Rhizoma Arisaematis, Lignum Akebiae, Rhizoma Zedoariae, Cortex Eucommiae, Folium Perillae, Radix Sophorae Subprostratae, Radixi, Radix Ledeboutriellae, Rhizoma Atractylodis, Herba Ephedrae, Radix Puerariae and Radi Aconitx Bupleuri have been used in Korea for many centuries as a treatment for various disease. The purpose of the present study is to determine the effect of several herbs on norepinephrine(NE) induced blood vessel contraction in rabbits and pigs. Rabbit(2 kg, male) were killed by $CO_2$ exposure and a segment (8-10mm) of each rabbit was cut into equal segments and mounted in a tissue bath. Contractile force was measured with force displacement transducers under 2-3 g loading tension. The dose of norepinephrine(NE) which evoked 50% of maximal response $(ED_{50})$ was obtained from cumulative dose response curves for NE $(10^{-6}{\sim}10^{-3}M)$. Contractions evoked by NE $(ED_{50})$ were inhibited significantly by Rhizoma Arisaematis, Lignum Akebiae, Rhizoma Zedoariae, Cortex Eucommiae, Folium Perillae, Radix Sophorae Subprostratae and Herba Ephedrae in abdominal aorta. Contractions evoked by NE $(ED_{50})$ were inhibited significantly be Lignum Akebiae, Rhizoma Zedoariae, Cortex Eucommiae, Herba Ephedrae, Radix Puerariae and Radix Bupleuri in femoral artery. Contractions evoked by NE $(ED_{50})$ were inhibited significantly by Radix Sophorae Subprostratae, Radix Aconiti and Herba Ephedrae in renal artery. These results indicate that each herb can relax NE induced contraction of rabbit and pig blood vessel selectively, and that this relaxation relates to Gui-Gyung(歸經).
시뮬레이션을 활용한 DC형 퇴직연금의 Pension Risk 분석

본 연구는 DC제도에서 근로자가 회사로부터 지급받는 퇴직금 추계액을 사용하여 마련해야할 퇴직금 규모를 설정하였다. 또한 적립금 성장모형을 활용하여 자산의 수익률과 배분에 따른 시뮬레이션 결과로 추계액과 적립금 비교를 통하여 shortfall risk 발생수준을 확률적으로 연구하여 가장 적절한 자산배분포트폴리오를 알아보았다. 이를 위해 2004년부터 2013년까지 KOSPI와 종합채권수익률을 기초로 시뮬레이션 분석을 하였으며 적립금이 추계액보다 부족한 경우와 동일한 경우 2개의 시나리오를 설정하였다. 이를 통해 1기간 동안 주식과 채권의 자산배분에 따라 연금리스크가 발생하지 않을 확률을 확인하였고 연금리스크가 발생하지 않도록 DC가입자, 정부, 기업들이 노력할 것을 제안한다. This study calculates the employee receives severance pay scale are paid from the company in the DC system. In addition, by utilizing the reserve growth model were studied in accordance with shortfall risk levels generated by stochastic asset allocation. For the analysis, from 2004 to 2013 using the KOSPI returns and total bond yields were simulated. Scenario 1 is when compared to the severance reserve is insufficient. Scenario 2 is the same as if toy reserve this severance pay. During one period, depending on the asset allocation of stocks and bonds was confirmed that the probability pension risk does not occur. And we suggest that members of DC pension risk endeavor with the government and companies to avoid.
수종의 Hydroxyapatite coated 골유착성 임프란트의 임상적 연구

Root-form endosseous implants which are in use today have a variety of materials, designs and surface characteristics. Among them, pure titanium surface implants and titanium matrix coated with HA are popular as well as are available in many studies. Rate of clinical success is obviously lower in jaw with cancellous bone than dense bone. In order to increase the rate of success in poor bone quality. More advanced techniques of implant surgery and surface treatment of implant fixture body have been developed. As a successful result, the installation of HA coated implant in bone quality type III or IV became highly successful. Since most clinical studies were performed without knowing the characteristics of HA coated implants, it has been impossible to come up with proper clinical data. Therefore the characterization of HA coated implants is essential to understand long term clinical performance and the predictability of HA coated implant system Our results showed that HA coated implants had the success rate at 93.7% in bone quality type III, IV for 3.8 years, and the fixture of Steri-Oss showed more stability with time.
수종(數種) 한약재(韓藥材)가 기관지평골근(氣管支平滑筋)에 미치는 영향(影響)(I)

Several medicinal Plants in Jeonbuk are screened for the contraction or relaxation to the acetylcholine and histamine induced contraction in the isolated rat and guinea pig's trachea smooth muscle. Contractions evoked by acetylcholine and histamine were inhibited by Flos Farfarae, Poria and Rhizoma alismatis, but contractions were increased Tuber Pinelliae, Herba Chelidonii, Fructus Qusqualis, Radix Asari, Semen Perillae, Folium Artemisiae and Fructus Schizamdrae increased the contractions evoked by acetylcholine and histamine. Radix Puerariae, Radix Osterici Koreani, Rhizoma Zingiberis siccatum, Radix Sanguisorbae, Rhizoma Atractylodis, Fructus gardeniae and Cortex Magnoliae did not effect the contractions evoked by acetylcholine and histamine.
관동화전탕액(款冬花煎湯液)이 기관지평골근(氣管支平滑筋)에 미치는 영향(影響)

Farfarae Flos, a traditional herb medicine, has been used in Korea and China for many centuries as a treatment for respiratory disease. The purpose of the present study was to determine the effect of Farfarae Flos on histamine-induced tracheal smooth muscle contraction in rats. Guinea pigs(500g, female) were killed by CO2 exposure and a segment (8-10mm) of the thoracic trachea from each guinea pig was cut into equal segments and mounted 'in pairs' in a tissue bath. Contractile force was measured with force displacement transducers under 0.5g loading tension. The dose of histamine which evoked 50% of maximal response (ED50) was obtained from cumulative dose response curves for histamine (10-7-10-4M). Contractions evoked by histamine(ED50) were inhibited significantly by Farfarae Flos. The mean percent inhibition was 8.7% after 1.5mg/ml Farfarae Flos, and 33.5% (p<0.05) after 5.0mg/ml Farfarae Flos. Propranolol (10-7M) slightly but significantly attenuated the inhibitory effects of Farfarae Flos. Following treatment with propranolol, the mean percent inhibition caused by 5.0mg/ml Farfarae Flos. Indomethacin and methylene blue (10-7M) did not significantly alter the inhibitory effect of Farfarae Flos. These results indicate that Farfarae Flos can relax histamine-induced contraction of guinea pig tracheal smooth muscle, and that this inhibition involves, in part, symphathetic nerve system.
사이버 침입 탐지 시뮬레이션을 위한 SSFNet 기반 DNS 구현

규모가 방대한 네트워크 상에서 네트워크의 침입과 방어의 효과와 유용성을 알아보기 위해, 실존하는 네트워크 상에서 직접 침입과 방어를 테스트하는 것은 많은 노력과 비용이 든다. 이와 같은 문제점을 극복하기 위해 인터넷 침입의 표현에 필요한 DNS Service를 포함한 네트워크 침입 시뮬레이션을 하기 위한 SSFNet 확장 연구가 진행되었다. 본 연구는 SSFNet에 새로이 추가된 DNS Service 모듈을 이전 연구에서 만들어진 모듈들과 함께 대규모 네트워크 환경에서 네트워크 침입 시뮬레이션을 테스트 하였다. 본 시뮬레이션에서는 1770개 노드로 구성된 네트워크에서 Http 서비스와 DNS 서비스를 제공하는 호스트들을 설정하고, 해당 서비스가 원활히 진행되는지를 살펴보았다.
