그릿과 내적 통제소재가 대학생의 심리적 복지감에 미치는 영향홍 성 례* 연구 목적: 이 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 하여 그릿과 내적 통제소재가 심리적 복지감에 미치는 영향을 탐색하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구 방법: 연구대상의 표집방법은 편의표집을 활용하였다. 연구대상은 총 145명의 대학생이다. 자기보고식 설문지를 이용하여 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석과 기술통계, 상관관계분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 내용: 사회인구학적 변인(성별, 연령, 주관적인 사회경제적 수준), 그릿과 내적 통제소재가 대학생의 심리적 복지감에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 결론 및 제언: 사회인구학적 변인(성별, 연령, 주관적인 사회경제적 수준)은 대학생의 심리적 복지감에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 그릿과 내적 통제소재는 대학생의 심리적 복지감에 의미 있는 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구의 결과는 그릿과 내적 통제소재를 증진시키고, 대학생의 심리적 복지감을 향상시키는 방안 모색에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 핵심어: 대학생, 그릿, 내적 통제소재, 심리적 복지감, 주관적인 사회경제적 수준 □ 접수일: 2022년 12월 8일, 수정일: 2022년 12월 18일, 게재확정일: 2022년 12월 20일* 여주대학교 아동보육복지과 조교수(Professor, Yeoju Institute of Technology, Email: finetree7@yit.ac.kr) The Effects of Grit and Internal Locus of Control onthe Psychological Well-being of University StudentsSungrye Hong Abstract: The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of grit and internal locus of control on the psychological well-being of university students. 기혼 남녀의 대인관계 어려움과 가족건강성의 관계에서 부부관계 만족의 매개효과

This study was conducted to examine the mediating effects of marital satisfaction on relationship between interpersonal problems and family strength among married men and women. The participants in this research were 370 married men and women. SPSS software was used for frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis of mediating effects. The major findings of this study were as follows. For married men and women, family strength was correlated with education level, subjective socio-economic level, interpersonal problems, and marital satisfaction. Marital satisfaction had a significant mediating effect on the relationship between interpersonal problems and family strength among married men and women. This study intends to provide basic data for improving family strength of married men and women. Directions for future research are discussed. 본 연구는 기혼 남녀의 대인관계 어려움과 가족건강성의 관계에서 부부관계 만족의 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 설문조사로 진행되었으며, 조사 대상은 총 370명이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 통계프로그램을 이용하여, 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 그리고 매개효과를 살펴보기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 기혼 남녀의 가족건강성은 교육수준, 주관적인 사회경제적 수준, 대인관계 어려움, 부부관계 만족과 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 기혼 남녀의 대인관계 어려움과 가족건강성의 관계에서 부부관계 만족의 매개효과를 검정한 결과, 부부관계 만족은 대인관계 어려움과 가족건강성 간의 부분매개역할을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 기혼 남녀의 가족건강성을 향상시키는데 기초자료가 될 것이다. 본 연구결과를 기초로 미래 연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.

청년기 대학생의 주관적 삶 만족도 관련 변인 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate the variables that affect the subjective life satisfaction of college students. The subjects of this study were 280 young adult college students. The data collected using the questionnaire were subjected to frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis using the SPSS 21.0 statistical program. The effects of the demographic variables (gender, socioeconomic level), relationship variables (satisfaction of parent relationship, satisfaction of friend relationship), and variables associated with personal characteristics (self-esteem, attitude toward happiness, job preparation, and marriage intention) on the subjective life satisfaction of college students were examined. The results of this study are as follows: Satisfaction of parent relationship, self-esteem, attitude toward happiness, and marriage intention had a positive effect on the subjective life satisfaction of college students. Job preparation had a negative effect on the subjective life satisfaction of college students. The results of this study can be used as basic data to find ways to improve the subjective life satisfaction of college students.

남편의 가족역할수행에 영향을 미치는 관련 변인 연구 : 30대 남편을 중심으로

This study was designed to examine the most effecting variables on the 30s husband's family role performances. For this purpose, the survey was conducted by using questionnaires and the data were gathered from 303 thirties husbands with children. the statistic used for data analysis were ANOVA, t-test, Duncan test, Pearson's Correlation, multiple regression, and hierarchical regression. The measurement instruments were Flexibility of Work Scale & Easy of Work Scale (Glass & Camarigg, 1992). Motivation Scale & Social Support Scale(Lee, 1995), and Husband's Family Role Performances Scale(Kim, 1994) The major findings were as follows : 1. The husband's family role were diveded into spouse role, parent role, kinship role, household work role, household economy management role, provider role, and outside role. The 30s husband's family role performances were high in provider role and kinship role, and lwo in outside role and household work role. 2. The major efferting variables were motivation degree, husband's age, husband's income, wife's age, number of children, and social support degree. Among these variables, the most effecting was motivation degree. From these findings, it was suggested that the motivation in individual varialble group was important in the 30s husband's family role performances.

남편이 지각한 가족의 건강성과 결혼만족도와의 관계

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between husband's perception of family strengths and marital satisfaction. Subjects were 202 husbands in Seoul. Family strengths, the dependent variable, was composed of fore factors, such as family commitment, family communication, family values, and family crisis coping strategies. Independent variables were the following : I)family socio-demographic variables, ii)marital satisfaction. The mail findings were as follows; 1.The degree of husband's perception of family strengths was generally high. Among four factors of family strengths, the degree of family commitments was relatively higher and that of family values was relatively lower than the others. 2.The degree of husband's perception of family strengths had the strongest positive relations on marital satisfaction. 3.The variables which independently affected the family strengths had influence in the following order; marital satisfaction, family's spiritual health, marital lengths.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relative effects of socio-demographic variables (age, education level, and socio-economic level), relationship variables (relationship- satisfaction of spouse and satisfaction of interpersonal relationship), and family strength on the subjective happiness of married women. The participants in this research were 232 married women. Collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS software. The major results of this study were as follows. For married women, subjective happiness was correlated with education level, socio-economic level, relationship-satisfaction of spouse, satisfaction of interpersonal relationship, and family strength. Age, socio-economic level, relationship-satisfaction of spouse, and family strength had the positive influence on the subjective happiness of married women. For married women, the variable with the greatest impact on subjective happiness was family strength. The study intends to provide basic data for improving the subjective happiness of married women. Directions for future research are discussed.
