평화교육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초연구 Ⅰ : 한국 어린이의 사회문화적 환경과 사회적 갈등이해에 대한 분석

본 연구는 한국 어린이의 사회문화적 환경, 사회적 갈등이해 및 반응에 관한 문화생태학적 분석을 중심으로 한 평화교육 프로그램 개발의 기초 연구이다. 연구 내용은 한구 어린이의 사회적 갈등 이해 및 대처에 영향을 주는 사회문화적 환경, 사회적 갈등의 원인과 반응형태, 갈등 상황에서의 대처 및 해결양상을 조사하였다. 연구 방법은 3, 4, 5세 어린이, 부모, 교사를 대상으로 심층면접과 설문지를 사용하여 반응을 순위에 의해 빈도처리하였다. 연구 결과, 한국 어린이의 사회문화적환경과 갈등이해 및 대처와 해결에 관한 문화생태학적 배경은 폭력적이며 공격적으로 나타났다. 본 연구에 기초하여 한국어린이의 문화생태학적 분석에 기초한 유아교육 기관의 평화교육 프로그램을 구성, 모색하여야 함을 제언하고자 한다.

높은 농도로 투여된 성선자극호르몬 분비호르몬 이성체(GnRH-Ag)는 성선자극호르몬의 분비를 억제시키고 난소의 기능을 억제하는 하는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 그러나 체외수정 및 배아이식 시술과정에서 과배란 유도를 위해 다량의 GnRH-Ag를 사용하고 있으며, 이는 progesterone을 보충해 주어야 하는 황체기 결함을 유발시킨다. 본 실험의 목적은 이러한 황체기 결함을 유발시키는 원인을 알아보고자 사람 과배란 유도 과정과 비슷하게 생쥐에 GnRH-Ag There have been reports that administrated high-dose gonadotropin-releasing hormone-agonist(GnRH-Ag) suppresses endogenous gonadotropin production and inhibits function of ovary. In human IVF-ET program, however, GnRH-Ag is employed in large amounts during superovulation induction resulting to luteal phase defects which must be supported with progesterone. To elucidate the reason of luteal phase defects by GnRH-Ag, the aim of this study was to investigate the apoptosis changes in the ovary and the hormonal changes in the serum after GnRH-Ag and PMSG administration in adult mice in a method similar to human superovualtion induction. GnRH-Ag(10 g) or saline was injected every 12h beginning 48h prior to PMSG injection until 48h at)or PMSG injection when blood sampling and ovary collection was performed. In results, the ovary weight in the GnRH-Ag only injection group was significantly lower when compared with the other two groups, PMSG only or PMSC + GnRH-Ag injection. The ratio of preantral follicles in the ovary are increased in the GnRH-Ag only group, while the ratio of antral follicles are decreased and the corpus luteum ratio is increased in the PMSG + GnRH-Ag group. The proportion of all follicles showing apoptosis in the GnRH-Ag only in.iection group was seen to be more than twice the proportion seen in the PMSC only injection group, and such increased apoptosis is decreased after addition of PMSC. The serum levels of both estradiol and progesterone were significantly lower in the CnRH-hg only group compared to those in the other two groups. When the administration of GnRH-Ag were followed by PMSG in;ection, however, estradiol concentration was completely recovered compared to the serum level of PMSG group, but not progesterone level. In conclusion the use of GnRH-Ag in human IVF-ET program may induce the apoptosis and the suppression of hormone production by ovary leading to luteal phase defects, thus adequate progesterone support seems to be necessary against them.

In the mobile Internet environment, we need to perform frequent accesses between a mobile device and a content server for searching or downloading learning materials. In this paper, we propose an efficient prefetching technique to reduce the network cost and to improve the communication efficiency in the mobile dictionary. Contributions of the paper can be summarized as follows. First, we propose an overall framework for the prefetching-based mobile dictionary. Second, we present a method of determining the amount of prefetching data for each of packet-based and flat-rate billing cases. Third, by focusing on the English-Korean mobile dictionary for middle or high school students, we propose a method of determining the words to be prefetched in advance. Fourth, based on these determination methods, we propose an efficient prefetching algorithm. Fifth, through experiments, we show superiority of our prefetching-based method. Experimental results show that, compared with the traditional on-demand method, our prefetching-based method improves the average performance by 9.8%~19.7% for the packet-based billing and by 19.0%~33.2% for the flat-rate billing. These results indicate that our framework can be widely used not only in the mobile dictionary but also in other mobile Internet applications that require the prefetching technique.
Determination of Hot Air Drying Characteristics of Squash (Cucurbita spp.) Slices

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the hot air drying characteristics of squash slices depending on the drying conditions (input air velocity, input air temperature, and sample thickness). Methods: The developed drying system was equipped with a controllable air blower and electric finned heater, drying chamber, and ventilation fan. Squash (summer squash called Korean zucchini) samples were cut into slices of two different thicknesses (5 and 10 mm). These were then dried at two different input air temperatures (60 and 70 °C) and air velocities (5 and 7 m/s). Six well-known drying models were tested to describe the experimental drying data. A non-linear regression analysis was applied to determine model constants and statistical indices such as the coefficient of determination (R2), reduced chi-square (2), and root mean square error (RMSE). In addition, the effective moisture diffusivity (Deff) was estimated based on the curve of ln(MR) versus drying time. Results: The results clearly showed that drying time decreased with an increase in input air temperature. Slice thickness also affected the drying time. Air velocity had a greater influence on drying time at 70°C than at 60°C for both thicknesses. All drying models accurately described the drying curve of squash slices regardless of slice thickness and drying conditions; the Modified Henderson and Pabis model had the best performance with the highest R2 and the lowest RMSE values. The effective moisture diffusivity (Deff) changes, obtained from Fick’s diffusion method, were between 1.67×10-10 and 7.01×10-10 m2/s. The moisture diffusivity was increased with an increase in input air temperature, velocity, and thickness. Conclusions: The drying time of squash slices varied depending on input temperature, velocity, and thickness of slices. The further study is necessary to figure out optimal drying condition for squash slices with retaining its original quality.
