Generally, stone pagoda structures have been constructed by stacking the masonry stone members. The problem about the safety and stability of masonry stone structure is due to the structural behavior of discontinuum surface between the contact stones rather than the failure by the lack of material strength. The masonry stone structure has the big difference with the analysis method of continuum structure as discontinuum structure. Therefore, the masonry stone should be treated as discontinuum structure that can express mechanical behavior of discontinuum surface between the contact stones. The friction between contact stones of discontinuum structure is a very important factor that affects the behavior of discontinuum surface. Especially, the roughness of discontinuum surface affects the friction. Therefore, we carry out the direct shear test of discontinuum surface for the evaluation of structural behavior according to roughness of the discontinuum surface of stone pagoda and study the characteristics of discontinuum surface according to various roughness. Also, we apply the characteristics of discontinuum surface to stone pagoda model. Finally, we estimate the structural behavior of stone pagoda according to the friction of discontinuum surface.

The field of web design has been very extensive cause of developing of the new multi-media machine and swift growing of multi-media. It takes so important position that have no mean, if it doesn`t exist, in the present time. The wed design that has taken so much important role of getting and delivering of information in the industrial society and present time asks web designer to acquire more various skills. It means that web designer have to understand the whole worth of design, culture and economy in addition to how to compose the web design. So it is proposal and study about the courses and organizational methods which can be verified a part of the web designer more objectively.

Phaya-Thon-Zu temple has a unique architectural style connected by the three temples, and cultural values are highly as murals remain on some of the walls. However, various damages in internal walls and vaults have occurred due to earthquake and environmental influences. In order to analyze these damages, accurate structural analysis is required, but structural modeling is difficult, because Phaya-Thon-Zu temple is the complex masonry structure which is stacked with small bricks. Therefore, this study intends to analyze the causes of damages by examining collapse mechanism for cross section and longitudinal section of vaults in the entrance hall and shrine by using thrust line analysis, which is a geometric method, and to compare it with the actual damage situation
한국성인에서 Pseudocholinesterase 에 대한 Inhibition 지수

Pseudocholinesterase is an essential enzyme for hydrolysis of succinylcholine and some people has low activity. The pseudocholinesterase from a normal individual has a greater apparent affinity for the cholinester substrate than the enzyme from succinylcholine-sensitive individuals, who has genetic variants. The ideal situation would be one in which a single, simple test would detect and identify all the variant forms of enzyme, but no such test currently exsits. The inhibitors frequently used to identify variants are dibucaine, fluoride, chloride, urea or succinylcholine as inhibition numbers. The authors found that dibucaine, fluoride and chloride numbers in Korean adults (mean±SD, %) are 85.8±1.83, 46.5±2,05 and 3.53±1.64, respectively (substrate is butyrylthiocholine).
