현대 사회를 살아가는 사람들은 각종 스트레스에 노출되어 있다. 불안한 미래와 과다한 업무, 가족 간의 불화, 각종 사회적 위험요소가 팽배한 현실에서 현대인들이 받은 스트레스는 회피할 수도, 저항할 수도 없는 삶의 과정에서 자연스럽게 나타나는 것이다. 심한 스트레스는 우리의 정신적인 안정을 깨뜨리고 불안감과 긴장감을 유발한다. 스트레스는 정신건강을 해치는 주범이 되기도 하지만 그렇다고 스트레스가 모두 다 해로운 것만은 아니다. 스트레스는 어려움을 극복하게 하고, 목표를 성취하도록 힘을 주며, 동기를 유발시키고 삶의 활력을 불어넣기도 한다. 따라서 건설적일 수도 있고, 파괴적일 수도 있는 스트레스를 어떻게 다루는가에 따라 우리의 건강과 행복을 크게 영향을 받게 된다. 이번 10월호에서는 고디 안산병원 한창수 교수와 한국 심리적성센터 전현두 원장의 도움말로 스트레스에 관해 자세히 알아본다.

하이브리드형 로봇의 동역학적 모델링과 해석에 관한 연구

A dynamic modeling, analysis, and optimum design issues for the Hybrid type of robot are addressed. The dynamic modelling can be used to describe acceleration and velocity properties of the system explicitly in terms of the actuating forces is coded in C language based on kinematic influence coefficients(KIC). By using this modelling simulation, the actuating forces needed for the robot follows the given trajectory are calculated. Also, for the design concept, the optimum geometric configuration of the system the minimizes the maximum actuating forces is found by using the optimization technique.

K-IFRS 고객충성제도 관련 부가가치세 과세의 문제점과 개선방안

This paper suggests reform policies about imposition of value added tax(VAT) on the currentK-IFRS customer loyalty programs in Korean companies. To do this, The study investigates theimposition problems of VAT on the current customer loyalty programme in K-IFRS. This paper assumes that double taxation occurs in Korean value added Tax on the portion ofaward credits(mileage or points etc) which customer have in the first purchasing. In KoreanVAT practice, VAT is also imposed on award credits which is disappeared or not used forpurchasing. In principle, VAT should be taxed on the supply of goods or services, However, the doubletaxation is occurred in the practice of VAT on the unused or disappeared award credits. It alsooccurs double taxation by levying the VAT on the Award Credits on first sales and the VAT ofAwards Credits usage later. Some of previous researches and some proposed VAT laws insist that VAT must be imposedfor the Award Credits on first sales, that has to be excluded from the taxed base in using theright Award Credits, but it has been confirmed that the portion of Award Credit on first sale hasto be exclusive of taxed base, and taxed base inclusive in using later as the proper method ofK-IFRS and Value Added Tax Law according to K-IFRS and article 4 (taxed articles), article15 (goods supply time), article 16 (service supply time) in the laws of VAT, and theenforcement of ordinance of same law. This paper suggests reforms on VAT practice and statutory about VAT of award credits onfirst sales that VAT law should be not be taxed on the inclusion of future sales but on the firstsale basis. 본 연구에서는 현행 고객충성제도 관련 K-IFRS 운영 및 부가가치세 부과의 문제점을 검토하고 개선방안을 제시하였다. 현행 고객충성제도 관련 보상점수(마일리지 또는 포인트 등)를 최초 매출시 부가가치세 과세표준에 포함시키고 있어, 사용되지 않고 소멸되는 부분에 대한 부가가치세 과세문제가 발생한다. 부가가치세 과세대상은 재화나 용역의 공급인데 공급되지도 않은 부분에 대한 부가가치세 과세는 개선되어야 할 것이다. 또한 최초 매출시에 부여된 보상점수에 부가가치세를 과세하고 이후 보상점수를 사용시 부가가치세를 과세함으로써 이중과세의 문제가 발생한다. 일부 선행연구 및 “부가가치세법 일부개정법률안”에서 최초 매출시에 부여되는 보상점수에는부가가치세를 과세를 하고 이후 보상점수를 사용시에 과세표준에서 제외해야 한다는 주장을 하고 있으나 K-IFRS 및 부가가치세법 제4조(과세대상), 제15조(재화의 공급시기), 제16조(용역의 공급시기) 및 동법 시행령에 비추어 볼 때 최초 매출시 부여되는 보상점수 부분은 과세표준에서 제외를 하고 이후 사용시 과세표준에 포함시켜 과세 하는 것이 K-IFRS나 부가가치세법에 적정한 방법임을 확인하였다. 개선방안으로는 부가가치세법에 최초 매출시에 부여되는 보상점수부분은 과세표준에서 제외를 하고 사용이 될 때 과세표준에 포함시켜 과세하는 규정을 명문화하여 운영함이 필요함을 제안한다.

Steering system is most important for vehicle in safety and driving feel. However, testing using real car to improve steering feel is often difficult in aspect to repeatability, safety and money. Repeatability in testing steering system is very important because steering feel for driver is variable according to the environment condition. And steering testing of vehicle is so dangerous that driver may not concentrate in testing. In this paper, the steering system simulator using front part of steering and suspension system was developed. We can test the electric power steering system for the light weight vehicle using this simulator cheap, safely and repeatably.

조향감을 고려한 자동차용 전동조향장치의 퍼지제어기의 개발

The test method using simulator to objectively measure the steering fell from several drivers was proposed. It has also described the ideas to analyse the principal factors affecting the steering feel of the driver using the correlation analysis of the measured data and questionnaire. Proportional Derivative(PD) controller has been used to measure the steering feel, and the control parameters have been selected to obtain the optimal steering feel. Membership functions of Sugeno fuzzy model are constructed from the assist torque values calculated from PD controller at each steering state. Moreover to verify the performance, this fuzzy controller has been compared with the another fuzzy controller of membership functions are derived from the knowledge of drivers. As a result, it can be concluded that the proposed fuzzy controller improves the steering feel at each steering stat move than any other conventional methods.
