검출 불능 오류율을 향상기키는 Reed-Solomon 적부호의 이레이져 복호방법

RS product codes are widely used in digital storage systems. There are lots of decoding strategies for product code for short-length RS codes. Unfortunately many of them cannot be applied to long-length RS product codes because of the complexity of decoder. This paper proposes new decoding strategies which can be used in long length RS product codes. 일반적인 통신 시스템에서 시스템의 성능을 저하시키는 오류는 검출 불능 오류와 정정 불능 오류로 구성되는데 검출 불능 오류의 경우 오류에 대한 적절한 대응이 불가능하다는 측면에서 더욱 심각한 문제가 된다. 이러한 검출 불능 오류를 줄이기 위해 적부호 복호에는 다양한 방법이 생각되었지만 이러한 방법들의 대부분은 CD, 혹은 DAT등에 적용하기 위한 방법들로서 긴 길이의 RS 적부호에 적용하기 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 검출 불능 오류율을 줄일 수 있는 긴 길이의 RS 적부호 복호 방법을 제안하고 이들의 성능을 심볼 오류 확률을 계산함으로서 분석하여 기존의 방법과 비교한다. 여기서 제안된 방법들은 기존의 방법보다 검출 불능 확률을 크게 줄이는데 반하여 전체 오류 확률에서의 큰 열화는 일으키지 않는다.

장애인 편의시설 설치·운영에 관한 비교연구 : 미국 ADA법과 한국의 '장애인등의편의증진법'을 중심으로

장애인 편의시설의 설치·운영에 관한 지금까지의 국내 주요 연구나 논의들은 대체로 장애인들의 이동이나 접근권 확보에 그 초점이 있었다고 볼 수 있다. 이 접근권 문제의 권리는 결국 법으로 보장받아야 하므로, 본 논문은 우리 나라의 ‘장애인등의편의증진법’과 미국의 ADA법의 내용을 법제정 배경 및 목적 분석, 법제정과정분석, 법률내용별·장애유형별 기준을 중심으로 분석하여 나타난 결과를 중심으로, 문제점을 적출하고 이의 극복을 위한 앞으로의 과제를 모색하고자 하였다.

SNU 미니돼지 유래 돼지내재레트로바이러스의 시험관내 사람세포주에서의 증식부전

Background: The presence of porcine endogenous retrovirus (PERV) has been considered as one of the main hurdles to transplant pig’s organs or tissues to human beings. There has been no report that PERV infection is associated with human diseases. Because pigs have their own characteristics of PERV according to pig strain, it is necessary to analyze the infectivity of PERV from SNU miniature pig to human cells for future utilization as a transplantation donor. Materials and Methods: Human cell lines were infected with culture supernatant from porcine cell line or immunomodulator-stimulated peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) of SNU miniature pigs. They were also co-cultured with PBMC or islet cells of SNU miniature pigs. The presence of PERV genes and general pig marker gene in cells was determined by nested PCR with primer set for PERV pol and pig mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase II (COII), respectively. Results: Infection test with the culture supernatant from PBMC of SNU miniature pigs showed that PERV pol but not COII was detected only in a few cases, but there was no uniform infection pattern in scope of stimulators and cell types. PERV pol was not demonstrated in co-cultures of human cell line with PBMC or islet cells from SNU miniature pigs after 80 days of co-cultures. Conclusions: In vitro infectivity test suggests that PERV from SNU miniature pig might not replicate productively in human cell lines although it could infect human cells and integrate into chromosome.

지역활성화를 위한 지역 Identity 및 이미지인식 실태와 과제

본 논문은, 지역의 Identity 확립이 지역이미지를 제고하기 위한 전제조건이며 나아가 지역 활성화의 기본적 조건이 됨을 인식하고 대구광역시의 Identity 및 이미지 실태를 문헌조사와 설문조사 분석을 통해 파악하고자 하였다. 여기에 적출된 분석결과를 토대로, 앞으로 대구광역시가 지역 활성화 및, 지역이미지 제고를 위해 어떠한 과제 수행에 노력해야 하는지를 모색하고자 하였다. 분석결과 앞으로의 주요과제는 첫째, 지역 활성화를 위한 지역자원의 기초조사 평가, 디자인의 체계화 작업이 무엇보다 중요한 과제로 인식되었다. 둘째, 지역자원의 객관적이고 공정한 탐색 및 평가결과를 공무원, 지역 국민에게 알리고 위기ㆍ도전의식을 공유하며 지역이미 지 변화를 위한 자기변혁에 참여하도록 하는 방법의 모색작업이다. 셋째, 새로운 차원의 PR(MPR) 및 CI전략 시스템 구축이 또한 중요한 과제로 지적되었다. 넷째, 지역 활성화를 위한 지역이벤트 및 컨벤션 사업의 활성화과제이다. 다섯째, 대구시 공동 브랜드인 쉬메릭의 고급화 및 관리 문제 역시, 지역이미지 제고에 중요한 몫을 차지하는 것으로 판단되었다.

주민소통을 위한 자치행정 PR시스템 모색에 관한 연구 : 지방정부와 주민간의 PR관계성분석을 중심으로

The purpose of this research is to grouping PR system on the basis of analysis empirically the relationships variables between local government and residents understanding in Daegu Metropolitan city. And another purpose is to analyze how the public's attachment relationship. symbolic relationship and behavioral relationship on a administrative organization will affect self administration recognition and management. We analyzed the public's attachment relationship factor on the administrative organization, then to figure out how these factors would effect the public's recognition management(seriousness, responsibility, overcome ability) and the administrative organization. A offline survey was conducted to exposure about Daegu Metropolitan city and to measure the public's relationships recognition. After analyzing 350 survey results that the familarity/ attachment variables had a positive effect on the ability to overcome residents understanding variables. This study has shown the possibility that administrative organization and attachment or public's emotional relationship factor in the PR study can be applied to the research of residents understanding. Therefore, the further study of residents understanding needs to consider the attachment relationship factor as well as behavioral and symbolic relationship variables. This paper observes how local governance PR has been and should be working together with professional, personal and community relationship management in Daegu Metropolitan city. We have the complications so as, the Daegu Metropolitan city government needs the vitalization in monitoring system, citizen difficulties disposition system, citizen proposal system, ombudzman system, citizen participation system etc. 분석결과에 따라 효과적 자치행정 PR시스템방안을 아래와 같이 모색하였다. 첫째, 주민의 특성별 세분화 작업이 필요하다. 행정기관은 지역주민과 원활한 상호작용을 하기위해서는 주민에 대한 각종정보를 다양한 채널을 통해 수집하여야한다. 나아가 사회적 이슈의 다양한 입장에 따라 지지자와 무관심자, 반대자로 나누어 각집단에 따라 어떠한 메시지로 어떻게 이들과 커뮤니케이션을 할 것인지를 결정해야 한다. 둘째, 다양한 커뮤니케이션수단의 통합적운용전략이 필요하다. 자치행정PR은 다양한 PR수단들을 통합적으로 운용·관리하여 PR효과를 극대화 할 수 있는 전략이 필요하다. 즉, 현대PR이 일방적으로 정보를 제공하고 목표공중을 설득하며 이해를 구하기보다는 공중의 욕구와 의견을 반영하고 행정조직이 시민공중의 기대에 부응하여 변화해나가는 쌍방적 커뮤니케이션 형태로 빠르게 변화하고 있음에도 지난날의 전통적인 행정PR은 일방적으로 행정기관에 대한 지지와 협력을 추구하는 수단으로 간주·실행하는 경향이 아직도 농후하다. 셋째, 지역주민과의 정기적이고 체계적인 커뮤니케이션 통로의 확보 필요성이다. 넷째, 행정조직내 커뮤니케이션의 활성화 함께 전행정부서를 통한 PR의 필요성 등이다. 주민과의 관계를 관리하고 행정경쟁력과 만족도를 높이기 위한 행정PR은 주민들의 지지와 협력 및 참여를 바탕으로 이루어져야한다. 이는 아직도 많은 행정기관들이 PR업무를 담당부서 또는 홍보담당자의 일로만 인식하고 있는데 모든 공무원은 일선 PR요원이면서 동시에 쌍방향 커뮤니케이션의 접점이기 때문이다. 다섯째, 기존의 일방적 홍보수준의 공보실내지 홍보실조직 대신 쌍방적 자치행정PR 전문조직의 신설의 필요성이다. 여섯째, 신뢰성(능력적 신뢰성, 상호관계적 신뢰성, 공언이행적 시뢰성),상호통제성 요인을 고려한 PR시스템모델 마련 의 강조등이다 즉, 순수적 신뢰성의 고양을 위해서는 기존의 적극적 시민참여기회의 확대와 시민제안제도, 행정정보공개제도, 시민고충처리제도 등의 활성화가 요청된다. 또한 능력적 신뢰성의 관계성고양을 위해서는 지방정부 공무원의 전문능력향상을 위해 공무원 연수교육의 적절성확보 및 강화 전문 타스크 포스(task force)제의 활용 또한 강화되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. 뿐만 아니라 공언이행적 신뢰성을 높이기 위해서는 시민과의 약속을 철저히 이행·실천할 것이 요구된다. 이를 위해서는 지방정부의 각종시책 및 계획의 실시에 있어 시민의 감시를 제도화하기 위한 시민 모니터링제도, 모범공무원시민추천제도, 옴부즈만제도 등의 활용도를 높여야 할 것 등을 강조하였다.

거절장면에서의 「완곡표현」 연구 -한,일 TV드라마를 중심으로-

本硏究では韓國と日本のテレビドラマの斷り表現を對象にして行った。間接的な拒絶表現を、faceを基準にして聽者中心の「婉曲表現」と話者中心の「婉曲表現」に分けて、各各の斷り表現のストラテジ-が「意味公式」上では、どのようにあらわれるか、そしてどちらが斷りを傳える話者の意圖と斷りをうける聽者の受容に差をもたらす可能性が高いかについて考察した。その結果、話者の意圖と聽者の受容に差を見せている例で、「-ㅂ니다」「-서요」のような命題形の理由、 そして直接表現に近い<謝罪><理由>順の發話の例が話者の意圖と聽者の受容に差をもたらす可能性が高いということがわかった。また、これらは話者中心の「婉曲表現」において觀察できた。したがって、話者の意圖と聽者の受容の差を減らすためには、聽者中心の發話を使う必要があるということを本硏究を通じてわかった。 最後に拒絶の場面において、良い對人關係維持、相手との適當な感情的距離の維持、相手のメンツと拒絶する話者自身のメンツの維持、何よりも話者と聽者の誤解のないスム-ズな會話のためには、聽者中心の「婉曲表現」を拒絶ストラテ-ジとして使用すべきだというのが本硏究の結果として重要な点である。 In this study the indirect and neutral expressions in refusal scenes were classified into listener-centered and speaker-centered euphemistic expressions, and then how those expressions appear in the framework of semantic formula was reviewed. Also the gap between listeners’ acceptance and the speakers’ intetion, which is caused by the types of expressions, was investigated. In this study, the cases showing the gap mentioned above were observed in the speaker-centered euphemistic expressions, which suggested that listener-centered expressions should be used in order to reduce the difference between the acceptance and expressions. This study implies that the maintenance of good personal relationships, proper emotional distance, face-saving compromise should be employed in the refusal secnes, and most importantly, the listener-centered euphemistic expressions should be used for good communication without misunderstanding.

모든□이진 부호는 Griesmer bound □를 만족해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 Griesmer bound의 등호를 만족하는 □부호의 간단한 설계법을 소개하고 Helleseth 부호 관점에서 본 새로운 표현법을 소개한다. Any □binary linear code must satisfy the Griesmer bound □Here, a simple construction of □codes which achieves the equality of the Griesmer bound is introduced and its another description in view of the codes of Helleseth is presented.
