The content of this research is about the change of anaerobic power, blood lactate concentration and pH, which appear in case of being made the rest for exercise different. The result of this follows. 1. Anaerobic power results in small difference after three set during a ten or twenty seconds' recess and the intermittent exercise. In each management ways there is small decrease during a ten seconds' recess and there is decrease but not small during a thirty seconds' recess. 2. When one does a maximal exercise for ten seconds and then takes a rest for 10sec and 30seconds, maximal blood lactate concentration results in 9.20±1.12, 7.17±1.01mmoles/l each and it results in small differences(P<.05) in two ways. 3. It is resulted that the change of pH decrease to 7.07±0.11, 7.21±0.04 each during the maximal intermittent exercise in three minutes just after exercise and there are small differences in two ways.
비타민 E 복용이 운동유형별 여자선수의 산화스트레스 및 염증반응에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of vitamin E supplementation on oxidative stress and inflammatory status in female athletics conducting different types of exercise (anaerobic vs. aerobic). Participants consumed Vitamin E (1,000 mg/day) for 4 weeks and conducted exhaustive running exercise on a treadmill before and after treatment. Collected blood samples were analyzed for malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GPX), and C-reactive protein (CRP). SOD and GPX were significantly increased, MDA and CRP were significantly decreased after vitamin E supplemented for 4 weeks. Compared to aerobic athletics group, anaerobic athletics group had significantly higher MDA at immediately after exercise, and significantly lower GPX at rest period. There was a positive correlation between CRP and MDA before vitamin E supplementation; however it disappeared after supplementation in anaerobic athletics group. These results suggested that vitamin E supplementation for 4 weeks significantly reduces oxidative stress by enhancing antioxidant capacity, and this result may improve inflammatory status.

This study is designed to grasp the elements and situations of stage fright in order to propose a part of ways to cope with it. We make 511 top-class high school players, male and female, in the central districts (Seoul, Inchon, Kyungki, Chungbuk, and Kangweon Province) on object of questionnaire, and get the following results. Through players generally have all-round characters they show weakness in the superiority and emotional stability while showing strength in the sonformity. This fact comes to be related to the elements which cause stage fright. Physiological changes also have many effects on the symptom of stage fright. Especially, stage fright increases when players show sensitive reaction to the self-consciousness of final consequence which comes from the tension or uneasiness of sympathetic nerve, Thus, it turns out that players make use of reducing psychological burden by physical exercise or adjusting the level of demanded result in order to release the stage fright.

In order to inquire the threshold level of loading intensity for the weight training of humerus part, 18 students, who are freshman and sophomore in department of physical education, K Univ., are selected as the objects. Using Bench Press, loading intensity is divided into 6 grade as 40%, 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10% of maximal strength. In this way, in view of maximal strength and muscle endurance, the next conclusion had come true through 12-weeks training. 1. It seems that the threshold level of the weight training is 20∼30% of maximal strength, but the loading level for the qualitative progress of strength reinforcement is effective when maximal strength is more than 40%. 2. It seems that the effective level of loading intensity of dynamic muscle endurance is 20∼30% of maximal strength.

The purpose of this study was to provide detailed policies to specialize the sport industry in the western part of Gangwon province. In detail, this study was provide the ways of development of sport industry based on the characteristics of each region in the western part of Gangwon province. The contents of this study were consisted of four parts.First, social, economic, cultural, and geographical characteristics of the western part of Gangwon province were investigated to know the general characteristics of the region. Second, necessity and effectiveness of specialization of the sport industry were compared and analyzed based on literatures. Third, current situations of the sport industry in the western part of Gangwon province were investigated including general figure, sale volume, number of employer, total business volume, and future anticipation of sport business. Lastly, future directions and issues to specialize sport industry were provided based on studies mentioned above.Based on the investigation of current figures of the sport industry in the western part of Gangwon province and focus group interview, it was indicated that sport industry in the western part of Gangwon province has been developed in certain areas, and also has relatively poor business structure. It was also indicated that there were some difficulties to operate the business efficiently due to the regulation by law, lack of professional personnel, and high degree of business competition. Therefore, in order to specialize the sport industry in the western part of Gangwon province, following policies should be implemented.1. Establishing administrative division for sport industry.2. Creating the infra-structures for sport industry in each region.3. Educating professional personnel for the sport industry.4. Creating information system for the sport industry.5. Strengthening sport marketing activities.
비타민E 복용이 탈진운동 시 항산화효소 및 면역반응에 미치는 영향

This study was to investigate the effect of vitamin E supplementation on antioxidant enzyme and immune response after exhaustive exercise. Ten female athletes(long-distance swimming) subjects participated in this study. They are divided into two groups: vitamin E supplemented(vitamin E 1,000 mg/day) and placebo, and supplemented for 4 weeks. All subjects exhaustive running exercise on a treadmill at before and after treatment. Blood was sampled from a forearm vein at rest, immediately post-exercise, and 30 min after exercise. These samples were analyzed for antioxidant enzyme and immune cell factors. Superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GPx), leucocytes and neutrophil were significantly increased, lymphocyte was significantly decreased after vitamin E supplemented for 4 weeks. Compared with placebo, vitamin E supplemented had significantly higher SOD, GPx and lymphocyte, and significantly lower leucocytes and neutrophil. These results suggested that vitamin E supplementation for 4 weeks significantly improved antioxidant enzyme SOD and GPx activities. Also it was found that according as immune cell leucocytes, neutrophil and lymphocyte the recovery operation of damaged tissue against inflammation was far fast accelerated. So that it was thought very important factor to take antioxidant to athletes doing chronic high intensity exercise.
