애니메이션 얼굴 이미지의 선호 피부색

선호 피부색은 색 재현 분야에서 중요한 주제로 긴 역사를 바탕으로 방대한 연구가 축적되어 있다. 그러나 애니메이션에서의 선호 피부색은 연구된 사례가 별로 없다. 최근 제안되었던 캐릭터의 피부색을 중심으로한 애니메이션 색채 설계(한혜진·이성은, 2014)를 발전시키기 위해, 실제 피부색과는 다른 경향을 가진 애니메이션에서 선호 피부색을 새로운 연구 대상으로 주목할 필요가 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 애니메이션 얼굴 이미지의 선호되는 피부색을 알아보고자 했다. 첫째, 실제 일본의 스튜디오 지브리에서 제작된 애니메이션에 쓰이고 있는 피부색의 범위를 조사했다. 조사방법으로 고정된 모니터에 애니메이션 화면을 띄우고 휘도계로 측색을 실시했다. 측색 결과, 실제 피부색의 측색치보다 범위가 넓어져 있어 피부색에 대한 강한 기억색의 영향을 확인했다. 둘째, 애니메이션 얼굴 이미지의 선호 피부색을 순위상관법을 이용하여 조사했다. 실험 방법으로 피험자에게 동일한 조건에서 애니메이션의 얼굴 이미지와 사각형의 색표를 이용하여 선호하는 피부색의 순위를 매기게 했다. 각각의 매겨진 순위를 이용하여 스페어만순위상관계수(Spearman’s Rank Correlation Coefficient)를 계산했다. 자극에 따른 순위상관계수를 비교한 결과, 애니메이션 얼굴 이미지와 사각형 색표에서 선호 피부색이 다른 경향을 띤다는 것이 나타났다. 애니메이션 얼굴 이미지에서도 선호 피부색이 존재한다는 것이 심리물리학적인 실험을 통하여 확인되었다. 더불어 애니메이션 제작을 위한 색 재현 데이터베이스화의 가능성을 확인했다. The study of preferred skin color has been accumulated based on long history, because of important theme in color reproduction. However, preferred skin color in animation has been hardly researched. For developing a proposal of color planning for film image based on character’s skin color(Han&Lee, 2014), the study of preferred skin color in animation, which has unique trends differed from real skin color’s one, is needed to pay attention as a new theme. In this study, preferred skin color in animation will be clarified. Firstly, skin colors in Japanese studio ghibli’s animation were investigated for making sure of the range of skin color in real animation fields. Showing still images of animations on a monitor, skin colors of the images were measured by a luminance meter. Because skin colors’ in the animations were wider than real skin colors’ one, strong effects of memory color could be considered. Secondly, preferred skin color of animation facial images was researched by rank order method. In the same experiment’s condition, subjects determined the raking of preferred skin color using facial images and rectangle color chips. The ranked orders of preferred skin color were calculated as Spearman"s rank correlation coefficient. The differences between facial images and rectangle color chips were identified, comparing the rank correlation coefficients. Through the psychological physical experiment, existences of preferred skin color in animation were ensured. Moreover, possibilities to database for color reproduction of animations were identified.

Pregancy is a part of women's life and is common process experienced by most women. On the other hand, a few cannot be pregnant. There are many reasons of infertility and myoma uteri of pelvic mass is a rare reason of infertility. Complication of pregnancy accompanied with myoma uteri is largely affected by the size or location of mass and the incidence by myoma uteri in pregnancy rarely happened, but mass with long pedunculus causes torsion as uterus is getting bigger. In labor myoma uteri causes the abnormal condition of fetal presentation and results in the abnormal childbirth. In case of myoma uteri, maternal mortality is low and there by medical hazards also decrease, but as the life insurance medical is the extensive prediction science, we believe that the prediction of perinatal or the condition of afterbirth by knowing the location, size of myoma uteri contributes to the medical examination. We experienced one case of Elderly primigravida with myoma uteri in Med Dept of Dae Han Kyouk life Insurance Co. Ltd. which the insured with medical examination believe herself as menopause. So we report the observations with studies.

신질환(腎疾患) 132례(例)의 초음파진단(超音波診斷)

The conclusions which was acquired one renal cell carcinoma and renal disease 132 cases that was tested renal echogram among 4,499 cases for recent 16 months at medical department, Dae Han Kyoyuk Insurance company from August, 1984 to November, 1985 are as follows: 1. On bur ultrasonography, the echo of tumor was demonstrated with echogenicity as compared with renal parenchyme. 2. The case was stage I by Robson's modification method for pathologic histology. 3. There is no fever, typical triad of renal cell carcinoma and the result of serum biochemical test was within normal limit. 4. The frequency with disease was renal cell carcinoma(0.76%), ureteral stone(1.5%), multicystic kidney(2.27%), hydroureter(2.27%), Bilateral poly cystic kidney(4.55%), hydronephrosis(4.55%), renal agenesis(6.06%) renal calculi(18.18%), simple cyst(60.61%). 5. The frequency with age was 55/1200 case(4.58%) in $41{\sim}50$ years, 13/296 cases(4.39%) in $51{\sim}60$ years, 43/2144 cases(2.01%) in $31{\sim}40$ years, 14/791 cases(1.77%) in $21{\sim}30$ years, 7/53 cases(1.32%) more than 61 years and 0/15(0%) under 20 years. 6. The affected site of renal agenesis 8 cases was right side all. 7. In total renal disease 132 cases, the affected site of 126 cases except bilateral polycystic kidney 6 cases was right kidney 72 cases, left kidney the proportion of right to left 1.6:1 8. In total renal disease 132 cases except bilateral polycystic kidneys 6 cases, the patients affected with both side kidneys were 14 cases. 9. The affection rate with sex in total renal disease 132 cases was 98/2860 cases in male, 34/1819 cases in female and the former was about 2 times than the latter. 10. Classifying the stone with part, nephrolithiasis 24 cases were appeared high frequency, on the contray, ureteral stone 2 cases. 11. 2 cases of ureteral stone developed complication, hydronephrosis and hydroureter. 12. The linear array type transducer was not helpful for the diagnosis of lower ureteral calculi but for the lower ureteral calculi, we could see the stone with high echo in accompanying with acoustic shadowing. 13. In 24 cases of renal calculi, both side nephrolithiasis was 3 cases(12.5%). 14. In renal calculi, solitary stone could be seen extremely much and the number of stone was so much variable from 2 to 10. 15. In 26 cases with renal calculi and ureteral stone, the common clinical manifestation was a intermittent and slight pain. 16. In 80 cases of renal cyst, as one's get older, the affection rate of cyst extremely rised. 17. In bilateral polycystic kidney, large cyst had septum on the whole. 18. The patients with complication were 14 cases(10.6%) of total patients.

위세포암(胃細胞癌) 1례(例)의 초음파상(超音波像)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

We had experienced very rare a case of renal cell carcinoma through ultrasonic diagnosis, september, 1985 at medical dept. Dae Han Kyoyuk Ins. Company. The conclusions that we gained, making a comparative-analysis of operation's view and ultrasonic view are as follows; 1. Echolucent area which was $0.6cm^2$ size in the center of tumor was shown by ultrasonography, we noticed it occured necrosis or cystic change and the extracts grossly after. operation accorded with ultrasonic view. 2. Tumor was 65mm in diameter on ultrasonography and made clear 55mm in diameter after operation 3. There was not fever, anemia, even typical triad of renal cell carcinoma, blood pressure was within normal limits. 4. The case was stage I by Robson's Modification method. 5. The case was clear cell type by classifying of histology. 6. The affected site was left side and origin was lower pole of the kidney. 7. After radical nephrectomy, until present prognosis was favorable and he exists.

수막뇌류(髓膜腦瘤)를 수반(隨伴)한 선천성뇌수종(先天性腦水腫) 1례(例)의 초음파소견(超音波所見)에 관한 보험의학적(保險醫學的) 연구(硏究)

Ultrasonographic examination in the obstetrics not only makes easy of the diagnosis of Hydrocephalus, placenta previa, anencephalus and ectopic pregnancy, etc, but also guaranteed its excellence in the diagnosis of women gynecology disease. Especially in case that it doesn't affect radiation hazard on the embryo, its efficiency keeps increasing and it is spotlighted to many clinic doctors. Even though in general hospital we often observe congenital hydrocephalus in Med. Dept. which entirly undergoes the medical examination to the insured, we don't observe even the women delivered with child and it is very difficult to find a rare congenital hydrocephlus throughout other present insurance companies. We inspected a congenital hydrocephalus, which other medical equipments of present insurance companies have many difficulties in the medical examination, accompanied by meningoencephalocele by ultrasonic diagnosis. We analyzed and compared the data by ultrasonic diagnosis with that of surgical diagnosis and the results are follows; 1) We could correctly describe meningoencephalocele by ultrasonic diagnosis. 2) It was able to be diagnosed in LMP 22 weeks. 3) BPD has about 10 mm higher than normal value in LMP 22 weeks. 4) Dilatation of lateral ventricle was observed in LMP 22 weeks. 5) As paralled with ultrasonic diagnosis in pregnancy medical examination, accepting declines including the risk rate can be restrained.

This article is a preliminary study on guide words presented along with the vocabulary in the International Standard Curriculum of Korean Language. This study compares the vocabulary grades of the selected ㅈwords divided into six grades with those of the guide words and analyzes the format of guide words. The study is to examine the aspect of the guide words. To this end, we divided the guide words into word phrases, checked the vocabulary grades and parts of speech for each word phrase, and examined the aspect of guide words for each grade of the selected vocabulary and the presentation format of the guide words. It was used the vocabulary of the same grade as the vocabulary chosen for the guide words. Still, there were also guide words that used a vocabulary of a higher grade than the grade of the selected vocabulary. When looking at guide words with two-word phrases, such as the principle of presentation, based on the part-of-speech standard, they were trying to compose the guide words according to the presenting principle of guide words.

뮤지컬 문화공연 콘텐츠의 원소스 멀티유즈 활용방안

뮤지컬 문화공연 시장 규모의 확대로 인해 다양한 뮤지컬 작품을 관객들은 원하고 있으며, 이에 뮤지컬 문화공연 콘텐츠의 OSMU의 활용이 중요하다. 이러한 활용방안으로 첫째, 뮤지컬 문화공연 콘텐츠는 역사, 설화, 문학, 국악, 영상(드라마), 영화, 무용, 댄스 등의 다양한 소스(작품)들의 상호 조합으로 새로운 멀티 유즈로의 활용이다. 따라서 뮤지컬의 문화공연 콘텐츠의 OSMU의 활용을 위해서는 다양한 뮤지컬 소재의 발굴과 함께 문화공연 작품의 창작 활동이 중요한 것으로 생각된다. 둘째, 이미 작품화 된 뮤지컬 문화공연 콘텐츠는 다양한 부가가치 가지므로 공연 관련 상품을 가공, 판매를 하는 OSMU로의 활용이다. 이에 공연 기획 단계에서부터 부가 상품 판매에 대한 체계적인 마케팅 전략을 별도로 수립, 티켓판매만이 아닌 다양한 부가 상품 개발을 통해 뮤지컬 문화공연 콘텐츠를 다양한 상품의 형태로 재 판매하는 OSMU 활용방안이 필요하다.

CHO 세포 배양에서 UDP-N-acetylglucosamine의 합성 증진을 통한 albumin-erythropoietin의 시알산 증대

Sialylation is a major factor to determine half-life of glycoproteins and sialic acid content of glycoprotein was effectively increased by supplementation of nucleotide sugar precursors during cell cultures. So it is necessary to investigate the effect on glycan may be different when two or more precursors are fed in combination. Albumin-erythropoietin (Alb-EPO) can form a tetra-antennary structure and up to 14 sialic acids can be attached depending on the antennary structure of glycan. It is possible to increase the sialic acid contents of Alb-EPO by promoting the formation of the antennary structure of glycans. In this study, uridine and N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) were added to Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell cultures to enhance the synthesis of uridine diphosphate N-acetylglucosamine (UDP-GlcNAc). Also, manganese ion, which is a cofactor of glycosyltransferases or UDPGlcNAc biosynthesis, was added in the form of MnCl₂. By optimizing the feeding concentrations of uridine and GlcNAc with response surface methodology based on central composite design to reduce the negative impact on cell growth and productivity. Cell growth was observed similar and then productivity and sialic acid content of Alb-EPO were enhanced 1.21-fold and 1.69-fold higher than that of the control, respectively. These results suggest that the combined feeding of uridine, GlcNAc, and MnCl₂ is an effective strategy to enhance the sialic acid content of glycoproteins in CHO cell cultures.
