수동 및 자동화 액체 크로마토그래피 칼럼에 의한 PCDDs/Fs 및 다이옥신과 유사한 PCBs의 용출 패턴 비교

The elution patterns of seventeen 2,3,7,8-substituted PCDDs/Fs and 12 dioxin-like PCBs were studied by both manual open columns and automatic parallel LC columns in cleanup procedure. PCDDs/Fs and non-ortho-PCBs from other mono-ortho-PCBs were separated on automatic LC column, whereas they were not separated on an open manual column. The elution study on two cleanup methods was carried out using the PAR solution of unlabeled congeners and checked the recovery of each congener. Total recoveries of cleanup fractionation were ranged between 61.9~96.0% for PCDDs/Fs and 70.4~79.0% for PCBs by manual open columns and 71.8~104.5% for PCDDs/Fs and 61.3~120.3% for PCBs by automatic parallel LC columns, respectively. Unfortunately, #169-HxCB and 1,2,3,7,8-PeCDD were not separated on DB-5MS capillary column. The ions of 1,2,3,7,8-PeCDD were selected at M/M+2 instead of M+2/M+4 suggested by EPA method 1613. It is possible to discriminate 1,2,3,7,8-PeCDD and PCB #169 in HRGC/HRMS analysis.
Enrichment Strategies for Identification and Characterization of Phosphoproteome

Phosphorylation upon protein is well known to a key regulator that implicates in modulating many cellular processes like growth, migration, and differentiation. Up to date, grafting of multidimensional separation techniques onto advanced mass spectrometry (MS) has emerged as a promising tool for figuring out the biological functions of phosphorylation in a cell. However, advanced MS-based phosphoproteomics is still challenging, due to its intrinsic issues, i.e., low stoichiometry, less susceptibility in positive ion mode, and low abundance in biological sample. To overcome these bottlenecks, diverse techniques (e.g., SCX, HILIC, ERLIC, IMAC, TiO2, etc.) are continuously developed for on-/off-line enrichment of phosphorylated protein (or peptide) from biological samples, thereby helping qualitative/quantitative determination of phosphorylated protein and its phosphorylated sites. In this review, we introduce to the overall views of enrichment tools that are universally used to selectively isolate targeted phosphorylated protein (or peptide) from ordinary ones before MS-based phospoproteomic analysis.

최근 정보화 시대에 들어서면서 교육은 그 방법이나 내용 면에서 변화를 강력히 요구받고 있다. 이러한 시대적 요구에 따라 교육에 정보${\bullet}$통신${\bullet}$기술을 적극 수용하려는 다양한 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 그 중에서도 특히, WBI (Web-based Instruction) 교수모형은 웹의 특성상 학생들에게 도움이 될 수 있는 다양한 형태의 교육자료를 제공해 줄 수 있으며, 교육시간 및 공간 등의 범위를 확대해 줄 수 있다는 점에서 더욱 관심이 집중되고 있다. 하지만, 현재 웹 기반 교수-학습 활동에 있어서 학습자가 학습 목표에 도달되었는지를 온라인 상에서 직접 평가할 수 있는 실시간 평가 시스템에 대한 연구가 미미한 상황이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 웹을 이용한 교수-학습의 결과를 학습 과정 중에 실시간으로 평가할 수 있도록 하고, 공들여 만든 좋은 문제들을 문제은행에 저장하고 이를 모든 교사가 검색하여 적절하게 이용할 수 있도록 문제은행을 공유하도록 설계하였다. 또한, 교과-학기-단원의 카테고리를 이용해 문제와 평가지를 쉽게 검색할 수 있도록 하였고, 전통적 문항 분석방법인 문항 난이도를 적용하여 문제은행에 저장된 문항의 양호도를 확보함으로써 학생들의 수준에 맞는 적절한 평가 문항을 제공할 수 있도록 하였다. 무엇보다도 본 시스템을 진단 평가나 형성평가에 활동한다면, 7차 교육과정에서 강조되고 있는 수준별 교육과정을 진행하기 위해 필요한 학습자의 출발점 행동 파악이나, 수준별 학습을 위한 학습자 수준 진단이 보다 효과적으로 이루어 질 수 있다. Recent advances in the Web technology have been changing our life in various aspects. These advances have brought us new paradigms of education. The Web provides teachers with many opportunities to implement wide ranges of new teaching and learning practices, which supplement the traditional classroom teaching-learning. Especially, the Web enables so-called WBI (Web-based instruction) system as a teaching aid. Now the WBI system can incorporate multimedia information with various communication and collaborative tools. In order for the WBI system to be successful, various supports are necessary. One of such supports comes from assessment. In this work, an item pool system for leveled assessment is designed and implemented. The proposed system has the following characteristics. First, the item pool is classified into three categories subject, semester, and chapter. This categorization makes lookup easier and faster. Second, any teacher can use the item pool system and enter their questions into the item pool. Third, the proposed system reflects various levels of students for each course. Thus, students can select their exams based on their progress and background. Finally, it can make difficulty of each item to be objective by repeated tests and refinements.
GC/MS를 이용한 소변 중 Pseudoephedrine과 Dextromethorphan 및 대사체의 동시분석

24 hr after oral administration of a complex (pseudoephedrine and dextromethorphan). To detect the traceamounts of parent drugs and their metabolites, acid-hydrolyzed urine was extracted and derivatized with MSTFAand MBTFA followed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometric analysis. Two parent drugs and theirmetabolites were tentatively identified as their derivatives based on the mass spectral interpretation and comparedwith previous reports. In addition, the time profile of urinary excretion rate for parent drugs and metabolitesare suggested.
