경찰지휘관의 변혁적 리더십이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향요인 : 직무특성의 매개효과를 중심으로

이 연구에서는 경찰지휘관들의 변혁적 리더십이 경찰의 직무특성을 통해 구성원들의 조직몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 경찰지휘관의 변혁적 리더십(카리스마, 개별적 배려, 영감고취)의 직무특성(기술다양성, 과업중요성, 직무자율성)에 대한 영향력을 분석한 결과 변혁적 리더십의 하위변인인 카리스마는 직무특성과 조직몰입에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 드러난 반면 개별적 고려와 영감 고취는 카리스마에 비해 더 큰 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 경찰공무원의 직무특성(기술다양성, 과업중요성, 직무자율성)의 조직몰입(정서적, 지속적, 규범적 몰입)에 대한 영향력을 살펴 본 바, 직무중요성과 자율성은 규범적 몰입에, 직무다양성은 지속적 몰입과 규범적 몰입에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 경찰지휘관의 변혁적 리더십(카리스마, 개별적 고려, 영감 고취)이 조직몰입(정서적, 지속적, 규범적 몰입)에 미치는 영향력을 분석한 결과, 유의수준 이하로 유의미한 영향력을 미치지는 못하는 것으로 나타났지만 카리스마는 지속적 몰입에, 개별적 고려는 지속적 몰입과 규범적 몰입에 상당한 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타나 개별적 고려가 조직몰입에 매우 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 파악되었다.

감성지능과 변혁적 리더십이 조직몰입에 미치는 효과

This study has been conducted on 200 Kyounggi provincial police officers from 2014. June 1st to 31st to find out whether the emotional intelligence and transformational leadership, which have been studied widely in the private sector, can be applied to public sector. The study outcome of emotional intelligence and transformational leadership shows that emotional intelligence has a statistically significant effect on organizational commitment with β=.323, and significant probability p=.000. And transformational intelligence also has a statistically significant effect on organizational commitment with β=.255, significant probability p=.000. A multi regression analysis has been conducted to find out which of the two independent variables, emotional intelligence and transformational leadership, has greater effect on organizational commitment. And the result shows that emotional intelligence has greater effect than transformational leadership, with emotional intelligence’s β = 287, P = .004 and transformational leadership’s β = 049, P = .614. According to the study outcomes, a trainee participation education such as role play, which is different from traditional lecture-oriented education has been proposed to increase the possibility of utilization of knowledge and skills at the field. And a different evaluation system has been proposed evaluate the police officers ability to handle the actual situation, which is different from current quantitative evaluation system. This study is meaningful in terms of the fact that it studied police officers’ emotional intelligence which was not studied much. However, it has its limitations because of the fact that it failed to gather samples that can represent entire police organization. 이 연구는 그동안 민간분야에서 많이 연구되어 온 감성지능과 변혁적 리더십이 공공분야에도 적용가능한지를 알아보기 위해 경기경찰청 소속 경찰관 200명을 대상으로 2014년 6월 1일부터 31일 사이에 이루어졌다. 감성지능과 변혁적 리더십의 조직몰입에 대한 영향력 분석결과, 감성지능은 β=.323, 유의확률 p=.000으로 유의수준 하에서 종속변수에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 변혁적 리더십은 β=.255, 유의확률 p=.000으로 유의수준 하에서 종속변수에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 감성지능과 변혁적 리더십 중 어느 변수가 종속변수인 조직몰입 더 큰 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 감성지능은β = 287, P = .004이고변혁적 리더십은 β = 049, P = .614로 나타나 감성지능이 변혁적 리더십에 비해 조직몰입에 더 큰 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 경찰관들의 감성지능을 고양하기 위해 교육과 평가시스템을 기존의 강의위주의 방식에서 탈피하여 롤플레이 등 교육생 참여식 교육을 활성화하여 현장에서 실제로 활용할 수 있도록 해야 하며, 평가방식도 정량적인 방식에서 탈피하여 상황극 등을 통해 실제 상황을 어떻게 타개해 나가는지 등을 평가할 수 있는 시스템 도입을 적극적으로 검토해 볼 것을 제안하였다. 이 연구는 그동안 연구가 많이 되지 않았던 경찰조직의 감성지능에 대해 조사해 보았다는 점에서 의미가 있으나 이 연구가 경찰조직 전체를 대변할 수 있는 표집이 이루어지지 않은 점은 연구의 한계로 남는다.

경찰공무원의 자살생각에 미치는 영향요인

이 연구에서는 그동안 거의 연구되지 않았던 경찰공무원의 자살생각과 이에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 알아보기 위하여 스트레스, 자아존중감, 우울감, 가족적응력, 사회적 지지를 독립변수로 설정하고 종속변수인 자살생각에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 이를 위해 경찰교육원과 경찰대학에서 교육을 받고 있는 경찰관을 상대로 설문조사 실시한 후 이를 분석하였다. 조사 결과 인구사회학적 특성별로는, 우선 50대가 다른 연령대에 비해서 유의미하게 자살생각을 더 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 밖에도 고졸자가 전문대 또는 대졸자에 비해 자살생각을 더 많이 하였으며, 다른 계급에 비해 경위가 통계적으로 유의미하게 자살생각을 더 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 독립변수들이 자살생각에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 이 변수들을 순차적으로 투입한 다중회귀분석결과, 스트레스와 자존감은 독립변수에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 또한 가족응집력과 사회적 지지는 종속변수에 다른 변수들보다 큰 영향을 미치기는 하였지만 역시 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 성별과 우울감은 자살생각에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 청소년이나 노인의 자살생각에 관한 연구에서와 마찬가지로 경찰공무원에게서도 우울이 자살생각에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인이라는 점을 알려주는 것이라고 할 것이다. 그리고 이 연구결과를 토대로 이 연구에서는 정신건강 전문가를 두어서 경찰공무원들의 정신건강상 문제를 조기에 발견하고, 거기에 맞는 적절한 상담과 치료가 이루어지도록 할 것과 중간관리층의 사기앙양을 위해 현장감독자에 대하여 과감하게 권한을 위임하고, 현장의 목소리와 요구사항이 상부에 잘 전달될 수 있도록 인터넷 대화방 등을 통한 현장의견수집 기능을 강화하는 등의 방안을 마련할 것을 제안하였다. This study investigated the effects of factors such as stress, self-esteem, depression, family bond and social support on the suicide ideation of police officers, which have hardly been researched so far. To meet this end, police officers, who were getting trained at the police academy and police university were surveyed and analysed. Demographically, it was found that officers in their 50s had significantly more suicide ideation than officers in other age groups, and officers with high school education had more suicide ideation, and lieutenants had more suicide ideation than officers in other ranks. To find out the effects of independent variables on suicide ideation, they were put in steps for multi-regression analysis. It was found that the effects of stress and self-esteem were not statistically significant. And, even though family bond and social support have more impact than stress and self-esteem, they were found to have insignificant effect as well. However, gender and depression were found to have statistically significant effect on suicide ideation. These findings suggest that depression is the most important factor for police officers in affecting the suicide ideation as for adolescents and elderlies. And it has been suggested that the police should employ mental health experts that they find out mental problems in early stages and provide appropriate counseling and therapy accordingly, and that middle-class managers should be empowered and voice-hearing of the field should be strengthened through internet opinion sections so that the requests and voices of the field can be delivered effectively to senior managers to boost up the spirits of the middle-class management.

한반도 최초의 위기협상가 신라 박제상의 위기협상 성과

이 연구에서는 '충절을 지킨 신라인의 표상'으로 널리 알려져 있는 박제상에 대하여 5세기 초 국제관계 속에서 이루어진 신라의 볼모파견 및 박제상의 발탁 배경과 5세기 초 신라의 정치적 동향 등을 살펴보고, 고구려와 왜에서의 박제상의 인질 구출과정을 검토하여 위기협상가로서의 박제상의 모습을 재조명해고자 한다. 박제상에 관한 내용은 『삼국사기』·『삼국유사』·『일본서기』에 비교적 구체적으로 전해지고 있지만 『일본서기』의 내용은 다른 두 사료와는 달리 축약되어 있으며, 시기적으로 사실과 맞지 않으므로, 이 연구에서는 『삼국사기』와 『삼국유사』의 내용을 중심으로 그의 활약상을 살펴보았다. 5세기 초 신라는 고구려에게 대내외적으로 종속되어 있었던 어려운 상황이었으나 눌지왕에 의해 새롭게 발탁된 박제상은 고구려에 사신으로 파견되어 장수왕과의 면담에서 복호의 귀환을 이끌어냈으며, 왜국에 인질로 잡혀있던 미사흔을 구출하는 과정에서는 정상적인 외교 루트를 통해 인질을 구출할 수 없음을 인식하고 치밀한 준비와 기만전술로 왜왕의 신임을 얻어 미사흔을 무사히 귀환시키는데 성공한다. 비록 박제상은 탈출하지 않고 왜에 남아 장렬하게 죽음을 맞이하였지만 왜왕의 회유와 겁박에 굴복하지 않고 죽음을 택함으로서 신라인의 높은 기개와 충절을 보여 주었다. 그리고 인질 구출 과정에서 보여준 박제상의 탁월한 설득력과 정확한 상황 판단, 그리고 굽히지 않았던 그 용기와 애국심은 위기협상가가 갖추어야 할 덕목들을 모두 보여주고 있는 것으로 오늘날의 협상가들의 본받아야 될 귀감이 되고 있다. This research is mainly focusing on Jaesang Park, who is known as 'The represent ation of loyalty in Shilla', and his competence as a crisis negotiator by closely examini ng the circumstances and political backgrounds such as the dispatch of hostages and h ow Park was appointed as the ambassador to Goguryo in early 5th century, and also s ee how he succeeded in bringing hostages back to Shilla. Remarks about Park can be found in detail in "The Chronicles of the Three States", "The Heritage of the Three States", "Nihon shoki", but the remark in "Nihon shoki" is, unlike the others, oddly abbreviated and contains false informations. So this research is looking at Park based on information in "The Chronicles of the Three States" and "The Heritage of the Three States". In the mid 5th century, shilla was, both internally and externally, subordinated. Park, who was newly appointed as the ambassador to Goguryo by King Nulji, made possible to bring Bokho back by negotiating with King Jangsu, the monarch of Goguryo at that time. For the saving of Misaheun, who was captured as a hostage in ancient Japan, Park realized that it is impossible to finish the mission with ease. Park choosed to de ceive the king of ancient Japan and finally made it possible for Misaheun to return to shilla. Although Park could not escape from Japan and was killed, he represented the spirit and loyalty of Shilla by choosing honorable death without yielding to the conciliation and threat of the king of ancient Japan. Park shows his excellent sense of decision making and talent as a great negotiator by several examples of saving hostages. Furthermore, he also shows his courage and patriotism. He shows us what virtues we should pursue to be an excellent negotiator.

간경변증 환자에서 면역글로불린으로 치료한 독성표피괴사융해 1예

Toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) is a very dramatic, life-threatening mucocutaneous drug reaction. TEN is characterized by extensive detachment of the epidermis. A 53-year-old man with advanced liver cirrhosis had been treated with lamotrigine (Lamictal®) for a convulsive disorder for 7 months before being admitted to hospital with diffuse erythematous maculopapular lesions with extensive confluence that developed on the neck, chest, back, upper arms and thighs and bled spontaneously. The skin lesions worsened rapidly during the initial period of admission despite systemic steroid treatment. Therefore, we tried treating the TEN with high-dose intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG; 0.5 g/kg/day for 4 consecutive days). The progression of the epidermal detachment stopped within 3 days of starting the IVIG treatment and re-epithelialization was completed in 5 weeks without significant side effects of IVIG. Here, we report a case of life-threatening TEN treated with high-dose IVIG in a patient with advanced liver cirrhosis. (Korean J Med 77:S1119-S1123, 2009) 저자들은 복수를 동반한 간경변증 환자에서 lamotrigine에 의해서 발생한 스테로이드 저항성 TEN에 대해서 고용량의 IVIG로 치료하여 부작용의 발생 없이 신속한 임상적 호전을 경험하였고, 진행된 간경변증 환자에서도 안전하게 사용할 수 있었기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

위 증식폴립을 가진 환자에서 내시경적 폴립절제술을 시행할 때 주의해야 할 임상적 인자들

gastric polyps. The overall prevalence of dysplasia in patients with hyperplastic polyps is believed to be <2%, and higher in patients with large polyps (>2 cm). We aimed to identify the clinical features of hyperplastic polyps that undergo neoplastic transformation. Materials and Methods: Between March 2011 and June 2013, 315 hyperplastic polyps that were removed by endoscopic polypectomy from 217 patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Neoplastic transformations were found in 5 cases (1.6%), including 3 cases of adenoma (1.0%) and 2 cases of adenocarcinoma (0.6%). Polypectomy-associated complications were noted in only 2 cases (0.6%), which were bleeding in both cases. Neoplastic transformation was significantly associated with the absence of hyperemia on endoscopy (non-neoplastic transformation group, n=26 [8.4%] vs. neoplastic transformation group, n=3 [60%]; P=0.006). However, no other significant differences was found between these groups in terms of age, sex, presence of Helicobacter pylori, size, location, number of detected polyps in each patient, and endoscopic appearances such as nodular changes or erosions and shape. Conclusions: No clinical factors were associated with the neoplastic transformation of hyperplastic polyps. In addition, neoplastic transformations were almost impossible to identify using endoscopy. Therefore, endoscopic polypectomy could be considered for the accurate diagnosis and definitive treatment of gastric hyperplastic polyps <1 cm in size.

경찰교육훈련과 직무태도와의 관계에 관한 연구 : 신임기동대 대원을 중심으로

본 연구는 병역자원이 줄어듦에 따라 경찰관기동대가 창설되어 신임경찰관들이 일선 지구대나 파출소를 거치지 않고 바로 기동대에 배치된 후 파출소 지원근무에 투입되고 있어 과거보다 교육의 중요성이 커지고 있다는 인식하에 직무태도에 영향을 미치는 제 요인들을 국내외 선행연구의 문헌검토를 통해 도출하여, 교육훈련의 효과성 향상을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 신임경찰기동대원들을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석을 위한 분석모형은 선행연구에서 제시한 변수들을 검토하여 구성하였고 이를 토대로 독립변수로 피교육자의 개인적 특성과 교육훈련요인을 설정하고 직무만족, 직무몰입, 직무성과를 포함한 직무태도를 종속변수로 설정하였다. 분석결과 여러 독립변수 중 피훈련자의 개인적 특성요인 중 일부 요인과(학력과 성별), 교육훈련요인(교과과정, 교수요원, 교육일반)은 직무태도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었다. 또한 일부 기동대원들과 면접조사를 실시하여 설문조사를 통해 파악하기 어려웠던 부분들에 대해 심층조사 하였고, 바뀌어진 제도로 인해 발생한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 실습시간의 내실화, 상황극 등 실질적인 훈련기법이 개발, 파출소·지구대 우선 근무 후 기동대 배치 등을 대안으로 제시하였다. This study has provided an actual analysis of newly employed police squad units to come up with policy suggestions for the enhancement of effectiveness of police training, based on the perception that the training is becoming more important due to the fact that the newly employed police officers are deployed directly to the police squad without working at the police precinct. Analysis model has been constituted by reviewing the factors that have been provided in the previous studies, and thus personal traits and the training were designated as independent variables, and job satisfaction, absorption, productivity are designated as dependent variables. It has been found that some of the personal traits(education and gender) and training(curriculum, instructors, general training environment) have some impacts on the job attitude. In addition, face-to-face interviews have been carried out to find out indepth information which was difficult to find out in a survey study. And, to solve the problems that has been raised due to the change of policies, substantializing the field study, development of actual training techniques such as role plays, and deploying new employees to precincts before the squads have been proposed.

스마트 팩토리를 위한 센서 데이터 분석과 제품 불량 개선 연구

ICT 기술의 발전에 따라 제조 산업은 공정 상에서 생성되는 제조 데이터를 분석하여 효율을 높이고자 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 공장의 일환으로 의사결정나무 알고리즘(CHAID)을 이용한 데이터 마이닝 기반 제조공정을 제안한다. 약 5개월간 수집된 실제 제조 공정의 432개 센서 데이터를 활용하여 불량률이 낮은 안정적인 공정 기간과 불량률이 높은 불안정한 공정 기간 간에 유의미한 차이를 보이는 변수를 찾아냈다. 선정된 최종 변수가 불량률 개선에 실제로 효과가 있는지를 측정하기 위해 해당 변수의 안정 값 범위를 설정하여 14일 간 공정에서 해당 센서가 안정 값의 범위를 벗어나지 않도록 공정 설정 값을 조절했고, 불량률 개선의 효과를 측정하였다. 이를 통해 제조 산업에서 생성되는 공정 센서 데이터를 활용 및 분석하여 불량률을 개선할 수 있는 실증적인 가이드라인을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. In recent years, many people in the manufacturing field have been making efforts to increase efficiency while analyzing manufacturing data generated in the process according to the development of ICT technology. In this study, we propose a data mining based manufacturing process using decision tree algorithm (CHAID) as part of a smart factory. We used 432 sensor data from actual manufacturing plant collected for about 5 months to find out the variables that show a significant difference between the stable process period with low defect rate and the unstable process period with high defect rate. We set the range of the stable value of the variable to determine whether the selected final variable actually has an effect on the defect rate improvement. In addition, we measured the effect of the defect rate improvement by adjusting the process set-point so that the sensor did not deviate from the stable value range in the 14 day process. Through this, we expect to be able to provide empirical guidelines to improve the defect rate by utilizing and analyzing the process sensor data generated in the manufacturing industry.

자유 회전형 병렬로봇의 구조적 메커니즘 개발

본 개발품은 기존의 헤드부 고정 방식에서 반원 형태의 프레임에 고정 및 좌우 단독 구동을 가능케 하고 링 기어 메커니즘을 이용한 로봇 팔 부분의 360 회전 운동을 주어 기존 병렬로봇의 단점을 보완하여 문제점 해결을 목표로 한다. 제품의 구조는 크게 반원 프레임, 링 기어, 헤드 부분으로 이루어져 있고, 와이어와 연결된 풀리의 구동을 서보모터와 속도 제어기를 활용하여 움직임을 제어한다. 본 논문은 국내 로봇 시장의 기술력과 경쟁력을 확보하여 우위를 선점할 수 있는 시발점이 될 것으로 판단된 다. In the development product, 360 rotational motion of the robot arm part using a ring gear mechanism is provided to solve the problem from a conventional head fixing system to a semicircular frame. The structure of the product consists of a large semicircular frame, ring gear, head part, and the drive of the pulley connected to the wire is controlled by using a servo motor and a speed controller. This paper is considered to be the starting point for securing technology and competitiveness in the domestic robot market and gaining an advantage.
