        코팅 세라믹볼의 방청효과에 관한 연구

        Coating ceramic balls activate water molecular in water as radiate far-infrared radiation of high efficiency, and then prevent formation of scale and corrosion of pipe. Therefore, but only keep away drop of heat exchange efficiency of boiler, not also remove formed scale. As a result, pipe of boiler has clean and has form thin protection film in inner of pipe. Also, the water treated by rust preventing system using the ceramic balls, that is harmless, tasteless, odorless, and non-toxicity in the human body, and it can use drinking water. This rust preventing system can save energy and protect environment.

        계면활성제의 친수 , 소수성 그룹의 전기음성도와 CMC 특성

        본 연구에서는 Bratsch의 전기음성도 동등화 원리를 바탕으로 Pauling의 전기음성도 파라미터를 이용하여 음이온과 비이온 계면활성제의 전기음성도 동등화 및 그룹 전기음성도와 그룹 부분전하를 계산하여 계면활성제의 친수성기와 소수성기의 그룹 부분전하, 전기음성도와 CMC에 대한 특성을 조사하였다. 그 결과 계면활성제의 CMC는 친수성기와 소수성기의 그룹 부분전하와 그룹 전기음성도에 의존한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 음이온 계면활성제인 경우 소수성기의 탄소수가 증가함에 따라 소수성기에도 음의 부분전하가 비편재화되어 전기음성도가 매우 큰 친수성 그룹의 음의 부분전하가 감소하여 친수성기간의 반발력이 상대적으로 줄어들기 때문에 CMC가 낮아짐을 알수 있다. 비이온 계면활성제의 경우에 소수성기의 탄소수가 증가하면 소수성기에서의 부분전하가 증가하게되며, 전기음성도의 증가가 친수성기의 전기음성도를 감소시켜 CMC가 낮아짐을 알수 있다. 그러나 친수성기의 반복단위가 증가하면 친수성기의 음의 부분전하가 증가하게 되고 따라서 수화능이 증가하기 때문에 계면활성제는 미셀로 존재하기 보다는 물속에 수화되기 때문에 CMC는 증가하게 된다. On the basis of theory of Bratsch`s electronegativity equalization, the electronegativity equalization, the group electronegativities and the group partial charges for anionic and nonionic surfactants could be calculated by using Pauling`s electronegativity parameters. From calculated results, we have investigated how CMC, hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups, group partial charge, electronegativity of hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups, structural stability of micelle for anionic and nonionic surfactants are related. It was found that CMC depends upon group partial charge and group electronegativity of hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups of surfactants. For the anionic surfactants, negative partial charge in hydrophobic group is delocalized as the carbon number in hydrophobic group increase. So negative partial charge of hydrophilic group has very large electronegativity that is decreased. And CMC decreases as hydration ability of hydrophilic groups which decreases relatively. For the nonionic surfactant, partial charge and electronegativity in hydrophobic group increases with the increment of carbonnumber in hydrophobic group. And CMC decreases because electronegativity of hydrophilic group is decreased with the increment of electronegativity of hydrophilic group. However, with the increase of repeating units in hydrophilic group, the negative partial charge of hydrophilic group increases. So CMC increases because surfactants hydrate rather than form micelles in aqueous solution by the increase of hydration ability.

        수용성 규산나트륨의 물리 · 화학적 특성

        수용성 규산나트륨 빌더를 개발하기 위하여 물유리와 수산화나륨을 적정비율로 혼합한 후 메탄올에 분산시켜 $SiO_2/Na_2O$의 몰 비율이 2.4∼2.8인 무정형 규산나트륨 고체분말을 제조하였다. 이때 규산나트륨의 $SiO_2/Na_2O$의 몰비, 용해도, thermogram, SEM, BET 등을 통하여 그 물리적 특성을 조사하였으며 빌더로서의 기본적인 특성을 규명하기 위해 $SiO_2/Na_2O$의 몰비가 1.0, 2.4, 2.8인 규산나트륨 빌더와 제올라이트를 사용하여 pH 유지능력, 온도에 따른 칼슘이온 결합능, 계면활성제 흡착능 등을 조사하였다. 그 결과 수용성 규산나트륨 화합물이 세제용빌더로서 가져야할 특성인 pH 유지능력 및 용해도에 있어서 제올라이트 보다 우수한 성능을 나타냈으나 칼슘이온 결합능 및 계면활성제 흡착능은 낮게 나타났으며, 규산나트륨의 $SiO_2/Na_2O$의 비율이 증가할수록 pH 유지능력과 이온교환능력은 감소하지만 계면활성제 흡착능력은 다소 증가함을 알 수 있었다. To develop the manufacturing technique for the powder builder of amorphous solid types, the water glass mixed with caustic soda dispersed into the methanol. Thus soluble sodium silicate was made a form of amorphous solid powder. In order to examine characteristics of water soluble sodium silicate $SiO_2/Na_2O$ mol ratio, we investigated solubility, thermogram, SEM, and BET analysis. pH buffering capacity, calcium-ion binding capacity as temperature change, and surfactant loading capacity were examined for characteristics as laundry detergent builder. $SiO_2/Na_2O$ molar ratio of soluble sodium silicate was 1.0, 2.4, 2.8, and zeolite was used in order to investigate basic characteristics of laundry detergent builder. Silicate used with laundry detergent was good for pH buffering capacity and solubility. But calcium-ion binding capacity and surfactant adsorption ability were lower. $SiO_2/Na_2O$ mol ratio became higher, pH buffering capacity and ion exchange ability were lower and surfactant adsorption ability was a little higher.

        Silk에 대한 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬아민형 비이온 계면활성제의 균염효과

        Poly(oxyethylene) alkylamine type nonionic surfactants were used in order to investigate their retarding, migration, and reserving effects in dyeing silk fabrics with milling type acid dyes. Three different alkylamines (stearlyamine, oleylamine, and laurylamine) and different numbers of ethylene oxide groups (10, 15, 20, 30, 40, and 60) were used for this purpose. The poly(oxyethylene) stearlyamine with 10 moles of ethylene oxide groups, which has the strongest cationic characteristics, showed the best results in terms of retarding and reserving effects. However, it cannot be used as a levelling agent due to its strong affinity to dyes which may result in incomplete removal from a fabric surface after dyeing. The poly(oxyethylene) laurylamines with various numbers of ethylene oxide groups were also found to be unsuitable as a levelling agent for silk fabric due to its low retarding effect. On the other hand, both the stearylamine and poly(oxyethylene) oleylamine, each with 60 moles of ethylene oxide groups, were found to be suitable as levelling agents for silk fabric due to their moderate affinity to dyes.

        MPLS 트래픽 엔지니어링을 위한 프로토콜 비교 분석에 관한 연구

        To support abruptly increasing data traffic in these days, network management is needed. And also to maintain the steady infra, there is MPLS need which can support traffic engineering. It's necessary that MPLS doesn't only manage network to support recently booming data traffic, but has capacity to support traffic engineering to keep static infrastructure .Traffic engineering, method that a large-scale user shifts traffic to the beforehand designated routes that pass through specific nodes on network, is operation that is mapping traffic flow to the physical network topology. In this paper, we supplement the defect of the traditional RSVP traffic engineering and to construct far more steady infra, we suggest the way of its development of ERSVP signaling protocol. 최근 급속히 증가하는 데이터 트래픽을 지원할 수 있도록 네트웍을 관리해야 할 뿐만 아니라 안정적인 인프라를 유지하기 위해 트래픽 엔지니어링을 지원할 수 있는 MPLS가 필요하게 되었다. 트래픽 엔지니어링은 대규모 사용자가 트래픽을 네트웍 상의 특정 노드를 지나는 사전 지정된 경로로 이동시키는 방법으로 트래픽 플로우를 물리적인 네트웍 토폴로지에 매핑시키는 작업이라고 할 수 있다.본 논문에서는 기존 RSVP의 트래픽 엔지니어링의 단점을 보완하고 보다 안정된 인프라를 구축하기 위해 ERSVP 시그널링 프로토콜에 대한 진화방향을 제시하고져 한다.

        계면활성제의 친수·소수성 그룹의 부분전하와 CMC 특성 (양이온 및 양쪽성 계면활성제)

        On the basis of theory of Bratsch's electronegativity equalization, the electronegativity equalization, the group electronegativities and the group partial charges for cationic and amphoteric surfactants could be calculated using Pauling's electronegativity parameters. From calculated output, we have investigated relationships between CMC(critical micelle concentration) and partial charge and group electronegativity of hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups, structural stability of micelle for cationic and amphoteric surfactants. As a result, CMC depends upon partial charge and electronegativity of hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups for surfactants. In case of cationic surfactant, as the increment of carbon number in hydrophilic group, partial charge of hydrophilic group is increased, but CMC and electronegativity of hydrophilic group is decreased. With increasing the carbon number of hydrophilic group for cationic surfactant, its partial charge is increased, but CMC and its electronegativity are decreased. With increasing the carbon number of hydrophobic group for cationic and amphoteric surfactant, its partial charge is increased, but CMC and its electronegativity are decreased

        비이온 계면활성제에 대한 친수성기와 소수성기의 그룹 특성

        On the basis of the principle of Bratch's electronegativity equalization, we calculated group partial charges and group electronegativities for nonionic surfactants with Pauling's elecoonegativity parameters by using numerical calculation method. From calculated outputs we have investigated structural stability of micelle, characteristics of hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups, and relation between CMC(Critical Micelle Concentraion) and group partial charge and group electronegativity of hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups for nonionic surfactants. We have known that CMC by micelle formation depends upon group partial charge and group electronegativity of hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups for surfactants. Also, the structural stability of micelle in H2O solution is related to the electric double layer by the hydrophilic group of nonionic surfactants with H atoms in water CMC is diminished by the decrease of repeating units in hydrophilic group at constant hydrophobic group and is diminished by the increments of alkyl chains in hydrophobic group at constant hydrophilic group for nonionic surfactants. In conclusion, CMC is diminished because there is no electrostatic repulsion and is diminished of Debye length by the increments of partial charge of hydrophobic group.

        D-리모넨 오일의 유화특성

        Laboratory study was conducted to provide basic data for operating anaerobic sequencing batch reactor(ASBR) process for treatment of nightsoil. The experiments were concerned with digestion characteristics, settleabiltity and dewaterability of digested sludge in ASBR system. Completely-mixed daily-fed control reactor without solid-liquid separation step was also operated to evaluate the baseline performance since the nature of nightsoil was changed with time. In all case, gas production from the ASBR shows 1.3 to 1.44 times higher than that from control, in spite of almost similar trend in organics removal. During thickening period, remarkable decrease in surface settling velocity was observed at the ASBRs compared with the control. In case of the ASBR run, flotation of mixed digested sludge was not occurred. Also, ultimate thickened volume of ASBRs increased 1.2∼1.5 times compared with control. Dewaterability of digested sludge without conditioning decreased when the completely-mixed daily-fed reactor for ASBR run was converted to the ASBR. However, improvement of dewaterability of digested sludge from the ASBRs was observed as a result of addition of FeCl_3 to digested sludge for conditioning.
