매년 11월말까지 1,200여 일선 조합의 예산 대의원총회가 개최된다. 2009년 우리 조합 관내의 농업을 발전시키고 조합 살림을 꾸려가기 위한 사업계획을 짜야하는 중요한 회의다. 특히 9월 중순 미국에서 시작된 금융위기의 여파가 올 연말부터 우리나라에 본격적으로 영향을 미치게 되면 국내 경기가 더욱 침체될 전망이다. 이 때문에 대출 금리 인상과 농산물 소비 감소 등, 조합과 조합원의 주변 여건은 크게 악화될 것으로 우려된다. 이 때문에 조합 경영 및 농가경젱 여건 약화를 철저히 대비한 사업계획 및 수지예산 편성이 절실하다. "월간 한농연"은 농축협 이감사.대의원 교육의 내용을 총 4회에 걸쳐 요약.정리한 특강 시리즈를 연재할 예정이다. 예결산 대의원총회의 철저한 준비와 대응을 통해 조합의 민주적이며 투명한 경영을 확립하여, 다가올 경제위기를 슬기롭게 극복하고 조합원 실익증진에 힘써야 할 것이다.
고대 안료의 성분분석 연구-쌍계사 탱화 안료를 중심으로

In ancient times, many kinds of different inorganic pigments were used as colorants for making objects. These pigments are still evidentin well known objects such as Danchung, mural painting and Buddhist painting. This study discusses the results obtained from an analysis of the pigments used on the Buddha pigments. The results can be briefly summarized as below; Firstly, the microcrystalline structures revealed on the cross section of analyzed pigments, samples of which were taken from various parts of Buddha pigments show that different sizes and shapes of pigment particle were used for different purposes such as coloring, toning of the pigments. The arrangement of pigments and their usages are varied according to the owner temples and the place where it was created. Secondly, a result of the analysis on the composition and structure of the pigments shows that the main components in their composition are: Red pigments - Red lead($Pb_3O_4$) and Cinnabar(HgS)Green pigments - Malachite[$CuCO_3$.$Cu(OH)_2$] and Prussian Blue[$Fe4(Fe(CN)_6)_2$]Gold pigments - pure gold(Au)Yellow pigments - Orpiment($A_s2S_3)White pigments - Lead Cyanamide[$Pb_3(CO_3)_2(OH)_2]Ultramarine pigments - Azulite[$Cu_3(CO_3)_2(OH)_2]Especially, we knew that pigments used on the Ssanggye temple not repaired to the artificial synthetic pigment

Text-to-Speech(WS) technology has been attracting a lot of interest among speech engineers because of its own benefits. Namely, the possible application areas of talking computers, emergency alarming systems in speech, speech output devices for speech-impaired, and so on. Hence, many researchers have made significant progresses in the speech synthesis techniques in the sense of their own languages and as a result, the quality of current speech synthesizers are believed to be acceptable to normal users. These are partly why the MPEG group had decided to include the WS technology as one of its MPEG-4 functionalities. ETRI has made major contributions to the current MPEG-4 775 appearing in various MPEG-4 documents with relatively minor contributions from AT&T and NW. Main MPEG-4 functionalities presently available are; 1) use of original prosody for synthesized speech output, 2) trick mode functions for general users without breaking synthesized speech prosody, 3) interoperability with Facial Animation(FA) tools, and 4) dubbing a moving/anlmated picture with lip-shape pattern informations.

When spatial compounding is applied to a moving target to improve the quality of ultrasound image, motion blurring is caused. Spatial compounding is a process to merge several images gained from different steering angles of ultrasound echo-pulse into a single image. By merging images at different times, the resulting image is blurred. This paper suggests blurring reduction algorithm that u仕lizes periodic motion property of human body to improve the quality of spatially compounded image. It is shown that blurring in the edge of the images is reduced in the experiment.
The Improvement of Retention of Removable Orthodontic clasp

Recently, there have been extensive developments in equipment and material used in the manufacturing of orthodontic retainers. However, in several cases there have been difficulties in using clasps to increase support in orthodontic retainers in the clinical setting. Representative examples of single tooth clasps used for support include the Adams Clasp, Visick Clasp and Conventional circumferential Clasp(C-Clasp). In addition the Ball Clasp, Triangular Clasp, Loop Clasp and Moyer Clasp are examples of double tooth clasps. However with increased torque and pressure in the embrasure space after retainer usage, remnants of food gets stuck in the space making it a cause of dental caries. With the development of the O_(2)- Clasp type, to maximize support in orthodontic retainers while reducing the incidence of dental caries, this study suggests the usage of this newly developed O_(2)- Clasp type and supports increased clinical trials regarding support of the O_(2)- Clasp type. Although the conventional clasp is limited in support types, the O_(2)- Clasp type utilizes the under cut where inter-dental force is applied, reducing tension on the embrasure space reducing secondary damage to the hard tissues of teeth after usage of orthodontic retainers. The wide applicability of the O_(2)- Clasp type is evident in its manufacturing stage and it also comfortably passes along the interdental marginal ridge and is thought to create no obstructions in mastication or aesthetics making it an ideal candidate for usage in cases where other clasps have been ineffective.
