The system designed in this paper, can mark the interior state of greenhouse using sensors of temperature, humidity and illumination on greenhouse interior by greenhouse system for farm village area's agriculture automation. And, the real time monitor is possible real time monitoring by camera. Also, system that can supply water using spring cooler system and humidifier. The proposed system can sustain a designed environment of the greenhouse through rentilation fan, fluorescent light and roof door control. TCP/IP is used for the remote control of state the sensors in the client program. 본 논문에서 설계된 시스템은 농촌 지역의 농업 자동화를 위한 온실 시스템으로 온실 내부에 온도, 습도, 조도 센서를 이용한 온실 내부의 상태를 표시할 수 있으며 카메라를 이용하여 실시간 관측이 가능하다. 또한 본 시스템은 지붕 개폐, 스프링 쿨러와 가습기를 이용한 수분 공급, 환풍기, 형광등 등을 통하여 온실 내부의 환경을 유지시킬 수 있다. 모든 센서를 이용한 상태와 온실 제어를 TCP/IP를 이용한 클라이언트 프로그램에서 원격으로 관리할 수 있다.

This study was conducted to investigate the variation in nutrient composition of oilseed meals and to develop prediction equations for amino acid concentrations. Energy and nutrient contents were determined in a total of 1,380 feed ingredient samples including copra byproducts, corn distillers, dried grains with solubles, palm kernel byproducts, and soybean meal. The ingredient samples were imported to the Republic of Korea between 2006 and 2015. Data were analyzed using the MIXED procedure of SAS. The regression procedure of SAS was used to generate the prediction equation for the lysine concentration using the crude protein (CP) concentration as an independent variable. The concentrations of moisture, gross energy, CP, ether extract, crude fiber, ash, calcium, phosphorus, lysine, methionine, cysteine, and threonine in tested oilseed meals differed (P<0.05) depending on producing countries. The prediction equations for amino acid concentrations (% as-is basis) in the oilseed meals are: lysine = —1.08 + 0.080 × CP (root mean square error = 0.244, R<SUP>2</SUP> = 0.924, and P<0.001); threonine = —0.297 + 0.044 × CP (root mean square error = 0.099, R<SUP>2</SUP> = 0.958, and P<0.001). In conclusion, energy and nutrient compositions vary in the oilseed meals depending on the producing countries. Moreover, the crude protein concentration can be used as a suitable independent variable for estimating lysine and threonine concentrations in the oilseed meals.

There are marked differences in climate condition between east-facing slopes and west-facing slopes in Mt. Seorak (1,708 m). This study was conducted to find out the differences of benthic macroinvertebrate communities between both slopes of Mt. Seorak. Quantitative (Surber net; 30 cm х 30 cm, mesh: 1 mm) and qualitative (Hand net; mesh: 1 mm) samplings ware carried out seasonally in each site which had 100-meter-high difference from November 2010 to November 2011. Most of the survey sites showed sound environmental conditions because they were located in the protection area of the national park. The benthic macroinvertebrates collected from all survey sites were composed of 158 species, 62families, 17 orders, 7 classes and 5phyla. DCA (Detrended Correspondence Analysis) ordination based on the abundance of benthic mactoinvertebrates showed that altitude was a major factor governing the structure of benthic macroinvertebrate community. There was no significant difference of the communities between both slopes.

The endocrine disrupting chemical, di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) is a plasticizer used in polyvinyl chloride products ubiquitous in our daily lives. DEHP has potentially adverse effects on the liver, kidney, lung, heart, reproductive organs and endocrine systems. Many toxicological data on the DEHP toxicity have been stated, but complete protein profiles have not yet been reported. In this study, DEHP-induced oxidative DNA damage in rat lymphocyte was evaluated by Comet assay (single-cell gel electrophoresis) for the first time. Moreover, DEHP-induced protein profile alterations were examined in rat liver by using toxicoproteomic tools. 34 protein spots in the liver were identified to be significantly deregulated by DEHP on the 2-dimensional gel. Among them, 20 spots were up-regulated and 14 spots down-regulated by DEHP.

<p>Two 2,5-bipyridyl substituted 1,1′-silanylene unit cyclized siloles with 1,1-silacyclopentyl- or 1,1-silacyclohexyl groups (<B>3-Cy5</B> and <B>3-Cy6</B>) were prepared from the intramolecular reductive cyclization of silacycloalkyl bis(phenylethynyl)silane with lithium naphthalenide and a a subsequent Pd-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction. Non-cyclized bipyridyl substituted dimethylsilole, 2,5-bis(2′,2′′-dipyridin-6-yl)-1,1-dimethyl-3,4-diphenylsilacyclopentadiene (<B>PyPySPyPy</B>), was also synthesized for comparison. All three siloles were characterized by X-ray structural studies. The results showed that the major contribution of three dimensional ordering found in crystal packing originated from distinctive intermolecular C–H⋯π interactions within the distance range 3.30–3.65 Å. Even higher ordering was apparent in the crystal packing due to the additional plane-to-plane packing interactions between the peripheral bipyridyl units in cyclized siloles, <B>3-Cy5</B> and <B>3-Cy6</B>. In accordance with such an increase in the peripheral intermolecular interactions, <B>3-Cy5</B> and <B>3-Cy6</B> exhibited higher <I>T</I><SUB>g</SUB> values (95 and 86 °C, respectively) than the acyclic analogue, <B>PyPySPyPy</B> (77 °C). In particular, <B>3-Cy5</B> showed a higher electron mobility of 6.9 × 10<SUP>−4</SUP> cm<SUP>2</SUP> V<SUP>−1</SUP> s<SUP>−1</SUP> at <I>E</I> = 0.581 MV cm<SUP>−1</SUP> in the solid films. As a result, enhanced OLED performance was observed when <B>3-Cy5</B> was used as an electron transporting layer in the multilayered device structure of ITO/PEDOT·PSS/NPB/Alq<SUB>3</SUB>/<B>3-Cy5</B>/LiF/Al, showing a maximum luminance of 17430 cd m<SUP>−2</SUP> at 11.5 V and a current efficiency of 4.52 cd A<SUP>−1</SUP> at 69.4 mA cm<SUP>−2</SUP> with a turn-on voltage of 2.6 V.</p> <P>Graphic Abstract</P><P>Cyclization of 1,1′-silanylene unit at the central silicon atom produced a series of new types of electron transporting materials. <img src='http://pubs.rsc.org/ej/JM/2009/b915214h/b915214h-ga.gif'> </P>
Skin Necrosis after High Dose Vasopressor Infusion in Septic Shock -Two Case Reports-

Survival sepsis campaign recommends that vasopressor therapy is required to maintain mean arterial pressure (MAP) ≥ 65 mmHg. However, the absolute maximum dose of vasopressor is difficult to determine. Herein, we report 2 cases of severe skin necrosis after high dose vasopressor infusion to maintain the recommended MAP in septic shock. In our first case, norepinephrine 1.0-2.0 μg/kg/min and vasopressin 0.03-0.1 U/min were infused for 5 days; in the second case, dopamine 10-20 μg/kg/min and norepinephrine 0.25-2.5 μg/kg/min were infused for 7 days. Severe ischemic skin lesions, which required amputations, developed in both cases. The clinical appearance of the skin lesions in the 2 cases was different because of the unique distribution of target receptors for different vasopressors. Thus, when high dose vasopressors are required to achieve recommended MAP, extra vigilance is required. Further studies for dose adjustment are needed.

<P>GTP and branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are metabolic sensors that are indispensable for the determination of the metabolic status of cells. However, their molecular sensing mechanism remains unclear. CodY is a unique global transcription regulator that recognizes GTP and BCAAs as specific signals and affects expression of more than 100 genes associated with metabolism. Herein, we report the first crystal structures of the full-length CodY complex with sensing molecules and describe their functional states. We observed two different oligomeric states of CodY: a dimeric complex of CodY from <I>Staphylococcus aureus</I> with the two metabolites GTP and isoleucine, and a tetrameric form (apo) of CodY from <I>Bacillus cereus</I>. Notably, the tetrameric state shows in an auto-inhibitory manner by blocking the GTP-binding site, whereas the binding sites of GTP and isoleucine are clearly visible in the dimeric state. The GTP is located at a hinge site between the long helical region and the metabolite-binding site. Together, data from structural and electrophoretic mobility shift assay analyses improve understanding of how CodY senses GTP and operates as a DNA-binding protein and a pleiotropic transcription regulator.</P>
