        According to current development of synthetic resin binder, the expenditure of binder is rapidly increasing. For example, in the field of Flocking process, 80% of the total amount of binder expenditure belongs to various synthetic resin emulsions. The binder of emulsion type in the emulsion polymenization can be diluted easily in water and can be freely selected by the purpose of application of coating materials. These characteristics of binder are affected to improvement of final products. In the early date of Flocking manufacturing history, natural starch paste and natural latex etc. were used as binders. However, they could not be used with satisfactory effect in Flocking manufacture and the development of Flocking manufacturing industry was delayed by above-reason. The current development of synthetic resin in addition to the mantra research results, various kinds of Flocking manufacturing binder were invented. The synthetic resin binders using to Flocking process are dev dad in two main groups, emulsion type and solvent type. In this paper emulsion type which is mostly using in the current Flocking manfacturing was mainly discussed.

        본 논문에서는 대규모 소프트웨어 사업에 소프트웨어 신뢰도 공학을 적용함으로써 얻어지는 여러 가지 교훈들을 기술하였는데 여기서 고려한 대상은 국내에서 개발된 최대 규모인 TDX-ISDN 교환시스템 소프트웨어이다. 이 소프트웨어는 기능 블록이라 부르는 많은 컴포넌트들로 구성되며 그 들은 코딩과 시험의 단위가 된다. 이들을 통합하여 구성된 소프트웨어의 시스템 시험 중에 수집된 고장 데이터를 이용하여 소프트웨어 신뢰도에 관련되는 통계적인 특성들을 분석하고, 소프트웨어 버전들이 발전함에 따르는 신뢰도의 국부적이고 총체적인 향상을 나타내는 경향(pattern)을 논의하였다. TDX-10 ISDN 시스템 소프트웨어의 경향을 찾기 위해 각 버전의 고장데이터에 S-sharped 모델을 적용하고 전체 고장 데이터 집합에는 Goel-Okumoto 모델을 적용해 보았다.

      • 3χ-amino-5α-cholestane의 니트로소우레아 유도체들의 합성

        Nitrosourea derivatives of cholestane have been synthesized for the purpose to obtain antitumor agents respectively. The isomeric intermediate, 3α-and 3β-amino-5α-choestane required for the synthesis of nitrosourea derivatives were obtained through a reaction of 5α-cholestance-3-one oxime with lithium aluminium hydride reduction followed by the column chromatography; N-(2-chloroethyl) carbamoyl-3α-amino-5α-cholestane, and N-methylcarbamoyl-3α-amino-5α-cholestane were prepared by the treatment of each amine with isocyanate (2-chloroethyl iscocyanate and methlisocyanate) in anhydrous CHCl3 and corresponding nitrosourea derivatives, N-(2-chloroethyl) nitrosocarbamoyl-3α-cholestane, and N-methylnitrosocarbamoyl-3α-amino-5α-chloestane were obtained by the nitrososation of urea derivatives with CH3COOH (or HCOOH)/NaNO2 in ice-cold condition. The structural proof of these compounds was done by TLC. m.p., IR and NMR.

      • Polyazine의 合成과 熱的性質

        Hydrazine hydrate에 glyoxal과 Terephthalaldehyde를 축합중합시켜 polyazine의 중합물을 얻었다. 반응용매로 메탄올을 사용하였으며 반응온도는 26℃와 80℃에서 중합시켰다. polyazine은 conjugate된 이중결합 구조를 갖는다. 일반적으로 conjugated된 이중결합을 갖는 고분자는 큰 열적 안정성과 전기전도성을 갖는다. 새로운 고분자를 합성한 일련의 실험에서, 이 연구는 열적성질에 대한 것이다. TGA(열중량분석)과 DSC(시차주사열량분석)로 polyzine의 열적성질을 측정 비교하였다. Polyazines were prepared with Hydrazine hydrate and Glyoxal, and Terephthalaldehyde. Methanol was used as solvent, and reaction temperature was 26℃ and 80℃. Polyazine have a structure with a system of conjugated double bond. Generally polymers with a system of conjugated double bonds have a high thermal stability and electrical conductivity properties. In series our laboratory new polymer synthesized, this study was concerned with thermal characteristics. From the TGA(Thermogravimetric Analysis) and DSC(Differential Scanning Calorimetry) thermodiagram thermal characteristics of polyazine was measured. The results are as follows: 1. Polyazine [I] On the TGA thermodiagram, Initial degradation temperature ?? was measured at 208℃ and final degradation temperature ?? was measured at 217℃, and then residue weight % was 2%. One the DSC thermodiagram, Glass transition temperature ?? was measured at 85℃ and melting point temperature ?? was measured at 225℃. 2. Polyazine (II) On the TGA thermodiagram, ?? was measured at 376℃ and ?? was measured at 390℃, and then residue weight % was 45% On the DSC thermodiagram, ?? was measured at 389℃.

      • Poly-N-(N'-methylnitroso carbamoyl)-vinylamine의 합성

        The intermediate, polyvinylamine was obtained through the reaction of N-vinylacetamide with 12N HCI for 48hrs. and poly-N-(N-methylcarbamoyl)-vinylamine was obtained through the reaction of polyvinylamine with methylisocyanate for 2hrs. A potential antitumor agent, poly-N-(N-methylnitrosocarbamoy)-vinylamine was synthesized by nitrososation of poly-N-(N-methylcarbamoyl)-vinylamine with sodium nitrite in glacial acetic acid. The structural proofs of these compounds were done by I.R.
