공항 보안요원의 감정노동과 관리자의 리더십 유형, 직무스트레스와 조직몰입 및 조직유효성의 구조적 관계

본 연구의 목적은 공항 보안요원의 감정노동과 관리자의 리더십 유형, 직무스트레스와 조직몰입 그리고 조직유효성의 구조적 관계를 규명함으로써, 감정노동의 사각지대에 있는 공항 보안요원의 근무환경 개선과 조직 효율성에 대한 관리자의 리더십 중요성을 인식하고 더욱 개선된 방안을 구축하기 위한 기초적인 자료를 제시하는데 있다. 연구대상은 인천국제공항에 근무하고 있는 보안요원들을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 총 350부 중 불성실하게 응답하였다고 판단되는 35부의 설문지를 제외하고 총 315부(90.0%)를 유효 표본으로 사용하였다. 자료처리는 IBM SPSS Statistics 21, IBM AMOS 21 프로그램을 사용하여 연구대상의 인구통계학적 특성을 알아보기 위하여 빈도분석을 실시하였고, 공항 보안요원의 감정노동과 관리자의 리더십 유형, 직무스트레스와 조직몰입 그리고 조직유효성 요인의 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증을 위해 탐색적 요인분석을 실시한 후 확인적 요인분석, 판별타당도, Cronbach’s α, 개념신뢰도, 평균분산추출(AVE)을 실시하였다. 또한 각 요인 간의 연관성을 분석하기 위하여 상관관계분석을 실시하였으며, 마지막으로 변인 간의 인과관계를 검증하기 위해 구조방정식 모형을 이용한 경로분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공항 보안요원의 감정노동은 직무스트레스에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공항 보안요원의 감정노동은 조직몰입에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공항 보안요원의 감정노동은 조직유효성에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 관리자의 리더십 유형은 직무스트레스에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 관리자의 리더십 유형은 조직몰입에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 관리자의 리더십 유형은 조직유효성에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 직무스트레스는 조직몰입에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여덟째, 직무스트레스는 조직 유효성에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 아홉째, 조직몰입은 조직유효성에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study aims at providing fundamental data and information on airport security agent by studying what effects of emotional labor and leadership type on job stress, organizational commitment and effectiveness in Incheon international airport. The survey was done through 350 employees in Incheon international airport and excluding 35 copies ran an analysis on the remaining 315(90.0%) copies. After question investigating the data which is collected used IBM SPSS statistics 21 and IBM AMOS 21 program, frequency analysis was used in order to acquire demographic characteristics. Exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, discriminant validity, Cronbach’s α, construct reliability(CR), averaged variance extracted(AVE) were used in order to verify. Cronbach’s α, Correlation analysis, path analysis through Structural Equation Model(SEM). The result of this study were as follows. First, airport security agent’s emotional labor showed (+) effects on job stress. Second, airport security agent’s emotional labor showed (-) effects on organizational commitment. Third, airport security agent’s emotional labor showed (-) effects on organizational effectiveness. Fourth, manager’s leadership type showed (-) effects on job stress. Fifth, manager’s leadership type showed (+) effects on organizational commitment. Sixth, manager’s leadership type showed (+) effects on organizational effectiveness. Seventh, job stress showed (-) effects on organizational commitment. Eighth, job stress showed (-) effects on organizational effectiveness. Ninth, organizational commitment showed (+) effects on organizational effectiveness.

We report a waveguide-to-microstrip transition based a probe structure for use in millimeter-wave RF modules. The proposed waveguide-to-microstrip transition is composed of a microstrip probe and a rectangular waveguide. The microstripline is realized using a low-loss substrate made of pure teflon. Design parameters of the transition are optimized using numerical simulation. The fabricated back-to-back transition exhibits reflection coefficient of -24 ㏈ and transmission coefficient of -0.4 ㏈

신호 흐름도를 이용한 원형도파관 Groove 편파기 성능 해석

In this paper, characteristics of a mono-groove polarizer in a circular waveguide are analyzed using the signal flow graph. The incident electric field vector is decomposed into vertical and horizontal mode vectors relative to the groove, and a signal flow graph is constructed for the evaluation of the input reflection coefficient and the axial ratio. For each mode, the scattering matrix representing the discontinuity effect on the waveguide-groove junction and the phase constant in the grooved waveguide are obtained using a commercial software, which are then used in the evaluation of the reflection and transmission coefficients. A formula for the groove length is obtained from the equation for the transmission coefficient. A sample polarizer is designed using the developed formula. The performance of the designed polarizer is evalusted using the signal flow graph and compared with the simulation by a commercial software verifying the validity of the proposed method.
