全羅南道 農漁村 및 山間地域의 食生活 改善에 관한 硏究

全羅南道의농촌, 어촌 및 산간지역의 食品攝取實態를 各 季節別로 調査하고 이를 바탕으로 食生活의 改善方案을 要約해 보면 다음과 같다. 1) 곡류식품의 섭취량을 줄이고, 섭취식품의 種類를 늘려 營養의 균형을 이루도록 한다. 2) 절대적인 食品攝取量을 늘려, Calory섭취부족을 막되 반찬의 質과 量에 치중하도록한다. 3) 豆類食品과 생선, 유유等의 단백질식품섭취를 늘리도록 한다. 4) 植物性 油脂類의 섭취를 늘린다. 5) 염분의 섭취를 줄이도록 적극 계몽하고 권장한다. This study was carried out to improve the dietary status in rural area of Chonnam province. 15 fanukues ub argarian, finshing and mountainous villages were randomly selected for analysis each season and their dietary status were analysed. From those,the improving plan esulted as follows: 1. Reduce the intake quantity of Cereal foods and incerase kinds of foods intake for nutritional balance. 2. for increasing the Caloric intake, the quantity and quality of side dishes must be cared. 3. Increase the intake of soybean foods, sea fishes, milk and milk products. 4. Increase the intake of plant oil foods. 5. Recommend and Educate the residents to reduce the intake of salts.

This study was designed to evaluate the nutritive value of 10 Wild vegetables which harvested in mountaneous area of Chon-nam province The results gained are as follws. Their Moisture content are comparatively lower than that of other vegetables. The Sagittaria trifolia L. has a highest crude protein of 6.6g / 100g and the content of crude ash is also higher than that of other vegetables. The crude fat content of Adenophora triphylla is very high of 2.6g / 100g. But the content is not so different among wild vegetables and these tendecies are similar to that of vegetables. The S. trifolia L. has a highest non fibrous content of 28.8g / 100g The content of Ca and P is quite different among Wild vegetables but the values are similar to that of other vegetables. The Ca content of S. trifolia L. is low but has a highest content of P and energy value, 142㎎/ 100g and 134㎉, respectively. This means its a nutritionally good Wild vegetables and needs more investigations.

재난대응 MR-IoT/AI 융합 플랫폼 구현 및 성능 분석

혼합현실은 복합정보 표현을 위한 가장 효과적인 수단으로, 사물의 물리적 위치에 홀로그램 정보를 표현하는 몰입형 사용자경험을 제공한다. 하지만 그 응용이 특정 분야나 애플리케이션에 편중되어 다양한 복합 서비스 제공에 한계가 존재한다. 이러한 혼합현실 기술을 효과적으로 응용하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 혼합현실, 사물인터넷, 인공지능기술들과 서비스들을 단일 플랫폼 상에서 운용이 가능하도록 하는 MR-IoT/AI융합 플랫폼의 구조를 소개하고, 이를 구현하여 성능분석한 결과를 제시한다.

With the increasing demand for indoor positioning system, related research is now being actively conducted. However, indoor maps used in these studies are manually written according to the indoor environment or the techniques used for positioning. Therefore, when the indoor environment or the target building changes, there could be an inconvenience of having to rewrite the indoor map. And the additional site survey is also required. In addition, methods using wireless communication estimate the reception location based only on the strength and direction of the signal, so the characteristics of the building are not reflected. Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to determine the accuracy of the estimation result. In this paper, we introduces a method of automatically generating a data structure reflecting the indoor structure by extracting information on an electronic architectural drawing for multi-purpose indoor search. 실내측위시스템은 점차 증가하는 수요에 따라 관련 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만 많은 연구들에서 이용되는 실내지도는 실내 환경에 따라, 혹은 측위에 이용되는 기술과 기법에 맞추어 수동적으로 작성된다. 그렇기 때문에, 실내 환경에 변화가 생기거나 대상 건물이 바뀌는 경우에는 실내 지도를 직접 다시 작성해야하는 번거로움이 있다. 이를 위하여 추가적인 현장 조사 역시 필요로 한다. 또한, 무선통신을 이용하는 방식들은 신호의 강도와 방향만을 토대로 수신 위치를 추정하므로 건물의 특징이 반영되지 않아, 그 추정 결과에 대한 정확성을 판별하기 어려운 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 다목적 실내탐색을 위하여 전자 건축도면으로부터 건물의 구조에 대한 정보를 추출하여 실내구조가 반영된 데이터구조를 자동으로 형성하는 방법을 소개한다.

人蔘의 根 및 葉의 알콜抽出物이 乳酸菌의 增殖에 미치는 影響

In order to investigate the effects of ginseng root and leaf alcohol extract on the bacterial growth rate, Streptococcus sremoris, Streptococcus lactis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, and Lactobacillus casei which were cultured in the minimum media of Tryptone-Glucose-Yeast extract (TGY) broth containing ginseng extract wih various concentrations. (1mg/ml, 5mg/ml, 10mg/ml) The results obtained are as follows. 1. St. lactis and St. cremoris cultured in the TGY broth containing the various concentrations of ginseng extract showed more rapid and abundant growth than these in the TGY broth without ginseng extract at the 4 hours incubation. 2. L. acidophilus cultured in the TGY broth containing the ginseng extract was more rapid and abundant growth than in the TGY broth not containing the extract at the 8 hours incubation. 3. Lactobacillus sp. cultured in the TGY broth containing the extract of root the extract with mixture of root and leaf were not of good results in growth. 4. In the TGY broth containing the ginseng extract with the higher concentration than 1mg/ml, the growth rate of St. lαcris, St. cremoris and L. acidophilus was on the contrary suppressed.
