문화예술 인력 고용형태별 직무특성과 정서적 몰입 차이:고용형태의 조절 효과를 중심으로

연구의 목적은 문화예술 인력의 고용형태별 직무특성과 정서적 몰입의 효과성을 파악하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 공공(대중)의 삶의 질, 문화향유 향상을 위해 문화예술을 매개로 수요자 특성에 맞는 프로그램을 개발하는 역할, 그리고 지역의 문화자원을 바탕으로 기획 및 행정관리 업무 담당자를 연구대상으로 설정 하였다. 전국 7개 유형의 문화시설 및 단체(공연장, 미술관, 박물관, 도서관, 문화원, 문화의 집, 문화예술단체) 총 627명의 정규직 근로자와 비정규직인 장기임시 근로자를 대상으로 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 위계적 회귀분석을 하였고, 가설 검증 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정규직 근로자가 비정규직 근로자보다 직무 다양성과 정서적 몰입이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 직무 정체성과 다양성, 중요성 모두 정서적 몰입에 정(+)의 영향관계로 드러났다. 셋째, 고용형태(정규직=1, 비정규직=0)는 직무특성과 정서적 몰입 관계에서 조절효과가 나타났는데 정규직은 비정규직에 비해 직무중요성 지각을 높게 할수록 정서적 몰입이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 토대로 시사점과 후속 과제가 논의되었다. This study focuses on examining the relationship between job characteristics and affective commitment according to an arts and culture specialist’s employment types. First of all, through previously conducted studies on the 3 factors of each job characteristic and affective commitment. The data was collected from 627 employees who work in arts & culture facilities and the fields of program planning & administration. The research model was conducted with a independent sample t-test, correlation and hierarchical regression. Research has shown that regular workers who have job variety and job significance tend to increase their affective commitment. And in addition to that, there is a moderating effect according to the employment types with job characteristics(job significance) having an influence on affective commitment. As a result, the determinants of affective commitment differ with respect to the type of employment and that the effects of task reward from an enriched job depend a great deal on the work status of the job holder.

패스트푸드 키오스크 영양정보의 투명성과 정보품질이 고객 행동에 미치는 영향

This study examined the perception and behavior of fast food restaurant customers toward ordering kiosk nutrition information. Specifically, the influence of nutrition information transparency and information quality on behavioral intention and revisit intention were identified. In addition, the difference in the nutrition information transparency and information quality was analyzed according to the health consciousness of the customers. The study employed a self-administered survey that was distributed both online and offline from November 8∼22, 2018. The sample of the study was customers who had experienced ordering from the kiosk in a fast food restaurant in the six months prior to taking the survey. A total of 250 (98.0%) respondents completed the survey, which was used for data analysis. As a result, there was a significant relation between transparency and nutrition information quality (P<0.001). The higher the visibility and inferability of the nutrition information, the better the nutrition information quality. Nutrition information quality has a significant impact on the levels of customer satisfaction and revisit intention (P<0.001). For the differences in the transparency and nutrition information quality by health consciousness of customers, the results indicated that groups with high health consciousness (3.74 or higher) perceived a higher transparency and nutritional information quality than those with a lower health consciousness. These findings can form the basis of a strategy in developing nutrition information of ordering kiosks in restaurants. In addition, it can be applied to academia and industry.

The purpose of this study is to suggest unit design considerations for college student's rental houses. To achieve this purpose, life pattern, residential space usage and housing needs were investigated. Data were collected by in-person interviews. Interview participants were 37 single undergraduate students living near the Shinchon station subway line 2. Subjects were selected by housing types-a Gosiwon, a boarding house or an one-room house-. Qualitative approaching method was used, and quantitative analysis was additionally employed to count keyword found during the interviews. SPSS window version 14.0 was used for the descriptive statistics and the analysis of the items with multi-response analysis. The major findings are as follows; a personal space for each resident with a common kitchen and a bathroom was mostly desired for the unit. Therefore, Two diagrams would be used as examples to explain the new concept of unit planning.

Democratic Bards: Whitman and Ko Un

Politically, both Walt Whitman and Ko Un share a similar vision of poetry and the message of democracy because both poets struggle through historical turmoil, try to sing for the common people living in the shifting political climates, and finally forge a national epic of their people en-masse. In addition, while both Whitman and Ko Un are never considered poetically sophisticated, they truly succeed in getting out their vision of democracy by actively engaging in the dialogues and discourses of their times. Thus, this paper illuminates how each poet defines the poet’s role, puts out the democratic principle of ‘the many in one’ and ‘one in the many’ and makes himself as a national bard. Ultimately, this paper celebrates both poets as great monuments of democracy, who will be remembered as representatives of the American and the Korean Sublime.

The Primal Pain of Mothers in Joy Luck Club and Saving Face

Adrienne Rich’s Of Woman Born (1976) has made a huge influence on the feminist studies of motherhood for the past thirty years. Due to Rich's insight, they could separate motherhood as an ideology from mothering as an experience and examine the oppressive aspects of a mother's existence in a patriarchal society. Especially, Rich's conception of the primal pain of mothers allowed them to look into mothers' depression and feeling of alienation from a fresh point of view. Therefore, this essay takes up Rich's theoretical position as a main discursive frame and tries to analyze Chinese mothers' pain represented in Amy Tan's Joy Luck Club and Alice Wu''s Saving Face. By looking into various representations of mothers, this essay ultimately suggests the persistent relevance of Rich's discursive insight on the issue of motherhood and mothering.

워싱턴대학교 소장 한국 고문헌의 현황과 특징

이 글은 2022년도 국립중앙도서관 국외조사사업의 결과를 정리한 것이다. 국립중앙도서관이 고문헌의 범위를 1945년으로 확장한 뒤 처음 이루어진 국외조사사업으로 1910년부터 1945년 사이에 간행된 근대자료를 포함하고 있다. 조사의 결과 1910년 이전 간행된 고문헌이 128종 604책, 1945년 이전에 간행된 근대문헌 252종 434책 등 모두 380종 1,038책이 확인되었다. 고문헌은 개인의 문집이 가장 많은 비중을 차지하고 있었고 근대문헌은 시집과 소설이 가장 많이 소장되어 있었다. 이 가운데 국내에 거의 소개된 적이 없는 희귀본을 선정하여 소개하였다. 판본별로 살펴보면 연활자본이 240종, 목판본 85종, 금속활자본 19종, 필사본 16종, 목활자본 8종, 석인본과 등사본이 각각 5종, 영인본 2종이 포함되어 있었다. 또한 장서인 조사를 통하여 개항을 전후한 시기에 활동하였던 한어역관(漢語譯官)인 김경수(金景遂)의 장서와 국악계의 원로 만당 이혜구(1909-2010)의 장서를 확인하였다. This article summarizes the results of the National Library of Korea’s 2022 overseas research project. This was the first overseas research project conducted after the National Library of Korea expanded the scope of old and rare collection in 1945, and included modern materials published between 1910 and 1945. As a result of the investigation, 1,038 books of 380 types were identified. Among these, there are 604 books of 128 types of old collection published before 1910, and 434 books of 252 types of modern collection published before 1945. The largest collection of old collection was composed of personal works, and the largest collection of modern collection was poetry and novels. Among these, several rare books that have rarely been introduced in Korea were introduced. We looked into the an ownership stamp. The book collection of Kim Gyeong-su, a Chinese language translator who was active around the time the port was opened, was confirmed. A number of books by Lee Hye-gu (1909-2010), a veteran of the Korean traditional music world, were also discovered.

With the spirit of the age shifting toward personal narrative and inner reflection, this paper revises the confessional poetry of Anne Sexton, who honed the art of self-revelation under the tutelage of Robert Lowell. By mastering the art of revealing private episodes of mental illness and confessing raw emotions and feelings caused by them, she fulfills her social responsibility for providing a model of confessing the hardship of fighting the mental illness for a general readership suffering from similar mental illnesses. Thus, through a close reading of Sexton's poems that embodies her strategy of dramatic confession, this paper will examine how she speaks up the themes that the mainstream social system does not want to hear and that are not considered as beautiful by the standards of mainstream literature, such as panic, depression, alcoholism, hallucinations, lesbian identity, loss of love, loss of family, menstruation, abortion, drug addiction, drug treatment, sex, erotic fantasy, religion, suicidal thoughts, and death. In conclusion, by shedding light on the difference of Sexton’s dramatic confessional poetry, this paper suggests Sexton should occupy a rightful place next to Lowell and Plath in the history of contemporary American poetry.
