The purpose of this study is to explore effective operation plans based on the results of analysis of the needs of married migrant women for the operation of lifelong education programs. In this study, 132 married immigrant women from Vietnam residing in E-gun and J-gun of Chungcheongbuk-do were randomly sampled. From March 25 to April 20, 2022, a survey was conducted on 125 married immigrant women among the participants in the lifelong education programs of the Multicultural Family Support Center, the Community Service Center, and each lifelong education institution. 118 copies were recovered (recovery rate of 94.4%) and 115 copies were put into analysis, excluding 3 nonconforming parts. For the collected data, the frequency and percentage of each item were calculated to determine the overall tendency of the response. The results revealed that married immigrant women are actively participating in lifelong education programs for successful settlement in Korean society, and the level of demand for educational program operation is high, indicating that they are showing an active attitude. Thus, there is a need to actively develop and utilize a lifelong education program for marriage immigrant women centered on consumers that reflects the diverse needs of program operation. 이 연구는 결혼이주여성을 위한 평생교육 프로그램 운영에 대한 결혼이주여성들의 요구분석 결과를 토대로 효과적인 운영 방안을 탐색함에 목적을 두고 있다. 충청북도 E군과 J군에 거주하고 있는 베트남 출신 결혼이주여성 132명을 연구대상으로 임의표집하였다. 2022년 3월 25일부터 4월 20일까지 다문화가족지원센터, 주민자치센터, 각 평생교육기관의 평생교육 프로그램 참여자 중 결혼이주여성 125명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 118부를 회수하여(회수율 94.4%) 부적합 3부를 제외한 115부를 분석에 투입하였다. 수집된 자료에 대해서는 문항별 빈도와 백분율을 산출하여 전체적인 반응의 경향성을 파악하였다. 결혼이주여성들은 성공적인 한국사회 정착을 위해 평생교육 프로그램에 대해 적극 참여하고 있으며 교육프로그램 운영에 대한 요구수준도 높게 나타나서 적극적인 태도를 보여주고 있었다. 다양한 요구를 반영한 수요자 중심의 결혼이주여성 대상 평생교육 프로그램이 적극 개발되고 활용될 필요성이 제기되었다.

Exogenous rhTRX reduces lipid accumulation under LPS-induced inflammation

Redox-regulating molecule, recombinant human thioredoxin (rhTRX) which shows anti-inflammatory, and anti-oxidative effectsagainst lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated inflammation and regulate protein expression levels. LPS-induced reactive oxygenintermediates (ROI) and NO production were inhibited by exogenous rhTRX. We identified up/downregulated intracellularproteins under the LPS-treated condition in exogenous rhTRX-treated A375 cells compared with non-LPS-treated cells via 2-DEproteomic analysis. Also, we quantitatively measured cytokines of in vivo mouse inflammation models using cytometry beadarray. Exogenous rhTRX inhibited LPS-stimulated production of ROI and NO levels. TIP47 and ATP synthase may influencethe inflammation-related lipid accumulation by affecting lipid metabolism. The modulation of skin redox environments duringinflammation is most likely to prevent alterations in lipid metabolism through upregulation of TIP47 and ATP synthase anddownregulation of inflammatory cytokines. Our results demonstrate that exogenous rhTRX has anti-inflammatory propertiesand intracellular regulatory activity in vivo and in vitro. Monitoring of LPS-stimulated pro-inflammatory conditions treated withrhTRX in A375 cells could be useful for diagnosis and follow-up of inflammation reduction related with candidate proteins. These results have a therapeutic role in skin inflammation therapy.

This study was performed to expand the understanding of soothing ability in college students. So this study investigated the influence of individuality-relatedness on soothing ability and the modulating effects of self-conscioussness on that influence. Results indicated, first, that the high relatedness group showed a high soothing ability compared with the high individuality group. Second, the correlation between the relatedness and the soothing ability became higher under the influence of the private self-consciousness. Results of present study supported that the relatedness is more important variable to predict the soothing ability. Futhermore the private self-consciousness, among the various self-consciousness variables, also has strong effect on the self-soothing ability. The implication of this study is that we identified the related variables for the soothing ability and we will able to applicate this result on the counseling situation. Thus counselors can help clients have better soothing ability in life through enhancing their relatedness and private self-consciousness traits. 개인의 성격 특성 중 개별성, 관계성에 따라 자기위로능력이 차이가 있다는 사실을 대학생 365명을 대상으로 연구하였다. 연구 결과 관계성이 높은 사람이 자기 위로 능력도 더 높은 것으로 나타났으며 이는 자기 위로 능력의 하위 요인인 신체적으로 위로하기, 회복력, 자기노출 및 스스로 위로하기의 네 영역 전반에 걸쳐서 나타났다. 또한 개별성과 관계성의 특성이 자기 위로 능력과 관련이 있는 정도가 자의식의 유형에 따라 조절되는 가를 연구하였다. 결과는 사적 자의식의 높고 낮은 정도에 따라 관계성과 자기 위로 능력간의 상관이 달라지는 것으로 나타나서 자의식이 조절변인으로 작용하는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 자기 위로 능력이 대상관계이론에 따른 인간의 발달 과정에서 분리 개별화 단계의 발달과 관계가 깊다는 것을 추론할 수 있다. 즉, 타인과의 친밀한 유대 및 상호의존성을 강조하는 관계성이 발달한 개인이, 타인과 분리된 독자성을 추구하는 개별성이 발달한 사람에 비해 자기 위로 능력이 높다는 것을 의미한다. 아울러 자의식의 유형 중 사적 자의식이 발달한 사람은 자신의 내적 욕구나 감정, 생각의 변화에 민감한 특성을 지니고 있으며, 이러한 특성은 대인관계에서 자신의 모습을 인식하고 수용하는 데에 관여하는 것으로 보인다. 따라서 사적 자의식이 관계성과 자기위로능력 사이에서 조절변인으로 작용하는 것으로 보인다. 본 연구를 통해 자기 위로 능력의 개념적 이해를 새롭게 할 수 있었으며, 상담 장면에서 사적 자의식의 개발 및 타인과의 관계성에 대한 관심을 조망하여서 내담자의 건강한 자기 돌봄 능력을 향상시키는 데에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.
