      • 카네이션과 장미의 切花壽命에 미치는 pH, Sugar및 STS의 影響

        切花로 많이 利用하고 있는 카네이션 'Desio'와 장미 'Super star' 品種을 供試하여 前處理劑인 STS(Silver thiosulfate)와 切花保存溶液의 pH 및 sugar 처리 등을 組合處理하여 開花所要日數, 切花保存期間 및 花莖의 변화를 조사함으로써 切花保存을 위한 적절한 조건을 探究코저 실험을 修行하였던 바 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 切花保存溶液의 pH수준은 開花所要日數와 꽃의 壽命에 影響하였는데 carnation의 경우 pH7에서 꽃이 일찍 피나, pH4에서 壽命은 延長되었다. 이와달리, 장미의 경우에는 pH2의 산성에서 꽃이 일찍피고, pH7, 4에서 切花壽命이 긴 것으로 나타났다. 2. STS 前處理劑는 carnation의 경우 切花保存기간의 延長에 현저한 效果가 있었으나, 장미의 경우 그 效果가 인정되지 않았다. 3. Sugar(4%)의 첨가는 두 種類의 꽃에서 모두 開花所要日數의 短縮, 花莖의 增大效果가 크게 나타났으며, 장미의 경우 현저한 切花壽命 延長효과도 인정되었다. 4. 切花壽命에 있어 각 要因들의 相互作用은 carnation에서 sugar×STS경우만 유의하여, sugar의 添加效果는 STS 첨가시에만 나타났다. 5. carnation의 경우 pH는 開花促進에 약간의 影響이 있었을 뿐이고 STS단독처리도 效果的이기는 하나, STS와 함께 sugar의 첨가처리에 의하여 꽃을 크게 그리고 오래 피울수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 6. 장미의 경우 pH와 STS는 切花保存에 큰 影響을 미치지 않았으나 sugar의 첨가는 開花촉진, 花莖增大, 切花壽命延長에 현저한 效果가 있었다. To improve the longevity of vase cut flowers, effects of STS(Silver Thiosulfate) pretreatment, and levels of pH and sugar addition to preservative solution were evaluated using carnations(var. Desio) and roses(var. Super Star). Observed results on days to flower, flower diameter, flower longevity, water absorption, and fresh weights could be summarized as follows: 1. Solution pH significantly affected on days to flower longevity, but the results from two flowers were quite different. In catnations, high pH of pH 7 resulted in earlier flowering but shortened flower longevity. In contrast, quite acid pH 2 resulted in earlier flowering and shortened longevity in the case of roses. 2. STS pretreatments were quite effective in increasing flower longeviy of cut camations, which is very sensitive to ethylene. On the other hand, the effects of STS on longevity on less ethylene sensitive roses were not observed. 3. Sugar(4%) addition in preservative solution resulted in earlier flowering and greater flower diameter, for both carnations and roses. In the case of roses, longevity of cut flowers were also improved by sugar addition. 4. The only significant interaction was observed in sugar STS in the carnations, in which increase of flower longivity of carnations by sugar addition were observed only when STS was pretreated. 5. In carnations, combination of STS pretreatment and addition of sugar in preservative solution appeared very effective in earlier flowering, increasing flower diameter, and improving longevity of the cut flowers. Solution pH appeared not important in preservation except for slight hastening of flowering at high pH. 6. In roses, addition of sugar itself was very effective in earlier flowering, incresing flower diameter, and improving longvity of cut flowers. Although, low pH of 2 resulted in earlier flowering but with shortening of flower longevity.

        The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the intellectual characteristics of gifted students. For this study, K-MIDAS was conducted to 267 mathematics, science, and information technology gifted students enrolled in Science Education Center for Gifted Students attached to University. The results of this study were as follows: In comparison of multiple intelligence of elementary and middle gifted students, middle gifted students in mathematics showed significantly high scores in musical and linguistic intelligence, and elementary gifted students in science showed significantly high scores in logical-mathematical, linguistic and naturalist intelligence, and elementary gifted students in information technology showed high scores in musical, bodily-kinesthetic, linguistic and interpersonal intelligence. Female students showed significantly higher score than male students in musical intelligence, spatial intelligence, linguistic intelligence and naturalist intelligence. In comparison of the correlation of multiple intelligence between gifted students, there were significantly positive correlations in the multiple intelligence between science and mathematics gifted students.

        4자유도 모션 플랫폼을 이용한 잠수함의 운동감 재현과 스테레오 다채널 가시화

        Modeling and simulation is inportant for military training. People can feel perspective when stereoscope images are created using multi-channel visualizations. A submarine oscillates when the submarine is just below the surface of the sea, so that the reconnaissance becomes difficult. Also, the operator should read the information of the target within 6 seconds using the periscope. The operator must have experience. To solve these problems, stereoscopic multi-channel visualization has been tested. The iCAVE system of KAIST provides a largescale screen, 7 PCs, and 14 projectors to create the stereoscope images. To simulate the motion of a submarine just below the ocean surface, a 4-DOF motion platform is used. The motion data is transmitted to the visual system and the motion platform through the UDP protocol. Variety of weather conditions are created using the Vega Prime software. The stereoscopic multi-channel visualization and the motion platform system created a realistic simulation system.

        “中國先鋒小說語言革命”六論

        본 연구는 선봉 소설 발전 전후의 당대 소설 언어 변화의 양상을 재정리하기 위한 시도의 일환이다. 전통적인 선봉 소설 언어 혁명이란 표현법에 대한 의문을 제기하였다. 선봉 소설 전기의 언어 혁신은 효과가 있다고 생각했지만 선봉 서설의 경우 실패라고 해도 과언이 아니다. 선봉 소설에 있어서 언어 실험의 실질은 언어 폭동이다. 본문은 “신 시기에 소설 언어 변천의 주요한 힘”, “문학 언어 의식의 각성”, “새로운 문법의 탐색”, “문학 언어의 환경성”, “문학 언어의 문화 내포 의미”, “언어에서 추구한 다원성과 단독성” 등 6대 주제를 중심으로 논술하였다. 선봉 소설의 창작과 연구에서 존재하는 오류에 대한 초보적인 반성도 시도하였다.

        노인장기요양 재원조달방안으로서 MSA 응용모형 도입에 관한 시론

        This paper studied applied model of MSA(Medical Savings Accounts) as financing long-term care whose demand is being increased, evaluated it in view of efficiency and equity. As social insurance, private insurance, tax-based financing have been used as financing long-term care from developed countries`s experience, we would consider social insurance as long-term financing method. But with opposition to inflation of premium for social insurance being increased, we have difficulty in collecting additional premium for social insurance. Accordingly, it was suggested applied model of MSA as financing long-term care in favor of high family responsibility to the old, high saving rate, low the old/the young ratio relative to developed country. also weight was given to social insurance, reflected social·economic situation, for example, GDP per person, income distribution, unemployment rate, health care system that private sector is predominant.

        Phospholipase D activates HIF-1-VEGF pathway via phosphatidic acid

        Growth factor-stimulated phospholipase D (PLD) catalyzes the hydrolysis of phosphatidylcholine (PC), generating phosphatidic acid (PA) which may act as a second messenger during cell proliferation and survival. Therefore, PLD is believed to play animportant role in tumorigenesis. In this study, a potential mechanism for PLD-mediated tumorigenesis was explored. Ectopic expression of PLD1 or PLD2 in human glioma U87 cells increased the expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) protein. PLD-induced HIF-1 activation led to the secretion of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), a HIF-1 target gene involved in tumorigenesis. PLD induction of HIF-1α was significantly attenuated by 1-butanol which blocks PA production by PLD, and PA per se was able to elevate HIF-1α protein level. Inhibition of mTOR, a PA-responsive kinase, reduced the levels of HIF-1α and VEGF in PLD-overexpressed cells. Epidermal growth factor activated PLD and increased the levels of HIF-1α and VEGF in U87 cells. A specific PLD inhibitor abolished expression of HIF-1α and secretion of VEGF. PLD may utilize HIF-1-VEGF pathway for PLD-mediated tumor cell proliferation and survival.

      • 熱處理 條件에 따른 PET 織物의 減量加工에 關한 硏究

        This study has been undertaken to see the variation of the weight loss, dyeing property, and the tensile strength of the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fabrics under the influence of the heat setting during the finishing of the fabrics. The fabrics were heat set for 40,80 and 120 seconds, then alkali treated with 5%, caustic soda solution for 40 minutes on temperature of 80℃, and then dyed with blue and red disperse for 30 minutes of the temperature of 130℃, Using these treated materials, color differences and tensile strength were measured. The results were as follows; 1. The weight loss of PET fabrics increased as the heat setting temperature was elevated. 2. weight loss of PET fabrics decreased as heat setting time increased on the temperature over 220℃ 3. The dyeing property of PET fabrics became stable on the temperature below 180℃ not influenced by heat setting time. 4. The tensile strength decreased as the weight loss increased. Consequently, the temperature influences greatly on the weight loss and the dyeing property during the finishing of PET fabrics.

      • 제2형 당뇨병 환자의 치료에서 복약순응도가 혈당 조절에 미치는 영향

        Abstract: As known in clinical trial like DCCT, UKPDS, tight glycemic control is essential to prevent complications from diabetes mellitus(DM). In type 2 diabetes taking multiple medication, nonadherence to medications is common problem. The aim of our study is to investigate adher-ence rate of patients with type 2 DM and to evaluate association between many factors including adherence rate and HbA_(1C). 441 patients with type 2 DM who visited Busan National University Hospital endocrine internal department from Aug 13 to Sep 2, 2008(3weeks) were enrolled. We conducted a man-to-man questionnaire survey about general knowledge about diabetes mellitus, medicine and adherence, and measured HbA_(1C). Among them, 305 patients taking oral hypo-glycemic agent(OHA) were analyzed to investigate correlation between adherence rate and glycemic control. We studied 305 patients(male 126, female 179, average age 61.2±9.8 years, DM duration 8.6±6.4 years, average adherence 88.8±16.2%, average HbA_(1C) 7.03± 1.18%). HbA_(1C) showed significant relation with DM duration(r=0.137, p=0.017), number of aHA in regimen (r=0.135, p=0.018), dosage frequency(r=0.132, p=0.026), Medication Refill Adherence(MRA)(r=-0.124, p=0.030) and adherence(r=-0.168, p=0.003). Adherence had significant relation with MRA(r=0.148, p=0.010) but didn't have statical corelationship with DM duration, number of aHA and dosage frequency. Patients that their adherence rate exceed 90% took fewer OHA(p=0.011) and went on a better dietary treatment(p=0.007). In patients controlling diabetes mellitus with aHA, when adherence rate and MRA was higher, HbA_(1C) was lower. As a result, to improve adher-ence rate, it is necessary to enhance patient education, do careful consideration about prescrip-tion medicine number and dosage frequency
