        숫자의 실시간 인식을 위하여 특징추출이 용이하고 인식오차가 전혀 없는 결정론적 방법을 적용하였으며 특징점으로 끝점 (endpoint), 분기점 (branchpoint), 교차점 (crosspoint)의 위치와 각도를 이용하였다. 영수증 등의 숫자를 hand scanner로 입력하여 전처리과정에서 처리시간을 단축하기 위하여 개별숫자 영역으로 분리하고 각각을 세선화하였다. 숫자를 인식하기 전에 10개 숫자(0-9)의 표준패턴에 대한 특징을 추출하였다. 특징은 특징점의 위치와 각도로 정의하였으며 이를 이용하여 인식할 숫자의 처리과정은 먼저 전처리를 거치며 특징을 추추라고 이를 10개의 표준패턴과 비교하여 인식하였다. 400여개의 다양한 인쇄체 및 필기체 숫자를 인식한 결과, 실시간에 100%의 인식율을 얻었다.

        This study covers the optimum design of the 5-axis machine tool. In addition, the intelligent control secures structural stability through the optimum design of the structure of the 5-axis machine center, main spindle, and the tilting index table. The big requirement, like above, ultimately leads to speed-up operation. And this is inevitable to understand the vibration phenomenon and its related mechanical phenomenon in terms of productivity and its accuracy. In general, the productivity is correlated with the operation speed and it has become bigger by its vibration scale and the operation speed so far. Vibration phenomenon and its heat-transformation of the machine is naturally occurred during the operation. If these entire machinery phenomenons are interpreted through the constructive understanding and the interpretation of the naturally produced vibration and heat-transformation, it would be very useful to improve the rapidity and its stability of the machine operation indeed. In this dissertation, the problems of structure through heating, stability, dynamic aspect and safety about intelligent 5-wheel machine tool are discovered to examine. All these discoveries are applied to the structure in order to enhance the density of it. It aims to improve the stability.

        미디어 컨버전스 시대에 있어서 매스 미디어와 개인 미디어의 경계에 대한 개념적 고찰

        미디어 기술의 디지털화와 개인적 사용이 증가함에 따라 더 이상 미디어를 전통적으로 매스 커뮤니케이션과 대인간 커뮤니케이션으로 양분하여 개념화하는 것이 어려워졌고, 따라서 매스미디어와 개인 미디어(블로그, 사용자 제작 콘텐츠, 휴대전화, 이메일, 인스턴트 메신저 등)의 구분도 상대적으로 힘들어졌다. 개인이 이제는 미디어 기술을 이용하여 개인적인 표현물을 디지털 네트워크를 통해 창조하고 공유하게 됨에 따라 대중에게 접근 가능한 정보 제공자로서의 매스 미디어의 일반적인 정의와 특징은 더 이상 정확한 것만은 아니다. 본 논문에서는 매체이론적 관점에서 개인 미디어의 기술적/사회적 차원을 조명하면서 매스 미디어와 개인 미디어를 대비하여 구분하는 접근법을 수정하고자 시도한다. 이를 위해 개인 미디어와 매스 미디어를 상호작용성 차원과 제도화/전문화 차원에 따라 배치함으로써 각각의 기능과 역할을 이해할 수 있는 2차원 모형을 제안하였다. 개인 미디어는 보다 탈 제도화되고 탈 전문화된 매체로서 매개되어진 상호작용을 촉진시키는 것으로 이해되며, 디지털 기술의 구현을 통해 사회연결망에 중요한 결과를 야기하게 되고, 이는 후기전통적 자아(post-traditional self)의 이론적 개념과 잘 부합하는 것으로 설명되었다. The digitalization and personal use of media technologies have made it obsolete to distinguish mass communication and interpersonal communication traditionally. Therefore the boundaries between mass media and personal media (e.g., mobile phones, email, instant messenger, blogs and photo sharing services) are also blurring. As private individuals use media technologies to create and share personal expressions through digital networks, previous characteristics of mass media as providers of generally accessible information are no longer accurate. This article may be situated within a medium-theoretical tradition, as it elucidates technical and social dimensions of personal media and revises the traditional distinction between mass media and personal media. A two-dimensional model suggests locating personal media and mass media according to an interactional axis and an institutional/professional axis: personal media are de-institutionalized/de-professionalized and facilitate mediated interaction. The implementation of digital media technologies has important consequences for social networks and fits well within a theoretical discussion of the post-traditional self.

        자선 단체에 대한 기부 행동 촉진을 위한 온라인 캠페인 효과에 관한 연구: e-카드 사용자를 중심으로

        This study was conducted to examine factors which are assumed to influence online donation behavior to charitable institutions among Internet electronic card users. The main purpose of the study was to identify demographic, psychological, social and behavioral characteristics of online donors to charitable institutions. The study used data collected from a Web-based survey which consisted of 385 responses from members of an e-card Web site. The results showed that most of the e-card users scored high on the emotional empathy scale. Two demographic factors - age and income - were found to have significant influence on online donation behavior. Other psychological and behavioral characteristics of donors were found to be insignificant in this study. This study is believed to contribute to expand the knowledge of online donors` characteristics related to online donation behavior and provide practical implication for online fundraising strategies in charitable institutions.

        공공 커뮤니케이션 캠페인의 체계적 개발 및 평가를 위한 프레임워크에 대한 고찰

        현대 사회에서 공공 커뮤니케이션 캠페인은 개인의 행동변화나 사회 시스템의 정책변화라는 뚜렷한 전략적 목표를 가지고 전개되고 있지만, 아직까지도 공공 커뮤니케이션 캠페인의 계획, 설계, 실행 및 평가 과정은 체계적이지 않으며 많은 개선의 여지를 남겨놓고 있다. 이런 상황 속에서 캠페인 설계자는 목표 성취를 위해 다양한 전략을 시도하고 있는데, 전통적인 미디어 전략과 개인행동 변화 전략을 활용하는 것으로부터 광범위한 지역사회 활동과 연계하려는 시도에 이르기까지 캠페인의 목표를 성취할 수 있는 사회 환경 및 정책 환경 조성을 위해 노력을 기울이고 있다. 하지만 공공 커뮤니케이션 캠페인의 혁신적 발전에 비추어볼 때 캠페인 평가에 대한 이해는 아직 초기 단계에 머물고, 캠페인의 체계적인 평가 작업은 매우 미진하다. 캠페인을 통해 어떤 실질적 결과를 얻었는지에 대한 과학적 지식의 요구가 점차 증대됨에 따라 캠페인 평가자는 캠페인 관련 이론과 전략, 캠페인 효과의 측정 방법과 결과, 그리고 복잡한 매체와 정보 환경에서 사용될 적합한 채널을 더 잘 이해할 수 있는 프레임워크를 필요로 한다. 이러한 목적에서 본 논문은 공공 커뮤니케이션 캠페인의 평가 분야에서 이루어진 최근 동향의 환경 분석을 통해 검토한 결과를 제시하며, 캠페인 평가의 설계와 방법에 있어서 고려해야 할 점들을 정리하였다. 또한 캠페인 평가 분야에서 이루어진 문헌연구에 기초하여 캠페인 평가에 있어 존재하는 문제점과 비판, 그리고 미래에 있어서의 잠재적인 기회에 대해서 논의하였다. As public communication campaigns become more sophisticated and strategic, evaluation is not keeping pace with their innovation. While funders ask for more information on results, evaluators struggle with how to make their way in this developing challenging field. They are trying to understand the strategies and theories that guide campaigns and how to choose the right outcomes and methods to evaluate them. In that sense, a framework is needed to develop and evaluate public communication campaigns systematically. This paper presents the results of an environmental analysis of what has been happening in the field of public communication campaign evaluation in recent years and what choices evaluators have been making in terms of their evaluation designs and methods. Drawing upon pertinent research and evaluation studies and literature, it examines evaluation challenges, criticism, and practice. It also maps potential opportunities in the future. This research involved an exemplary, rather than a comprehensive, review of public communication campaign evaluation practice. Primary research questions are to define: 1) the challenges and current criticisms of evaluation in this field; 2) the characteristics of existing campaign evaluations-in terms of theory, methodology, and outcomes; and 3) opportunities lay ahead for improving evaluation. To this end, a literature review was conducted primarily in the fields of communications, persuasion, social psychology, public health, and social marketing. Additionally an examination of past and present campaigns was conducted in terms of campaign evaluations.

        중국 녹색건축 인증제도의 개선방안 연구

        The purpose of this study is to suggest improvement direction of China Evaluation Standard for Green Building (ESGB) and to validate the application propriety of evaluated standard through case analyses based on current environmental conditions in China. By analyzing comparative three different criteria, some ESGB rating systems are impractical and unrealistic. These rating systems are eliminated and nine rating systems are added considering economical social condition in China. Furthermore, the current and revised version of ESGB applies to review a building which obtains G-SEED certification in Korea. As a result of this experiment, the current version is impossible to obtain the certification, but the revised version is distinguished and received the grade of certification. Therefore, this study shows the validity to change to the current ESGB and demonstrates the need to further improvement of ESGB in China.

        웹 사이트를 통한 조직-공중 관계 구축에서 효과적인 인터넷 PR의 평가 준거 마련을 위한 개념적 틀의 제안

        The growth of Web media highlights the role of the user in determining the effects and effectiveness of interactive communication. The active role of the user in determining the effects of organization`s Web sites has important implications for how the effects and effectiveness of Web communication are measured and how various measures are interpreted in terms of organizational-public relationship. To this end, the study utilizes previous public relations research on relationships to outline a model of antecedents, processes and consequences of using web sites to build and maintain organizational-public relationship. A variety of organizational, systems and user factors are assumed to influence the process. Web users become aware of and access a site, learn about content and the source, interact with the system and possibly with other people, and form attitudes toward the Web content and system. The effects or consequences of online communications can be measured in terms of users` knowledge of content or the source, attitudes toward the organization, subsequent communications activities, and engagement in behaviors that benefit the organization. Also, implications for future research are discussed.

        인터넷 오디언스 측정에 있어서의 현안 및 향후 과제에 대한 고찰

        본 연구는 인터넷으로 대표되는 새로운 매체환경에서 인터넷 오디언스의 측정과 관련하여 학계와 업계가 당면하고 있는 개념적, 기술적 문제를 규정하고 이에 대한 논의와 향후 해결해야 할 과제에 대한 고찰을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 전통적인 매체와 인터넷 매체의 오디언스 측정의 개념과 관행을 상호 비교함으로써 기존 매체와 인터넷 매체의 오디언스 측정에 있어서의 공통점과 차이점을 고찰하고 인터넷 오디언스 측정에 있어서 수립되어야 할 측정 기준 및 문제 해결 방향에 대해서 논의하였다. 아울러 인터넷 오디언스 측정 자료를 활용한 인터넷 마케팅의 영역 및 가능성에 대한 고찰을 통해 새로운 마케팅의 패러다임 하에서의 인터넷 오디언스 측정 자료의 활용 방안 및 그 시사점에 대해 살펴보았다. 결론적으로 인터넷 오디언스의 측정 (웹 트래킹)은 웹을 기반으로 한 광고 매체계획의 수립에 있어서나 상호작용성에 기초한 사용자 정보 수집과 효과적인 인터넷 마케팅 전략을 수립하는데 있어 필수적인 요소로 작용할 것으로 전망된다. This study attempted to identify some key conceptual and technical issues related to audience measurement in the new media environment. To this end, this study investigated the concepts and practice of audience measurement in traditional media and the Internet comparably. The study also reviewed current conceptual and technical issues related to Internet audience measurement and reviewed efforts for setting a measurement standard for the Internet medium and suggested possible solutions in the field both for academia and industry. It is expected that audience measurement and web tracking on the Internet will be the integral part of strategic planning for developing effective Internet marketing strategy.

      • 보건행정 전공 대학생들의 병원실습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인분석

        Purpose .This study aims to assess the influence factors on the level of satisfaction with hospital training and to provide basic data for more efficient hospital practice of students' public health administration . Methods . We have conducted a survey on students satisfaction with their hands on practice against 200 students in Busan, Kyeongnam and Kyungbook area, who have completed their practice in public health administration. We have identified the general characteristics of the target respondents, the current training status of the department for the hospital practice and training venue; also analyzed the characteristics composed of the apprentice student's attitude before the practice, satisfaction with the department training program and hospital for practice, as well as their practice at hospital. The general characteristics of the target respondents and clinic practice status at the hospital were measured in percentage and frequency analysis; the average and standard deviations of hospital size were also measured; and the correlations between satisfaction with the department, attitude towards the practice and satisfaction with the hospital were analyzed. Results . Most public health administration students experienced their practice at the hospital after the first semester on the $2^{nd}$year and they have received the foundation training for the practice. The survey allowed multiple responses and the results are as follows: medical terminology 49.5%, medical coordinator 36.7%, Hospital administration 26.5%, Health insurance 17.3%, and medical recording and practice 13.8% respectively. In terms of each individual student's attitude towards the practice at the hospital, the respondents answered as follows: I have completed the obligatory subjects for the practice before the practice 89.5%; I have been fully informed on the hospital for my practice. 74.5%; I responsibly practiced and worked with professionalism and sense of belonging to the hospital as a member of staff 90%; I have actively learned and adopted 95%; My knowledge and skills from the practice was relevant to the theory and practice from my course 83.5%. The findings of satisfaction by size of hospital were in order of a small clinic($3.24{\pm}0.63$), medium sized clinic($3.27{\pm}0.65$), hospital ($3.20{\pm}0.61$), and large sized comprehensive hospital ($2.93{\pm}0.74$). Consequently the satisfaction rate shows no significant difference by size of hospital. In relations between practice attitude and satisfaction with subject, the matter of acquiring information and fully understanding of the hospital for practice before practice(p=0.04), the matter of a sense of belonging and responsibility at hospital during practice(p=0.33). the matter of active adaptation attitude during practice (p=0.42), and the matter of correlations with school curriculum during practice(p=0.00) showed significant results. In relations between practice attitude and satisfaction with the hospital for practice, the matter of acquiring information and fully understanding of the hospital for practice before practice(p=0.01), the matter of a sense of belonging and responsibility at hospital during practice(p=0.04), and the matter of correlations with school curriculum during practice(p=0.00) showed significant results. Conclusion . The most essential subject for the practice in public health administration is medical terminology and there is no significance in satisfaction with the practice by size of hospital. Students were content with the hospital where they can experience as much as possible. Students content with their major show positive attitude towards the practice and so do those content with the hospital. Those with the positive attitude towards the practice show the high correlation of satisfaction with both the major and hospital. As a result, the satisfaction with the major is the significant attribute to the practice
