        ALD ZnO 버퍼층 증착 온도가 전착 Cu2O 박막 태양전지 소자 특성에 미치는 영향

        Beside several advantages, the PV power generation as a clean energy source, is still below the supply level due to high power generation cost. Therefore, the interest in fabricating low-cost thin film solar cells is increasing continuously. Cu2O, a low cost photovoltaic material, has a wide direct band gap of ~2.1 eV has along with the high theoretical energy conversion efficiency of about 20%. On the other hand, it has other benefits such as earth-abundance, low cost, non-toxic, high carrier mobility (100 cm2/Vs). In spite of these various advantages, the efficiency of Cu2O based solar cells is still significantly lower than the theoretical limit as reported in several literatures. One of the reasons behind the low efficiency of Cu2O solar cells can be the formation of CuO layer due to atmospheric surface oxidation of Cu2O absorber layer. In this work, atomic layer deposition method was used to remove the CuO layer that formed on Cu2O surface. First, Cu2O absorber layer was deposited by electrodeposition. On top of it buffer (ZnO) and TCO (AZO) layers were deposited by atomic layer deposition and rf-magnetron sputtering respectively. We fabricated the cells with a change in the deposition temperature of buffer layer ranging between 80°C to 140°C. Finally, we compared the performance of fabricated solar cells, and studied the influence of buffer layer deposition temperature on Cu2O based solar cells by J-V and XPS measurements.

        Kitan 해협의 유동 및 수질구조에 관한 연구

        Kitan 해협을 포함하는 Seto내해(inland sea)에서는 COD, 인 등에 관한 총량규제가 실시됨에도 불구하고 적조현상과 빈산소 수괴 현상이 매년 발생하고 있는데, 그 원인으로서 저니로부터의 용출과 부영양화에 따른 1차 생산의 증가가 주목되고 있다 또한 최근의 조사결과는 수질오염의 원인이 되는 질소와 인과 같은 영양염이 육지뿐만 아니라 태평양으로부터도 유입되고 있다는 것을 보여주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Osaka만과 Kii수로를 연결하는 Kitan해협에 있어서 유동구조와 물질수송구조의 실태를 명확히 밝히기 위해 현지관측을 실시하였으며, 기 출판된 자료와 함께 연구대상 해역의 오염원인을 규명하고자 하였다. 현지조사는 1999년부터 2002년 사이에 걸쳐 실시되었으며, 자료의 획득은 각 계절을 대표하는 2월, 5월, 8월, 11월에 각각 이루어졌다. The damage of water quality like red tide occurs every year inspite of the total load regulation of pollutant inflows from land such as COD, phosphorus and so on around Seto inland sea in Japan. It is attributed to the increase of primary production due to eutrophication. and the rising and settling from the sediment containing nutrient salt. Furthermore, the recent research shows that nutrient salt such as nitrogen and phosphorus, flows into Kii channel from land as well as the Pacific ocean. To investigate the distribution of water quality and flow and residual current in Kitan strait, the field observations were carried out. The field data were obtained a time each season from 1999 to 2002. The results of observations and data of other research institution are used to understand the mechanism of pollution in the strait.

      • 대규모 시설에서 이용가능한 미활용 에너지의 부존량과 그 이용 가능성에 관한 조사연구-하천수.해수.하수처리수를 중심으로

        While the demand for energy has shown a sharp increase recently, the supply seems to be limited by the fact that the conventional fossil fuel energy or nuclear energy has its own environmental problems such as, for example, global warming or nuclear waste disposal. To overcome such limited supply of energy, the utilization of natural thermal energy such as river water and seawater as well as treated sewage can be a substantial supplement. The potential use of the unused energy has become more and more feasible these days as the heat pump technology has been advanced. In the present study, the unused energy resources are estimated on regional and monthly basis for each resource by the method proposed here in order to establish the fundamental data for its utilization. The potential use of the unused energy is a1so discussed.

      • 척골측 전완부 감각유리 피판술을 이용한 요도협착의 치료

        In the treatment of urethral stricture, many problems still remain with the current methods making it a field of further exploration for reconstructive surgeon. Furthermore, when total or multiple strictures of the penile urethra exist, the methods of surgery become difficult due to a necessity for a long neourethra. Introduction of vascularized free flap has broadened the choice and improved the results of reconstruction for the urethra. The authors used a sensate ulnar forearm free flap in a patient with multiple penile urethral strictures for reconstruction. Uroflowmetry, 30 months after surgery, revealed that maximal flow rate was 15.5 ml/sec, average flow rate was 9.5 ml/sec, and voided volume was 157 ml. A urethrogram was performed 30 months postoperatively and a good result was achieved. The ulnar forearm free flap used by the authors are thin and pliable and is good for providing sufficient length to reconstruct the neourethra for a long urethral defect.

      • 복단면 개수로의 간이 유량 평가식

        The principal feature of water motion in rivers with flood plains is the interaction between the flows of the main channel and the flood plain. The interaction depends on the variation of hydraulic factors such as the flow depth, the width ratio of flood plain and main channel and the roughness difference between the main channel and the flood plain. Therefore, traditional discharge formulae for uniform flow such ad Chezy's and Manning' s have been found to give inaccurate results in the case of compound channel flows. In the study, the velocity and shear stress distributions in compound channels with equal roughness throughout the perimeter and the effects of momentum exchange between the main channel flow and the flood plain flow are investigated through some experiments. On the basis of several experimental results including published results. a simple method for evaluating the discharge in the compound channel is proposed and the possibility as a new discharge formula is discussed.
