount of uptake N of the shoot parts was increased until the flowering stage, maintained similarly from the flowering to 14 days after the flowering stage, and then increased rapidly to the maturity stage, while that of root was increased slowly to the flowering stage and then maintained similarly to the maturity.

      • 벼 담수직파 재배시 생장조절제 처리가 생육 및 도복에 미치는 영향

        본 시험은 벼 도복을 경감시키기 위한 재배대책을 강구하기 위하여 추청벼를 공시하고, 담수직파재배에서 생장조절제를 처리함에 따른 도복경감효과를 조사하였던 바 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1 간장은 무처리구보다 IBP+Inabenfide구가 186cm 단축되어 가장 큰 감소효과를 보였다 2 하위절간장 역시 무처리구보다 IBP+Inabenfide구가 3-4절간 35cm, 4-5절간은29cm 단축되어 가장 큰 감소효과를 보였다 3 포장도복은 무처리 5에 비해 IBP+Inabenfide구는 0으로 도복이 발생하지 않았으며, 수량은 무처리에 비해 도복이 발생하지 않았던 IBP+Inabenfide구가 5% 증수되었다 This study was conducted to investigate the effects of plant growth regulators, 2,4~D, IBP, and Inabenfide, on growth responses and lodging resistance of rice in cultivation of the waterlogging direct seeding The Chuocheong cultivar of Japonica type was used Growth responses itcluding culm leagth and lodging index etc and rice yields were measured at major growth stages and harvest time Culm length was the shortest in the treatment of IBP + Inabenfide, shortening it to 186 cm compared to that of the control, showing the best application effect of the plant growth regulator The length of internode between third and fourth internodes of lower culm was shortened to 3.5 cm with treatment of IBP + Inabenfide compared to that of the control and it between fourth and fifth internodes was shortened to 29 cm with treatment of Inabenfide, showing the best effectiveness. Lodging was not appeared in treatment of IBP + Inabenfide compared to 5.0 of the control Resulting to reduciag the lodging, rice yield was increased more with treatment of IBP + Inabenfide, to about 50%, than that of the control

      • 벼 재배방법과 규산질 비료 시용이 생육 및 도복에 미치는 영향

        본 시험은 벼 도목을 경감시키기 위한 재배대책을 강구하기 위하여 광안벼를 공시하고, 이앙재배와 담수직파재배에서 규산질 비료를 시용함에 따른 도복경감효과를 조사하였던 바 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다 1 간장은 담순표면직파재배에선 규산시용구가 무처리보다 31cm 감소하여 37%가 단축되었으며, 기계이앙재배에서는 규산시용구가 무처리보다 5cm 감소하여 55% 단축되었다 2 하위절간장은 담수표면직파재배에서 규산시용구가 무처리보다 3.1cm 감소하여 36 9% 단축되었으며, 기계이앙재배에서는 규산시용구가 무처리보다12cm 감소하여 11% 단축되었다 3 좌절중은 담수표면직파에서 규산시용구가 73g이 증가하여 35 2%의 증가율을 보였고, 기계이앙재배에서는 규산시용구가 373g 증가하여 9.6%의 증가율을 보였다 4 수량은 담수표면직파재배에서 규산시용구가 무처리보다 30kg이 많아 64%의 증수효과를 나타내었고, 기계이앙재배에서는 규산시용구가 무처리보다50kg이 많아 9%의 증수효과를 나타내었다 This study was carried out to examine the responses of growth and lodging of rice as affected by both transplanting and direct seeding in waterlogging, which was differently applicated amounts of silicate fertlizers The Kwangan cultivar of Japonica type was used The growths including culm and internode lengths and grain yield were investigated in major growth stages and harvest time The culm length in waterlogging direct seeding was reduced in treatments of silicate fertilizers, about 37%, compared to that in the contro1 and it was reduced to 5.5% in the transplanting cultivation The breaking strength of lower internodes of rice were increased to 35.2% and 96% by applying of silicate fertilizers in the water direct seeding and in the transplanting cultivations, respectively The rice yields were increased with application of silicate fertilizers in both water direct seeding and transplanting cultivations compared to those of the control, about 64% and 90%, respectively.
