        나트륨 줄이기 참여 건강음식점의 나트륨 저감화 실태

        This study compared total sodium amounts in ‘Healthy Restaurant for Sodium Reduction’ menu items located in Seoul, Chungcheong, and Gyeongsang in 2011 and 2012. In addition, this study explored reduced sodium cooking methods in ‘Healthy Restaurant for Sodium Reduction’. This study monitored and collected menu samples from a total of 103 restaurants participating in ‘Healthy Restaurant for Sodium Reduction’ in 2011 and 2012. We also surveyed restaurant employees to identify reduced sodium cooking methods in 2012. The results showed significant reductions in total amounts of sodium in menu items of restaurants located in Seoul, Chungcheong, and Gyeongsang between 2011 (310.8±156.8 mg/100g) and 2012 (211.6±110.3 mg/100g). Amounts of sodium in all seven foodgroups showed significant reductions between 2011 and 2012: ‘Gook/Tang’ (from 226.6±127.7 mg/100g to 168.5±74.3 mg/100g), ‘Jjigae/Jeongol’ (from 385.8±111.7 mg/100g to 257.1±82.53 mg/100g), ‘Noodle/ Dumpling’ (from 263.8±116.9 mg/100g to 194.1±55.6 mg/100g), ‘Gui’ (from 390.3±120.6 mg/100g to 258.8±92.7 mg/100g), ‘Steamed dish’ (from 305.3±124.3 mg/100g to 175.6±76.6 mg/100g), ‘Bob’ (from 273.7±162.5 mg/100g to 167.1± 93.1 mg/100g), and ‘Stir-fried dish’ (from 368.6±116.6 mg/100g to 219.0±72.4 mg/100g). The survey results showed that responses for ‘Reducing salt amount’ were 75.7%, responses for ‘Using enchovy stock, shrimp, radish, or fruit soup’ were 64.1%, and responses for ‘Liking the taste because it is bland’ were 50%. This study indicates that ‘Healthy Restaurant for Sodium Reduction’ nutrition policy was successful for reducing sodium contents of restaurant menu items, and also consumers were satisfied with the tastes.

        One of the main tools of the Toyota Production System(TPS) is Kanban system for Just-In-Time(JIT) production, in which each process produces only what is needed by the following process. Kanban is a well-known visualization tool which indicates which item, when, and how many to produce. Although Kanban system was introduced in Korea as early as 1980s, currently it is not widely used in Korean industry, partly because detailed procedure of its implementation has not been released to the practitioners. This paper aims to provide such a practical knowledge about how to implement the Kanban-based production systems, by explaining its details systematically; and introducing the case of automobile door sash manufacturer in Korea.

        Recently, many ECUs(Electronic Control Units) have been used to increase the vehicle safety, which leads to a distributed control system. The distributed control system is required to reduce the network delay for dependable real time performance. But ECU's increasing will be caused by network traffic. So, network traffic reducing is required to transmit messages in the real time. This paper focuses on a event-triggered protocol, i.e. CAN(Controller Area Network) that is being used more widely. This paper presents a network traffic predictor, which is used a dual CAN network, using double exponential smoothing.

        Recently, many ECUs(Electronic Control Units) have been used to increase the vehicle safety, which leads to a distributed control system. The distributed control system is required to reduce the network delay for dependable real time performance. There are two different paradigms by which a network protocol operates: event-triggered and time-triggered. This paper focuses on a time-triggered protocol, i.e. TTP(Time-Triggered Protocol)/C that is being used more widely. This paper presents a design method of TTP protocol and performance evaluation of distributed control system using TTP protocol.

        여대생의 철분영양상태 개선을 위한 영양상담 효과

        본 연구의 목적은 철분영양상태를 개선시키기 위하여 영양상담을 실시하여 그 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 영양상담의 내용은 열량, 철분과 MPF 단백질, 비타민 C를 충분히 섭취하고 철분흡수를 저해하는 음식을 절제하도록 하는 식사요법과 식생활태도 개선 그리고 영양제복용에 대한 내용 등으로 구성하였다. 본 연구에는 철분영양상태가 낮은 여대생 15명이 참가하였으며, 영양상담 실시 효과를 보면 영양상담 실시시작 14일과 28일 후에 임상증상이 개선되었다. 또한 대상자들의 혈액성분인 Hgb, Hct, MCV, MCH와 MCHC도 유의적으로 증가되었다. 그리고 식생활태도 점수는 영양상담 실시 전, 실시시작 24일 후, 4개월 후에 조사한 바에 의하면 대부분 식생활 태도 점수가 유의적으로 증가하였다. 이상과 같은 결과를 볼 때 철분영양상태의 개선을 위한 영양상담이 매우 효과적이었다. 그러므로 앞으로는 구체적인 영양문제에 적합한 영양상담이 이루어져야 하며 적극적으로 영양문제를 해결하기 위한 영양정책에도 반영할 수 있는 영양상담의 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this research is to measure nutrition counseling effects for improving iron status. The major components of the nutrition counseling were iron, MPF(Meat, Poultry, Fish) and vitamin C rich diet therapy, the provision of nutrient supplements and eatting attitude education. Fifteen female volunteers participated and the mean level for hemoglobin(Hgb), hematocrit(Hct), serum iron(S-Fe), total iron binding capacity(TIBC), serum ferritin(SF) of subjects was 11.9±1.3g/dl, 37.0±2.7%, 57.7±33.9㎍/dl, 409.1±56.2㎍/dl, 8.6±3.5ng/ml, respectively. To evaluate the effect of iron status improvement by the nutrition couseling, 10 subjective symptoms, hematological indice and eating attitude were measured after implementation the nutrition counseling. Some subjective symptoms such as ‘cold hands and foot’, ‘slow to recover’, ‘reduced concentrate’, ‘poor memory’, ‘inflammed inner mouth’ were improved significantly. The hemoglobin, hematocrit, mean cell volume(MCV), mean cell hemoglobin(MCH) and mean cell hemoglobin concentration(MCHC) were increased significantly. And eating attitude was improved significantly as well. It is suggested from the results that the nutrition counseling of this study can be effective to improve iron status.

        노인의 식생활 및 영양섭취상태에 관한 연구

        울산지역의 65세 이상 노인 357명을 대상으로 1995년 7월 5일부터 8월 13일까지 직접면접을 통해 식생활과 영양섭취상태를 조사하였고 이에 대한 관련성을 연구하였다. 대상자의 가족수는 3~5명, 생활비는 91~150만원, 용돈은 1~5만원이 가장 많았으며 건강이 좋지 않은 경우가 가장 많았다. 우울증에 해당하는 노인은 남자 19.3%, 여자 27.6%로 나타났다. 그리고 불안점수가 24점 이상인 경우는 남자가 28.1%, 여자가 32.5%로 나타났다. 식사가 규칙적인 경우, 균형식을 하는 경우, 평상시 즐거운 식사를 하는 경우가 많았으며 혼자 식사하는 경우는 적었다. 점심식사의 경우 주로 친구들과 함께하고 있으며 경로당에서 식사하는 경우가 많았다. 노인급식소가 있는 것을 남자가 59.6%, 여자가 42.8% 정도가 알고 있었고, 식사를 해 본 경험이 있는 경우는 식사의 만족정도는 남자는 ‘보통이다‘가 41.3%, 여자는’높다‘가 41.9%이였다. 노인의 열량, 단백질, 비타민 A, 비타민 B₂, 비타민 C는 권장량에 미달되었고, 칼슘의 섭취량은 여자의 경우 권장량에 미달되었고, 그 밖의 영양소들은 권장량 이상을 섭취하였다. 가족수, 생활비, 용돈, 건강상태는 영양섭취상태와 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 우울과 불안은 영양섭취상태와 음의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 식사의 규칙성, 즐거운 식사와 영양섭취상태는 양의 상관관계를 보였으며 편식과 혼자식사는 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 이와 같은 결과로 다음과 같은 제언을 하고자 한다. 노인의 일반적 특성 뿐만 아니라 우울, 불안상태와 식생활관리에 따라 영양 섭취량에 영향을 미치므로 정신적인 안정과 식생활 환경을 개선하도록 하여야 한다. 그리고 즐거운 식사가 되도록 함께 식사할 수 있는 환경을 만들어 가정은 물론 지역사회에서 관심과 노력을 갖고 영양적위험이 있는 노인을 위한 무료 혹은 저렴한 식당이나 경로당 등의 식생활 환경을 시급히 개선해 나가야 할 것이다. 또한 질병이 있는 노인이 많으므로 노인을 위한 영양교육 및 상당 프로그램을 개발하여 실시하여야 할 것이다. This study was conducted to assess meal management and nutrient intake of 357 elderlies in Ulsan. 114 male and 243 female elderlies over 65 year old were recruited from July 5 to August 13, 1995. Questionnaires for general characteristics of the subjects(such as family size, living cost, pocket money and health condition) and for meal management were used. The levels of depression and anxiety were measured by CED-S and Spie1buger's STAI-S, respectively. In addition, nutrient intakes were conducted by convenience methods. Nutrient intake of male and female showed the average daily intake of energy, protein, vitamin A, vitamin B₂, and vitamin C were lower than Korean recommended dietary allowances(RDA). But other nutrient intake were higher than RDA except that calcium intake of female was lower. Most nutrient intakes were positively correlated with family size, living cost, pocket money and health condition. Depression and anxiety scores were also negatively correlated with most of nutrient intakes. The pattern of meal management could predict nutrient intakes as expected: regularity and pleansantness of eating were positively correlated with nutrient intakes, whereas unbalanced meal and eating lonely were negatively correlated with them.

        로마시대 공공 바실리카의 평면특성 분석에 관한 연구

        The origin of the Roman public basilica is Rome’s indigenous style morphologically but actually it seems that developed the Greek semi-open style stoa into the Roman practical interior space. In the early ages, the arrangement of Roman forum had been planned high symbolical temple as the center but gradually changed into the basilica centered which were used often by citizen. Through the Roman period, the important types of early Roman basilica have Fano basilica in the first century Be, Pompei basilica of mid period in the first century AD, Doclear basilica with apse as late type in the second century AD. Pompei type well characterized the feature of Roman public basilica among them. The result of the floor plan analysis shows that the long side access to the interior space is over 76 percent of examples and nearly 70 percent have no apse and the average of vertical horizontal length ratio presents as 1:2.3. The typical plan of Roman public basilica can be defined that most of access are being entered from one of the long side, and most of basilica have no apse, and normally having inner columns arranged in one or more concentric rectangles around nave as a center.
