        The purpose of this study is to fund thw relationship between teacher's leadership style and children's creativity, and to serve as a basis for identifying the importance of teacher's leadership style to the children's creativity background variables. For the purpose, the assumption of this study are as follow: First the children's creativity levelon class teacher's leadership will be higher in harmony-oriented leadership than in task-oriented leadership. Second the children's creativity level on class teacher's leadership will be higher in an efficient than in an inefficient leadership. The subjects in this study were 325 fourth-grade, fifth-grade and sixth-grade children, and 65 their class teachers from seven elementary schools in the city of Busan. As a questionnaire for measuring class techer's leadership in this study, Che Yong Hak's questionnaire that reconstructed based on alpin's leadership behavior description questionnaire to fit elementary school children based on the inner conformity between the credibility feature for measuring and teachers leadership style questions is .91 in the leadership style questions, .84 in the task-oriented style questions, and .88 in harmony-oriented style questions. As a questionnaire for measuring children's creativity, lee toung duk & Jung Won Sik's grief creaticity questionnaire made by Korean testing center was used the children's brief creativity questionnaire is a standardized test with measuring ranged from .70 to .90 in the credibility. The results of this study are as follow: First the children's creativity score on class teacher's leadership is higher in harmony-oriented leadership than in task-oriented leadership. Also, the class teacher's style in harmony-oriented leadership made a significant difference to openness and fluency in the sub-factors of creativity. Second the efficient leadership style or the inefficient leaddership style didn's make any significant difference to the children's creativity score. But it made a significant difference to the originality in the sub-factor of creativity. As a result of this study, the findings are as follow: First the harmony-oriented leadership style have a more positive influence on the children's creativity development than task-oriented leadership style. Therefore, teachers should maintain harmony-oriented leadership among leadership styles to support children's creativity. Second the efficient leadership style or the inefficient leadership style didn's make any significant difference to the children's creativity. Because harmony-oriented leadership style have a positive influence on the children's creativity but also task-oriented leadership style have a negative influence on it, when the efficient leadership is exercised. Accordingly, it can be concluded that the efficient or the inefficient leadership style doesn't make a difference to the children's creativity score. Therefore, generally it is hard to say that teachers with efficient leadership can have always a positive effect on the children's creativity, in case they emphasize both on task-oriented and harmony-oriented leadership style.
