인산증시가 야산개발지에 재배되는 대두의 식물체중의 무기성분과 수양 및 수양구성 요소에 미치는 영향을 검토한 바 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 경장, 분지수는 토양중의 인산함량과 수량은 개화기 경엽중의 인산함량과 각각 정의 상관관계를 보였다 2. 경장, 분지수, 총건물중, 엽수, 100입중, 그리고 수량이 인산증시와 정의 상관관계를 보였다. 3. 무린산구에 대비한 최대 인산시용구의 증수율은 46.2kg/10a에서 평균 69%였다. 도시재생정책에 대한 감성분석: 감천문화마을 방문객 리뷰를 중심으로

This study conducted a sentiment analysis using comments from domestic tourists who visited the Gamcheon Culture Village to evaluate the government's urban regeneration project automatically and efficiently. For this purpose, 41,496 comments from the local review from Google Map were collected and analyzed using a Multi-Channel CNN model that combines morphemes, syllables, and phonemes. The accuracy of the Multi-Channel CNN model was 85.72 percent, which is higher than the accuracy seen in Single-Channel CNN model. In the sentiment analysis, the ratio between the positive and negative responses was eight to two, indicating overall positive opinion regarding the urban regeneration project that is taking place in the Gamcheon Culture Village. Furthermore, the main factors that generated the positive and negative sentiments were extracted by classifying each positive and negative sentence using the TF-IDF weighted model. This study has an academic contribution in that the suggestion of policy evaluation through the application of a sentiment analysis will induce future studies. Practically, this study suggested an analysis of the visitors' comments as a new method of evaluating government policies, which can be used as fundamental data that can determine the success of other government projects in the future. 본 연구는 감천문화마을을 방문한 국내관광객들의 댓글을 이용한 감성분석을 통해 정부가 추진하고 있는 도시재생 정책에 대한 평가의 지능화를 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 구글 지역리뷰 41,496건의 댓글을 수집 후 형태소, 음절, 그리고 자소를 결합한 Multi-channel CNN 모델을 활용하여 분석하였다. Multi-channel CNN 모델의 정확도는 86.68%로 단일로 구성된 모델들보다 높은 정확도를 보였다. 감성분석의 결과 긍정과 부정 비율이 8:2로, 감천문화마을의 도시재생정책에 대해 긍정 감성이 높게 나타났다. 또한 각각의 긍정문장과 부정문장을 분류하고 TF-IDF가중치 모델을 활용하여 긍정과 부정의 감성을 발생시킨 주요 요인들을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 공헌도로 학술적으로는 감성분석을 적용한 정책평가를 제시하였다는 점에서 향후 후속 연구를 유발할 것으로 예상된다. 실무적으로는 정부정책의 새로운 평가 방법으로서 방문객들의 댓글을 분석하여 정부사업의 성공여부를 판별할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다.

The reason why disputes over the original hull form have continued up to now is not from shortage of historical records on the ship, but from the fact that most of researches have been literature-centered, and limited to the Tongjaeyong Turtle Ship and the the Jeolla province left naval district Turtle Ship contained in Yichungmugong Jeonseo published in 1795, and that the Turtle Ships have been made irresponsibly to display in museums and to activate local tourism. This study analyzed the changing of process of Turtle Ship size, structure, form, formation, and weapon system of the entire Turtle Ship in the Joseon Dynasty as shown in the records, and identified the original hull form of the Byeolje Turtle Ship, which was saved due to its successful role in the Imjin War. 이순신 별제귀선의 원형에 대한 논쟁이 지속되고 있는 이유는 『이충무공전서』에 실려 있는 1795년 통제영귀선·전라좌수영귀선에 한정된 문헌중심의 연구가 오랫동안 지속되어왔고, 철저한 고증 없이 박물관 전시나 지역의 관광산업 활성화를 위한 목적으로 무책임하게 건조되어왔기 때문이다. 본 연구는 사료에 나타난 조선시대 귀선 전체를 대상으로 크기, 구조, 형태, 편제인원, 무기체제의 변천과정을 살펴봄으로서 이순신 별제귀선을 고증하였다.

保險需要者로서의 개인이나 기업은 보험증권과 함께 은행예금과 같은 무위험자산, 혹은 실물자산·자본자산과 같은 위험자산을 보유하고 있는 것이 보통이다. 본 논문은 보험 수요자가 보유하는 전체 포트폴리오의 맥락에서 最適保險需要를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이 연구에서 設定한 分析規模에서는 期待效用假說(expected utility hypothesis)에 기초하여 무위험자산과 위험자산에 대한 수요를 보험수요와 동시에 고려하여 保險料의 기회비용이 均衡保險料 개념에 명백히 반영되게 하였다. 이 경우 보험계약은 재난 ·재해에 대한 危險管理(insurable risk management) 방법의 하나로써 다른 투자기회들과 함께 경쟁관계에서 전체 포트폴리오의 위험을 감소시키는 역할을 담당한다. 본 모형의 분석결과는 기존의 보험경제학설과 다음과 같은 근본적인 상이점을 보이고 있다. 첫째로, 투자자의 효용함수가 一定絶對危險回避(CARA)일 경우, 投資危險(speculative risk)과 財産·災害危險(insurable risk)이 확률적으로 상호의존 관계에 있더라도, 最適保險需要는 다른 투자기회들과 分離(separation)결정될 수 있음을 보였다. 그러나 일반적으로 재산·재해위험이 투자위험과 확률적으로 독립분포되어 있더라도, 보험과 투자간의 상호작용 때문에, 최적보험수요는 다른 투자기회들과 분리결정될 수 없음을 보였다. 이 논문에서는 특별히, 무위험자산 혹은 위험자산에 대한 투자가 財産·災害의 危險(insurable risk)을 헷징(hedging)하는데 기여하는 고유한 역할을 규명하였고, 또 그 역할을 보험계약에 의해 중복될 수 없는 것임을 보였다. 둘째로, 베르누이 뭔칙(Bernoulli Principle)을 재검토하여 기존의 베르누이 원칙이 本 분석모형에서는 제한적으로 성립함을 보였다. 이 논문에서는 보다 일반적으로 베르누이 기준이 유지 혹은 위배되는 충분조건을 제시하였고, 그 조건을 전체 포트폴리오 위험에 대한 平均保持擴散(mean preserving spread)의 개념을 도입해 직관적으로 해석하였다. 전통적으로 베르누이 원칙은 보험시장 존재근거에 대해 가장 강력한 이론적 타당성을 부여해 왔으나, 이 논문의 분석결과는 보험수요자의 투자에 대한 기회비용이 보험가격 책정에 반영되지 않으면 보험시장이 붕괴할 수 있음을 시사해 주고 있다. This paper develops a theory of the demand for insurance. The present model incorporates insurance damand, time value of insurance premium, and demand for riskless and risky assets simultaneously within the expected utiliiy frmework. For a special case of CARA, an insurance decision can be made seperately from other portfolio decisions. However, in general, the interactions of both decisions cannot be ignored even when insurable and speculative risks are stochastically independent. In pprticular, the role of risky investment in hedging insurable risk is demonstrated and it is shown that this role cannot be duplicated by an insurance contract. When the investment decision is made simultaneously with the insurance decision, some of the classic theory on insurance should be modified. As an example, the authors characterize the sufficient conditions, under which the Bernoulli criteria (without and with premium loadings) hold or are violated in terms of the net gain of risky investment, the net cost of insurance, and the stochastic relationship between insurable and speculative risks. The authors interpret the results using the Rothschild and Stiglitz's (1970) notion of "increase in riskiness".
