퇴행성관절염(고관절, 수지관절염) 한의표준임상경로 적용연구 프로토콜
한수지,홍예진,남동우,김정록,선창우,하서정,김민정 경락경혈학회 2024 Korean Journal of Acupuncture Vol.41 No.1
Objectives : The aim of this study is to set out case series study protocol to complete clinical pathway (CP) of hip and finger degenerative arthritis by applying CP, based on Korean medicine clinical practice guideline developed by clinical experts, to clinical field. Methods : The treatments included Manual acupuncture, acupoint injection, electroacupuncture, laser acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, chuna, and physiotherapy. They were conducted in the 2nd week of admission and 4th week of out patient department (OPD) days. We carried out 10-point Likert scale questionnaires on the clinical usefulness and the satisfaction of patients and staff after applying CP. Appropriateness and improvement on patients were conducted using a 10-point Likert scale. An open-ended questionnaire was also conducted to ask if there was any requirement to be added. Results : In past research studies, there were no related studies about Korean medicine CP on hip and finger degenerative arthritis. Final version of CP is going to be completed based on the questionnaire. Conclusions : This evidence-based case series study protocol is expected to contribute development of hip and finger degenerative arthritis.
성폭력범죄 전자감독 대상자의 사회복귀의지 요인에 관한 연구 -유입모델과 박탈모델을 중심으로-
한수지,조윤오 한국경찰학회 2023 한국경찰학회보 Vol.25 No.2

The purpose of this study is to present an effective method of applying the auditory signal speed that can improve the walking stability by evaluating the gait stability when applied to the rhythmic auditory stimulus speed considering both the treadmill speed and step length of both sides. The subjects of this study were 10 young adult males in their 20s(age: 25.9 ±2.3 yrs., height: 176.3 ± 6.4 cm, body mass: 71.5± 10.3 kg), who were classified as normal in the Korean version of Montreal Cognitive Assessment Score(K-MoCA: 28.9±1.7 points). The selected study subjects applied their preferred speed and performed treadmill gait for 5 minutes each, 1 time for normal gait, 1 time for BPM gait, 1 time for MBPM gait, for a total of 15 minutes. Gait asymmetry(upperarm angle), gait variability(step time, medio-lateral and vertical displacement of the center of mass, loading rate), gait coordination(stance phase; knee-ankle CRP and CRP variability, swing phase; hip-knee CRP variability) showed a statistically significant difference. Since the gait of young adults is close to the normal gait pattern, the spatio-temporal gait parameters according to the rhythmic auditory stimulus was not affected. Rather, the asymmetry of upperarm angle increased when the rhythmic auditory stimulus was provided. On the other hand, rhythmic auditory stimulation was shown to reduce gait variability, improve coordination between lower extremity joints, and decrease coordination variability, enabling stable and efficient gait performance.

Objectives The aim of this study is to report the improvement in Taeeumin’s dryness-heat symptom of a 54-year-old man diagnosed with type-Ⅱ diabetes mellitus after treated by herbal medicine. Methods The Taeeumin patient took Yuldahansotang-gamibang for 9 months to manage Taeeumin’s dryness-heat symptom. We examined the changes of Body Mass Index(BMI), Fating Blood Sugar(FBS), Hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c), and ketouria. Results Type-Ⅱ diabetes mellitus symptoms in the patient with Taeeumin’s dryness-heat symptom were thirst, fatigue, and increased body weight. All numerical levels for blood sugar, HbA1c, and ketouria were reduced after taking Yuldahansotang-gamibang. Conclusions The treatment of the patient with Taeeumin’s dryness-heat symptom and type-Ⅱ diabetes mellitus with Yuldahansotang-gamibang was efficient, and further research is needed to prove the effect of Yuldahansotang-gamibang for treating such patients.

The purpose of this study was to present the clinical possibility and correct and safe running method for injury prevention by verifying the impact reduction effect of running speed and providing real-time visual feedback. The subjects of the study were 21 healthy adult males (age: 27.0±3.9 yrs., height: 1.75±0.6 m, weight: 74.0±10.7 kg), and the preferred running speed was ±10%(V1: 3.7± 0.2 m/s, V2: 3.0 ± 0.1 m/s) for normal running and real-time visual feedback running for 2 minutes each. For statistical processing, two-way repeated measure ANOVA was performed to compare the impact reduction effect under each condition (speed, feedback application) (α=.05). As a result of this study, there was a statistically significant difference in spatiotemporal variables (stride frequency, stride time, stride length, contact time) according to speed and contact time when feedback was applied (p<.05). In addition, the angle of the ankle and hip joint at foot contact, the angle of the foot segment at toe off, the angle of the lower extremity joint (ankle/knee/hip joint), and the range of motion of the foot segment and hip joint were significantly different depending on the speed. There were statistically significant dif- ferences in hip joint angle at foot contact, foot and knee joint angle, lower extremity segment and joint range of motion at toe off (p<.05). The impact peak force, braking peak force, lmpact loading rate, and braking load rate showed statistically significant differences according to the speed and feedback application, and only the vertical impact impulse and braking impulse showed statistical differences according to the feedback application (p<.05). In conclusion, real-time visual feedback showed an effect of reducing impact during run- ning, and it can be seen that the slower the running speed, the lower the shock.
