        아동상담자의 좌절경험 성찰에 대한 자문화기술지

        본 연구의 목적은 상담 현장에서 아동 상담자가 겪는 좌절 경험을 이해하고, 이를 사회 문화적 성찰로 이끌고자 한 것이다. 이를 위하여 자문화기술지 연구방법으로 상담자인 나의 좌절 경험에 대한 성찰의 과정과 결과를 기술, 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 나는 성찰을 통하여 내가 좌절상황에서 ‘내 탓’과 ‘남 탓’을 하고 있었으며, 그 배경에는 완벽주의 사고가 있다는 점을 발견하였다. 둘째, 나는 성찰을 통하여 나의 문제를 이해하고 수용해 갈 수 있었으며, 이는 내담자 문제에 대한 공감과 수용으로 이어졌다. 셋째, 나는 성찰을 통하여 불확실한 상황에서 기다리며 내담자의 속도에 조율해 갈 수 있는 여유를 갖게 되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 상담의 어려움이나 실패를 단순하게 상담자 개인의 능력이나 기법 혹은 내담자의 문제로 귀인하는 오류를 줄이고, 상담자들이 성찰을 통하여 자기문제를 이해하고 자신을 치료의 도구로 활용하여 내담자의 성장을 도모하는데 기여할 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study is to understand the frustration experienced by the child counselors in the counseling field and to lead them to socio-cultural reflection. For this purpose, I described and analyzed the process and results of my reflection on my frustrated experience as a autoethnographic study. The results of the study are as follows. First, I discovered that I blamed me, or others in frustration and that there was a perfectionism in the background. Second, I was able to understand and accept my problems through reflection, this led to empathy and acceptance of the client issue. Third, I wait in an uncertain situation through reflection and I was able to adjust to the client’s speed. The results of this study suggest that the difficulty or failure of counseling is not attributed to the individual’s ability or technique or client’s problem and It will contribute to the growth of the client by using the counselor as a treatment tool.

        스마트 헬스케어 건강관리 시스템에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we study smart healthcare devices that enable active health care by building health care system with acquaintances or family members rather than single health care. The company develops health care services for families regardless of age and gender through intuitive UI design as a target for young users who serve elderly parents. Automated collection of health information and real-time feedback are available, and data can be aggregated and analyzed through repeaters. It can also utilize structured databases in the form of big data. The services offered can be used to prevent diseases and reduce medical expenses through health care, while automatic management can maximize users' convenience and increase demand. By reducing the development period of products that are based on this technology, reducing the development period of products and strengthening competitiveness, the company has the advantage of inducing generation-to-generation communication in an era when it is becoming a nuclear family. 본 논문에서는 혼자하는 헬스케어가 아닌 지인 또는 가족과 함께하는 헬스케어 시스템을 구축하는 것으로 능동적인 건강관리가 가능한 스마트 헬스케어 기기에 대한 연구한다. 노부모를 모시는 젊은 사용자를 타겟으로 놀이형 건강관리 시스템으로 직관적인 UI 설계를 통해 남녀노소 상관없이 가족단위의 건강관리 서비스 개발한다. 건강정보 자동수집 및 실시간 피드백이 가능하고, 중계기를 통한 데이터 종합 및 분석할 수 있다. 또한 체계화된 데이터베이스를 빅데이터의 형태로 활용할 수 있다. 제시한 서비스를 활용하면 건강관리를 통한 질병예방효과와 의료비에 대한 절감효과를 누릴 수 있고, 자동관리로 사용자의 편의 극대화와 수요 증가 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 이를 기반하는 기술을 응용한 제품의 개발기간 단축 및 저가격화와 경쟁력 강화를 통해 핵가족화되어 가는 시대에 세대간의 소통을 이끌어 낼 수 있다는 장점을 가진다.

      • 인삼뿌리썩음병의 원인균인 Cylindrocarpon destructans와 Fusarium solani를 동시 진단할 수 있는 새로운 real time PCR 진단법 개발

        Background : Development of new real-time PCR diagnosis method for simultaneous diagnosis of Cylindrocarpon destructans and Fusarium solani, causative fungi of ginseng root rot disease. C. destructans and F. solani are known to be the major pathogens of ginseng root rot disease. Root rot caused by these pathogens is a disease that is difficult to control because the disease progresses slowly and it is difficult to diagnose early and even when symptoms of plant seeding are present, the disease is already spread in the roots. Diagnostic methods to detect the presence or absence of ginseng roots rot fungi in soil before ginseng cultivation are currently being used as a method for controlling. However, commercialized soil extraction kits and PCR diagnostics have cost, diagnostic time, and single diagnostic problems, and need to develop new diagnostic methods. Methods and Results : Primers and probes in the beta-tubulin 2 gene were designed for species-specific detection. In silico analysis, the detection rate of C. destructans was 100% and the detection rate of F. solani was 95%. The multiplex real time PCR optimization conditions including the internal control were established. The analytical sensitivity using positive samples was 10 copies/㎕ for C. destructans and 10 copies/㎕ for F. solani. As a result of performance comparison test with conventional PCR diagnosis methods, it was confirmed that the developed multiplex real time PCR method has the same or better performance in terms of sensitivity. In the developed soil extraction kit, the extraction time was reduced and the extracted DNA quality was improved, compared to the used soil extraction kit. Conclusion : From the above results, we expect that the developed C. destructans / F. solani multiplex real time PCR diagnosis method and soil extraction kit will be useful for real-time monitoring of ginseng root rot pathogenic fungi in the soil of ginseng cultivation area and diagnosis of suitability of ginseng cultivation area.

        Utilization of Rice Starch with Gums in Asian Starch Noodle Preparation as Substitute for Sweet Potato Starch

        Starch noodles were produced using a medium grain rice starch in the presence of various gums, and physical properties of the noodles were compared with sweet potato starch noodle. Pasting viscosity of the rice starch was lower than that of sweet potato starch (830 vs. 1,618 cp as peak viscosity). The peak viscosity, however,was increased by the addition of gums (0.1% based on dispersion), and especially xanthan was the most effective in increasing the peak viscosity (1,478 cp). The cooking loss for the rice starch noodles (1.5 mg/mL), greater than that for the sweet potato starch noodle (0.2 mg/mL), was effectively reduced to 0.8 and 0.9 mg/mL, respectively, by the addition of locust bean gum (LBG) and curdlan. The addition of LBG or gellen gum also increased the hardness of the rice noodles. Aging (extended retrogradation) the noodles was effective in reducing the cooking loss and improving the textural properties of the rice starch noodles. The combination of the gum addition (like LBG) and aging of the rice starch noodle might be useful for utilizing rice starch as a substitute for sweet potato starch in Asian noodle preparation.

      • 인삼 뿌리썩음병원균 발병 밀도 구명 및 피해 분석

        Background : Ginseng is an important agriculture plant in Korea. However, plant yield is reduced by pathogens. Cylindrocarpon destructans and Fusarium solani are responsible for root-rot and replant failure of ginseng in Korea. Because of root rot pathogen, the productivity decreased and repeated cultivation is difficult. Methods and Results : The number of Cylindrocarpon destructans and Fusarium solani in soils can be measured by real-time PCR. This methode makes it possible to select of land for caltivation of ginseng. The specific primers of C. destructans and F. solani were synthesized from β-tubulin region. The equation of the standard curve between the colony forming unit(cfu) and the Ct value in the C. destructans was y (Ct value) = -1.608X (cfu) + 39.325. The equation of the standard curve between the colony forming unit (cfu) and the Ct value in the Fusarium solani was y (Ct value) = -1.608X (cfu) + 39.077. This method makes possible to rapidly exactly measure the number of pathogens in soil. C. destructans, a ginseng root rot fungus, was detected in soil samples of 32 (16%) in soil samples. 35.5% of paddy field, 34.3% of paddy field, 64.1% of field, and 65.6% of paddy field were found in perennial plant. Conclusion : As a result, the major causative agent of ginseng root rot was Cylindrocarpon and the onset density was 102 cfu/g in soil. There was no significant difference in density between fusarium and disease.

        Analysis of Gene Expression in Human Dermal Fibroblasts Treated with Senescence-Modulating COX Inhibitors

        We have previously reported that NS-398, a cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2)–selective inhibitor, inhibited replicative cellular senescence in human dermal fibroblasts and skin aging in hairless mice. In contrast, celecoxib, another COX-2–selective inhibitor, and aspirin, a non-selective COX inhibitor, accelerated the senescence and aging. To figure out causal factors for the senescence-modulating effect of the inhibitors, we here performed cDNA microarray experiment and subsequent Gene Set Enrichment Analysis. The data showed that several senescence-related gene sets were regulated by the inhibitor treatment. NS-398 up-regulated gene sets involved in the tumor necrosis factor β receptor pathway and the fructose and mannose metabolism, whereas it down-regulated a gene set involved in protein secretion. Celecoxib up-regulated gene sets involved in G2M checkpoint and E2F targets. Aspirin up-regulated the gene set involved in protein secretion, and down-regulated gene sets involved in RNA transcription. These results suggest that COX inhibitors modulate cellular senescence by different mechanisms and will provide useful information to understand senescence-modulating mechanisms of COX inhibitors.
