Traditional, the marine(ocean) bill of lading(B/L) was made a major evidence documents of goods transport, under the contract of carriage by oversea. But, historically it has been many problem because of the Unknown Clause of Bill of Lading(B/L) under container carriage by rapid development of modern transport contrivance. According to, the purpose of this study is to survey the practical and legal characteristics of the Unknown Clause of bill of lading as traditional marine transport document. Especially, The important thing in this study is that the author put the stress on research and analyzes of the various problems which come to the Unknown Clause, which has been troubled in container marine transport between parties, particularly carrier and shipper under traditional B/L
실온경화형 단일조성 실리콘러버를 지지체로 사용한 칼슘이온선택성 막전극의 개발

New calcium-selective membranes are developed with a one-component room temperature vulcanizing-type silicone rubber (RTV-1-type SR) matrix. The membranes are formulated with 21.6 wt % bis(2-ethylhexyl) adipate, 0.3 wt % tetradodecylammonium tetrakis(p-chlorophenyl) borate (ETH 500), 0.1 wt % potassium tetrakis(p-chlorophenyl)borate, and 0.8 wt % calcium-selective neutral carrier ETH 129 or ETH 1001. Plasticizer added to the RTV-type SR matrix not only decreases the bulk membrane resistance but also increases the solubility of electroactive components incorporated in the membrane. It is found that the lipophilic salt ETH 500 remarkably enhances the calcium selectivity of ETH 129 or ETH 1001 ligands in the SR matrix; the selectivity coefficients for the optimized membranes were below ??.

The nucleotide sequences of a male-specificmarker sex determining region Y (SRY) gene and amitochondrial cytochrome B (CYTB) gene were characterizedand analyzed to establish a molecular method for identificationof species and sex of Korean roe deer (Capreolus pygargustianschanicus SRY sequencesshowed very similar result to those reported in Moose (Alcesalces) and Reindeer (Rangifer tarandus), both of which had95.9% similarity in identity. CYTB genes were very similar tothose reported in Siberian roe deer (C. pygargus pygargus)which had 98.6% similarity and not to European roe deer (C.capreolus), suggesting that the DNA samples tested were ofSiberian roe deer lineage. Polymerase chain reaction(PCR)-based sex typing successfully discriminated betwencarcasses of male and female roe deer. Males had SRYband on agarose gels and females did not. The result of thismolecular sex typing provided similar information with thatobtained by genital organ observation. Therefore, thismolecular method using male specific marker SRY andmitochondrial CYTB genes would be very useful foridentification of the species and sex of the carcass remainsof roe deer.

In this paper, the concept (T, S)-bipolar Pythagorean fuzzy medial-ideals are introduced and several properties are investigated. Also, the relations between (T, S)-bipolar Pythagorean fuzzy medial-ideals and (T, S)-bipolar Pythagorean fuzzy BCI-ideals are given. The pre-image of bipolar Pythagorean(T, S)-fuzzy medial-ideals under homomorphism of $BCI$-algebras are defined and how the image and the pre-image of (T, S)-bipolar Pythagorean fuzzy medial ideals under homomorphism of $BCI$-algebras become (T, S)-bipolar Pythagorean fuzzy medial-ideals are studied. Moreover, the Cartesian product of (T, S)-bipolar Pythagorean fuzzy medial-ideals in Cartesian product BCI-algebras is established.
