        제과제빵 학원의 선택속성과 만족도에 관한 연구

        As economic structure undergoes a service industry-oriented change, interest in tourism and food service industry is attracting increasing attention. Of these, baking institute academy education assumes a pivotal function in the nourishment of quality human resources in line with such socio-economic changes as acquisition of certificates, employment, and founding of business, thereby assuming an important social education. Accordingly, curriculum of education by baking institute academy should be organized in consideration of such student concerns as student satisfaction of attendance to make it an innovative education. In this research, an attempt was made to analyze the difference by individual variable and their influence relations with the students as target of analysis through such variables as selection attributes of the academy, purpose of attendance, and student satisfaction. The result showed that, first, there had been a significant difference depending on marital status, age, and income of the students. Second, in the multiple response analysis of attendance purposes, acquisition of the qualification certificate ranked at the top. At the same time, purpose of attendance varied somewhat depending on diverse variables of the individual. Third, in an analysis on the influence relation between the selection factors and student satisfaction, it was turned out that environmental factors of the academy, advertisement and word-of-mouth factors had significant affect on the satisfaction of educational services. Fourth, in a influence relation analysis of various satisfaction, it was turned out that satisfaction of educational environment had significant affect on the satisfaction of educational services. Also we have suggested a few things in the conclusion based on this research findings.
