들깨잎의 품종에 따른 성분분석 및 생리활성물질 탐색

The biochemical components of Namcheondlggae, Miryangdlkkae 25, Boradlggae and Ipdlkkae 1 were measured. The samples were extracted with hot water, 60% acetone or 80% ethanol for screening physiological activity. The crude protein content (4.36%) was found in the Miryangdlkkae 25 and calcium content (497.5 mg%) was found in the Namcheondlggae among the tested 4 perilla leaves. Fructose was 30.86 mg% in the Namcheondlggae and free amino acids at all perilla leaves was detected seventeen. In Boradlggae, glutamic acid and alanin were 25.37 and 11.91 mg%. Totally nine non-volatile organic acids were also detected and the contents of malic acid and glutaric acid were 28.34 and 14.57 mg% in Boradlggae. The Miryangdlkkae 25 had the highest vitamin C amount which was 113.24 mg%. Angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibition activity of 80% ethanol extract of Boradlggae was 46.71%. Electron donating activity of 60% acetone extract from Namcheondlggae was the strongest inhibition activity as 98.19% when 200ppm level of the sample extracts were added.

탄약종합군수지원 업무체계 발전에 관한 연구

종합군수지원은 미래전쟁에 효과적으로 대응하고 원활한 군수지원 활동을 통해 전쟁을 승리로 이끄는데 기여하기 위 함에 있다. 미래전쟁은 현대전에 비해 매우 복잡하고 고도의 전략과 전술을 구사하며 첨단무기체계를 동원한 강도 높은 전쟁으 로 발전할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 종합군수지원의 한 분야인 탄약종합군수지원의 발전을 통해 효과적인 군수지원이 이루어지기 를 바라고, 단계별 업무체계와 수행업무, 탄약종합군수 지원요소에 대해 고찰하고, 탄약종합군수지원업무와 관련한 문제 점을 도출하여 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다. Integrated Logistics Support can effectively respond to future wars and through the smooth logistics support activities bring a win in wars. Future warfare is very complex compare to Modern Warfare and required high level of strategies and tactics. Also, it is expected that the future war will be high-intensity war using high-tech weapon systems. Therefore, in this study, I look forward to the effective logistic support through the development of ammunition integrated logistics support which is a part of integrated logistics support(ILS). In addition, by studying a step-by-step system and supporting element of ammunition integrated logistics support, we can find the errors related to ammunition integrated logistics support system and suggest the direction to improve the system.

드러머 아니카 닐즈의 잇단음표 활용 분석

최근의 대중음악은 청중들이 접하기 쉽고, 간단하며 반복적인 스타일로 만들어진다. 독일의 드러머 아니카 닐즈는 기존 음악 스타일과 다른, 음악에서 자주 쓰이지 않는 다섯 잇단음표, 일곱 잇단음표, 아홉 잇단음표를 활용하여 자신의 음악과 연주를 창의적으로 표현했다. 본 연구의 목적은 아니카 닐즈가 활용한 잇단음표들의 활용을 분석하고 그에 따른 효과를 도출해 앞으로의 음악에서 발전 가능성을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 연구 방법은 잇단음표를 크게 다섯, 일곱, 아홉 잇단음표의 세 가지 분류로 나누어 각각 활용된 기법에 대해 분석한다. 본 연구는 음악에서 주로 쓰이지 않는 잇단음표들을 활용한 아니카 닐즈의 연주 기법을 분류하고 분석하여 다양한 활용 방안을 제시했다. 아니카 닐즈는 잇단음표의 특징을 돋보이게 표현하고 그에 따라 연주했다. 여러 가지 기법을 적용한 것으로 보아 그것들을 활용한 그녀의 연주는 충분한 연구적 가치가 있음을 알 수 있다. Recent popular music is made in an easy, simple, and repetitive style for the audience. German drummer Anika Niles, has creatively expressed her music and performance using Quintuplet, Septuplet, and Nonuplet that are not often used in music, different from traditional music styles. The purpose of this study is to analyze the use of tuplet used by Anika Nilles and derive the effect accordingly to present the possibility of development in future music. The research method analyzes the techniques used by dividing the consecutive notes into three main categories: five, seven, and nine. This study classified and analyzed her performance techniques using tuplet that are not usually used in music and presented various applications. Anika Nilles expressed the characteristics of tuplet and played them accordingly, and the fact that there are various methods of application showed that her performance technique using them was of sufficient research value.

드럼 세트 연주 시 그립이 연주에 미치는 복합적 영향 분석

Drum Set are representative instruments that use grips in modern popular music. Depending on how and how clearly you hold the basic grip, it also affects your performance ability. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses of each grip, derive the resulting complex effects, and present practical application plans to the drummers. The research method is largely divided into traditional and matched grips, and in detail, German, American, French, and hybrid styles are included to analyze the performance method utilized. It also refers to the grip method of all drummers from the 1930s to the present, which was registered in Drummer World, an overseas drum site. This study proposed several application plans by classifying and analyzing the most basic grip methods in drum set in detail. I was able to see that the performance impact was different depending on the grip, and I think it will be more helpful for future performances if I understand both the positive and adverse functions of each grip and play it. 드럼은 현대 대중음악에서 그립을 활용하는 대표적인 악기이다. 기본 그립을 어떠한 방식으로, 얼마나 확실하게 잡는지에 따라 연주 능력에 영향을 주기도 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 각 그립의 특징과 장, 단점을 분석하고 그에 따른 복합적 영향을 도출해 연주자들에게 실질적인 활용방안을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 연구 방법은 크게 트래디셔널 그립과 매치드 그립으로 나누고 세부적으로 저먼, 아메리칸, 프렌치 스타일과 하이브리드 스타일을 포함해 활용한 연주 방법에 대해 분석한다. 또한 해외 전문 드럼 사이트인 드러머 월드에 등재된 1930년대부터 현재까지 모든 드러머의 그립 방법을 참고한다. 본 연구는 드럼 세트에서 가장 기본 시 되는 그립 방법을 세부적으로 분류하고 분석하여 여러 활용방안을 제시했다. 그립에 따라 연주적 영향이 다른 것을 알 수 있었으며 각 그립의 순기능과 역기능을 모두 이해하고 연주를 한다면 앞으로의 연주에 한층 더 도움이 될 것이다.

반응표면분석을 이용한 들깨잎차 볶음처리의 최적화

Response surface methodology (RSM) was applied in roasting processes of perilla leaves to develop a high quality perilla leaf tea. The Hunter color parameters and electron donating ability were monitored to optimize organoleptic properties of perilla leaf tea. The roasting processes were based on the central composite design with primary variables-roasting temperature (140~220oC), time (5~25 min), and reaction variables-sensory test, electron donating ability. From the variables, the roasting condition was optimized using statistical analysis system (SAS) program as developing the functional tea using perilla leaf. Hunter color L and b values of the powdered samples increased with the roasting processes, but Hunter color a value decreased. Electron donating ability was influenced by roasting temperature (p<0.01) and time (p<0.01), and optimum condition selected was at 220oC for 15 min with coefficient of determinations (R2) above 0.98. After preference test of perilla leaf tea using parameter of taste, color, and flavor, we can estimate that the optimal roasting condition of preilla leaf for function tea manufacturing are 210~220oC for 10~20 min by response surface methodology (RSM). Tyrosinase, xanthine oxidase and electron donating ability were 10.14, 14.37 and 59.19% of perilla leaf tea.

현대인의 일상은 인터넷으로 시작한다고 해도 과언이 아닐 것이다. 오늘의 정치, 문화, 경제, 예술 등의 다양한 뉴스를 접하고 이메일을 통해 자신과 관련된 정보를 수집한다. 메신저를 통해 필요한 의사소통을 하고, 쇼핑, 교육 등 인터넷은 공기와 물과 같은 존재가 되어 버렸다. 이러한 변화는 정보를 전달하는 웹사이트 환경에도 영항을 준다. 효율적인 정보 전달을 위해 속도의 극대화, 인터페이스의 펀리성 등 시각적인 웹디자인의 발달도 더 세부적이고 과학적인 방법으로 웹 환경을 변화 시키고 있다. 본 연구는 점차 늘어가고 있는 온라인 웹사이트의 환경에서 웹디자이너들의 세대에 따른 색채사용의 중요성을 인식하고 세대별 색채에 관한 연관성을 알아보기 위해 노인과 정소년 아동을 대상으로 문헌조사를 하였고 이를 통해 세대간의 특성을 알아보고 선호색채를 살펴보았다. 또한 현재 사용되고 있는 웹사이트들의 색채경항을 분석하여 각 세대별 색채경향을 과학적으로 정량화하고 5 배색 분석을 통해 추출된 색채의 결과값을 문헌적 연구와 부합성을 검증해 보았다. 이런 과정을 통해 웹디자인에 응용될 수 있는 색조 팔레트를 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 웹 사이트를 제작할 때 적절한 색채계획을 제공함으로써 최근 웹 사이트의 개인화의 중요성과 더불어 웹 디자인 제작 시 연령에 따른 감성적 만족도를 제고시킬 수 있는 디자인 방항을 파악하는데 유용하게 활용할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 효과적인 색채계획을 세워 디자이너 자신의 주관적 감성의 특징을 보다 객관화 시켜 세대별 사용자와의 원활한 소통을 형성하고 향상 시킬 수 있는 기반을 마련하여 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study examined the characteristics of the colors of the aged, teenagers and kids for each generation and the favorite colors of each generation through a bibliographical study. In addition, it quantified the trends of colors for each generation scientifically analyzing the trends of colors in the web sites currently in operation, and compared the values of the results drawn out through 5 colorations analysis to the bibliographical study. It purposed to suggest a palette of color tone based on this applicable to web design.
