        무기 박막을 이용한 이온빔 배향 FFS 셀의 전기광학특성에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we intend to make fringe-field switching (FFS) mode cell by the ion beam (IB) alignment method on the a-C:H thin film, to analyze electro-optical characteristics in this cell. We studied on the suitable inorganic thin film for fringe-field switching (FFS) cell and the aligning capabilities of nematic liquid crystal (NLC) using the alignment material of a-C:H thin film as working gas at 30 W rf bias condition. A high pretilt angle of about 5 $^{\circ}C$ by ion beam (IB) exposure on the a-C:H thin film surface was measured. Consequently, the high pretilt angle and the good thermal stability of LC alignment by the IB alignment method on the a-C:H thin film surface as working gas at 30 W rf bias condition can be achieved. An excellent voltage-transmittance (V -T) and response time curve of the IE-aligned FFS-LCD was observed with oblique IB exposure on the a-C:H thin films. Also, AC V-T hysteresis characteristics of the IB-aligned FFS-LCD with IE exposure on the a-C:H thin films is almost the same as that of the rubbing-aligned FFS cell on a polyimide (PI) surface.

        소성 조건 변화에 따른 수직 폴리이미드 표면에서 이용한 네마틱 액정의 틸트 제어

        The control of tilt angle for nematic liquid crystal (NLC) with negative and positive dielectric anisotropy on the rubbed homeotropic polyimide (PI) using baking method by hot plate equipment was investigated. LC tilt angle decreased with increasing baking temperature and time. Especially, the low LC tilt angle of positive type NLC (Δ$\varepsilon$>0) on the rubbed homeotropic PI surface by increasing temperature and time was measured. The tilt angle of positive type NLC(Δ$\varepsilon$>0) is smaller than that of the negative type (Δ$\varepsilon$>0) on rubbed PI with increasing baking temperature and time. We consider that the tilt angle of NLC is decreased due to increasing the steric interaction between horizon component of permittivity $\varepsilon$ = of NLC and the stress of polymer side chain by high temperature. As the increase of baking temperature, we obtain that AFM (atomic force microscope) image of rubbed PI surface using Hot-plate method has formed better solid micro-groove structure than oven method.

        담수 처리에 따른 잡초성벼의 출현 변화

        국내에서 수집되어 농업유전자원센터에 기탁된 잡초성벼 유전자원 중 100점을 이용하여 토양 매몰 깊이, 담수 처리 깊이 및 기간, 생육 온도에 따른 출현율을 분석하고 출현하지 못하고 토양 속에 존재하는 종자를 회수하여 종자 상태를 분석하였다. 토양 매몰 깊이가 1 cm로 얕을 시 담수 깊이 5 cm 및 10 cm 처리에서 출현율이 각각 54, 57% 감소하였으며, 토양 매몰 깊이가 5 cm 깊어지면서 담수 처리에 따른 출현율 감소는 담수 5 cm, 10 cm에서 66, 84%로 크게 증가하였다. 잡초성벼 유전자원 별 담수 처리에 따른 출현율 변화를 분석한 결과, 토양매몰깊이 1 cm 및 담수 깊이 5 cm에서는 대부분의 유전자원이 60% 이하의 출현율을 보였으며, 토양매몰깊이 5 cm 및 담수 깊이 5 cm에서는 출현율은 크게 감소하여 94%의 유전자원이 10%이하의 출현율을 나타내었다. 출현이 완료된 뒤 출현하지 않고 토양 속에 남아있는 종자를 회수하여 종자 상태를 분석한 결과, 토양 매몰 깊이가 5 cm 일 시, 담수 처리에 의해 발아는 하였지만 출현하지 못하는 비율이 증가한 반면 죽거나 소멸된 종자의 비율은 감소하였다. 생육 온도를 달리하여 담수 처리 기간 동안의 유효 적산 온도에 따른 종자의 변화를 분석한 결과, 출현율은 유효 적산 온도와 유의한 상관관계를 보이지 않았으나 종자 사멸율 및 발아/미출현율은 유효 적산온도에 따라 증가, 감소하는 경향이었다. 담수 처리에 따른 출현율 변화는 담수 처리 온도 보다는 담수 처리 기간에 따른 차이가 컸으며 담수 처리 기간이 21일 이상일 시 출현율이 크게 감소하였다. We investigated changes of weedy rice emergence and seed condition under different flooding depth condition using 100 accessions of weedy rice germplasm collected in South Korea. In 1 cm of soil buried depth condition, 54 and 57% of emergence was reduced under 5 and 10 cm of flooding depth conditions respectively compared to non-flooding condition. In 5 cm of soil buried depth condition, 66 and 84% of emergence was reduced under 5 and 10 cm of flooding depth conditions respectively compared to non-flooding condition. The 94% of weedy rice germplasm showed less than 10% of emergence rate at 10 cm of flooding depth condition. In flooding condition, seed number, which germinated but did not emerged, was increased. As a result of analyzing the correlation between effective accumulated temperature and seed condition, dead seed rate increased and germination rate decreased depending on effective accumulated temperature. However, emergence rate did not show significant correlation with growth temperature condition under flooding condition such as 5 or 10 cm of water depth, it decreased according to flooding period. In order to reduce the emergence rate of weedy rice, longer than 21 days of flooding might be needed.

        프로구단과 팬의 관계성에 따른 위기인식이 구단평판에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 프로스포츠 구단에서 발생할 수 있는 위기상황에 대해 분석함으로써 프로구단의 위기관리 커뮤니케이션 전략에 대한 이론적 근거를 마련하고자 하였다. 이에, 구단과 팬의 관계성 정도에 따라 스포츠팬들이 구단의 위기를 어떻게 인식하는 지에 대하여 알아보았으며, 감독교체, 팀 성적부진, 유명선수 스캔들 등의 위기상황이 구단평판에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하였다. 서울 잠실 경기장에 방문한 두산베어스 팬 227명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시, 불성실한 응답을 제외한 216부의 자료가 실제분석에 사용되었으며, SPSS 18.0과 AMOS18.0 프로그램을 이용한 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 독립표본 t-test, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 먼저, 헌신성에 따른 위기인식은 모든 위기상황에서 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 상호통제성은 성적부진에서만 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 다음으로 만족성과 신뢰성은 성적부진과 선수스캔들에서 유의미한 차이를 나타냈으며, 친밀/친숙성에 따른 위기인식은 선수스캔들에서만 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 마지막으로 성적부진과 선수스캔들에 대한 위기인식은 구단평판에 부(-)적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과는 구단-팬 관계성에 따라 구단의 위기상황이 팬들에게 다른 강도로 인식될 수 있으며, 이러한 위기상황에 대한 인식이 구단의 평판에 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 점을 시사한다. 따라서, 프로스포츠 구단은 팬들과 우호적 관계를 유지함으로써 위기인식의 강도를 낮출 수 있는 위기관리 시스템을 구축해야 할 것이며 보다 효과적으로 위기상황 에 대처하기 위한 전략적 위기관리 방안을 모색해야 할 것이다. This study aims to examine an impact of fan’s perception toward crisis situation for professional sports team on reputation. Additionally we analyze differences of fan’s crisis recognition by fan-team relationship. To achieve these purpose, we selected a professional baseball team(Doosan Bears) which has recent all three crisis situations such as coach turnover, poor performances, athlete scandal among korean professional baseball teams. Total 227 questionnaires were distributed and 216 samples were used for practical analysis. And technique for data analysis were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, independent samples t-test, and hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results of this study were as follows: Frist, fan’s crisis recognition by commitment had no significant differences in all crisis situations. Seconds, fan’s crisis recognition by control mutuality showed significant differences in only poor performances. Third, fan``s crisis recognition by satisfaction and trust showed significant differences in athlete scandal and poor performances. Fourth, fan``s crisis recognition by intimacy and familiarity showed statistically significant differences in only athlete scandal. Finally, the results showed that fan``s perception toward crisis situation for athlete scandal and poor performances had a negative effect on team reputation. According to the results of this study, crisis situation of sports team can be recognized by fan-team relationship differently, and that can have a negative effect on team reputation. Hence, sports teams should set up crisis management system based on friendly relationship between fans and team. Also, sports teams have to try to find strategic management models to overcome the crisis situation more effectually.

        출생 후 제대혈관 폐쇄에서의 세포고사

        N/A Background: The mechanism of the closure of umbilical vessels is known to be multifactorial. In order to verify that apoptosis is one of the possible closure mechanisms, we studied to identify apoptosis in umbilical vessels and evaluate its mechanism by studying apoptosis-related gene and the relationship between the pattern of apoptosis and gestational age (GA). Methods: Twelve umbilical cords of GA of 37-42 weeks were obtained immediatly (less than 10 min. for minimal ongoing external influences) after birth. The presence of apoptotic cells was demonstrated by electron microscopy (EM) and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferasemediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL). Immnohistochemical staining and Western blotting were used for the analysis of the proteins of apoptosis-related gene. Results: Apoptosis of the smooth muscle cells of media and intima of umbilical vessels was identified at EM, regardless of GA from 37 to 42 weeks. The proportion of TUNEL(+) cells was 80% in intima, 40% in media, 80% in connective tissue of umbilical cord. The expressions of bax-a, bcl-Xs/L were strong in intima, in media and connective tissue, but those of bcl-2 were detected in only in connective tissue, regardless of GA in immunohistochemistry. The ratios of expressions of bax- a to bc1-2, bcl-Xs to bcl-XL, did not change with increasing GA from 37 to 42 weeks in Western blot- ting. Conclusion: Apoptosis was identified in umbilical vessels. The closure of umbilical vessels can be explained by apoptosis where the ratios of bax-a/bcl-2, bcl-Xs/ bcl-XL play an important role. The fact that there were no differences in the extent of apoptosis and the expressions of bax-a/bcl-2, bcl-Xs/bcl-XL according to GA, suggests that apoptosis of umbilical vessels is more dependent on the external stimuli during delivery than GA.

        수산나프로닐 캡슐 및 염산트라마돌 캡슐의 용출시험에 관한 연구

        The dissolution test method and an analytical procedure by HPLC were developed and validated for nafronyl oxalate capsules and tramadol hydrochloride capsules. These drugs were not yet characterized by the dissolution specifications in the Korean Pharmaceutical Codex. So, with each reference and test drugs, we did the preliminary and standard experiments based on the Korean Pharmacopeia Guideline of dissolution testing for solid oral dosage forms. The dissolution test for nafronyl oxalate capsules was carried out under sink conditions as follows: dissolution medium phosphate buffer pH 6.8, paddle rotation speed 100 rpm and vessel volume 900 ml. More than 80% of its label amount was released within 30 min in this method. Also the dissolution test for tramadol hydrochloride capsules was carried out under sink conditions as follows: dissolution medium water, paddle rotation speed 50 rpm and vessel volume 900 ml. More than 90% of its label amount was released within 15 min in this method. The dissolution samples were analyzed with a validated HPLC analytical procedure. The analytical methodology showed acceptable values in terms of specificity, linearity, precision and accuracy. The dissolution test methods described above were adequate for the purpose and may be proposed as a pharmacopeial standard to assess the performance of nafronyl oxalate capsules and tramadol hydrochloride capsules. Furthermore, the outcomes of this study were expected to help create an environment where safe and high quality drugs would be distributed on the domestic market making contributions to advancing public health.
