When the electric motor car was first introduced, an engineer, responsible for the work related to operation and a conductor for the announcement and management of entrances and the other services like as monitoring the passengers in the platforms used to take together the train for passengers" safe. As new technologies developed and the urban transit system had the automatic driving facilities, automatic door switch and broadcasting systems, to solve the financial problems, most subway systems introduced the one-man operation system. To curtail the operating expense through automatic control and operation for the economical efficiency, the crewless driving system was introduced abroad around 1970 on the light weight train and Japan started the crewless driving system in 2005, Germany started it in June 2008. We examine system requirements of the system and methods to construct safe systems that would be introduced, suitable for one-man operation system or crewless driving system through the surveys and analysis of driving state and the systems.

장래, 철도기술개발은 열차의 탈선, 충돌 및 화재 등으로 일어나는 철도삭를 예방하기 위한 안전에 관한 기술과제, 편리성 향상에 관한 기술과제(기존선 고속화 , 고속 철도망 구축, 저 진동 철도개발, 연계수송, 저비용 유지보수), 도시철도에 관한 기술과제(유지보수성, 도시철도 혼잡완화, 시간제약 철폐, 거점역간 연계), 철도를 이용한 물류에 관한 기술과제(고밀도/소량수송, 연계수송, 고속 화물 수송, 지능철도기술개발) 등의 개발이 이루어질 것으로 기대된다. Future, developemtn of railway system is expected to be made technological development such as technical project on the railway accident(derailment, collision, fire, etc.) prevention, technical project on the improve convenience(the speed-up of conventional railway lines, high-speed rail network, low vibration railway, transportation connection, low cost maintenance), technical project on the urban railway(maintainability, congestion alleviation, time constraints elimination, intro-base connection), technical project on the railroad logistics(higher volume/small quantity transport, transportation connection, high-speed freight transportation, intelligent railway technical development).

Several kinds of Electrical Wires have been used in Electric Multiple Units(EMU) for the supply of electric power, supervision, and the propagation of control signals. These Electrical Wires must be inspected for safe and stable operation of EMU. The degradation diagnosis and service lifetime to estimate the integrity of Electrical Wires has recently been requested according to the long use of EMU. This paper describes on application of diagnosis method and lifetime estimation EMU. This study is focused on development of diagnosis method and establishment of evaluation standard for urban railway vehicle.
컨설턴트역량이 프로젝트성과와 사회관계역량에 미치는 영향 : ICMCI 역량프레임워크를 중심으로

As the domestic consulting industry matured, consultants were required to have insight into customer's business and consulting business. Gaining these insights requires deep understanding of the business domains and high degree of competencies. This study empirically analyzed the data collected through the survey in order to apply the ICMCI competence model to domestic consultants. As a result of the study, it was found that business competency and technical competency had a positive effect on project performance, but values & behavior competency were not statistically significant. On the other hand, it was found that only technical competency, values & behavior competency had a positive effect on social-relational competency. Through this study, it was confirmed that a deep understanding and perception of the consulting business is necessary to grow into a professional consultant, but there is a limit to generalizing the research results because the characteristics of the population cannot be sufficiently reflected with a small sample. 국내 컨설팅산업이 성숙해지면서 컨설턴트에게는 고객의 비즈니스와 컨설팅 비즈니스에 대한 통찰력이 필수적으로 요구된다. 이러한 통찰력은 해당 비즈니스 도메인에 대한 깊은 이해와 고도의 역량을 필요로 하며, 날로 치열해지는 컨설팅 시장에서 지속적인 경쟁우위를 유지하기 위해 반드시 갖추어야 할 역량 요소로 평가된다. 본 연구는 소규모 컨설팅사에 소속되거나 개인적으로 활동하는 컨설턴트가 갖추어야 할 모든 요소를 담고 있는 ICMCI 역량모델을 국내 컨설턴트에게 적용해 보고자 하였으며, 설문조사로 수집된 데이터를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 비즈니스역량과 기술역량은 프로젝트성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 가치 및 행동역량은 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 반면에, 사회관계역량에는 기술역량과 가치 및 행동역량만이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 프로젝트성과와 사회관계역량에 미치는 역량의 요소와 영향의 크기가 정반대로 나타나 프로젝트성과가 우수한 컨설턴트는 사회관계를 소홀히 하고 프로젝트성과가 약한 컨설턴트는 사회관계에 더 집중한다는 의미로 해석된다. 본 연구를 통해 전문적인 컨설턴트로 성장하기 위해서는 컨설팅 비즈니스에 대한 깊은 이해와 지각이 필요하다는 것을 확인하였으나, 적은 표본으로 모집단의 특성을 충분히 반영하지 못해 연구결과를 일반화 하는데는 한계가 있다.
철도차량의 진동과 변위로부터 유추할 수 있는 탈선가능성에 관한 연구

The important factor to evaluate the running safety of a railway vehicle would be the interaction force between wheel and rail(derailment coefficient), for which is one of important factors to check the running safety of a railway vehicle that may cause a tragic accident. Especially, a newly developed vehicle that first runs commercially requires necessarily the measurement and evaluation of derailment coefficient for securing the safety of a vehicle while measuring the derailment coefficient in view of securing running safety could be the more important factor than any other factors. In this paper, examined possibility that can forecast derailment possibility to behavior of only vibration and displacement by measuring vibration acceleration and displacement in vehicles that travel actuality rail track, and compares with data of wheel load/lateral force result.
