        韩国广播电视产权制度价值变迁对中国文化体制改革的启示

        Since the establishment of Broadcasting Property Rights Institutions (BPRI), it constantly changing at different periods. The term "property" is used in economics and law but less so in the media industry. Therefore, there is a certain amount of academic space left to be discussed. South Korea constantly strengthens their broadcasting technology development, sets up the Broadcasting Act and the corresponding system of property rights, so Korean BPRI are original and native providing the realistic case for study. It is necessary to investigate the path of Korean BPRI development. Based on current research, we analyze and classify the value concept behind the regulation rules of Korean BPRI. Also we use the Managerial Grid Model (1964) developed by Robert R. Blake and Jane Mouton to construct "efficiency" and "fairness" as the ultimate goal of the Korean value system of BPRI. Through this value system of BPRI, we track the value changing path of Korean BPRI. The analysis' results showed that value changing of the Korean BPRI began from the establishment of private KORCAD (Korea Office RCA Distributor) HLKZ-TV in the 1950s. At that time, Korea paid more attention to the pursuit of efficiency, while the pursuit of fairness was very low. Second, since Korean BPRI’ reform in the 1980s, KBS, MBC totally changed to public owned institutions. So Korea was very concerned about the pursuit of fairness, while reducing the attention to efficiency. Again, after SBS was established in 1990, Korea began to strengthen the pursuit of efficiency again, and still paid attention to fairness. Last, entering 2000 with the rapid development of science and technology, digital technology and the Internet has been widely applied to the entire media field. Integration of radio and television’s phenomenon has become more evident and "fairness" and "efficiency" was become the highest pursuit of the values goal. Through studying the process of change of Korean BPRI's value goal, the Korean value lines throughout the entire frame from left and right sides on my research. It includes fully pursuit of the efficiency period, fully pursuit of fairness period, as well as both two sides at same period. From the whole development perspective, Korean government has always been pursuit of fairness in the effort, the fairness was taken cared in each stage of economic development. In the whole frame of Korean BPRI, the fairness and efficiency is the eternal absolute value goal. However, at different periods the understanding of the fairness and efficiency focuses on different points. At a deeper perspective of analysis, actually this changing process is constantly adjusted by fairness and efficiency, and is the result of the interaction effect. To balance them is not only very important to South Korea but also for the work towards the future for many other countries. When these two objectives are achieved at a high degree of unity, they will produce positive and infinite effects on the economy, the national welfare and social welfare benefits will also be enormous.

        中韩日地理信息与文化产业国际竞争力比较分析

        At present, geographic information technology is constantly applied to the field of cultural industry, especially in the fields of intelligent culture, intelligent tourism, map convenience, heritage protection and other fields. How to make clear the components of the international competitiveness of the geographic information culture industry, and how to promote the development of industry quickly is an important goal of this paper. In Asian countries, because of the geographical proximity and cultural affinity China-Korea-Japan learn from each other created the brilliant cultural achievements. The geographic information and culture industry of these three countries also developed successively, and its industrial development structure has similarities, therefore, this paper chooses these three countries which are more prominent among Asian countries as a comparison object. Firstly, the paper investigates the current situation and characteristics of the geographic information culture industry in the China, Japan and South Korea, and constructs the theoretical model of international competitiveness evaluation of geographic information culture industry. Secondly, through on the basis of the generalized double diamond model and entropy value method, to build China, Japan and South Korea measure index system of international competitiveness of geographic information cultural industry, and then computing the evaluation result of international competitiveness. Finally, according to the evaluation results of international competitiveness, we will make a beneficial exploration of the three countries" international competitiveness, and then provide constructive suggestions for the development of China"s geographic information and cultural industry. The article gives the following suggestions, through accurate positioning, personalized recommendation of geographic information products, to give full play to the map as a cultural carrier and expression form, thus to improve the cultural taste of geographic information services. As soon as possible supporting and cultivating a number of leading enterprises, and foster a group of small and medium-sized enterprises, so as to maintain high growth in industrial production value. Enhance the innovation ability of scientific and technological personnel.

        中韩日广电行业国际竞争力比较分析及对策研究-以一般化双重钻石模型为中心-

        Today, with the merging of cultural industry and modern technology, Cultural and Creative Industries through a harmonious social environment, an advanced legal system, is formed a new economic form taking the creative as the core drive. Whether in China, South Korea or Japan, the Broadcast Content Industry in the classification of cultural and creative industries has the key position, thus increasing the international competitiveness of the Broadcast Content Industry has become important issues for the development of cultural and creative industries. In this paper, we take Broadcast Content Industry as an object of study, based on General Double Diamond model and the different characteristics of the Broadcast Content Industry in China, South Korea and Japan, established an in international competitiveness measure system to do a useful exploration for the development of Broadcast Content Industry in these three countries. By using the results fo the evaluation, an analysis is taken panoramically regarding the position of China’s Broadcast Content Industry in the world. Compare to South Korea and Japan, China still has a certain gap with South Korea and Japan in Factor Conditions, Demand Conditions and Related and Supporting Industries. In the future to increase the support of the Broadcast Content Industry, establish market liquidity management system, integrated computing network to improve circulation environment is necessary. Increase efforts to train excellent human resources and technical resources, encourage co-production and investment portfolio, improve the financial support is also required.

        “在行一点”付费问答平台的内容营销困境与对策研究

        Driven by the sharing economy boom, with the increasingly mature mobile terminal market, the combination of mobile communication and the internet has given birth to many new knowledge payment platforms. Knowledge payment platform has formed a new knowledge transaction method with its unique way of knowledge production and huge knowledge demand of users. The knowledge payment platform is the core of knowledge payment, but it is still in the initial stage of development. As an early explorer in the industry, "Zaihang yidian" has been exploring a new mode of voice payment, which is representative in the field of knowledge payment. Therefore, based on the concept of "paying for knowledge ", this paper firstly explores the development process and categories of the paid Q&A platform. Secondly, based on the 4P theory, this paper analyzes the content marketing strategy of the "Zaihang yidian" paid voice Q & A platform. Thirdly, conducts an in-depth analysis of the difficulties faced by the pay Q & A platform of " Zaihang yidian", such as ephemeral star effect,the classification method is not reasonable, 60 seconds paid Q & A has become a short board for development, fragmented knowledge is difficult to precipitate, voice content supervision is absent, etc. Finally, this paper tries to put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of establishing screening mechanism, establishing evaluation mechanism, strengthening supervision mechanism and improving service mechanism.

        中․韩․日广播电视行业国际竞争力的比较分析--以波特钻石模型为中心

        In this paper, we take Broadcast Content Industry as an object of study, based on Porter's diamond model and the different characteristics of the Broadcast Content Industry in China, South Korea and Japan, established an in international competitiveness measure system to do a useful exploration for the development of Broadcast Content Industry in these three countries. Compare to South Korea and Japan, China still has a certain gap with South Korea and Japan in Factor Conditions, Demand Conditions and Related and Supporting Industries. In the future to increase the support of the Broadcast Content Industry, establish market liquidity management system, integrated computing network to improve circulation environment is necessary. Increase efforts to train excellent human resources and technical resources, encourage co-production and investment portfolio, improve the financial support is also required. The overall development of these four conditions of South Korea and Japan is more balanced than China. Korea is just slightly week on Firm strategy / structure / rivalry and Japan is slightly week on the Demand. In the future, Korea and Japan through international cooperation with China to expand the size of the market; through combining their positive technical staff and excellent hardware of China to reduce costs and improve efficiency. And the same time could avoid the wasteful duplication of resources, enhance the level of resource endowment development, thereby making the three the countries have a good development.

        有关中 · 韩核心文化产品贸易的实证研究

        随着全球化时代的到来,各国的产业结构都在不断升级和调整,文化创意产业作为知识密集型、高附加值的产业成为了各国新的经济增长点,而核心文化产品贸易成为国际服务贸易的重要组成部分也就应运而生。本文运用显示性比较优势指数、贸易竞争力指数、贸易专业化指数,对中·韩两国核心文化产品贸易的竞争性和产业分工进行了比较分析。从两国贸易的竞争性研究结果来看:中国在视觉媒介、视觉艺术、出版印刷方面在国际市场上凸显出较强的竞争力,但是音像制品方面表现出竞争劣势,国际竞争力较弱 ; 韩国音像制品方面较中国来说存在一定的竞争优势,而其他三方面的国际竞争力较弱。从产业分工角度来看,印刷事务上中国对韩国从进口专业化状态转逐渐变为出口专业化状态,逐渐趋向产业内垂直分工;在音像制品方面中国对韩国处于进口专业化状态,逐渐趋向产业内垂直分工; 视觉艺术、视觉媒介方面中国对韩国呈现出口专业化,几乎已经处于产业内垂直分工状态。两国只要继续保持稳定的双边经济贸易往来,两国核心文化产品存在较明显的产业内垂直分工,有巨大的文化贸易发展空间,随着贸易量不断增大一定会给两国带来丰厚的贸易利润。

      • 저장성 강화 버섯 배지 개발

        우리나라의 버섯 품목별 생산가액은 7,500억원 정도이며 안정적인 수준으로 유지되고 있다. 가장 생산가액이 많은 품목은 표고버섯으로 2,000억원에 달한다. 수출현황을 살펴보면 팽이, 새송이를 위시한 농산버섯이 376억원, 표고버섯, 송이버섯을 비롯한 임산 버섯이 110억원 가량 된다. 2000년대 들어 병버섯업을 중심으로 구조조정이 시작되어 농장들이 대규모화 대형화되었다. 국내의 버섯소비시장이 정체기를 보이자 이들 농가는 가격경쟁력을 바탕으로 새로운 수요를 창출하기 위하여 2000년대말부터 버섯수출이 시작되었는데, 팽이(수출액: 242억)와 새송이(수출액: 109억)가 주를 이루고 있다. 해외수출이 지속적으로 증가추세를 유지하고 있지만, 해외 수출버섯의 소비저변이 확대되지 않고, 긴 수송기간에 의해 신선도가 떨어지는 문제가 발생하여 수출액의 증가세를 가로막고 있는 실정이다. 농가별로 각기 다른 버섯재배방법을 사용하여 생산된 버섯의 저장성이 동일하지 않아 장거리시장 수출에 장애요인이다. 저장성이 강화된 새송이버섯 배지를 개발하고자 먼저 우수한 농장의 버섯배지 조성을 조사하고, 이를 바탕으로 성분중심으로 버섯배지원료별로 혼합비를 설정하여 버섯저장성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 17개의 배지조합으로 버섯을 생산하여 생육특성을 조사하고 5℃저장시 저장일수를 기록하였다. 저장성조사결과 배지16과 17은 38, 35일로 기존의 23일에 비해 15일 18일 연장되었다.

        세종시의 공유자전거 서비스 ‘어울링 ’은 친환경 교통수단 도입 방안으로 소개되어 현재까지 운영되고 있다. 매년 증가하는 수요에 따라 ‘어울링’ 서비스의 규모는 증가해왔지만 공유자전거 반납 대여와 자전거 재분에 대한 사용자 서비스 시스템은 개선 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 세종시의 스마트시티 발전 방향에 따라 시민들의 삶의 질 향상과 도시 지속가능성 향상[2]을 위한 시스템 개선 방안을 검토한다. 본 연구는 UX 방법론을기반으로 세종시 ‘어울링’ 공유자전거를 이용하여 출퇴근하는 유저(user)들의 이용 현황을 분석한 후 문제점을 파악하고 니즈를 충족시켜, 세종시 시민들에게 적합한 공유자전거 서비스 시스템을 디자인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 문헌조사와 현장조사의 결과 공유자전거 이용 시 대여·반납 절차가 번거롭고, 정거장마다 수요와 공급의 균형이 이루어지지 않는다는 문제점을 도출하였다. 이처럼 기존 공유자전거 서비스의 유저사용성, 접근성과 관리 측면의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 어플리케이션 서비스, 잠금장치, 공유자전거 독(dock) 스테이션을 포함한 스마트 공유자전거 시스템 디자인을 제시하고자 한다. 또한, 세종시 ‘어울링’ 공유 자전거의 이용 현황과 관리 프로세스를 해결하기 위한 대책으로 무인 자율주행차를 이용한 재분배 방안을 제시한다.
