Background and Objective : The status of development of instruments to assess the 'health status' reflecting the concept of Sasang Constitutional Medicine is still far from satisfaction, despite their importance in building basic data for health promotion, evaluation of effectiveness of treatment, health policy and so on. for these reasons the health scale of Sasang Constitutional Medicine shod be developed. Therefore as from of preliminary research, this study is to review the concept of health and symptoms in health status in Sasang Constitutional Medicine. Methods : It was researched as bibliologically with Dong-mu's chief medical writings such as ${\ulcorner}Dongyi$ Soose $Bowon{\lrcorner}$(東醫壽世保元)${\ulcorner}Dongyi$ Soose Bowon Sasang Chobongyun(東醫壽世保元四象草本卷)${\lrcorner}$ - Results and conclusion : 1. In Sasang Constitutional Medicine, it is suggested that Inherent vitality(命脈實數) has relations to health and Knowledge-Acting(知行) is a primary factor which affects health. And it is thought that Healthy condition(完實無病) is that human being has enough Healthy energy(保命之主) of Small viscera. 2. In Sasang Constitutional Medicine, it is thought that stool, urine, sweating and digestion become important indexes to measure the physical health state. 3. In Sasang Constitutional Medicine, it is thought that the mental health is in control of inclination of mind by golden mean(中庸) and in tranquillity of constant mind according to constitution. 4. In Sasang Constitutional Medicine, it is thought that the social health is state thar can do social acting harmoniously by keeping away from alcohol, sexual appetite, property and power.

라이프스타일이 외재적 정보단서에미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Customer is using extrinsic product information cues to product choice or quality awareness because of lack of objective evaluation ability. The evaluation of these extrinsic information cues is influenced on the product features or customer characters. So, this study is trying to verify that the importance of extrinsic product information cues is different from the lifestyle, one of customer's psychological factors. The results are as follows. The evaluation of all of extrinsic information cues is significantly different from 3 lifestyle groups. Rationalism seeking group and conservatism seeking group are much more favorable to the capacity and price, among 5 extrinsic information cues. It means that these two lifestyle group are weighting on the intrinsic attribute in the time of choosing product or judging quality. On the other hand, progressivism seeking group is much more favorable to the brand, product design, and advertising model, among 5 extrinsic information cues. It shows that this type of lifestyle takes a serious view of the symbolic and external factors in the time of choosing product or judging quality.

뇌졸중(腦卒中) 환자(患者)의 사상체질별(四象體質別) 특성(特性)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

1. Objectives The purpose of this research is to find out the Constitutional characters of Stroke inpatients. 2. Methods Stroke inpatients admitted into KyungHee Oriental Medical Center from January 2000 to April 2004, were divided into 2 group, cerebral infarction 493 inpatients and cerebral hemorrhage 83 inpatients. This research investigated the distribution of Sasasng Constitution, the gender, the age decade, the period of admission, the elapse of the time after onset, the course of admission, the frequency of Sasang Constitutional Herb-medicine, the past history of hypertension and diabetes mellitus, the obesity, the prevalence rate of hypertension and diabetes mellitus, EKG abnormality and hyperlipidemia. 3. Results & Conclusions The Sasang Constitutional distribution of cerebral infarction 493 inpatients was 0.4% of Taeyangin, Soyangin 34.1%, Taeurnin 56.4%, Soeumin 9.1%. The Sasang Constitutional distribution of cerebral hemorrhage 83 inpatients was Taeyangin 1.2%, Soyangin 47.9%, Taeurnin 43.4%, Soeumin 9.6%. Stroke incidence rate of Taeumin and Soyangin inpatients was high. Sasang Constitution had significant relations with the prevalence of the obesity and hypertension in cerebral infarction inpatients, the prevalence of obesity, diabetes mellitus and ECG abnormality in cerebral hemorrhage inpatients.

Hesperidin depolarizes the pacemaker potentials through 5-HT4 receptor in murine small intestinal interstitial cells of Cajal

Hesperidin, a citrus flavonoid, can exert numerous beneficial effects on human health. Interstitial cells of Cajal (ICC) are pacemaker cells in the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. In the present study, we investigated potential effects of hesperidin on pacemaker potential of ICC in murine small intestine and GI motility. A whole-cell patch-clamp configuration was used to record pacemaker potential in ICC, and GI motility was investigated in vivo by recording gastric emptying (GE) and intestinal transit rate (ITR). Hesperidin depolarized pacemaker potentials of ICC in a dosedependent manner. Pre-treatment with methoctramine or 4-DAMP did not inhibit hesperidininduced pacemaker potential depolarization. Neither a 5-HT3 receptor antagonist (Y25130) nor a 5-HT7 receptor antagonist (SB269970) reduced the effect of hesperidin on ICC pacemaker potential, whereas the 5-HT4 receptor antagonist RS39604 was found to inhibit this effect. In the presence of GDP–β–S, hesperidin-induced pacemaker potential depolarization was inhibited. Moreover, in the presence of U73122 and calphostin C, hesperidin did not depolarize pacemaker potentials. Furthermore, hesperidin accelerated GE and ITR in vivo. These results imply that hesperidin depolarized ICC pacemaker potential via 5-HT4 receptors, G protein, and PLC/PKC dependent pathways and that it increased GI motility. Therefore, hesperidin may be a promising novel drug to regulate GI motility.

신제품 캐즘의 원인에 대한 실증연구:무선랜 사례를 중심으로

본 연구는 일반적, 개념적 차원에서 논의되었던 신제품의 캐즘을 무선랜을 통해 실증적으로 분석한 데서 그 의미를 찾을 수 있다. 무선랜의 확산성과 고객 혁신성을 평가하고, 캐즘의 발생원인을 가망이론 관점, 집단간 이질성 관점, 고객충성도(구전의향) 관점에서 실증적으로 제시하였다. 무선랜의 확산성 평가결과 제품 자체의 본질적 가치(상대적 우위, 단순성)가 외재적 가치(관찰가능성, 시용가능성)보다 높은 평가를 받았고, 무선랜 사용자의 확산성 평가결과가 비사용자에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 무선랜 사용자의 혁신성 정도가 비사용자에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 무선랜의 캐즘은 무선랜 비사용자들이 무선랜 가입에 따른 혜택(이동성, 제공 컨텐츠, 커버리지)보다 손실(단말기 구입비용, 사용요금)을 더 크게 인지함으로써 확산이 지연되고, 무선랜 사용자들은 무선랜 비사용자와 구별되는 구매성향의 이질성으로 인해 제품충성도에 기인하는 커뮤니케이션 리더로서의 구전활동을 충분히 하지 못했기 때문인 것으로 파악되었다. This study substantiates the notion of new product's chasm, which is discussed at general and constructive dimension, through empirically analyzing the case of Wi-Fi. Diffusion of Wi-Fi and customer innovativeness are evaluated, and the cause of Wi-Fi's chasm is suggested in perspective of prospect theory, group heterogeneity, and customer loyalty(Word- of-Mouth intention). The results show that in evaluation of diffusion factors, Wi-Fi's intrinsic values such as relative advantage and simplicity are higher than its extrinsic values such as trialability and observability. Wi-Fi users evaluate Wi-Fi's diffusion degree and consumer innovativeness higher than that of non-users. The study also shows that chasm of Wi-Fi results from the following three factors. First, Wi-Fi non-users recognized the losses such as price of devices and usage fees more than the gains such as mobilities, contents, and coverages. Second, there is a heterogeneity in purchasing behavior of Wi-Fi between users and non-users. Third, thus Wi-Fi users as a communication leader lack word-of-mouth activities which is based on product loyalty.

소음인(少陰人) 병리론(病理論)에 관한 고찰(考察)

1. Objectives : This research was proposed to find our the pathology of Soeumin in Sasang Constitutional Medicine(SCM). 2. Methods : The related contents of the pathology of Soeumin were selected in Je-Ma Lee's literatures such as "Dongmu-YuGo(東武遺稿)"(DYG), "Donguisusebowon-SaSangchobongyun(東醫壽世保元四象草本卷)"(DSS), "Donguisusebowon-GabObon(東醫壽世保元甲午本)"(DGO), "Donguisusebowon-ShinChukbon(東醫壽世保元辛丑本)"(DSC), and the research was written in order to find out the physiology and pathology of Soeumin in SCM. 3. Results and Conclusions : The chronical change of pathologic concept in Soeumin diseases as follows: Pathology in Soeumin diseases was much Cold Qi(寒氣), and more descending Qi, less ascending Qi in DYG, DSS. In "Discourse on the viscera and bowels" of DGO and DSC, Soeumin has a circulation of Water-Food Hot Qi of Spleen Group(脾黨) and Water-Food Cold Qi of Kidney Group(腎黨). Exterior Disease(表病) was the injury of Exterior-Qi such as eye-shoulder Qi(目?氣) by Pleasure-Nature-Qi(樂性氣), and Interior Disease(裏病) was the injury of Interior-Qi such as spleen-stomach Qi(脾胃氣) by Joy-Emotion-Qi(喜情氣). All diseases of Soeumin are caused by insufficient Warm Yang Qi(陽煖之氣) in Spleen Group(脾黨), so the pathology of Soeumin was focused on Requisite energy(保命之主) and each small viscera and bowels(偏小之臟). In this viewpoint, the schema of Soeumin diseases such as Ulkwang-syndrome(鬱狂證), Mangyang-syndrome(亡陽證), Taeum-syndrome(太陰證) and Soeum-syndrome(少陰證) were designed to explain the mechanism of each syndrome.

Objectives This research is purposed to find Lee Je-Ma's thought on Inclination of Mind(心慾) and Nature & Emotion(性情), through summarizing sentences related to Inclination of Mind(心慾) and Nature & Emotion(性情) proposed in the chief writings on Sasang Constitutional Medicine. 2. Methods It was researched bibliologically with Lee Je-Ma's chief writings such as "Gyukchigo (Draft on Inquiring the Properties of Things, 格致藁)", "Dongyi Suse Bowon Sasang Chobongyun(東醫壽世保元四象草本卷)" "Dongyi Suse Bowon (Longevity and Life Preservation in Oriental Medicine, 東醫壽世保元)". 3. Results and Conclusions (1) Lee Je-Ma's Mind(心) is the dimension of the Great Absolute(Taegeuk,太極), and is related with Benevolence-Righteousness-Propriety-Wisdom(仁義禮智) (2) Human being is classified Taeyangin(太陽人), Taeumin(太陰人), Soyangin(少陽人), Soeumin(少陰人) by SungLi(性理), and The Mean(鄙人), TheWeek(薄人), The Avaricious(貪人), The Sycophantic(懦人) by JungYok(情慾) in Sasang Constitutional Medicine. (3) Nature & Emotion(性情) of Sorrow-Anger-Joy-Pleasure(喜怒哀樂) is divided into two function. One is native function related with SungLi(性理), the other is acquired function related with JungYok(情慾). Also all two native and acquired function is related with Benevolence-Righteousness-Propriety-Wisdom(仁義禮智). (4) The Mean(鄙人), The Week(薄人), The Avaricious(貪人), The Sycophantic(懦人) may be defined as the state of Inclination of Mind(心慾) of Taeyangin(太陽人), Taeumin(太陰人), Soyangin(少陽人), Soeumin(少陰人) by function of acquired Emotion(情).

이동통신 브랜드 선택확률 추정에 관한 연구

본 연구는 로짓모델을 사용하여 이동통신서비스 선택에 대한 개인적 특성과 브랜드 개성 요인간 선택확률의 추정과 비교를 목적으로 하였다. Binomial logit 분석결과, 남성 및 저연령층일수록, 가계소득과 용돈이 많을수록 이동통신서비스 선택과 정(+)의 상관관계를 나타내었고, 이동통신서비스에 대해 낮은 전통성과 높은 현대성과 역동성을 느낄수록 선택확률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 MNL 모델로 개인특성 변수(연령, 성별)의 계수추정치와 브랜드별 선호점수에 의한 브랜드 선택확률을 예측하고 비교해 보았는데, 개인특성과 브랜드 선호도에 의한 선택확률간 많은 차이가 발생하며, 특정 브랜드에 대한 선택이 집중되는 현상이 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 특정 브랜드를 상대적으로 더 많이 선호함에도 불구하고, 다른 브랜드를 선택할 수밖에 없는 개인적 특성이 존재함을 의미한다. 즉, 소비자는 현실적 상황이나 제약에 의해 현재의 브랜드를 보유하고 있지만, 단지 그들이 인식하는 브랜드 선호도에 의한 선택의 경우에는 선택의 방향이 변화될 수 있음을 의미하는 것이다.

소비양면성에 대한 관여도 유형의 조절 역할에 관한 연구

최근 우리 사회에 나타난 소비성향 중 가장 두드러진 특징이 소비양면성이라 할 수 있는데, 이는 소비자들이 소비대상의 선택상황에 따라 이성과 감성이라는 상이한 가치기준을 적용하는 현상을 의미한다. 그리고 이러한 소비양면성의 발생에는 관여도가 가장 밀접한 관련을 가질 것으로 추정된다. 따라서 본 연구는 소비양면성의 현상을 선택상황에 따른 제품관여도의 조절 역할을 통해 파악하였다. 연구결과, 선택상황에 따라 가격, 성능, 브랜드, 디자인 등의 제품정보단서의 중요도가 달라지며 중요도 순서도 변화하는 것으로 나타나 소비양면성의 현상이 선택상황에 따라 발생가능함이 증명되었다. 또한, 이성적 관여집단은 선택이전보다 선택시점에서 가격과 성능 같은 제품정보단서에 높은 중요도를 부여하였고, 감성적 관여집단은 브랜드에 대해서는 높은 중요도를, 디자인에 대해서는 낮은 중요도를 부여하였다. 따라서 선택상황에 따라 자신의 가치기준에 부합하는 제품정보단서의 중요도가 강화된다는 관여도 유형의 조절효과가 부분적으로 입증되었다.
