Effects of Implementation and Application of Realistic Digital Contents

This study aims to explore the understanding of and the interest in realistic digital contents and examine their effectiveness, by implementing and applying VR around the science subject in middle schools. It organized each group of two for cooperative activities, in order to implement VR for 52 middle school students located at Y-county, who understood study contents and agreed to participate in the study. Then, it implemented and applied realistic digital contents regarding a change in the science geosphere and many kinds of forces, by extracting and designing them. As they implemented and applied VR around contents interest in science subject. VR assisted lessons made statistically significant differences in understanding and effectiveness of realistic digital contents. It will provide basic data used to cultivate future talents who can prepare for a change in the educational paradigms along with the fourth industrial revolution and adapt to the future knowledge-based society.
논리 프로그램의 AND/OR 병렬 처리를 위한 데이타 플로우 모델

The enhancements of the execution speed in the sequential execution mechanism of the logic programs have some limitations. Therefore, the parallel exectution of logic programs is the major direction in recent years. In order to enhance the execution speed of the logic programs, the implementation of AND-parallelism as well as OR-parallelism should be carried out. In this paper, we propose the simple procedure which an detect the AND-parallelism of the logic programs. And using this detection procedure we propose the dataflow model which can represent the AND-parallelism as well as OR-parallelism by the data flow graphs.
2P-213 전기방사법을 이용한 코어쉘 구조(PCL@Chitosan/Gelatin) 나노섬유 제조 및 특성 평가

세포 성장의 지지체 역할을 하는 스케폴드(Scaffold)는 생체의 세포외기질(Extracellular matrix)과 유사하고, 세포친화력이 우수해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 전기방사법을 이용하여 세포외기질과 유사한 구조를 가지는 코어쉘 구조 나노섬유 시트를 제작하였다. 코어는 생분해성이며, 기계적 강도를 증가시키는 PCL(Polycaprolactone)을 사용하였다. 쉘은 생체적합성 및 세포친화력을 높이고자 키토산과 젤라틴을 혼합하여 사용하였다. 나노섬유의 코어쉘 구조는 광학현미경(Optical Microscope), 주사전자현미경(Scanning Electron Microscope), 투과전자현미경(Transmission Electron Microscope)을 통해 확인하였고, 물리·화학적 특성은 적외선분광기(Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy), 인장력(Tensile Strength), 접촉각(Contact Angle), 열 중량 분석(Thermogravimetric analysis)으로 평가하였다. 제작한 코어쉘 구조(PCL@Chitosan/Gelatin) 나노섬유의 생체적합성, 기계·구조적 특성은 조직공학용 스케폴드에 응용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
